Authors note:
Hey everyone! Sorry for such a late next chapter. School was bonkers.
I appreciate your support and following me. I hope to finish with this fanfiction in the next 6 weeks. So chapters will be flying out the woodwork!
Btw, if you have watched She-Ra it's my next project. It won't be nearly as long but a lot more heated and smuttier probably.
Anyhoo, I hope you enjoy!
PS: TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! Especially during this pandemic
Lots of love~

"Admit it. Even if we can't be together, you love me."
Trying to jump away, LadyBug's back thumps against the container. As she realizes her position, straddling over him, legs intertwined, close and unable to get away, she blushes hard. Face turning the color of her mask, her eyes avert his.
"Chat, that's not how this works," LadyBug says.
"Then how else is it suppose to work? Hm?" He says, challenging her. Once playful kitty eyes, now filled with determination. Now, more clear than before. He tries to get her to look at him but she keeps focus on the container wall beside her face.
"It's not."
"Then tell me why do I feel like this." He states less as a question.
"I can't explain that-"
"Are you sure?" He reaches up and cups her cheek. "Then why is it hard for you to look at me, bug?"
She falters and finally locks eyes, unable to physically resist the challenge.
The moment she does, his lips land on hers. She doesn't pull away, remaining in the moment. Her mind races to the images of Chat during their date and the last few nights of him joining her. Her heart pounds inside her chest as she thinks of Adrien buying her hot chocolate and calling her cute. The smell of Chat brings her back to him kissing her now. The smell brings her back to Adrien kissing her at the Halloween party.
'There's no way,' she thinks.
Pulling away for a breath, LadyBug goes to ask something, but Chat stops her with another kiss. He slides his hand behind her ear and pulls her closer to him. Another wraps around her waist, closing any space left between them.
All the times of working beside him, fighting akumatized victims, keep her from denying him. Her partner.
All the times Adrien asked her to stop pursing Chat Noir, keep her from pursuing something more.
What to do. Poor LadyBug.
"Are you guys in there?!" Rena Rogue's voice calls from outside the box.
"YES!" LadyBug hollers, looking for a reason to break away from Chat Noir.
"Goodness! Ok, stay here! I mean you can't move anyway. Carapace is going to be here in a bit. I have Chef here trapped but I don't know how to break you guys out of this thing without getting stuck too. I'll be back shortly. I'm going to stay atop of Chef until he gets here."
LadyBug yells, "No-Wait!" But she isn't heard before Rena runs off.
Chat laughs hard with LadyBug flushing from embarrassment.
When settling, he wipes a tear from his eye. "Fine, if you want me to behave I will. But only if you want me to-"
"It's not that! I was going to ask-"
"It's not that?" He asks, confused. His cheeks turn pink as he blinks.
"Ugh! Hold on! You know what?! Nevermind, it was stupid anyway…"
"No!" Chat says taking her face into his hands again. "Nothing you ever say is stupid. Tell me."
Looking at his face again, moments with Adrien and moments with Chat line up. His green eyes flicker between hers.
Recognizing the look in her eyes, similar to his own when he discovered the truth, he places a finger on her lips. "There's one question you can't ask though. I won't answer even if you do because we're superheros who have a job to do. But, if you could find it within you m'lday…"
LadyBug shakes her head. "Find what? I don't understand-"
"Trust!" He kisses her again, but much softer than the other times. Eyes still open, she remains still, unsure of what any of it means. A moment passes and he stops. "Me. Trust me, please."
His hand finds their way to hers as he traces her fingers covered by red superhero suit with black polka dots. Blonde hair peeks from around the elastic of his facemask and ears. Slipping his touch down her arm, up to her shoulder, he makes his way to her side. Shivers send up her spine as she holds her breath.
With his face red too, he hikes his knee slightly up, pressing his hip between her legs. Warmth. Being atop of him, she realizes how much taller he is compared to her. So small and frail even though she's beaten a thousand akumatized villains.
"What are y-you doing…" she stutters.
"What feels… right. I might not get the chance to be this close to you again."
His hand slips to her hip where he squeezes her small side. He then moves between their bodies and runs his fingers gently across her lower abdomen, right above her womanhood. She gasps and shuts her eyes. Leaning into his neck, she covers her mouth. No one has ever touched her this way. She would never in a million years think about Chat Noir and her in this way. Adrien at school comes to her mind. Chat Noir dancing with her on the rooftop then consumes that image.
He moves further down, his fingers lingering only centimeters from the most sensitive part of her body. He continues to gently play with her, coming close but not touching. All of this happening outside of their suits. She shifts slightly atop of him and freezes. Hardness presses against her leg and her entire body tenses.
She raises up and finds him now averting her eyes. Her body tingles, wanting to regain closeness.
"What are we doing?" She asks. He reaches further down, finally touching her, and she bites her lip, reclosing her eyes. Pleasure and ache swarm her lower half. Out of instinct, he rolls her hips, grinding against his touch.
"I have to ask-" she says, tears swelling in her eyes. He pulls his hand away and grabs her instead. Pulling her close, he shakes his head.
"No. This whole thing could ruin if you do. Or not! Just listen to me, I can't explain. Please, LadyBug. Just let me take the lead on this… ok?"
Insides aching, head spinning, she grabs his shoulders and tries to stop herself from crying. Adriens smile lingers in her mind.
Chat noir whispers in her ear, "Please…"
A loud crack can be heard from the outside; light seeps through. She jumps away from him as soon as the lid to their dough cage lifts.
"You guys are alright!" Carapace shouts, helping Chat Noir to his feet. Rena Rogue joins LadyBug's side. Snow continues to fall from the sky.
"Show me where he is, please," LadyBug asks, trying to regain composure.
Feeling something is off, Rena Rogue looks to Carapace and then back to her. "Uhm, this way."
LadyBug avoids eye contact with Chat Noir as she runs towards Chef's captured self, stuck on the ground. He's bound with ropes and unable to move. Grabbing his rolling pin, she breaks it on the ground and a dark akuma flies out. She quickly captures and transforms it back to normal glowing self, sending it on it's way.
With her earrings beeping, she turns to Rena. "I have to leave, but thanks for coming to save the day. You really got me out a tight spot."
Rena grins. "Yeah, I would say."
With Chat Noir and Carapace approaching, LadyBug shakes her head and coughs. "Take care!" Using her yoyo, she tosses it to the closest building and swings herself out of the park, refusing to look at Chat as she leaves.
