Both Team Phantom's were now relaxing while both Tucker's were trying their best to recover the missing data and awaiting the arrival of the Phantom Blasters with Manfred. In the kitchen of the alternate Fenton Works, Dayla and Kayla were sitting together at the table eating, much to Kayla's delights of eating Earth food. As they continued to eat, Dayla couldn't help but look at Kayla back and forth as she thought of something. She then smiled and laughed a little which caught Kayla's attention.
"What's so funny?" Kayla asked, smiling although confused.
"Our names rhyme your Highness. Dayla and Kayla." Dayla said, still laughing a little.
Kayla then thought about it and began to laugh as well before she and Dayla calmed down.
"Oh that is funny! Our names do rhyme. I'll definitely remember this one." Kayla said with a chuckle.
Dayla finished the rest of her food and then washed her plate as she said to Alternate Maddie, "That was really good alternate mum."
"I'm glad you like it Dayla." Alternate Maddie said with a warm smile.
"Well I might go check on Annaya. Is there anything you need your Highness?" Dayla asked.
"No thank you Dayla." Kayla answered with a smile.
Dayla smiled back before leaving the kitchen. She entered the living room and saw Older Dani talking to Annaya as she explained to her about the Ghost Zone and other dimensional planes there which Annaya became intrigued.
"This is incredible! I would have never thought that each dimensional plane would have it's own Ghost Zone." Annaya commented.
Dayla smiled and was about to head to them, but then she looked at the opened back door and saw Older Danny outside, looking at the night sky. She looked at him in concern wondering what he was doing outside alone and decided to go and check up on him.
Heading outside, she approached behind him and greeted, "Hey Danny."
Older Danny turned around and said, "Oh hey Dayla. Didn't know you were there."
"Mind if I join you?" She asked him.
"Not at all. I could use the company from my alternate twin sister." He answered with a smile.
Dayla then took the seat next to him and sat down, she once again looked at him and couldn't believe the changes since the last time they met. The last time they saw each other, Older Danny was 24 and she couldn't believe he was now 30 years old, considering she hasn't seen him in the past two years from her perspective. Dayla then came out of her thoughts as she saw him looking up at the starry night sky in wonder.
"Nice night tonight. Look at those stars." Older Danny said.
"I know. It's hard to believe that in this world, it's actually that we aren't alone in the universe." Dayla said. "It always makes me wonder, if there are other living beings out there in our world."
"Only time will tell I guess." Older Danny said. "I've seen my fair share of alien worlds."
"I remember watching it from Clockwork's Tower back in our world." Dayla said and then asked, "What was it like by the way? Visiting other alien worlds?"
"Well Dani and I visited two but it was crazy." Older Danny answered.
"Has that changed your thoughts whenever you look at the night sky?" Dayla asked.
"Of course. Star gazing while knowing that there are other people out there? It's definitely changed my view on how I see the stars." He answered.
He then looked at the night sky again and he was definitely thinking about something which Dayla noticed.
"You okay Danny?" She asked him.
He turned to her and said, "I gotta tell you something. Maybe I can hear an opinion or some advice from you."
She nodded and then asked, "So, what do you want to tell me?"
Older Danny sighed with a smile and began, "Okay. So ever since the Avengers defeated Thanos, I've been wanting to do this for a while now."
He pulled out a small black box and opened it to reveal a very beautiful diamond ring and said, "I'm gonna ask Sam to marry me."
Dayla gasped and then smiled and said in excitement while giving him a hug, "Oh my gosh! That is….wow! Awesome! She's gonna love it when you ask her. Oh….wow!"
They pulled apart and then he said, "Yeah. I've been starting to think when I'll propose ever since Jazz's wedding."
"Wait a minute! Jazz got married?" Dayla asked.
"Yeah, didn't I tell you?" Danny answered with a question.
Dayla shook her head and answered, "No, but that's great that Jazz got married. Who's her husband?"
"A guy named Wes Weston. He was in the same grad as Jazz and he I didn't like each other to be honest." Older Danny answered.
"Why?" She asked.
"Because he was too nosey. Imagine my reaction when I found out that Wes and Jazz were dating." Danny replied with a slight chuckle and Dayla returned the gesture and chuckled as well.
"We'll I'm sure that Sam will say yes. She's gonna love that ring." Dayla said, feeling happy for Older Danny that he was going to take the next big chapter in his life. "So, when will you ask the big question?"
"Well if Camila is defeated on time, then on the July 4th which is two days from now….well tomorrow once it's midnight." Older Danny answered.
"Wait, it's July here?" Dayla asked confused.
"Yeah. What month is it in your universe?" Older Danny asked.
"November." She answered. "Anyway, how do you feel about it?"
"Great, but really nervous at the same time." He answered.
"I'm sure you'll be fine. You've looked evil in the face and defeated it time and time again. You got this Danny." Dayla said, placing her hand on his shoulder in comfort.
Older Danny smiled and said, "Thanks Dayla."
Meanwhile, Older Dani had finished discussing about the Alternate Ghost Zone and it's connecting worlds with Annaya.
"Simply amazing! To think the Ghost Zone is not just the flip side of Earth in this universe and this universe's Ghost Zone's rich history." Annaya said with amazement. "It makes me wonder what other world's Ghost Zone's worlds are like."
"And to think a few years ago, we thought the Ghost Zone was just the flip side of Earth your Majesty." Older Dani said, smiling at her enthusiasm. "Well, I better go and check-up on some things."
Older Dani then left Annaya alone. Kayla entered the living room and sat down with Annaya, holding a plate with more food that Alternate Maddie had cooked.
"I gotta say, the food Earth has is really good your Majesty." Kayla said. "If only I knew about Earth for centuries during this war, even before the humans advanced, even though I think they're still primitive."
"Have you ever had any breaks during this war of yours, your Highness?" Annaya asked.
"No. I have to make sure my siblings get defeated no matter what. I don't want another world and its Ghost Zone dimension harvested, including Earth your Majesty." Kayla answered with determination.
"It must be stressful for you dear. I know what that's like." Annaya said, placing a hand on her shoulder.
Kayla smiled sadly and then said, "You know, I'm 32,000 years old. There's been a day that goes by when enemies, including my siblings, would want to kill me but never succeeded. I've killed my enemies enough to be on a harvest scale. I'm still here because I believe fate has placed upon me to stop the suffering and genocide caused by my siblings and my family."
"Family? You mean, you and your siblings are not the only ones?" Annaya asked.
Kayla nodded and begun to explain, "For many millennia, my ancestors from my father's side were very genocidal. Obviously all royalty. Of course not people of my kind are bad. Some of them believed that it was better to harvest worlds that didn't have civilisations, especially on a solar system that doesn't have a habitable planet. My mother was one of them, but my siblings and myself were destined to harvest other worlds regardless if there were civilisations or not and to follow the traditions of the Harvesters to harvest other worlds. After my father's death and my sister Hertha was crowned queen, she and my siblings followed the traditions that was made by the royal family, except for my mother of course. I did too but I knew what my kind and I were doing was wrong and it caused me to find my own path and I rebelled against them. I thank my mother for raising me to do good. It led to the war that lasted for millennia and I formed the coalition that is made up of those that were the victims to the Harvesters."
"Like I told you before, I know what it's like to fight against family and I know what you're going through your Highness." Annaya said with sympathy, remembering her father and her sister.
"Tell me something you Majesty, how did you feel when you had to fight your family?" Kayla asked.
"Well….it was hard. My father had been a tyrant all my life and my sister ended up being just like him. My father had killed my mother for trying to teach my sister and I to be better than he was and had always favoured my sister Morana as she made him proud and was the daughter he always wanted. He tried to force me to follow his ways, but I would not yield. I helped put an end to his tyranny and then many years later thanks to my friends after they saved me, I stopped my sister once and for all, banishing her to the Unworld." Annaya answered, recalling her past.
"I'm sorry you had to fight your sister your Majesty. I don't know how long you were in this war against her, but I'm glad you won. I love my sister, but unfortunately she needs to be stopped and hopefully someday, I can finally put an end to this war and the genocide." Kayla said, returning the sympathy.
"That day will come. Fate has placed upon you." Annaya said.
Kayla smiled and said, "You know, we're so much alike you and I. Two royals who had to fight against their family, especially evil siblings."
"I am honoured to meet such an honourable warrior like yourself, your Highness." Annaya said, returning the smile.
"Same to you." Kayla said.
Meanwhile, both Tuckers were working on recovering the data. Tucker was once again awed at how the lab had gotten more advanced since the last time he was there.
"This is really cool! The lab has gotten more advanced than the last time." He said in awe.
"Yep. Now not only this has Stark technology, but also now has Wakandan technology and alien technology." Older Tucker said.
"Alien technology? Seriously?" Tucker said, not believing what Older Tucker said.
"It's a long story. Better if Danny and Dani explained that." Older Tucker answered.
"It's still amazing all this tech. Better than the lab back in my universe." Tucker said.
"Right. Well, that's that." Older Tucker said as he typed in the last few keys on the computer. "The data from Kayla's device should be recovered around after midnight or more. So now all we can do is wait."
"Awesome. This is definitely gonna help in defeating Camila and the Harvesters. Now we just need a plan." Tucker said.
Older Tucker stretched his arms and then asked, "So, how's life going for you in your world? College good? You go to MIT right?"
Tucker nodded and answered, "Yep. College is pretty good, I'm learning some new techniques in my advanced tech classes so maybe when I get home, I'll be able to create a lab as good as this."
While the two Tuckers continued their chat, Jacob and Brooke were talking to Andrew and Tabitha in another part of the lab.
"So Tabitha, have you thought about ghost fighting?" Jacob asked.
"Ever since Danny and Dayla revealed their secret to the world and Andrew had told me all about their adventures they had, I always wanted to tag along with Andrew someday." Tabitha answered.
"Same with Jacob. Looks like we both will get our chance." Brooke said.
"Definitely and I'm looking forward to it." Tabitha said with a smile.
"So what happened back at your universe? You guys mentioned something about Tabitha being rescued?" Jacob asked.
"One of our common enemies kidnapped Tabitha for ransom as he wanted to destroy Danny, Dayla, Dani, Dale as well as Older Danny and Dani. But we beat him." Andrew answered.
"Well I'm glad to hear you got rescued." Brooke said. "I hope I don't have to go through that."
"You won't Brooke and if it does happen, they'll pay." Jacob said while punching his fist together with his palm.
Meanwhile in the living room now was Older Dani, Older Sam and Older Jazz and they were chatting with Danny, Sam, Dani and Dale. They were talking about Jazz now being married.
"I didn't know you got married Older Jazz. Congratulations." Dani said with a smile.
"Thank you. It was a dream come true." Older Jazz said, smiling back.
"So….who's the husband?" Danny asked before speaking telepathically. "And maybe someone I have to take care of if he exists back at home."
"I heard that Danny." Dani said with a smirk.
"Hey! I just want to know." Danny said, shrugging his shoulders innocently.
"Same." Dale said, agreeing with Danny as he too heard him telepathically.
"Even in alternate universes, still overprotective." Older Jazz said.
"That's Danny for you." Older Dani said with a chuckle.
"Anyway, my husband's name is Wes Weston." Older Jazz said, showing a picture of him from her phone.
They looked at the photo and Danny shook his head and said, "Nope. Nobody named Wes in our universe."
Sam chuckled and then said, "That's so funny! Remember Danny that I read the ring you gave me and I thought it was Wes when it really said Sam?"
They all laughed about that. Older Sam then chuckled again and said, "Weird that Danny here is still getting used Jazz being married to Wes."
"Why?" Dani asked.
"Danny and Wes has a history." Older Jazz answered.
"Right…." Danny said slowly.
"He's a good guy, it just took time for Danny to take it in." Older Dani said.
"Well, I'm happy for you Jazz." Danny said with a smile.
"Thank you." Older Jazz said smiling back.
"By the way, I didn't get a chance to say this but Older Sam, I definitely like your outfit and I definitely like what you did with your hair. Especially dying it to ombre fashion and straitening it. You look great. Maybe I should do the same." Sam complimented her alternated older self.
"Thanks." Older Sam said with a smile.
Suddenly Older Danny and Dayla walked in and Older Dani then said, "Dani, gather everyone in the lab. The Phantom Blasters and Bauer are here."
"Alright, let's get to it." Older Dani said and then left with the others to gather everyone.
A few minutes later, everyone was gathered in the lab and just a few moments later, Older Danny along with the Phantom Blasters and Manfred had entered and suddenly Manfred's eyes widened with panic as he saw Team Phantom in the room.
"No! No! No! This can't be happening again! Not again!" Manfred shouted in panic.
"Yeah…..alternate Team Phantom is here and they brought some friends." Older Danny said sheepishly.
"Do you realise how bad it is to cause another dimensional crisis? Even Harry himself wouldn't think of causing another one." Manfred said, rubbing his head in disbelief.
"Well, Dani and I met 1970's Harry Fenton through time travel so….." Older Danny said.
"Nice to see you again." Sam said, waving her hand.
"Like I said last time this happened, everything in this century is quite bizarre but this takes the cake, as well as half the population vanishing into dust only to come back to life five years later. Geeze! I miss my time period where aliens was just a fantasy." Manfred said, sighing a bit.
"Anyway, there's one person you need to meet." Older Dani said gesturing to Kayla.
Kayla approached Manfred, but he recognised the outfit and shouted in complete shock, "Another Harvester!"
"Calm down, she's friendly! This is Princess Kayla. She's the heir to the Harvester's throne and she's Hertha's younger sister." Older Dani explained and hoped that Manfred would calm down.
"You must be this Doctor Bauer I've heard about. I heard that you spent 69 years at the Keep with Hertha. She must have considered you a friend or at least an acquaintance." Kayla said.
"Hertha was….complicated." Manfred began to explain while looking down in regret. "But she provided for me, treated me as an equal and I also assisted her and her subjects and helped improve her technology. So I should take responsibility for any crimes that were committed, especially since Hertha showed me a harvest once."
"Manfred, you've changed since then." Dayla said, looking at him sympathetically.
"You were pardoned and repented the moment you helped Team Phantom stop Hertha. Not to mention she corrupted you. That wasn't you." Kayla said.
"Speaking of that. Your Highness, is it true that you Harvesters can contact a person through telepathy without being present and prevent a person from aging?" Older Danny asked.
Kayla nodded and answered, "Yes. I can even use my telepathy to contact my resistance if I wanted to. As for your second question, yes. My siblings and I have the power to prevent a person from aging like what Hertha did to Doctor Bauer here. We can even bring a recently killed or dead person back to life if we wanted to."
"I guess you were right Doctor Bauer." Older Dani said.
"Like I said, Hertha made sure I didn't age and look at me now, I'm 112 years old but look like I', 43 and not dead. A man out of time living in a bizarre century." Manfred said, slightly sarcastically.
"Well at least you've caught up with history." Sierra said.
"Yeah. You now have a second chance. Make the best of it." Venus said encouragingly.
"Well…..things besides what's happening right now ain't so bad. Foods a lot better, internet has been really helpful to me and the world definitely has so many wonders I have never seen." Manfred said with a slight smile. "Anyway, enough about my past life. Right now we need to stop this new force of Harvesters. Tell me what you know so far."
"Well, they're being led by their new queen Camila, who is Hertha's and Kayla's sister." Alternate Jack said.
"You and Hertha have another sister your Highness?" Manfred asked.
Kayla nodded and then asked, "Yes. Hertha never told you?"
"There's a lot of things she never told me. Siblings is one of the." Manfred answered.
"Of course." Kayla sighed, having the feeling her sister wouldn't have told Manfred about her family no matter how much she trusted him.
"And why is alternate Team Phantom here again?" Manfred then asked.
"We tried to talk them out of it, but once again no avail." Older Dani answered.
"It's our fight too." Danny said.
"Definitely. We're not gonna let the Harvesters harvest Earth, our home planet no matter what universe it is." Dayla said.
"All of us will stop them….together." Andrew then said.
"Like it or not Manfred, we're all in this together and we're friends. Friends always has each other's backs." Valerie said.
Everyone then looked at the news report on the TV, showing the large air battle that is was still taking place over Lake Michigan and around the drill.
"Impressive that your native fighter crafts can hold off our advanced fighter crafts." Kayla said, looking at the humans fighting impressively.
"Those air force pilots are trying their best to hold off those Harvester air forces out there." Brooke said, but looked worried. "But how long can they last is what concerns me."
"Yeah, but they won't be able to stop them for long. Tuckers, status on the data recovery?" Older Danny asked.
"The data should be recovered around midnight." Tucker answered.
"Or more." Older Tucker added.
"That's good. The sooner we get the data, the more chances we have into stopping Camila." Dayla said punching her fist into her hand.
"While we wait, Dani, we need to talk alone." Older Danny said.
Older Danny and Dani then left the lab. Manfred noticed Annaya, Tabitha, Jimmy and Sonya and asked, "I'm sorry. I don't believe you were here last time. Who are you four?"
"My name is Annaya. Queen of the Ghost Zone in our universe." Annaya said, introducing herself.
"Queen of the Ghost Zone? Amazing! I never thought that the Ghost Zone would have a ruler." Manfred said in awe, before bowing politely. "I am honoured to meet you, your Majesty."
Annaya smiled and then Tabitha went next, "I am Tabitha Tasman. Andrew's cousin and these two are Jimmy, Dani's boyfriend and Sonya, Dale's girlfriend."
Manfred shook each of their hands and said, "I am pleased to meet you, although I wish it was under better circumstances and not causing a tear in time and space."
"You're reaction is understandable." Sonya said.
"Yeah, but hopefully we can save your world soon before any further damage can be done." Jimmy said.
Older Danny and Dani then returned to the lab and asked Alternate Jack, "Dad, can you get the Quinjet fuelled up?"
"Wait, but won't we need it when we head to Chicago?" Alternate Jack asked.
"Take the Fenton Jet for that." Older Danny said.
"Very well, we'll get it fuelled up." Alternate Jack said with a nod.
"Brooke, you said your dad is a high commanding officer in the air force right?" Older Dani asked.
"Yes." Brooke answered with a nod.
"I need you to make some calls, but only after Danny and I come back." Older Dani instructed.
"Where you going?" Dale asked.
"Dani and I need to pick something up back at our house." Older Danny answered.
"Can Danny, Dayla, Dale and I come? I want to see your place." Dani asked.
"Sure, but you four gotta stay invisible though." Older Danny answered.
"No problem." Dayla said, a little excited to see Older Danny's and Dani's house.
With that, Older Danny, Older Dani, Danny, Dayla, Dani and Dale changed into their ghost forms before heading off to Older Danny and Dani's house.
