First of all id like to thank you all for lovely activity under last chapter! Thats really motivating in making this story!

Chapter 5s2: My mother

Balto was slowly making hes way to Jennas house with hes mind full of lots of different thoughts. He cannot stop thinking about hes mother death, probably really painful death, he felt guilty for what happened. He was so distracted that he wasn't watching where hes going to moment when he hit something and fell over. "Woah easy there boy." Said man who knelt to Baltos level. Balto look at the man and he immediately recognised him. Kodi's owner wanted to pat Baltos head, the wolfdog stepped back. "Not in mood today? Okay then" Kodi's owner stand up and keep going in direction of hes house. The wolfdog confused himself by what he did, he trust people of Nome... at least he used to, but now nothing is the same for him.

Balto speed up going down the alley, he didnt know yet that hes act of nontrust was watched by Dallas. One of most intelligent dogs of Nome, but also one of the highest ranked in Nomes dog community, and also hes a police dog around town. "Something is wrong." Dallas said to himself, and he started to follow Balto.

After a moment Balto made hes way to Jennas house. "Oh Balto, good to see you again" Jenna said with smile, it didnt take long for her to realise that something is wrong. "Are you alright my love?" Jenna asked softly. "Not exactly, i know i said that ill send Kodi to you but things went wrong..." A tera started to form in corner of hes eye. "Wrong? What happened? Is Kodi alright?" Jenna asked now in fear that something happened to her son. "Kodi is alright dont worry, hes at hes home. Lisa is on my boat... i'd love to say that shes with my mother, but its more complicated..." Balto started. "Wait with your mother? You found her after all those years? I bet you have a lots to talk about..." Jenna got interrupted. "Jenna i cant talk with her, we only found what left after her" A tear fall fown hes cheek. "I don't understand Balto... is she.." Jenna started. "We found her fur, it was for all those years hanging at Kodis house." Balto said trough tears. "Oh my God, Balto im so sorry" Jenna nuzzled her mate and she keep close to him. "Thats so painful..." He closed hes eyes and tried to calm down. "The worst thing is that some dog helped to put her down. I feel weird now Jenna like im in different world.." Balto said. "Shh calm down, calm down." Jenna said as she keept her mate close. "Thank you Jen" Balto said as he calm down a bit. "Look Dallas is coming this way" Jenna said as she saw German Shepherd on the other side of the road.

"Hello Jenna, nice to see you again Balto" Dallas said as he approached them. "Hi Dallas, hows your day." Jenna said. "You know duty things.. i've heard some white wolf is walking around town, but i can se rhat youre still gray Balto.." He laugh. "Is this something new for Nome? There are tame wolves around town..." Balto answered, knowing that Dallas already knows of Lisa. "Yea exactly, tame wolves, but i dont think this one is am i wrong Balto?" Dallas looked at Balto with hes clever look. "Is there something you dont know about?" Balto said in answer. "Maybe some things... anyway, keep that wolf in control we dont want to disturb Nome's peace between canines and humans, okay?" Dallas said as he watched mates. "Sure thing officer." Balto said in answer. "Sometimes in wondering if talking like this is part of our friendship." Dallas said giggling. "How am i supposed to talk with dog officer other ways?" Balto laugh in slightly better mood. "Balto now im asking as a freind tell me please what happend while ago.. you looked really confused when you run into Patrick on hes way home." Dallas asked. "I just kit my jead a little to hard..." Balto answered in hope Dallas would believe. "You know i would buy this if i wasn't your friend..." He chuckle. "Im just not in mood today Dal, im tired, i havent sleep well." Balto said. "This version is more likely to belive in. Okey i have duty to finish.. but maybe later you would like to hop to boiler room? Evening with the boys, what do you say?" Dallas said in hope for spending some time with friend. "I dont know Dal i have some things to do... and.." Balto started to look for a good excuse to take care of Lisa and their mother fur. "Ah come on man, always excuses, you dont even have time for old friend." Dallas said disappointed. "Balto go spend some good time you do need this." As Jenna said this Balto knew he really should take a litte break for relax. "Okay Dal, see ya in the evening." Balto said. "Nice finally, thanks Jen." Dallas blinked to Jenna and went on hes duty. "This dog is insane." Balto said with laugh. "Yea and this dog is your friend." Jenna said.

Okay thats it for today. A little closer look at new character in the story. Soon i can tell the backstory of this friendship. Tell me if you would like something like that and what ya thinking.
