Tina's P.O.V.

Everyone was dancing, drinking and overall having a great time in the club after the graduation ceremony. Tina was a little drunk and dancing with Quinn when she got a text from Mike.

Guess where I am? -Mike

I am way too drunk to play this game -Tina

Fine. I will tell you myself. I am in New York -Mike

Really? How? -Tina

Well, I was in Boston for an audition and decided to come here to hang out with you guys. Send me your location. I am coming. -Mike

Here you go. See you. -Tina

Tina continued to dance happily with Quinn, Rachel and Brittany while Kurt and Blaine were off somewhere on their own. She was extremely happy to finally blow of some steam after an extremely hard semester and graduation festivities. She was pretty nervous about Medical school as she knew that would have to work her ass off and would have even less free time than she already did.

"What are you thinking about?", asked Quinn

"The past and the future"

"That's deep". Quinn chucked and pulled Tina to the side.

"So, what's up with you?"

"I am worried. I don't know if I will be able to keep up with the academics at Harvard, I mean I almost died in Brown."

"Tina, you are the most intelligent person I know! You had to deal with the death of your close friend in the middle of the semester and you still managed to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. You can do this."

"Thanks Quinn. I really needed to hear that; I have been second-guessing myself too much."

Just then Mike came into the bar and went up to greet everyone.

"Hey guys! I am so sorry that I could not attend your graduation, Rach. My flight got delayed."

"That's ok! It's great to see you now", said Rachel as she hugged Mike.

"Where are Kurt and Blaine?"

"Where do you think?"

"Oh god!"

"Let me get you a drink. You need to catch up to us." Rachel giggled and went off with her friend Ashley to go and get a few more drinks.

"Come on Mike, show us your dance moves.", said Brittany

Brittany and Mike danced so well together that people around them actually stopped dancing themselves to watch them and to clap for them. After a while, Mike came up to Tina and asked her to dance with him and she agreed. Quinn saw this and secretly went to the DJ to tell him to play a slow song as she could see that they still had feelings for each other and wanted to push them together.

'The Night We Met' started playing and Mike put his hands-on Tina's waist and her shoulder and they started dancing slowly. Tina enjoyed the evening immensely and sort of felt sad when the night ended and all of them went back to Brittany and Rachel's house at 3 a.m.

Mike's P.O.V.

Mike was really happy with his decision to visit New York after his audition. He had done that to tell everyone about his special news, especially Tina. He decided that he would tell everyone the next day as they were probably too drunk to understand anything he would say.

It was 4:15 when he suddenly had an idea. He went to Rachel's room quietly and softly woke Tina up.

"Tina, please wake up.", he whispered

"What is it? Let me sleep."

"I want to take you somewhere"

"Right now?"

"Yeah"

"If you want to talk, then get the hell out of my room! I am trying to sleep", said Rachel from the other side of the bed

"Mike, wait outside. I am coming."
"Okay."

Mike was extremely nervous. He wanted this to go well because Tina meant a lot to him and he had realized that he really wanted to be with her again.

Tina came out of the room a few minutes later looking as beautiful as ever.

"So, where do you want to take me?", she asked smiling.

"It is a surprise. The cab is coming in 5 minutes"

"Okay"

The Uber ride took about 35 minutes and they reached a secluded park at the end. It was full of different types of flowers and intricately designed benches. There was not a single person there except the both of them.

The lights were absolutely stunning and made the flowers look even prettier.

"This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, Mike!"

"Well I am looking at something prettier right now", said Mike looking directly into Tina's eyes

Tina blushed and took his hand. She was not very outgoing in college and although she had dated a few guys she was definitely not used to comments like that. Mike was the only one who made her feel beautiful and special.

"I want to tell you something."

"Is it good news or bad news?"

"Good news for sure."

"Yay! What is the news?'

"I got my dream dancing job in Boston. I will get to choregraph and work on my dancing skills as well. The salary is also incredible and most importantly I will be close to you."

"Oh My God! I am so proud of you. I always knew that you would be successful."

"Thanks Tina. This really would not have been possible without you. You believed when I didn't believe in myself and you pushed me to follow my dreams."

"I will always be there for you Mike; you really don't need to thank me for that."

Mike hugged Tina tightly, extremely grateful to have her in my life.

"I wanted to ask you something as well. I would really appreciate it if you don't say anything till I complete what I want to say."

Tina nodded and Mike continued.

"Finn and Santana's deaths have taught me that life is too short to not do everything you can to be happy. Tina, you make me happy, you make me the happiest guy on this planet. I think that the break we took after high school was necessary- for the both of us, but I think that it is time for us to get back together. I really love you and I am so proud of everything you have accomplished and I want to stand next to you as you accomplish everything else you want to. So will you please be my girlfriend again?"

Suddenly Tina pulled Mike into the sweetest kiss ever.

"Nothing would make me happier.", she whispered with tears in her eyes.

I had a really bad week so I wanted to write something nice. I hope you guys enjoyed it.
