Zuzu was staring at Alito, Sora, and Declan before frowning. "What's going on, nothing is making sense anymore!"

"What's going on is that Yuto mistaken you for someone we're looking for, and your boy for an enemy of our's." Alito told her.

"I get that much, but it's... why were you attacking Leo students? What's their connection to this Duel Academy? Sora's acting sounded almost real, I just don't know who to believe anymore. Are you all part of some practical joke?" She questioned staring at them. "Somebody please give me a straight answer."

"Fusion is evil." Alito stated simply.

"No it isn't, Sora's teaching me to Fusion Summon to protect my school." Zuzu told him before frowning and looking at Yuya. "I just want to understand."

"I can tell you along with the others." Alito told her.

Zuzu looked at him before nodding. "Ok, once Yuya wakes up we'll listen to everything and hopefully get it all sorted out." 'At least I hope we can.'

"Let's head to LID." Declan suggested to them.

They all nodded at that. They all walked before who walked was Julia, Dipper, Kit, and Ash as Julia asked, "Mr. Akaba what's going on?"

"That's a good question, once Yuya wakes up we'll find out." Sora mentioned only to frown. "You know you just got lucky right?"

"What's done is done." Ash told him simply before noticing Alito, "Who's this?"

Zuzu flinched slightly seeing him.

"Alito, an Xyz duelist." Alito answered.

"Then you might be who Sylvio show off his big mouth too." Ash said narrowing his eyes.

"That was Yuto, and this Sylvio didn't know when to quit." Alito told him.

"As expected of him but still you got guts to come here after what your comrade done." Ash told him.

"What do you mean?" Alito asked him.

"What he means is that we thought you, and your buddies wouldn't think to come after that incident." Dipper answered.

"Well for now we wait." Declan told them.

They all nodded at this. Suddenly Zuzu frowned and looked down.

"Something the matter?" Ash asked her.

"It's nothing." she frowned.

"Come on Zuzu, isn't that why you wanted to learn to Fusion Summon?" Sora pointed out. "So in your rematch you could actually beat him and not almost lose our school?"

"Your learning Fusion?" Julia asked surprised.

"Sora!" Zuzu snapped before sighing. "Then again, it doesn't really matter either way. I doubt it would change things."

"I see things differently though." Declan told her, "The growth of a Duelist always leads to salvation in sight. Keep up your training."

Zuzu just frowned. "Hopefully Yuya wakes up soon."

"What bout him?" Dipper asked turning to Alito.

"You mean Yuto, he'll be here soon enough." Alito answered.

"Is this 'Shay, and the others' as difficult as you to reason with?" Sora questioned him.

Alito just glared at him.

Later...

Some people walked in.

"Is this everyone?" Declan inquired calmly.

"Who are you?" a black haired man wearing a red bandana asked.

"Declan Akaba." Declan answered before adjusting his glasses.

"So your who Alito, and Yuto told us about." an orange haired boy said seeing him.

"Wait a second, can somebody please explain what's going on?" Alile asked everyone.

"We're looking for a friend of ours." a gray haired boy having on glasses answered crossing his arm, "And we been battling Fusion."

"Wait, so you're the ones who attacked our Fusion Students!" Kit realized.

"We thought they were aligned with the Fusion Dimension... At least that's what Shay told us." the orange haired boy said turning to the black haired man.

"They're linked to the Leo Institute, and our enemy is led by Leo Akaba." the black-haired man, Shay, answered. "His father."

"Say what?" they turned to Declan shocked with Ash looking at him with a silent expression.

Shay showed him an LID pin. Declan looked at the pin before closing his eyes. "You're correct, the leader of your enemies is my father Leo Akaba. However the truth of the matter is far more complicated than that though for now the most important thing for you all to know is that I am not his ally and neither are any students of the Leo Institute of Dueling."

"You expect us to believe that?" Shay questioned.

"I'm well aware you won't believe my words alone." Declan replied calmly while adjusting his glasses. "In which case I ask you to judge my actions in the coming days, especially during the Arc-League Championship. If you still have doubts about my loyalties I'll be more than willing to become your prisoner if you so desire. I trust that's reasonable?"

"What do you think?" the orange haired boy asked Shay.

Shay frowned before crossing his arms and leaning against a wall. "Someone will need to keep a close eye on you to make sure you don't try anything."

"You know I will." the glasses teen stated staring at Declan.

He nodded at that.

"You know, there's still something that's been bothering me." Sora mentioned suddenly.

"What's that?" Julia asked him.

"What Yuya said just before he passed out, what was it again?" Sora asked before frowning. "Oh yeah, 'Reclaim the Dragons... and reunite as one!' What does that even mean?"

"Yeah... Yuya doesn't have a dragon." Zuzu admitted hearing that.

Sora frowned. "Well what now, do we just keep waiting and working on your not so secret weapon?"

"You can do what you like." Ash said turning around, "I am interested on what your dragon can do with this Fusion thing Zuzu. Just know I'll be waiting at the Battle Royale. Ta-ta."

He walked off with a hand wave at that. Zuzu flinched slightly at that before taking out her deck and looking at Odd-Eyes. 'Can I do anything against him?'

"What's with that guy?" the orange haired boy asked seeing Ash's departure.

"We can worry about him later Vector." Alito mentioned.

"Indeed cause we have more pressing matters to head into." Declan said adjusting his glasses before Zuzu's Duel Disk starting ringing.

Blinking she answered it. "Hello?"

"Zuzu, it's Yoko." a woman's voice answered.

"Is everything ok?" Zuzu asked.

"Yuya's awake. He wants to know if your okay." Yoko answered.

Zuzu's eyes widened hearing that. "I'm fine, I'm at LID with Sora and the others. Is he ok?"

"Yeah. He has a fever but he kept asking for you." Yoko answered.

"I'm on my way." Zuzu said before turning to Declan. "I have to go see Yuya."

Declan nodded hearing that. With that she ran out towards the hospital where Yuya was. With that she ran out towards the hospital where Yuya was.

"I'm looking for Yuya Sakaki's room, my name's Zuzu Boyle." she explained quickly.

"Oh your who he kept asking for?" the receptionist asked before saying, "Room 12, Floor 2."

Zuzu nodded before taking a breath and walking to the room. Yoko was helping Yuya drink some water before seeing her enter.

"Yuya, are you ok?" Zuzu asked walking over to him.

Yuya looked over with sweat but smiled, "Your okay... I'm so glad..."

Zuzu teared up before hugging him. "You really scared me Yuya... what happened to you?"

"I'm not sure... When that guy Xyz Summoned, I passed out... I don't know what got into me, or know what happened." Yuya admitted wincing from a headache, "But I was worried if I hurt you or something..."

"You didn't." Zuzu whispered hugging him. "Everything's going to be ok Yuya."

"Zuzu please be careful. Yuya's at a delicate state right now." Yoko told her.

Zuzu nodded before wiping her eyes. "Ok."

"So... What happened?" Yuya asked rubbing his head to relieve the pain.

Zuzu explained what happened and what everyone said at LID.

"Your learning Fusion?" Yuya blinked surprised when he heard that.

"Yeah... hopefully it can help me if Ash duels me again but... I'm not sure I can win." she admitted.

"Well... Here." Yuya said handing her a card which she sees it's a Pendulum Monster known as Performapal Smile Sorcerer.

"Yuya... this is..." Zuzu started in shock.

"From what I know it is able to help your dragon. I don't know why I have this..." Yuya smiled giving it to her only to cough slightly, "But I can tell it's your's to bring smiles to people, and show Ash that you can have him smile as well."

Zuzu started tearing up before she hugged Yuya. "Thank you."

Yuya used one arm to hug her back, "Swing into action..."

She smiled at that. The doctor walked in taking Zuzu's shoulder, "Sorry but guest hours are over. Yuya needs to sleep if he's gonna get better."

She nodded at that before leaving the room.

"Be careful Zuzu." she heard him said to her before she closed the door.

'I will be Yuya.' Zuzu thought before looking at Smile Sorcerer and nodding.

Meanwhile at LID...

"Ash, are you busy?"

Hearing that Ash turned his eyes to see who's talking, "Not really."

It was Julia and she was with Kit and Dipper.

"Something's bothering you, you've been acting strange ever since your first match with Zuzu." Kit pointed out.

"He's right." Dipper agreed. "What's going on?"

"Strange? How would you describe it as something like that?" Ash asked them.

"You weren't acting like yourself sense then. You weren't interested in a Duelist before, and I still remembered you once refusing to fight You Show with us. So why is it your like this?" Julia asked him.

Ash closed his eyes stating, "Let's just say that Zuzu is reawakening something I thought was lost from me."

"Lost, what are you talking about?" Dipper questioned. "Even counting every single student from every program at the Leo Institute you're one of the best students we have."

"It isn't a Dueling kind of lost. I am always so serious when it comes to Dueling always managing to win with the Spirits to where eventually no one ever felt like fighting me since I was always so stern." Ash explained before crossing his arms looking at his Deck in front of him, "I wasn't always like that, and after an incident, I became that way, and joined LID to look for what I was missing but I kept getting in a road block. But seeing or dueling someone like Zuzu is carving a road in that road block."

"Is that why you decided to forfeit?" Julia asked him. "Because you were afraid beating her would mean you'd never get past that road block?"

"No. I forfeited cause it would mean losing her school. Why would I take away something that means so much to her?" Ash questioned Julia to that regard.

"You do know that if they lost they'd all end ups as LID students right?" Kit pointed out before frowning. "Well that's in the past and it isn't the only reason we came to talk about."

"It's also about what we heard back there." Dipper mentioned. "The whole thing with the Dimensions and invasions."

"With the arrival of those who use Xyz. You should fit right in Dipper." Ash said with a grin, and closed eyes.

"I don't know what to think anymore." Dipper frowned. "What's the truth?"

In all seriousness if they do come in saying to fight Fusion Summoning then I find that hard to believe but considering the way they acted, or the way they looked their speaking the truth." Ash told them walking to his room's window placing his arms behind him looking out at the city, "If they were telling lies they wouldn't be doing a good job at it, and considering the fact they gone after Zuzu during her training with Fusion it makes sense why they would act that way. I'm not usually one to get in these events but I will join in against the Fusion Forces, and I employ you three to do the same as we need all the fire power we can muster."

"What about what Sora was saying?" Julia asked. "How do we know he wasn't the one telling the truth?"

"Ah Sora Perse..." Ash narrowed his eyes hearing that name remembering who was teaching Zuzu to Fusion Summon, "He is quite a bit of a case I can't put my hand on. I'd keep an eye on him if I were you, something isn't right with that kid."

Kit frowned. "Well, all I know is whatever's really going on we'll find out at the Arc-League Championship."

"Then I suggest you prepare early, and train like your life depends on it." Ash told them looking over adjusting his glasses, "And always keep your guard up."

They nodded at that.
