Berserk good old days

Note: there are many timeskips this chapter so it flows better but most of this chapter takes place over the course of 1-2 months. (Or there about) so just keep that in mind,
And with that we can begin.

(Abandoned village in the cliffs towards the edge of Midland)
Isidro had been on his own for as much as he could remember, he wasn't a good theif but he was skilled enough to get by and not caught, it's how he came across this abandoned village he saw it as a ruin,
"Are we to late?" Sherkie asked looking at the dead bodies on the floor some missing a heads from clean cuts, Guts was looking a few steps ahead and found a chakra, "no...there still here...be on guard." Guts said as he drew Dragonslayer. And met the hidden kushans waiting for the ambush, as they attacked at once Guts bound over the attack and crushed them all.
"Puck locate the kid!" Guts said as he blocked flying Chakras,
"Right!" The fairy nodded as he flew off,
Puck flew around trying to locate Isidro and stay away from the fighting, as Guts and Sherkie held them off,
"Hey you." Puck said as he found Isidro hiding in a barrel.
"Huh your small." He said
"Yea I'm a Fairy, what do you expect." Puck said
"We're all clear Puck you find him?" Guts asked
"Yea he's here, and safe." Puck said
"Good now then Sherkie do your thing…" he said
Sherkie walked up to Isidro and bonked him on the head with her staff a bit harder than exactly needed, but it got the job done,
Isidro gasped and looked around, "Guts...what the hell happened!?" He asked
"Long story you two kids can chat it up while we make our way back to the band of the Hawk. Isidro i expect you to keep up your training." He said
Isidro gulped as he followed him. "Of course no question about it sir, hey Sherkie...where my knife?"
"What you expect I carry around a flaming dagger where ever I go it will burn my clothes." She said glaring at Isidro implementing that's the ONLY thing she wears,
"Umm no I just thought-." Isidro said
"Enough! Sherkie give him the dagger, he will need it for training anyways." Guts said
Sherkie chuckles and tossed the dagger, " I was just teasing you," she said
"Yea yeah so what's the plan Guts?" Isidro asked
"Now we head back to find Farnese and Sirpico and see if they have acquired a ship for us to get to the fairy island, I need to repair the berserker Armor." Guts said
"No way the armor broke. But isn't it unbreakable, what with a demon locked inside?" Isidro asked
"It's possible but it's hard." Sherkie explained,
"We can talk later...were being followed...keep quiet and let's see if we can't gain distance on them," Guts said
The 3 nodded and followed Guts. As they pushed up the rocky edge of the cliffs,
(Griffith)
In the sewer Griffith looked into the shadows unable to see any incoming threat made him very uneasy to move on,
"Here I'll help!" Farnese Said as she sighed and sent a ball of light to Griffith, "that will help you see." She said
Griffith nodded and grabbed Casca's hand and lead her to the Ball as fast as possible to stop a possible tragedy.

However they looked at the newcomers with great distain
"What are you doing here? GUARDS GUARDS!" A Noble women screamed, as two guards approached Griffith and Casca intent to apprehend them. However both were not looking at the guards but out the window.
A low growl was heard by the two as they snapped up to the guards and lunged at them "GET DOWN!" Griffith yelled as the glass shattered.
And pandemonium occurred.
(Guts)
As the group headed there way to ground to meet up with the Band of the Hawk. Guts stopped the party,
"Guts...what is it?" Sherkie asked,
"Trouble." He said as he drew Dragonslayer.
"That you will be correct on my firend...however not for you…" a voice said from above,
Guts spun around to see the Kushan assassin Slant standing above them with his two firends, he was couched ready to strike.
Guts reacted instantly readying Dragonslayer and leveling it at the assassin.
"Please I come in peace! If I wanted you dead I would have killed you when you first entered the town to retrieve the boy...isn't it good faith enough that I let you live."
" as a rule of thumb I don't trust anyone I can't swing my sword at." Guts said
"Fare enough." Slant said as he jumped down
" now look I don't know what you Kushan's are doing but we're rather busy-!"
Isidro started but Slant turned to him
"Listen kid the adults are talking why don't you go play in the field and blow on flowers." He said as he also glaired at Sherkie who stepped forward
"You're quite a strange oddity to me. I know your Kushan yet unlike your own kind I don't sense and evil Ood about you."
Slant took a deep breath and sighed "very well…" he said as he undid his face mask
"I'm Slant and yes I'm a Kushan assassin. Or was...myself and our brethren had fallen out of favor with Emperor Giniska and we are now on the run." He said
"Ouch what did you do to piss off your boss?" Isidro asked
"That's just it...we didn't do anything in fact the mission he sent us on was a success." He said
"What mission was that?" Guts asked
"We assassinated the King and Queen of Midland." Slant said
"So you are the cause for the power struggle." Puck said
"Yes and when I reported this to the Emporeor he said I knew too much and ordered my men executed. We 3 are the only ones left that I know of." Slant said
Guts and the others looked at each other even on the other timeline Giniska Human-apostles hybrid he was, insane as is that didn't fit his motif.
"Do you have any ideas why he would do this?" Guts asked
"That's just it it was so sudden he was like a monster." Slant said
"Wait a second that's it Remember in the forest!" Sherkie said turning to Guts. "Grunbeld!" She said Guts's eyes shot open.
[Flashback]
"You are Sir Griffith! The leader of the Band of the Hawk!" Grunbeld said. "What of it?" Griffith asked "My name is Grunbeld. And as a member of the Kushan's Ghost division, YOUR SENTENCED TO DEATH!" Grunbeld yelled
[Flashback end]
"It's quiet possible if Femto wasn't selected they would choose another and Ginashka fits seeing as before he was a bastardized hybrid." Sherkie said
Guts clenched his fist "damn it how could I have forgotten that!" He said as he turned around "we have to warn Griffith." He said as he started to walk. Before he looked over his shoulder
"Slant do you want revenge on your boss for his betrayal?" Guts asked
Slant looked to his two bodyguards and they all nodded
"Come with us you will be a big help defeating Ginashka's army." Guts said
( Griffith)
There was a scream following the shattered glass and the tearing of fabric.
Griffith got up quickly and spun around to see a Chimera was standing in the middle of the ballroom floor.
"W-what the hell is that?!" One of the noblemen asked
"Someone must've brought it. Guards get it out of here!" The wench Noblewoman screamed
"No dont!" Griffith screamed but it was too late the guards got to close and the chimera cut the guards throat out.
Griffith growled as the Chimera locked eyes on Rodrick and bolted towards him
"NO!" Griffith yelled as he crossed the room Sabre in hand as he stabbed the beast in the heart making the corpse go flying across the floor a trail of blood skirting across the floor.
Griffith held his Sabre out ready for any other windows to shatter and attack. But there appeared to be a lull.
Finally Rodrick approaches Sir Griffith.
"Enhem. It appears I owe you my life kind sir may I knoweth thy name?" He said
"Sir Griffith of the Band of the Hawk." Griffith said as he reached out his hand
Rodrick was about to grasp it when another window shattered Griffith reacted instantly grasping Rodrick's arm and pulling him behind pointing his Sabre to the new threat
"Casca Exit!" Griffith said
Casca ran to the ballroom door and threw them open and found two more chimeras "not that way!" She said as she went to the other doors to find the same thing
"GRIFFITH WERE TRAPPED!" She said
"Then Send the signal!" He said
Casca nodded and drew her sword from her blouse and headed to one of the shattered windows and grabbed a candle from her pocket before throwing it out the window
"What is that gonna do?" One of the nobles asked before it suddenly exploded!
"That wasn't a candle it was a Grenade in a compact shell. The rest of the Band of the Hawk are on its way." She said
"Then we just need to survive this then." Griffith said as he lowered himself to a combat stance.
Griffith staired the door, waiting for the chimaera's to smash the door but they did not, outside the door screams and shouts were heard, human shouts and inhuman growls of pain and anguish and then death before that,
The doors opened and Sipico and Farnesewalked in followed by Jadeau and Corkus and the rest of the Band on the other side.
"The Kushan's have been repealed." Jadeau said
"Those bastards were here!?" Rodrick said
"There plan was to massacre the all Noble's here and spread chaos among the remaining resistance of Midland." Farnesesaid
"But Why! Of all the brutality should they cause such harm!" A Noble man said.
"Lord Does do that search empathy in the hearts of brutal oppressior and murderer of our most beloved king!" The noblewomen from before said calling out a traitor.
"Madam doth disrespect me forth call a conspiracy of my Home!" The nobleman shouted,
"You have called out thyself!" The women shot back as the crowd rose in anger, "traitor! traitor!"
"Does has not occurred to you that once the Noble's of Midland are in ruin and the Army we backed crushed that the Kushan wouldn't hesitate to sell us to slavery as whores to use in there wicked spell casting as thy done to Wyndham!" The women said
"Doeth can't believe such fantasy!" The nobleman argued
"DOTH EVIDENCE IS SEEN WITH THY EYES!" The women outraged making the entire hall quiet.
"I haveth seen my own daughter, in chains tormented with horrors unspeakable! While I powerless to save her! Nay I decree, for all to hear I shall never surrender to those fowl bastards, I will do all I can to defend my home and my family!" She screamed. She fell to her knees and bawled her eyes out confronting her helpless and powerlessness to save her daughter,
The room was silent as Griffith approached the women and gently lifted her chin,
"The Band of the Hawk will do all it can to defend Midland, but we cannot do it alone." He said
"If you are serious about your fight to defend the country, then you have my backing, I swore on my daughter I will not let those bastards control me!" She said as Griffith helped her up. And addressed the crowd.
"There is hope for Midland! But we must stand together, as one!" Griffiith said,
"You have saved my life, it would be a major insult for me to not give my support." Rodrick said before declaring "the Hawks have my support!"
"As thy mine!" The Noblewomen said and everyone returned the calls saying they would back Griffith and the Band of the Hawk.
Griffith smiled "then we have hope, but we next need an army," he said as Roderick spoke up
"I've heard the Holy See is leaving to find backers outside of Midland, where the Kushan cannot give chase." He said
"However without a unifying figure, the armies of Midland will struggle for control to lead against the Kushan." The noblewomen said,
"Then we much find a figure to unify Midland." Griffith said
"What about Princess Charlotte." Jadeau said.
"Who knows not what the Horrid Ginishka has done to thy fair maiden." The noblewomen said not believeing she survived.
"But it is the best shot we've got, but we will need to locate her," Griffith said
"If it comes down to it I can send several of my men to search among the Kushans and tell us if they are holding her," Jadeau said.
"What about the Holy See, are we just to leave them to their Plan?" Rodrick said.
"That is the best we can do, otherwise we will be facing a two front assault against an ally we need and an enemy we cannot spare a single person to fight with." Griffith said.
"We need to gather our resources for the Band of the Hawk, we must go, and prepare for war." She said as she exited, along with the rest of the Nobles,
However Griffith Stopped Rodrick for a private word.
"We need to speak with you." Griffith said with Farneseand Sirico behind him.
(Private estate Garden)
Rodrick put down his tea cup and sat across Griffith and Farnesewith Sipico standing not to far away from the table,
"I see, this is quiet a conundrum, mostly dealing with the fact none of this happened "last time." He said
"Again however last time we had a marriage to gather the boat, because it was needed for us to travel." Farnese said
"An arrangement I would quiet frankly enjoy to have again, if only you were for that." Rodrick said
Farnese Looked down but didn't say a word.
"As I feared, I will not arrange a marriage, and I shall keep my word Sir Griffith you saved my life, I shall do what I can to help you." He said,
"A ship would be most greatful." Griffith said
"Yes to get to the Island of the Fae, consider it done, tell me where is Guts? And what is it nessessary to reach the island." Rodrick said
"The berserker Armor is broken and on the Island is the blacksmith who made it, only he can repair it." Farnese said
"Yes I see Very well, we I shall inform the crew of this and be ready to leave on Guts command." Rodrick said
"I thank you for this." Farnese said
"Sir Griffith who is to accompany Guts to the island?" Rodrick asked
"That is the worry some issue with that, for Guts and Puck are needed, Sherkie would be helpful to be able to contact with the witches on the island, however Should we run into any Apostle of Ginishka, I would need her to be able to deal with them without too many casualties." He said
"But The Hawks Raiders are plenty strong enough to handle any Apostle they come into contact with," Farnese said
"What makes you say that Farnese?" Griffith asked in genuine curiosity.
"Guts told me this himself, well He told Sherkie, who told me, that he trained Each individually to deal with an apostle, in a one on one fight, The raiders can deal with the Apostle's." Farnese said
"Hmm that's good to know, then in that case, I feel it safe to send The original Of Gut's traveling crew to the island." He said,
"Except Casca right? She is more use here with you," Sirpico said.
"Yes, except Casca. She is needed on the battlefield." Griffith said
"Then all we need to do is Wait for Guts to return and we shall be ready." Rodrick said as he stood up, "if you excuse me I must inform the crew." He said as he left,
"Now we only need to figure out is Princess Charlotte and The Holy See." Sirpico said. As Griffith sat in deep thought for the plans of war.
(Emperor Ginishka.)
The Emperor of the Kushan sat in his mobile palace as he thinking in his throne, the Godhand Emperor deep in thought as to what his next plan for global conquest, shall be,
'I could go to the East and stretch across there, that however would allow the people of Midland to put up a rebellion, strong enough to resist me...no I have time. I am Endless, they are just insects of history, and I'm the spider."
"Ginishka…" a deep voice on the wind spoke his name, despite how powerful the Godhand Emperor was, he still suppressed a Shiver, as he stepped off his throne and fell to his knee.
"Godhand, Void. You request of me?" He asked as he was Instantly warped to the Astral Plane.
"We do...how goes your conquest of Midland." Void asked
"The Kingdom is crushed, and I control over Wyndham as my center." He said
"And what of Femto, and Guts" Void barked
"Nothing. Are they really a threat?" Ginishka asked unable to believe two puny humans can be so dangerous,
"Listen to me, Ginishka we gave you your power to do one thing, we can snatch it back without a second thought, you are only a Honorary member, to be considered a true member you must slay the previous Candidate for the position, you must Slay Femto." Void said
"Very well I shall do as you wish, inorder for the perfect world to form." Ginishka said.
Void nodded and transported Ginishka back to his mobile palace, leaving the Emperor dazed and nauseous on the floor of his palace. He sat up and headed behind his throne to his personal bed chambers.
The bed was a four poster bed with drapes all around covering whoever was inside it. With privacy.

Ginishka approached the bed and opened and revealed Charlotte on the bed naked, her body lay spread eagle with Chains to her wrists and feet. She glaired at the Vile emperor.
"Hello Princess." Ginishka said
The princess pulled at the chains and glared at the Bastard,

"Come now dear Princess Charlotte. You must know I'm amazing in bed," Ginishka said
"Yea and you know what's not amazing, being Chained to the bed 24 hours a day!" She screamed,
"It's only to prevent you from escaping my love." He said
"I AM NOT BEING YOUR GODDAMN BREEDER!" She screeched at the top of her lungs, and tried to snap the chains but she was too malnourished and weak to even lift them.
Ginishka sighed "such a shame you really are a gorgeous women." He said as he pulled his pants down and got onto the bed. Making Charlotte struggle harder,
Ginishka took off his shirt and stroked her cheek, as Charlotte turned away and squinted her eyes closed as to not look, as he slowly drew his finger across her body,
Charlotte shivered as his hand reached to her neither region and rubbed against her clit,

Guts and his traveling gang, slowly made there way back to central Midland, while discussing all the plans for the future,
"So your armor has a demon in it?" Slant asked
"Yes, it's very unruly and hard to control so I don't let it out often," Guts said
"Why do you wear it?" Slant asked
"Because it has better use than defects so might as well make use of it." He said
"I see. How much longer do we have until we make our way to your firends?" Slant asked
"A few days we are almost there." Sherkie said
"Hmm that's not fast enough. We need a quicker pace." Slant said
"Sorry but it's the best we can do. Unless you and your firends have super strength to carry us all there. It's the best we got." Guts said
"Listen to me, in a few weeks time Ginishka might have already conquered the Armies of Midland." Slant said as they stopped as they left the rugged cliffs and onto the flat planes of Midland,
"You mean those armies?" Isidro asked pointing to the Holy See's alliance around Vritannis,
"Am impressive army, but it's gonna take more than that to beat The Vile Emperor." He said
"Right, it's time we find Griffith." Guts said as they headed into the city,
As they approach they are shocked to find that many of the troops leaving on mass, and splitting up,
"What's happening?" Isidro asked
"I don't know, the Holy See was one of the major forces that defeated the Kushan's before, to see them just up and retreat like this is...unsettling." Guts said as they stood in front of the city standing where the military tents once stood, abandoned,
They heard a chuckle, and Guts and the gang turned to see Griffith standing in his full plate armor, helmet under his arm,
"They are going where they need to go, the Holy See, is going past the borders to gather other allies, as they claim to bash Kushan with an overwhelming force." Griffith said
"You doubt they can do it." Isidro asked barking at Griffith not knowing who he was,
"It will be just like Cannae." Guts said understanding what Griffith ment,
"Yes Guts i'm afraid so," he said
"Isidro this is Griffith the Commander and Founder of the Band of the Hawk." Guts introduced,
"Wait...the band of the Hawk...does that mean?" Isidro asked before appearing next to Griffith
"YOU KNOW THE HUNDRED MAN SLAYER!?" He asked
Griffith was shocked but he calmed down quickly, "Yes, I certainly know the legendary figure. In fact I had the honor to fight beside him in several important battles of the Hundred Years War, and I feel safe to say, if it were not for him. The Hundred Years' War, would perhaps have keep going for another Hundred Years." He said
Isidro was floor it was like a dream come true his full hero revealed, you could see stars and hearts in his eyes.
"Who is he?" Isidro asked
Griffith chuckled, "in due time young one. You will see." Griffith said as he looked up to Guts and noticed the Kushan behind Guts.
"GUTS!" Griffith called as he drew his Sabre and charged at the Kushan but was stopped by Guts,
"Griffith he's a friend." He said calmly
The blade rested under the Kushans neck surprised at the speedy movement the warrior prosessed,
"A friend…" Griffith asked
"He was ousted by Ginishka and his friends were slaughtered, he has opted to give us an inside look of how they operate." Guts said
"I see…" Griffith said as he stood up and sheathed his sword and bowed to Slant, "I apologize."
"I don't mind, Perhaps we may spar one day it will give you some good insight on Kushans techniques." Slant said
When he spoke the rest of Guts group Sherkie, Isidro, Ivalera, and Puck, all huffed and thought, 'oh god another combat junkie…'
Griffith smiled "I'm sure we will." He said before turning to Guts "Rodrick has agreed to give you a ship, a long with Sherkie, Farness, Isidro, Sirpico, Puck and Ivalera." Griffith said.
"Wait but wouldn't it be better if either me or Farnesestayed behind to help the Band of the Hawk? There could be apostle's." Sherkie said
Griffith smiled,
"And your Apprentice needs you to train her, she is a marvelous Witch. One that only shows the level of her master. And she can only grow thought you." Griffith said
"But." Sherkie said
"Besides, if I'm correct the other idea I have will be even better." Griffith said with a smile. He walked past them and headed into the city, "walk with me, and I will explain." He said
"The idea I have is if as you say is correct and there's a massive Coven of Witches on Elfhime, it would be best if we gather them to our side as well." Griffith said
"Wait hold one, there are two major problems with that, 1 the fact the Witches are isolationist, so long as the status quo of there arts are not effected they will refuse to choose a side." Sherkie said knowing exactly what they would do, as Flora taught her, the idea of other Coven's.
"The other problem is the Holy See itself. They will see the Witches as...well Witches and demand there burning with heresy." Guts said
"Yes...I'm aware of both those things. That's why our offensive will be several different offensive's.
"One Guts and crew, go repair the Berserker Armor." While The band of the Hawk finds and Free's Princess Charlotte." Griffith said.
"Wait your going after the princess of Midland?" Slant asked
"Yes it's the only unifying key to which will prevent a Midland civil war from occurring," Griffith said.
"And then once unified, we can at least fight them to a standstill." Guts said
"Excluding the Apostle's." Isidro said,
"Once unified, we will be able to hold off the Kushan advance, and with Slant here with us, we may even have an advantage." Griffith said.
Everyone was on edge the plan was clearly risky, seeing as much of it was based on previous knowledge, much of which had been changed. However one finally spoke,
"Sounds like a plan Griffith." Guts said
Griffith nodded "glad to see I have you support in this a Guts." Griffith said
"Heh hey if you made impossible plans work in the Hundred Years' War, it shouldn't be too hard to do the same Now, unless you're going senial and decided not to tell me." Guts laughted
"Ahh I'll miss you Guts, but for now we need to part, Roderick should be waiting at the Dock's for you." Griffith said
"Understood, take care of Casca, for me, and inform Gaston I'll be back as soon as I can." Guts said
"With your permission Guts I'd like to allow several members of the Hawks Raiders train the other Companies of the Grand Army of the Falcon." Griffith said
"See if you can't survive a day of there training first, then decide, I'll leave the final choice up to you, Sherkie, Isidro, Farness, Sirpico, Grab your stuff we're leaving." Guts said as he turned and headed to the dock, as he passed by a inn a window opened.
"Guts!" A voice called
Guts looked up and a bundle of cloth falling towards his face, he caught it and looked up. To find Casca threw it. "Several change of clothes, and other things for the trip on the water." She said
"I hope my cleaning kit is here!" He yelled,
"Are you kidding me the Hunk of Iron you hold is impossible to clean." Casca teased, before she looked out the window, "also, hurry back ok?" She said
"I will try. Keep Griffith sane ok?" Guts said as he turned away
"OH SURE GIVE ME THE IMPOSSIBLE TASK, OK FUCK YOU TOO!" Casca screamed at him, Guts didn't look back but waved over his shoulder, "love you too." He said
Casca sighed as she watched him leaving. Before she looked at Griffith and the 3 Kushans her eyes narrowed at the latter.
Guts and the crew made it to the docks and found Rodrick waiting for them as well as Azan.
Azan stepped forward and bowed, "FarneseI wish I could go with you but I'm afraid I must lead the our Division of the Band of the Hawk." He said
"Worry not Azan, we accept this, you will be a good leader in our absence." Farnesesaid as she boarded the ship, with Sirpico,
Sherkie and Isidro followed and looked behind to see Guts talking to Rodrick.
"It's good to see you again old friend…" Rodrick said
"Yes,,,let us hope we don't run into any pirates or Sea gods along the way." Guts said
"Worry not We've packed in advance, no stops needed for this trip, just to doggerland and back." Rodrick said
"Doggerland?" Guts asked
"Ancient cartographers appantly mapped the sea like that but they were sealed or lost. Either. Way the scrolls appeared in my family library." Rodrick said
Guts nodded and looked over to the others on the ship, "they appear to be waiting for us." He said causing Rodrick to turn as well
"Is it will seem shall we?" He asked smiling at Guts
"After you," Guts said as the two boarded.
"Cast off!" Rodrick commanded, as the ship set sail
Guts walked down deck and settled in for the long voyage.
(Griffith)
Griffith watched the ship leave, and sighed, "well there off, We should reveal you to The Band of the Hawk Commanders. So they can expect your Assistance." Griffith said as they walked away,
Griffith reached their headquarters which was ironically the estate of Vritannis. Seeing as it was the only space that held the room for the massive Wargame tatical map for the war with the Kushans.
Around them then legendary band of the Hawk were scratching there heads,
After about five minutes of Silence someone finally spoke, "damn it can somebody just say something, anything about the combat strategy?" Martino said
"It's not that simple Martino. The Kushan's are not in a standard area, or hold up in a city, there on the move, and we don't know where." Jadeau said with his arms crossed.
" so what we're just gonna sit here and wait for the Kushan's to wreck havoc on other villages and gain more Pesudo-apostle's!?" Martino asked,
"That's not what we are attempting to do at all Jadeau argued."
Suddenly the door opened and four men and one women walked in, Griffith, Casca Slant and his two bodyguards.
"We know where Ginishka and the Kushan's are going." Griffith said
"Where?" Jeadau asked
"Doldrey." Slant said pulling everyone to look at him,
"Emperor Ginishka sees Griffith and the Band of the Hawk his Greatest opponent, and he didn't attack before because he didn't considerr his forces strong enough but with the Defeat of the Holy See's alliance, it's clear that where he will go." Slant said
"Corkus...won't be enough to protect it alone." Jadeau said sorrowful, as everyone lowered there head in sadness,
"However there is hope," Slant said, "The vile Emperor is moving in his mobile palace, many of the Ginishka armedforces for that escort are Apostles and he only has a few of them everyone else is servants, I'd say he only has 200 pseudo-apostles who were previously purebred Kushan's he refuses to have anyone else in his army royal army." Slant said
"Is Princess Charlotte with the mobile palace?" Griffith asked
"It's most likely, Ginishka has it stuck in his head that Having Her Mary him will allow him access to Midland so he's most likely using her as a...object of his desires." Slant said
"Fucking bastard." Casca growled as she slammed her fist onto the table.
"It seems clear what we need to do, with the Nobles of the city Vacated as well as much of the Civilian population, the Grand Army of the Falcon will March to its stronghold and defend Doldrey from the Kushan's threat, and we will rescue The Princess. And unite all of Midland against the Kushan and apostle threat." Griffith said
The Grand Army of the Falcon Commanders nodded and they got ready to head out to Doldrey.
(Guts: a few days later)
On the Ship Guts watched the deck as he noticed Farneseand Sherkie practicing magick, no doubt trying to ward off evil entities from trying to interrupt there journey, Puck and Ivalera were trying around playing tag, and Sirpico and Isidro were training separately.
Guts sighed, he wanted had the urge to go and train Isidro but before he could he was stopped by Rodrick,
"So Guts." He asked
"Captain…" Guts said Rodrick waved him off,
"Please not so formal we're friends if I remember correctly." He said with a good cheer laugh and a slap on Guts back, Guts smiled back
"Yeah we are...what's up?" He asked
"Well simply put...What do you suppose we are going to find on Elfhime." Rodrick asked.
"You mean besides what we already know is there?" Guts asked with a raised eyebrow. Not knowing what he ment,
"Well didn't you say before that Flora recognized you when you got Sherkie," Rodrick said
Guts nodded. "Yes I just assumed it was because of the magick link with-."
"The ancestral plane I know, but imagin this, if everyone on that island is a witch…" Rodrick Said
"Then they might already know we are coming." Guts said in realization. As he looked over to the bow of the ship.
"I hadn't even thought of that, it might actually be easer to recruit the Witches to our side." Guts said.
(Elfhime)
The queen of the Fae sat in her throne drinking tea as she finished her sip she lowered it and smiled,
"Are you sure this is the path you wish to take you two?" She asked
In front of her Ghost's of both Skull Knight and Flora bowed before the throne,
"It is…" they both said,
"Causality has gotten too far out of line drastic steps are needed to rectify the mistake," Skull knight said.
"And do you think that if you did not that someone else would have done?" The Queen of the Fae said
Skull knight looked up before turning to Flora, who was just as shocked,
"Granted the Enemy May had changed faces and the guilt will not be on your shoulder your Majesty but perhaps fate is doing this to allow the more desirable outcome to occur." The queen of the Fae said
"But in that case...the idea of evil…" Flora asked herself mumbling to her feet.
"Is just that...an idea… a concept created by humanity to brand there desires, and with the rampant grown and repression of pleasure from Organizations. The idea grew, until it was too rampant to contain." The Queen Said,
Skull knight looked up "In that case...are we destined to fail?" Skull knight asked
"I don't see it that way...both you and the universe are working towards the same goal. Aren't you not, balance. So I see it inevitable the plan successes." The queen smiled as she took another drink,
"Rise my friends take a drink with me, our honored guests will arrive soon,
"I shall go inform Archmage Gedfring of the approachment of our allies, perhaps we can prevent the conflict from arising again." Flora said with a smile,
"Perhaps…" The Queen of the Fae said, as Flora floated off,
"And what about you my friend, are you ready for this?" She asked
"I'm ready to finally Rest In Peace…" Skull knight said
"Aren't we all." She said

The Grand Army of the Falcon reached Doldry and was surprised by the fact the castle was not under seige of The Kushan's or Ginishka's forces,
Griffith stopped by the lake, and narrowed his eyes, at the fort,
"Griffith what's wrong," Casca said
"I don't know I don't like it…" Griffith said
He looked at the castle and noticed the drawbridge lowering and Corkus waving at them,
Griffith smiled, "perhaps I'm just overreacting, GRAND ARMY OF THE FALCON WE MARCH TO DOLDREY!" Griffith shouted as he lead the army into the castle,
Griffith stopped infront of Corkus as he saluted
"Commander Griffith Sir." He said
Griffith smiled, "we are here because we've gotten word that Emperor Ginishka, has a band of Pesudo-apostle. On March to attack and be-seige Doldrey, among them is the kidnapped Princess Charlotte." Griffith said telling Corkus the situation.
"Don't worry commander we will remind them why that's a bad idea," Corkus said
"Glad to here that, now them GRAND ARMY OF THE FALCON DISPERSE!" Griffith said as those there got settled in Doldrey, to await the battle.
"Commander If I may ask where is Guts?" Corkus asked
"He is heading off to repair his Armor, we shall need it it when we face against the Kushan's full might," Griffith said,
Corkus nodded and dismissed himself to check on the cannons,
Griffith settled his horse, and chose to walk the halls,
(Guts)
Back on the boat Guts was at it again training Isidro, with his training, Guts was using a wooden training dagger as was Isidro, due to both of there proficiency in the weapon's as to not kill each other, both were dagger fighting.
Isidro rushed at Guts as he prepared for a Strike he crossed his arms,
However he didn't expect for Isidro to slide under his legs and jump up hitting Guts in the back before he could turn around
"Gah!" Guts cried in shock upon being hit, he smiled and turned around to face Isidro.
"Impressive use of your size and speed. You knew I wouldn't be able to turn around in time and you pressed the advantage, and struck where I was vulnerable, you should be happy." Guts said
"Yea!" Isidro said cheering hearing the prase Guts gave him.
"I have no more I can teach you," Guts said
"SAY WHAT!?" Isidro said shocked
"Let me finish." Guts said silencing the argument of his protege,
"As I said I have nothing left to teach you, I'm too slow and heavy of a fighter to hit to in one on one, with the Armor, however If he is willing I'm Sure Serpico would be willing to spar with you. Giving you good training with a more agile opponent." Guts said
Isidro looked over at Serpico who rubbed the back of his head.
"Sure why not I can use some work on smaller sized opponents as well." He said
"Alright." Isidro cheered,
Guts watched then interaction and headed back to the top deck, on the banister he heard "Guts!"
He looked over to See Rodrick smiling,
"What are you getting at?" Rodrick asked
"What do you mean I spoke the truth," Guts asked
"Yeah and we've seen you fight with the Dragonslayer, your as agile as a fox when you want to be, so what's this about not being able to keep up Isidro?" Rodrick asked
"I just assumed you wanted the Seahorse in one peace for our voyage." Guts said
Rodrick laughted, "alright alright! Thanks for the consideration." Rodrick said
"How close are we to Skellig?" Guts asked
"It's off the coast of Doggerland so not too far, we passed the strait of Gibraltar nearly 3 weeks ago. So we should be there soon," Rodrick said,
Guts nodded. "Very well, I'll be in my quarters." Guts said as he headed below deck,
(Astral world)
The idea of evil sat and watched, despite being a creation of humanity, and his powers and desires shifting as it seems the one thing has always stayed constant for its entire existence: Self Governance. It is something that he is desperate to achieve not even the "hand of God" can stop it from gaining it.

Guts and the other got off rather easily and looked around, "this is the place." Guts said
Sherkie nodded "yes...I can feel the Magick of this place overwhelmingly strong, it's almost as if." Sherkie said
"Yes...the Roar of the Astral world despite perhaps never happening, has the same force here." A voice said as everyone turned and saw, Archmage Gedfring. "You are expected. We must go, there is not much time." He said as he led them to Elfhime passing the barrier, easily and quickly,
Sherkie stepped forward, "Umm archmage Gedfring?" She asked
"Yes I know why you here, allow us to talk to you in private in the Archmage quarters later, for now Guts, you have a meeting with the queen of the Fae," the Gedfring said before looking to Sherkie, "and you should probably take yourself and your protégés and join the lessons. Young Sherkie." The Archmage said as he walked away and over to the tree,
"What about the rest of us?" Rodrick said
"Enjoy yourself your time is your own." Gedfring said
"It's unfortunate we cannot stay long we need to get back to Midland and help out against the Kushan's." Sherkie said
"Hopefully once the Kushan are dealt with we will be able to come here more often." Guts said as he looked over behind him.
"Can't be…" he said in. A low mutter, as he walked off in a trace,
"Guts!" Farnesecried as she reached out to him but Sherkie lowered her arm,
"Leave him he has his own meeting to go to...as do we." She said
Farneselooked down at Sherkie and nodded, as they walked off,
"Well I guess I can just sit back and relax." Rodrick said
(Griffith)
Griffith look outside a few days later and saw the Mobile palace of Ginishka near the river, 'so there here.' He said. As he got up and prepared for the siege. Informing everyone Ginishka was here,
(Guts)
Guts didn't know how far he walked, in his lucid trance, past cliffs, on planes, and into a deep cave, he only gained control once he heard the clanging of metal on metal.
Guts approached, the man who stopped and turned around,
"Ah yes...the struggler...hello Guts." The dwarf said
"Hello Hanarr." Guts said
"What have you done to that Armor?" He asked
"It saved my life." Guts said
"Yes. And I'm more surprised about your skill with the armor. Very few have said to master it, with there urges and desires overwhelming them, but None have said to be able to become inbalance with the Beast. You must have amazing will and luck traveler, you are the first to ever possibly unlock the armor's true potential. Even more than I forseen when I made it. Now then let's get it back in working order," Hanarr said
Hanarr hit the stomach portion of the berserker Armor and the mask slid down, covering Guts,
The triangle snout folded into the original skull shape allowing Guts to take it off like a Normal set of armor.
"I shall work on this Armor, by the time it is done you should be ready to leave, I will give it to you when it is finished." The Dwarf said
Guts nodded as he opened his satchel and put on his spare set of clothes, as he exited the cave,
He left and was surprised to find Skull knight there, without his horse,
"Huh first time I've seen you without the mount, I was actually wondering if you were glued to it." Guts said.
"We don't have much time fate has come into play more than expected, follow me." Skull knight said.
(Griffith)
Griffith sat in the great hall as the heads of the Grand Army of the Falcon stood around there table which was modified to be there war-table.
"Jadeau have your scouts come back with anything?" Martino asked
"It's just as Slant said around 200 pseudo-apostle's as a fighting force, however if Ginishka does consider us our Rival I have very high doubt he hasn't prepared an ambush Somewhere." He said
Griffith nodded. "Agreed, and I'd prefer as little casualties as possible. Gaston, you and Corkus are the main fighting force in this skirmish, the rest of the Army is unable to deal with Apostle's even Pseudo ones, Corkus will cover you from the wall's and and pick off anyone who slips thought your gaps,
"Understood the Raiders are ready." Gaston said
"Good, with that Casca, Pippin, Jadeau and myself will infiltrate Ginishka's Palace and rescues Princess Charlotte." Griffith said
"We are not here to wipe them out, it will only encourage Ginishka to enforce a more proactive seige, and we won't be able to handle that, "Gaston I'd like you to choose one member of the Raiders to stay behind and train the rest of The Grand Army of the Falcon, in anti-Apostle fighting, if given time I may be joining you again." Griffith said as he looked at Gaston seriously, after a day of training with the Raiders he understood the importance of the training, and for now on any new recruits had to survive the Anti-Apostle training, before they joined The Grand Army of the Falcon,
"Consider it done." Gaston said knowing just the guy to choose,
"Very good we have our orders, prepare for combat!" Griffith said, as he dismissed everyone.
(Sherkie)
In the middle of the Witch village Sherkie and Farnesewatched as the others practices there magick and grew it,
"FarneseI think it's time we begin as well." Sherkie said
"Ok what shall I do mistress?" Farneseasked
"You've done good so far to reach the mediative step, but now we need to see if you can reach the 4 sacred kings," she said
"The four sacraid kings are those who you called on?" Farneseasked
"When I call on for major protection like at the Church yes." They have many names depending on what coven or group of witch's you belong to but there titles are relevant, what they do go by is the Four Devine Kings." Sherkie said
"Four Devine kings...you mean…" Farnesesaid
"Yes the King's are called kings because the word God's is heresy by the Holy See, However there is no doubt these are ancient pagan polytheistic Gods, through and through." Sherkie said.
"I see, then if I may ask what about the Godhand?" Farneseasked
Sherkie stopped her. "We will talk about the Godhand some other time, let's just focus on the 4 so far," she said
"Alright who is first?" Farnesesaid
"Technically none of them are first, they all share equally amounts of power in there distinctive elements. Gedula: is is fire, Ve: who is water, Ate: which is wind, and Markt: which is Earth," Sherkie said
"Gedula, Ve, Ate, and Markt." Farnese said
"That's now, we need to get in touch with the sprits, this can go into two ways, Prayer, or astral communication." Sherkie said
"Astral communication? What like telepathy?" Farnese asked
"Close but no, telepathy sends the message though the Astral plane, but it also goes back out. Where as here the message originate in the Astral plane to speak to members that reside there." Sherkie said
"Oh almost like when we went into Casca mind." Farnese said
"Exactly. You know what I'm talking about, that's good because we are basically do that again." Sherkie said
"We?" Farnese asked
"Well i won't be beside you but I'll be nearby to watch and interfere if anything goes wrong you will be communing with the gods yourself." Sherkie said
"I see." Farnesesaid growing worried,
Sherkie put a Hand on her shoulder, "you will do fine Farnese, you were incredible in the Basement of the party, and you didn't even use the power of the gods then." Sherkie said
"I...right." Farnese said
"Good now let's project, I assume you remember how." She said
"Yes mistress." Farnese said
"Very well I'll see you there," Sherkie said as she took a deep breath closeted her eyes and put her back against the tree holding her staff.
Seeing she was alone Farnese followed suit,
(Astral plane)
Farnese opened her eyes and saw herself floating, she looked around and saw a lot of thing floating around her but nothing she recognized.
"M-mistress!?" Farnese asked
"Worry not young one, she is not far, however, she is not here, for what we say is for your ears only." A voice said as Farnese turned around and found 4 giant avatars floating above her,
"The four Devine Kings." Farnese said
"Very good my child. Yes it us, we speak to you, to reward you, and proclaim your prophecy." Ve said
"Prophecy?" Farnese asked
"Yes. Prophecy, you will be a key instrument in remaking the world, whould you like to hear it?" Ate said
Farneselooked down. "I…"
(Sherkie)
As she opened her eyes in the astral world she noticed something was wrong, she felt the powerful magick of the Four king's but did not see them once more she also felt Farnese but didn't see her either,
'Where is everyone what happened.' She asked as she flew around,
Finally a break in the plane as Sherkie flew there she found Farneseand before her was the 4 Devine kings,
"Farnese!" Sherkie said as she tried to approach her but was stuck by some unknown barrier, unable to interact.
(Guts)
Guts and Skull knight walked to where the Queen of the Fae was, "hello Guts." The Queen of the fae said,
"Hello." Guts said taking a bow,
"Such a kind man." The queen said
"One of two is finally here." Skull knight said making Guts look back,
"One of two who else is needed and for what?" Guts asked
"A prophecy we set in motion long ago without realizing it." Flora said appearing before Guts as well.
"I see...who is this other person who is needed?" Guts asked
"Your friend turned enemy in another lifetime." Skull knight said to Guts
"Griffith...but he is busy it will take forever to get back to Midland and come back to Elfhime." Guts said
"Worry not, all has been planned Flora." The Queen of the Fae said as Flora appered with a necklace with a Leaf to it,
"This is a talisman meant to teleportation, touching the Leaf will bring you to Griffith back here where we will tell you your prophecy, then teleport him back where he will, do what must be done." The Queen of the Fae said,
"I see, shall I go now?" Guts asked
"Yes, the goal awaits." The queen of the Fae said,
Guts picked up the talisman and tapped it as he vanished.
(Griffith)
Sir Griffith stood on the outer wall of the Castle Doldrey, waiting for the time when the battle will start,
Griffith turned around as he heard a woosh and saw Guts
"Guts what are you doing here?" Griffith asked
"Not a lot of time to explain your needed at Elfhime, apparently there is a prophecy for the both of us, tap the talisman and we will be teleported to Elfhime." Guts said as he extended his hand
Griffith raised an eyebrow, Guts just shrugged
"It's magick." He said
Griffith nodded in understanding as he tapped the talisman and vanished followed by Guts,
(Elfhime,)
Guts And Griffith both appeared in front of the Queen of the Fae. Besides her was the Skull knight and Flora. "Hello now that you are here we can begin this will be a bit disorienting you should best lay down for this." she said
At that the Queen stood up from her throne and boomed, "the prophecy! Let us here thee!" As she clapped both Griffith and Guts who were lying on here backs both suddenly found them selves Astral projecting,

Guts and Griffith in the astral realm was bombarded by images,
First with Griffith, founding Falconia, then with Guts along side Puck as they walk the forest,
Then it shifted to both Guts and Griffith Facing down Zodd in the castle where he gave the prophecy of Griffiths fall to the Godhand, before changing to Griffith meeting then Queen and protecting Charlotte, then meeting the Idea of Evil and beicoming the Saviour of Man,
Then images of Griffith being triumphant against Ginishka, in his new form, and defeating the Kushan army in one stroke, while Guts is hunting apostles to try to find a way to kill Griffith, for the deaths of the band of the hawk,
The next images were of Griffith falling to the crimson behelit, and the death of All but Casca and Guts, before shifting to the attack of then Elfhime that caused them to travel using the egg of better day's. In pitch black Guts is falling in a void of his nightmares. As the Astral tree grows out of Wyndham,
Next is shown Griffith Meeting Zodd at the hill of sword while Guts intrudes and fights Zodd, as Griffith flies off, Guts is angry, as Griffith finds Sona. And remakes the Band of the Falcon reborn,
Finally the images of the fall of King Giseric's Midland, and the Skull knight and Flora making the conspiracy again the Godhand, and gain humanity free will. While Guts is walking towards another apostle to kill as the godhand loomed overhead,
Griffith is seen meeting with the pontiff as princess Charlotte declares him savor of humanity, and the grand Army if Midland is born with Griffith as its head, while Guts is killing the Sea god. As the dream of the White hawk is shown to everyone.
Finally the history and knowledge Guts and Griffith had flew into they're minds, as Griffith became the protector of humanity, while Guts became the embodiment of free will. the ancient prophecy ended and the two awoken up in there bodies,
(Elfhime)
Both men gasped as they shot up, and looked at each other. Before they can do anything the Queen of the Fae spoke. " now you know what you must do." She said
Guts nodded.
"Please. You to, fix the mess we have made." Skull knight said
"We will." Griffith said
"And with that...I am at peace…" Skull knight said as he vanished.
Flora watched him go with a sad smile,
"Yes...it appears I must go too, but not before. Oh." Flora said as Guts turned around and saw Sherkie and Farnese there,
"Mistress?" She asked
"Hello young Sherkie," Flora said
Griffith and Guts decided to talk to one another while while Flora and Sherkie had there reunion,
"Guts, I must say, if you had ever the idea to kill me, I would fully understand." Griffith said.
"Yes, and now we have a way to do both, achieve the dream as well as save everyone." Guts said Griffith nodded,
They looked back to find Sherkie in tears as Flora flew into dust, "farewell my child…" she said
After giving Sherkie a moment of silence the Queen of the Fae spoke to Guts and Griffith, you Sir Griffith know what you must do, I command you go," she said as she teleported Griffith back to Doldrey.
"What about us?" Guts asked as he approached The Queen and put a comforting hand on Sherkie, while Farnese stood back,
"Once you are ready you will head back the same way the Hawk of light was, however there are many things you must do before then." The Queen said as Guts turned around and found the four Archmage's standing there,
"Your right." Guts said as he got up, "come on Sherkie, we got to play as diplomats." He said.
(Griffith)
Teleporting back at Doldry Griffith watched the battle which was already underway. He narrowed his eyes as he saw it, the army of Pseudo-Apostle's they were different, he remembered facing Zodd, and having that off Feeling, but now, seeing the Pseudo Apostles he realizes what is wrong, there all Half human, where as Zodd was a previous human,
Griffith scoffed and spun around, in contempt, 'how dare Ginishka think an army of Fakes can even hinder my dream of Falconia.' He thought as he strode down the stairs as looked at the strike team, who will infiltrate The palace,
"Alright it's time." Griffith said as the others stood up and nodded, "right,"
On the battlefield the door to Doldry opened and Griffith, Casca, Jadeau and Pippin rode out of the Castle and towards the Frey,
"Griffith are you sure attacking head on is the best idea?" Casca asked Griffith didn't answer he just spurred his horse faster,
Jadeau and Pippin looked at each other worriedly, but kept up the pace,
"When we get to the palace I want you to stay outside and guard the exit." Griffith told Casca.
"What are you insane Ginishka-!" Casca started
"Is nothing to worry about," Griffith said
Casca's argument died there as they were 1 minute until contact with the enemy.
"Griffith what are we gonna do the only one who can break through those lines are Pippin and he didn't bring his lance," Jadeau said
Griffith in an instant drew his Sabre from his belt and struck it down towards the ground, as a massive quake erupted launching huge mounds of earth splitting the armies in half right down the middle to Ginishka's palace,
"Incredible." Casca thought as Griffith jumped from his horse, and landed before nodding to Casca and going inside
"Alright let's keep Griffith's horse alive!" Casca said as she blocked an attack from a human guard.
Griffith walked through the palace and found Emperor Ginishka sitting on his throne, looking expectedly at Griffith,
"Hmm I expected you to and I face in the end, but I didn't expect you to be so crazy as to charge out and face me now." Ginishka boomed,
"I'm here for Princess Charlotte." Griffith said,
"Oh I have no doubt about that, of it was pitiful our last session she spent the whole time screaming your name, however once I tell her of your death, she will finally be screaming MY NAME!" Emperor Ginishka yelled as he stood up. And drew his own sword. Griffith narrowed his eyes, and prepared to attack.
Ginishka growled out and lunges first at Griffith but he parried and swung to the Godhands stomach, he backed off. And dropped the sword, looking as pure white flames lick the wound,
"W-who are you?" Ginishka asked
"I am the Hawk of Light, Champion of all humanity, and it's goal of Self Governance. Give me Princess Charlotte of Midland AND BEGONE!" Griffith yelled as he sent a blast at Ginishka, who screamed in pain as the attack struck.
When the light faded Ginishka was still alive, but barely, he fell to all fours panting, "damn…" I underestimated you, but never again, next time we meet I will kill you...go take your princess, you cannot win, not against us," Ginishka said, as Griffith walked past the fallen apostles into the bed chambers, where he frees Charlotte who was passed out, and extremely malnourished, to the point where she was on the cusp of death,
However Griffith was the hawk of Light, as light reached his fingertips as he touched Her forehead, the light covered the princess, restoring her to her natural beauty,
Charlotte woke up and looked at Griffith. "Grif-fith?" She asked just waking up,
"Yes my lady, I am here, we should go." He said as he picked up Charlotte, and sliding her into more considerate clothes, Griffith exited the palace with the princess carrying her bridal style,
"THE GRAND ARMY OF THE FALCON HAS WON!" Griffith announced.
In the background the Hawks Raiders cheered as the last Pseudo apostles fell.
Griffith met up with the Hawks Raiders as Ginishka rode off, in his palace, but not before declaring one last challenge, "Griffith I shall face you again and this time we shall truly see who is stronger, come to Wyndham if you dare. I'll be waiting." He said
Griffith looked at princess Charlotte who was still asleep in his arms and smiled, a problem for later. As the Hawks Raiders rode with Griffith back to Doldrey acting as bodyguards for the Hawk of Light.

Gut's Raiders (Hawks Raiders* only names unit) is Guts personal unit, of command, and once he returned from his departure from the Band of the Hawk became the unit to turn to if there was an Apostle or pseudo-apostle issue, after Guts personally trained them himself to survive any situation.
