Epilogue

The scene changes again to reveal an open core memory holder filled with new swirled core memories as the words "A couple months later…" appear at the bottom. There were new core memories that were swirled, representing mixed feelings (but the only core memories that were still single colors were the core memories for Dragon Island, Crush Island, Hockey Island, and Science Island), showing that Mike had officially developed a new personality. Now, the whole emotion clan looked out the windows, observing the new Personality Islands.

Fear: Hey, I'm liking this new view, aren't you my dear?

Shy: (giggles, while holding Bravery's hand) Yes, sweetie. I sure am.

Anger: Friendship Island has expanded, I'm glad they put in that new "Friendly Argument" section.

Peace: Dream on, dude. I think "World Peace Island" is the best.

Goofy: I definitely love this newer Goofball Island. I helped Laughter making it more...goofier.

Sadness: (points to an Island) I like "Shakespeare Tragic Romance Island."

Disgust: "Viking Fashion Island?" Oh. Everybody shut up!

Anticipation: I prefer "Adventure Island."

Surprise: (agreeing with Anticipation) Same here brother.

Boredom: I really enjoy the "Dragon Design Island" the most.

Love: "Memorial Blessing Island" is a very wonderful personality to have.

Joy: (smiles) Say what you want. I think it's all beautiful.

Laughter: (slightly smiling) Yeah. Beautiful.

Joy: (concerned) What's wrong Laughter?

Laughter: I wish Beaker was here to see this.

Joy: (gives an encouraging smile) Hey, I miss him too, but, somehow, I'm sure we'll see him again.

Laughter: (smiles again) I think you're right Uncle Joy.

The emotions then turn to see that the construction mind workers had finished upgrading the console.

Fritz: Alright, here you go. Your new, expanded console is up and running. (leaves with the other mind workers)

The emotions come over to their now upgraded console, which was now longer, and it has new different kinds of buttons, and switches. They were amazed by its update.

Everyone: Ooh!/Wow!/Cool!/Upgrade!/Ooh!/Nice!/Sweet!/Yeah!/Amazing!/Awesome!/Super cool!/Extraordinary!

Fear: Hey! Whoa-hoa. (accidentally pushes a button) Whoops, wait. Did I just do that?

Disgust: (looks at an alarm light with the label that says "Puberty" on it) Uh, guys? What's Pub-er-ty?

Contempt: And why is there a Night Fury symbol on it?

Joy: I don't know. It's probably not that important.

Anger: (smiles) Whoa! I finally have access to the entire curse-word library! This new console is the-!(gets interrupted by a loud beep as he was about to push a new button)

A giggling Bravery had pressed the same button that Fear had leaned against.

Fear: Bravery! No! (smiles, nervously) Sorry. I did it again. My bad.

Shy: (giggles at her husband and son)

Disgust: (smiles, pointing to the screen) They're getting to the rink!

Boredom: (smiles) About time.

Envy: You said it sugar.

At the hockey stadium, Mike, along with Sam and Katrina, and his new best friends, Brett and Mark, were getting ready to play the game. Phoebe, who didn't play sports, sat with Mike's parents.

Richard: Now you guys get out there and be aggressive!

Brett: (puts on his helmet) Got it Mister Parker!

Mike: (embarrassed) We know, Dad.

Lucy: But not too aggressive.

Phoebe: (to Mark) And try not to get too sweaty.

Mark rolls his eyes at his sister.

Mike: You know, you guys don't have to come to every game.

Richard: Are you kidding? I'm not missing one! (starts cheering) Go Timberwolves! (starts to howl)

Lucy: (cheering) Go Mike! Timberwolves are the best!

Mike: (completely embarrassed) Okay! I gotta go!

Leaves with his new friends towards the rink.

Brett: You got cool parents Mike.

Mike: Thanks.

Fear: (smiles, with his hair curl forming a heart) Aww, they love us.

Disgust, Love, Laughter, Shy, and Envy: Aww!

Anger: Yeah, Mom and Dad are pretty cool.

Frustration: Very cool, indeed.

Disgust: (to everyone) Guys, of course they are. But we can't show it.

Peace: Yeah, dudes. We don't want to be embarrassed.

Contempt: Just like on our first day of school.

The emotions looks at her sternly.

Contempt: (blushes) Sorry.

The camera zooms into Brett's head to see his emotions, while getting excited to play hockey with Mike.

Brett's Joy: See everyone? I told you that our life is getting better.

Brett's Disgust: (smiles) I guess you're right Joy.

Brett's Worry: (smiles) I hope our new happy life will never end.

Brett's Emotions: (all agreed in unison)

The camera then zooms in on Mark's head to show his emotions. They were excited just like Brett's emotions.

Mark's Joy: So, do you think we made the right choices in new friends boss?

Mark's Goofy: (smiles) I think we did.

We cut to Richard and the camera zooms into his head.

Richard's Emotions: (cheering)

Richard's Fear: She loved the face-painting! (gives Anger a high five)

Richard's Anger: (smiles) Ha! I told you it was a great idea!

Then we cut to Lucy as the camera zooms into her head.

Lucy's Anger: (smiles) Best idea he's had in a while!

Lucy's Surprise: (smiles) I'm sure glad that we'd never got a divorce, right ladies?

Lucy's Joy: Yeah!

Lucy's Sadness: (smiles) He's a really good guy.

Lucy's Emotions: (sigh happily)

Lucy's Anger: (throws away the memory with the Brazilian Helicopter Pilot as she stares at Richard happily)

Lucy's Fear: (goes to the memory and picks it up) Just in case. (walks away)

Mike puts on his helmet as he looks at Katrina as she goes onto the ice.

Love: (off-screen) How will I know when the time is right?

Brett: (in the rink) Hey, Mike! Come on!

Mike: Coming! (goes out onto the ice as he and his friends get into position)

Inside Headquarters…

Joy: (to Sadness) You ready?

Sadness: (smiles) Yeah.

Joy: Alright. Let's play some hockey!

The emotions get ready to play the game with Mike as the camera zooms out of the boy's head. The coach blew his whistle, signaling the game to begin.

Joy: (off-screen) All right, Anger, and Frustration, take it!

Frustration: (off-screen) We're gonna kick your butt!

Anger: (off-screen) Give us that puck or you're dead meat!

Peace: (off-screen) Dude! Remember what we've talked about violence.

Smartness: (off-screen) We must keep using our calculations if we want to have a perfect score!

Fear: (off-screen) On our left! On our left!

Worry: (off-screen) Aah!

Shy: (off-screen) Oh my!

Clever: (off-screen) We got this you guys.

Trust: (off-screen) I believe you, amigo.

Disgust: (off-screen) Let's just try not to get all smelly this time.

Envy: (off-screen) I'm gonna to take a shower once we do.

Boredom: (off-screen) What's wrong with a little sweat?

Contempt: (off-screen) Boredom, don't start with me!

Sadness: (off-screen) Oh. Mom and Dad are watching us fail.

Anger: (off-screen) Not for long!

Shame: (off-screen) I'm starting to feel so bad for ourselves, yo.

Surprise: (off-screen) What do you expect from us Shame?

Anticipation: (off-screen) I'm sure this will be exciting experience for all of us.

Excitement: (off-screen) You said it, honey.

Interest: (off-screen) This is gonna be so cool.

Curiosity: (off-screen) Do you think we can win?

Goofy: (off-screen) Team Happy!

Love: (off-screen) I'm sure proud of our little Mike.

Pride: (off-screen) Same here, Love. Same here.

Camera focuses on Mike before it zooms out to reveal the hockey rink.

Joy: (voice-over) We've been through a lot lately, that's for sure. But we still love our boy. He has great new friends, a great new house. Things couldn't be better. After all, Mike's 13 now. What could happen?

THE END….?
