King and Queen of England Meeting
We as saw Jotaro along with Jonathan have just met up with Tenzo as he is shocked to see two Scar as they are both twins and one of them is Jonathan's wife, Queen Elizabeth while the other is Bloody Mary.
"D-Dame Scar, the reason for those scars and why you hold that graveyard dear, was it because you are Queen Mary." Tenzo realized.
"Judge. I killed 300 people in an attempt to make England Catholic once more. I am the sinner; I am Mary Tudor." Mary revealed herself.
"The fuck? Did she really killed 300 people?" Jotaro asked Jonathan.
"Yes, it was during the time when the Marian Persecutions came, and Mary wanted to save Elizabeth. Taking the name and the fate that comes with it." Jonathan answered.
"I told you that Queen Catherine was unable to give birth to Mary. Instead, the Fairy Queen birthed by Anne Boleyn had a twin sister. I am the older daughter, who noy only lacked so much as half the Fairy Queen's powers but was also named Mary Stuart, who is destined to be executed." Mary explained.
"Th-Then that would make her the Fairy Queen Elizabeth." Tenzo surprised.
Soon, all ten of the TRUMPS group have gather behind Elizabeth and Jonathan walks up to his wife standing next to her.
"Why Francis, you look all beat up. Is it okay for you to be walking in your condition?" Jonathan asked the wolfman.
"Hehe, no need to worry about me your highness, just had a run in with a devil." Francis laughed a bit.
"Besides, the only who looks all beat up is you. I don't think Speedwagon is going to be happy seeing you like that." William pointed out.
"Yes, Jotaro did gave me quite the battle I'll never forget." Jonathan chuckled and flinch in pain a bit from his chest.
"As soon as we get back home, you're getting medical attention." Elizabeth said.
Tenzo looks back at Scar, now reveal as Mary, to ask her but notice the tears streaming from her eyes and down to her cheeks.
"If possible, I didn't want you to find out." Mary said as Tenzo feels sad for her.
"I must enter the Tower of London now to prepare for the historical reenactment, but Musashi will have left England by the time the execution's over. So, now I am ready." Mary walked up to Tenzo.
"Master Tenzo, let's play that game." Mary said and stick out her lips a bit.
Tenzo blushes as he became shock that she wants to kiss him right now, deep down he wants to kiss her and maybe make something out of this, but he's worries about getting himself involve than he already has with everything that is going on right now.
"Queen Mary, will you continue to be Dame Scarred when all is said and done?" Tenzo asked nervously and still blushing. Mary was shocked to hear this but put on a brave smile.
"Judge! I'll be fine, I will not die without a trace. Ultimately, Mary will be saved.
"(The fuck Tenzo, I thought you wanted a blonde hottie for a girlfriend?)" Jotaro thought confused.
"Is that right? Are you sure?" Tenzo asked worry.
"I lost, didn't I?" Mary asked back.
"Judge. Take care." Tenzo said.
"Judge. May we meet again…" Mary said as she was about to walk away.
"Oh, right! Dame Scarred, do you like any particular type of guy?" Tenzo asked shocking Mary.
"I couldn't say. But if I fell for someone, I would like to be the type of woman who can give him a scar that lasts a lifetime." Mary answered.
Hearing those words made Tenzo remember the time he and Mary were in the newly made hot spring resort, naked together and how Mary kissed the scar on his back asking him if she could heal it.
"(She has completely cut her ties with me, hasn't she?)" Tenzo thought realized.
"Master Tenzo, I had a good time. I am happy that I got to have so much fun with you." Mary said and the made their goodbye.
"(I don't know about this, is Mary really going to be save?)" Jotaro thought questioned until he heard Suzu called Tenzo.
"N-No, don't let her go! She won't be saved! It's the same as Horizon's execution!" Suzu informed.
"For real?" Jotaro asked as he put himself on the com-line.
(With Suzu, Adele, Joseph, and Futayo)
"The execution ground is very bad news, Jotaro, Tenzo. We just found out that this facility has been made to work just like the execution grounds back in Mikawa!" Joseph explained.
"Mary's proud spirit will forever be with England." Adele read the title next to the crystal.
"As the chancellor, I grant you two permission to tell them." Futayo said.
"First Special Agent, Queen Mary, is going to executed. Her getting "saved" is all a lie. The execution grounds will disintegrate her and then she's going to be used to strength Excalibur Caliburn." Adele explained.
"In other words, Queen Mary's soul is going to be merge with this country's Earth Pulse forever! Which also means she really is going to be executed!" Joseph said angry.
(Back with Jotaro and Tenzo)
"So… she is going to die?!" Tenzo gasped.
"Damn it, can things get shitty than this?" Jotaro clenched his fist.
Jotaro saw Tenzo going after Mary hoping to stop such fate from happening, but he knew if the ninja classmate tries doing something like then he'll get badly hurt and stop him from approaching the group.
"Damn it, Jotaro! Let me go!" Tenzo demanded.
"I'm piss off about this as much as you are, but if you go to her now then you'll get kill by him!" Jotaro pointed ahead as a black portal forming and a man raise up.
Soon, Kimi and the others have arrive at the scene.
"Hey, Walter! No, I should say Yamanaka! You would send Queen Mary to her grave?!" Milton asked and look to Jonathan.
"And Jonathan, how could you let something like this happen when you said that you were going to change the fate of England like Mary's! Wasn't that the promise you made when you became Elizabeth's king?" Milton asked angry.
"Believe me, old friend. I would not go back on my word as a gentleman, but there are things that is beyond my power to do it at the moment." Jonathan admitted sadly and Elizabeth take his hand for comfort.
"Listen well, Musashi! Tonight, we will hold the true festival at Oxford. One that will determine England and Musashi's bearing." Elizabeth announced and her group walks away.
"Guess we have no choice but to go along with it." Jotaro said as Tenzo looks down in sadness.
Elizabeth leans on Jonathan's arm and narrow her eyes to make sure no one is listening in, not even her own sister.
"Jonathan, what do you think of Musashi? Can they really do it?" Elizabeth asked whispering.
"Yes, when I fought Jotaro, I felt his heart with his fist against mine and there was no doubt in my mind that Musashi can save your sister from the execution." Jonathan whispered back.
"In that case, I have nothing to worry about now. As you pointed before we gotten marry, the Testament Union are nothing but fools deciding on how others should live." Elizabeth smiled.
"Yes, let us hope that Musashi can do the impossible." Jonathan prayed.
"But the fights may also prove to be a little difficult since they showed their military powers is as powerful as England that the other nations will see them as a threat." Jonathan stated.
"And because of that, we cannot let them leave port. At least, not if something were to happen." Elizabeth added.
(Later, Oxford Male Dressing Room)
Jotaro is looking at himself in the mirror as he is now dress in the Musashi fancy suit while still keeping his hat, he never really like wearing these kinds of things but Kimi was able to convince him to wear it just for the night and promised her a good time if he were to comply.
"Jotaro, you doing okay?" Tadatsugu asked, calling him through framed-video chat.
"Fine, just not use to wearing the monkey suit." Jotaro complained.
"Just bear with it for a while during the meeting, you and the others got to make a good impression on the Queen since you already got some good points from the King himself." Tadatsugu mentioned.
"Still a surprise to me that my eldest brother is the King of England. Wonder what he did to get in her pants?" Jotaro joked.
"Joking aside, Jotaro, you must be careful not to let your temper get the best of you. As part of the Musashi representative, it is very important that you show support for the negotiation." Captain Musashi lectured.
"Got it, Mom. I'll be careful. Talk to you guys later." Jotaro said hanging up the call.
"Hey Jotaro, do you think Masazumi will like the clothes me and Kimi picked out for her?" Tori asked.
"Well, it certainly matches her style, so I'm sure she wouldn't mind." Jotaro nodded then he and Tori got messages from Kimi about what is happening in the girls' dressing room.
"Oh wow, it looks like Masazumi and the girls solved "The Mystery of the Missing Lype Katarripsi"!" Tori said dramatically.
"So, she somehow created a different plane for storage purposes. Come to think of it, didn't she pulled an apple when we went to see Nate?" Jotaro recalled.
"Oh yeah, that was when she got all naked in front of us!" Tori remembered smiling and blushing.
"And you got hit in the head by a couple of nightstands when you wouldn't look away." Jotaro mentioned.
"Oh, come on, it's not like you weren't looking too." Tori teased.
"I wasn't I already have three girlfriends in my life. You can have Nate." Jotaro said.
"I was planning on it, and maybe I'll get Tomo as well. Maybe Suzu would join me too." Tori said thinking about how big his harem will be.
"I wonder which harem Nate's mom would join?" Tori asked.
"Not sure, Turenne, she is Vice-Chancellor of Hexagone Française and Queen of the Werewolf I remember correctly. Not sure if I want a Milf werewolf in my love life." Jotaro shrugged.
"Oh, come on, I'm sure you would want her." Tori teased.
"Let just go, don't want to keep everyone waiting. And no, you are not allow to do the crossdressing prank." Jotaro glared at Tori.
"Oh, come on, I wanted to see the looks on their faces when they realize I'm a guy!" Tori complained.
"No, now come on!" Jotaro dragged Tori out of the dressing room.
The boys made their way to the main hall wear they see England students enjoying themselves and the Musashi girls have arrive, Jotaro notices the odd looks they are giving them, and something tells him that it is not him they are looking at.
"Naughty foolish brother, girls' skirts don't go well with men's clothing!" Kimi called out giggling.
"What the…?!" Jotaro gasped as he looks down seeing Tori wearing a woman dress skirt over his pants.
"You said I could wear the woman dress, but you didn't say which part." Tori laughed which earns him a punch on the head.
"Damn it, Tori… Why do you always have to be like this?" Tomo asked sighing.
"Master Tori is the man of his own charm that even you fell in love with." Horizon stated.
"Wh-What?! Me, love him? No way!" Tomo denied despite her blushing face says otherwise.
"Musashi's representative is a pervert?" Elizabeth wondered. Now wearing her extravagant version of Oxford Academy's uniform, with a gold and orange color motif compared to the blue motif used by regular students. She also wears a headdress that resembles a sword and the big floating ones.
"I'm sure he is more than what he appears to be." Jonathan hoped.
At last, everyone standing on each side for the meeting with Masazumi at front with Tori and Horizon next to her.
"England and the Far East shall hereby hold a meeting between academies." Dudley announced.
"Then allow me to introduce myself anew. I am the Vice-President of Musashi Ariadust Academy, Masazumi Honda." Masazumi introduced.
"Yep, you already know me as Tori Aoi, the Impossible! President of Musashi Ariadust Academy along with my awesome beloved Horizon!" Tori introduced himself and Horizon to the king and queen.
"Hello." Horizon greeted.
"I'm all big on fancy words and big speeches unless I want to, so I'll be letting the cutie Masazumi deal with the negotiation since this field is where she shines." Tori said making Masazumi blushes.
"(Did you really have to say it like that?)" Masazumi thought embarrassed and quick calms herself down.
"Tell me, who shall issue their demands first?" Masazumi asked.
"Tes, it all depends on how this meeting will let Musashi go. As I understand, Musashi is an independent nation on a journey to gather the Armors of Deadly Sins to stop the upcoming apocalypse." Jonathan said.
"Yes, Musashi aims for this to prove beneficial to all countries. As such, we would like permission for Musashi to leave your port." Masazumi hoped.
"Even if we were to do that, wouldn't it be rather to get the Armors during the conference from the other countries? Surely you know the international power balance would crumble if you were to take the Armors beforehand that will also create a lapse in history." Elizabeth pointed out.
"(Damn, that lady sure knows how to say things that make it complicated.)" Jotaro commented on the group chat.
"(Perhaps Elizabeth is trying to get something out of this, almost like a test.)" Kimi guessed.
"I don't know, mom always told me not to advantage of people's kindness." Tori shrugged.
"Indeed, since the Mikawa Conflict, the Far East has made Princess Horizon their sovereign and claims to be an independent country with sovereignty. However, the emotions belonging to said sovereign, Horizon Ariadust, are being used as material components in the Armors of Deadly Sins. As such, reclaiming the Armors is meant to make our sovereign whole." Masazumi explained.
"I see, which is the reason why Musashi cannot wait for the Peace of Westphalila as you also wish to establish your sovereignty and bringing the other nations together in equal footing in hopes to prevent the apocalypse from ever happening." Jonathan figured out the rest.
"That would also mean going against the Testament Union and have the other nations enter the outside world. Do you truly believe such a thing can happen?" Elizabeth asked with an intense serious look.
"Judge. The Far East will not resign itself to remaining under provisional rule any longer. Because our leader has already made his mind up, he wants to see who out there is the strongest of us all." Masazumi smiled.
"Oh yeah, way to declare war to the world, Masazumi!" Tori cheered as Horizon claps her hands.
"(So far, so good. Masazumi is really giving this her all out there.)" Jotaro thought smirked.
"Such a bold move declaring war on the world. Are you prepare for what may comes next?" Jonathan asked.
"Judge. All academies possess an academy conflict system. Musashi simply never used it while under provisional rule and let me put this out there. The right to battle is composed of right to declared war and right to wage war. Until Musashi recovers all of the Armors of Deadly Sins, we will seal the right to declare war." Masazumi declared shocking the two rulers.
"Furthermore, Musashi has made provisions to form alliances with any academies or nations that return the Armors or do not already possess one. In other words, we will become allies with any nations that either returns their Armor of Deadly Sins or doesn't have one." Masazumi stated.
"It would mean that Musashi will personally see that the balance will not be upset, am I right?" Jonathan asked.
"Wise and sharp in the mind, King Jonathan Joestar and Fairy Queen Elizabeth, we would like to have Oxford Academy of England be the first to join this alliance." Masazumi extended her hand to them.
Elizabeth felt her hand being hold and look to see it is Jonathan's hand, and his beloved smile that made her feel at ease with herself and they look back at Masazumi.

The meeting between Musashi and England seems to be going well, but now the fate will be decided should Jonathan and Elizabeth accept the alliance in hope to help England with its land, and perhaps change the fate of a certain young woman.
