Emma got Regina's text just as they pulled up at the apartment. She can't deal with this now. It's getting late and Henry has started to drift off on the short journey from the mansion to here.

'Come on kid. Lets get you to bed' she said softly opening his door and pulling him out of the car. She gets a grunt in agreement. Mary was just settling down to sleep when she heard Emma's car outside. Turning a light on, Emma comes through the door with a very tired Henry. She opens her mouth to comment.

'Not now Mary Margret, Please'

Taking the tone into consideration she simply says 'Okay, do you need anything?'

Pushing Henry towards the stairs she sighs. 'I'm sorry, it's been a long day, no thank you, g'night' she looks briefly at Mary Margaret, my mom thinks before following Henry to make sure he gets into bed, once he is in bed she heads back downstairs. Jumping over the back of the sofa and landing on the cushions, she is glad of two things:

1. She doesn't have to face her room mate she now knows to be her Mother. 2. Her son isn't going crazy. The rest she can figure out in the Morning. She goes to set an alarm on her phone when she is reminded of the message Regina had sent. Curiosity gets the best of her and she opens it

Listen to this song. When, if, you are ready. I will answer any and all questions you or Henry may have. I hope you will give me a chance.

So she wants me to listen to music. Maybe she's the one that's crazy. But then again she has agreed to answer questions. But which ones, Emma has so many running through her head right now. She can feel the headache starting, locks her phone and dumps it on the table, rolling over the last thing she thinks about is Regina, in that house alone, before falling into a light and not very restful sleep.

It's been two days since their little talk with Regina. Henry has kept to himself, knowing his blonde mother needs time to process what he has known for years. He knows she will come around in time. For now he is happy staying with Emma, eating junk food and playing games. Even if she is still making him go to school!

Emma however has been listening to that same track on repeat for two days; listening intently to the words. Listening for what Regina is trying to say. Emma understands the message but isn't ready to face Regina yet, so far she has managed to avoid a town meeting, by being on a call out and today she will send her paperwork in via David, the deputy Sheriff and apparently her Father. She stared at him at that thought, making comparisons between their facial features.

'What? . . . Emma, why are you staring?'

'Sorry David, hey can you drop my paperwork to the Mayors office. I have some errands to run?' She asks knowing he wont say no.

'Er, yeah sure' just as she suspected.

'Thanks David' she replies with a small grateful smile.

When he got to the Mayor's office he walked to the door, before being stopped by the receptionist.

'Good afternoon deputy, the mayor is out today, please leave your files with me' she states

'Wasn't she out yesterday as well?'

'With all due respect deputy sheriff, that's none of your concern' she put emphasis on the word deputy as if to make a point. However, David being David missed it.

'Oh, okay thanks' dropping the file onto the receptionist's desk he turned and left.
