Chapter 10: Destroying the Dam
General POV
Anna took off on a dead run towards the river, with Jack right behind her.
"What's the plan?" Jack asked as he caught up to her.
"We're waking the giants," Anna said.
"Wait, what?"
She jumped out of the treeline and looked at the giants.
"Wake up!" She yelled.
"Anna, quiet!" Jack whispered.
"WAKE UP!"
The giant stirred. He then slowly got up and started to walk, only to trip and fall on another giant, who pushed him off. The giants slammed into the water. The giant then saw Jack and Anna and growled.
"That's it. Come and get me! Come on!"
So Jack and Anna started running as the giants chased them.
"You're out of your mind!" Jack said as they ran.
"I guess."
The giant roared. It knocked both of them over.
They ran as fast as they could, but the giants were catching up.
"We're not going to make it!" Jack shouted. "Grab my hand, I'll fly you over there."
But then, The giant stepped right behind them, knocking them over. They scrambled to get up as the giant went to stomp on them.
Just then, Kristoff appeared and grabbed Anna. Jack flew out as the giant stepped down.
"Kristoff!" Anna said surprised
"I'm here. What do you need?" He asked.
"To get to the dam."
"You got it."
"Thank you."
They rode Sven through the forest as the giants tore it apart until they got to the canopy of trees. As the giants searched, Kristoff and Sven got Anna to the edge where the dam was.
"Help me up!"
"We'll meet you around," Kristoff said.
As anna struggled to climb, Jack suddenly appeared and helped her up.
"Anna, we've got a problem."
Anna looked to where Jack motioned to see the Arendellian soldiers.
"Lieutenant Mattias."
"Your Highness, What are you doing?"
"The dam must fall. It's the only way to break the mist and free the Forest." Anna said.
"But we're sworn to protect Arendelle at all costs!" Mattias replied.
"Arendelle has no future until we make this right. King Runeard betrayed everyone."
"How do you know that?"
Jack stepped forward, with a tear in his eye. "I watched the love of my life, your queen, give her life for the truth. She sacrificed herself for Arendelle's future."
Mattias just looked at them with realization. "What?"
Anna looked at Mattias. "Please. Before we lose anyone else."
Mattias stopped to think. He then raised his shield and then hit his sword on it. The soldiers did the same. It got the giant's attention.
Jack and Anna ran for the dam as the giants threw boulders at the soldiers.
Jack shot an ice blast into the sky. It exploded.
"Destroy the Dam. Come on. Throw your boulders!" Anna shouted.
The giants threw the boulders. Anna and Jack started to run to the other side, but then a boulder landed in front of them. They ran as the dam broke all around them.
"We're not going to make it!" Anna shouted as she watched the dam break.
"Yes, we are!" Jack said as she grabbed her and flew up into the sky.
They landed with the others. Kristoff grabbed anna and held her.
"I hope you're right about this," Kristoff said.
"Me too," Anna replied.
As the dam gave way. The fifth spirit signal flashed in the sky.

Elsa's POV
I woke up to me falling. When I hit the water, my eyes opened wide. What happened? Where was I?
Just then I felt a familiar presence lift me and take me to the surface.
I gasped as I came out of the water. I looked to see the Nokk running as fast as it could go on the top of some rushing water. I realized it was the water from the dam.
"Alright, let's go!" I said.
We rode on top of the water and got in front of the floodwaters. Using my powers, I made a giant ice wall and stopped the water.
I then used my magic to push the water back. So the floodwaters ceased.
I looked over at Arendelle. The winds came back, the waterfall flowed again, the rocks stopped tumbling and the fire returned.
"It's safe," I said. "Now let's hurry back, I got a sister and boyfriend to apologize to." The Nokk nodded and started running back to the Enchanted Forest.
I hope you all enjoy this story.
