He laughed as he approached Donna
- «Your husband has ruined my life and I want to ruin his» and

Donna cried thinking of Harvey, their child, resting peacefully in her womb
- «Please I'm I'm pregnant» she looked Sergei in the eye
A glimmer of deep sadness appeared in his eyes as he looked at Donna, his eyes full of tears in her eyes with her hand on her stomach, but his gaze turned hard as a rock again.
- «Never mind me too I had children and they were killed because of your husband» yelling Sergei startling Donna.
- «Harvey has nothing to do with it»
- «Of course yes»
- «No he he didn't know it wasn't his fault you went to jail, please let me live, let my kid live, he doesn't deserve this, Harvey and I we don't deserve no dying for things that are not our fault»
- «Enough» scream Sergei pointing the gun at Donna's head
- «In any case you won't have to worry about starting your family I already took care of Harvey»
- «What?» Donna whispers under her breath
- «What are you doing to Harvey, what are you doing to him» she screams rushing towards him
- «Don't get too close where I'm shooting» he warns pointing the gun at her
- «What are you doing to Harvey» she cry
- «He is dead Donna I shot him in the head and it was over for him» he laughs
- «No, no Harvey isn't he can't» she can't finish her sentence the truth is too hard for her

- «No!» she screams falling to the ground
He laughs at her pain approaches her stroking his cheek
- «Poor child, your dear little Harvey is dead, he won't be there to go down the aisle»
- «Don't touch me» she whistles
- «You are going to die whether you want it or not said» he looking at Donna with a fierce gaze pointing the gun to his temple
- «A last word to say»
- «Know that it is not over even if Harvey is dead you will not get away with this»
He shudders

Harvey ran with his heart pounding he opened the unlocked door and found the ground floor
She was next to the lifeless body of crying Sergei slumped against the sofa
- «Donna oh my god Donna» he rushes to her she is covered in blood
Donna sees it

- «Harvey» she is crying
He kneels next to her, holding her head in his hands, resting his forehead against hers.
- «My god you have nothing»
- «Harvey you're there she's crying clinging to him»
- «I will always be there for you, always»
- «He said that you were dead» she cries very hard the tears not ceasing to flow
- «Donna» he whispers «I'm sorry I love you so much»
He kisses her vigorously, he had been so scared when he heard the gunshots.
- «I love you Harvey more than anything, when he said you were that you were dead my world fell apart»
She looks him in the eye and he looks her deep
- «I don't want to lose you, I need you, we need you» she puts a hand on her stomach.
- «You are you are pregnant» he laughs with tears in his eyes catching Donna hugging her tighter than ever
- «Yes Harvey I just found out»
They smile with tears in their eyes and then they kiss and it's sweet and that's it. He doesn't want to let go, wants this moment to last a lifetime of her kissing him passionately. He releases his lips kissing her one last time gently wiping away stray tears.
Suddenly the door opened with uniformed policemen followed by Louis Mike and Rachel
- «My god Donna» said Rachel rushing to hug her friend
Mike rushed over hugging Harvey and Louis did the same once Donna was released from Rachel's bars and then gave Harvey a bear hug.
- «My god we were told Sergei was seen walking into your apartment and he killed your doorman and we caught one of his hounds he told us that Sergei killed Harvey»
- ««We're fine Louis he grabs Donna's hand and squeezes it
She smiles at him between tears and walks over to him melting into her embrace
