I know, it took way too long again. But these last days leading up to Christmas akways get crazy busy. But here you go. Have fun :-)

13. Did you ever regret it?

When Rory's breathing returned to normal, she opened her eyes and saw Logan look at her in awe. "You're incredible, Ace."

She smirked. "You're giving me an orgasm and I'm incredible?" She pulled him down for a passionate kiss. "Right back at you." she whispered gratefully. Her hands wandered down and found the bulge in his pants. Logan sucked in a deep breath at her touch.

"I'd say we need to do something about that." Rory teased him.

Logan loved how they could banter even in the heat of such a moment. He had never experienced that with any other woman. "Agreed." He laughed. "But I'd say we move this party to the bedroom." With that he lifted her up a second time today and carried her up the stairs.

Rory put her bare legs around his hips, moaning softly at the feeling of his hard cock against her sensitive center. She rubbed herself against him.

"Do you want us to fall down the stairs?" Logan panted, needing all his restrain not to put her down and take her right there on the steps. He needed to feel her so badly.

"Sorry." She giggled and tried holding still. Not an easy task considering her own flaming desire.

In the bedroom Rory made him lie down on the bed, it was time to return the favor. She pulled off his boxers and gave his cock a few gentle strokes with her hands before bowing down to take the tip into her mouth. Logan elicited a guttural moan that sent shivers right down to her center.

Rory continued her ministrations, until Logan could feel himself getting close. He gently touched her face. "Ror, please…" he whispered huskily. Rory breathed one last kiss on his tip and moved to straddle him. Logan handed her a condom from the nightstand and she rolled it on.

Never breaking eye contact Rory moved his tip to her entrance and lowered herself onto him. They panted in unison as he entered her. Rory had meant to go slow, tease him as he had done with her, but the feeling of his erection at her core made all rational thoughts disappear. In one swift motion she lowered herself onto him, gasping at the sensation of feeling him deep inside her.

Logan had to hold still for a few seconds, or he would have come right there. The feeling of her wetness, feeling her tightness around his rock-hard cock was intoxicating. After a few moments of looking at each other's eyes, breathing heavily, Rory closed her eyes, wanting to only feel him, and started moving on top of him. They found their rhythm like no day had passed since they were last together this intimately.

Rory took it slow, wanted to savor every second of intimacy with Logan. In her mind she faintly registered that this was what she had pushed aside all those years, that sex was easy, a merely physical task, but that only feelings made it an intimate and pleasurable experience.

"Ace, please… look at me." Logan panted and Rory opened her eyes, just as he bucked his hip and entered her in one swift stroke. A stifled cry escaped her lips.

Logan could feel himself getting close and wanted nothing more than to look into her eyes. He needed to see it was her who gave him this much pleasure, who made his heart burst with joy. And he wanted her to see how much he meant to her. He took both her hands, intertwined their fingers, and continued to fuck her deeply from below, moaning every time she met one of his thrusts with a buck of her hips. Her walls clenched around him as hit an incredibly sensitive spot, her eyelids fluttered and she cried out his name in extasy.

"Look at me, Ace…" was all he could get out before coming inside of her with one last thrust, never breaking eye contact with her.

The feeling of him coming deep inside her was all Rory needed. She felt a shiver down her spine, pressed herself down on him and came with a long, heavy sigh.

Out of breath she collapsed on top of him, weakly kissing his sweaty breast heaving with heavy breaths as he recovered from his own orgasm. "I love you, Logan."

She had never in her life meant these words more than now.

They spent all afternoon in bed together, talking and kissing, getting reacquainted with each other's bodies. It was long dark when Rory's stomach started to grumble.

"Sorry, Ace, I know I shouldn't keep you away from food this long."

"No complaints here." Rory replied with a kiss. "You satisfied a much more important hunger."

How he loved hearing her talk like this! "Always a pleasure, Ace. But I really think we should eat something." He had to admit, he was exhausted. Their activities definitely took their toll on him. He sighed. "You know how in these cheesy romantic comedies the guy gets up and cooks an amazing dinner? I don't think I'm physically capable of doing that tonight."

Rory giggled like a little girl. "No way, did I wear out the infamous Logan Huntzberger?"

"I'm afraid so, Ace." He joined in her laughter.

"Well, do they by any chance have pizza delivery in this neck of the woods?" she asked hopefully.

They did, and 45 minutes later they sat next to each other on the couch, with a large cheese pizza in front of them. "Oh my god. This is one amazing pizza." Rory exclaimed after her first bite. "Seriously, if everything about this day had sucked, this pizza could have saved it."

"Well, there was some sucking today…" Logan pointed out.

"Logan!" Rory playfully smacked him, but he just laughed.

"You want to watch a movie? Something Christmassy?" Logan offered. Naturally, Rory was all for it, so the choose It's a wonderful life.

Cuddled up on the couch they enjoyed their pizza and movie, but Logan could feel Rory get more and more pensive towards the end of the movie. Tears streamed down her face as the credits rolled. "You okay there, Ace?" he gently asked.

Rory sniffled, didn't want to say anything at first, but then she blurted out: "I wish the last six years had only been a nightmare of how my life would look without you."

Logan uttered a brief laughter but pulled her close to him when the tears continued to flow. "Come here." He muttered and softly stroke her back while she cried. While it hurt him to see her cry, it felt like they made progress. They needed to get to the raw emotions.

"I know what you mean." He whispered; he could feel her sobs subsiding slowly.

Rory pulled away to look him in the eyes. "I'm sorry, Logan. For turning you down, and all that bullshit about the open doors; for letting you walk away. And for crying here like a baby although all of it is my fault. You deserved better than this."

Logan shook his head. "No, Rory, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have pressured you into marrying me. I should have known better."

Wiping her tears with her hand, Rory smiled bitterly. "I guess if we screw up, we really screw up, hm?"

Logan shrugged, at a loss of words.

Rory mustered up all her courage and looked him in the eyes. "Did you ever regret it? Proposing, I mean?"

Holding her eyes, he slowly shook his head. "Not a single day." he confessed. "Despite all the pain after it ended, I'm glad I proposed. I had to do it, just as much for myself as for you. I wanted to marry you, but it was also final proof to myself how much I had changed. You made me a better man, Rory Gilmore."

Rory was flattered but couldn't help but blurt out: "And then I rejected you and made you revert back to your playboy self."

Logan chuckled. "True. But that was my fault, and only lasted for a while. I wouldn't be the man I am today if it hadn't been for you, Rory, I mean it." He watched her nod before asking quietly: "Did you ever regret not saying yes?"

Rory thought about that one for a long time. "I never allowed myself to admit it, but nearly every day, there has been a moment or two when you brushed my mind, where I wished I could tell you something, or kiss you, or simply not come home into an empty apartment. I guess there was hardly a day where I didn't regret losing you, subconsciously." She looked at him and gave him a lopsided smile. "Not so subconsciously these past few months. I've missed you so much, Logan."

He softly kissed her, and right there in the light of the fireplace, he knew what he had to do. "I will break off my engagement on Monday."

Rory looked at him with wide eyes.

Logan merely nodded. "And I want us to be together. For real. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Rory Gilmore. And I want the rest of my life to start right away. Will you jump with me?"

Slowly, a warm smile formed on Rory's lips. "You jump, I jump, Jack." she whispered.

With a laugh, Logan pulled her onto his lap and kissed her passionately. And he knew right away he would never come to regret this decision either.
