It was a normal first day of senior year, until something from space crashes down nearby, Later on the Cul De Sac Kids check it out. Leading to them getting powers. In space, a 4th dimensional alien called Tilzoid wants to find a universe's ultimate cup of coffee. Finding Earth, He threatens its destruction if its bad. Will he be stopped by our heroes?

11. Author's Note and Updates

Hello everyone! So I'd like to say that im sorry for the sudden absence and lack of updates on this story, I got burnt out and slowly lost interest. Also my computer broke on me which means I lost a lot of documents containing chapters and even a new chapter I had been working on for the the Urban Rangers. Although I once I do get a new computer, I should be able to get them back through a program im planning on getting.

Alright so besides that unfortunate news, I would like to clear up somethings and some questions you may have.

1.) Is this the Main Universe or an Alternate Universe.

Alright so The Urban Rangers universe is an alternate universe. A few things are different about the characters. For Example, Kevin who in the main universe who was playing sports is wildly different from his UR Universe. That UR Kevin instead went a different route, instead of meeting someone else, he met a potential bassist as a friend in elementary and his friends dad majorly influenced him into being a professional musician. Another example is Eddy, UR universe's Eddie and his family originated from the old country and is a cousin twice removed from Rolf.

2.) What will happen with the Urban Rangers Universe after this story.

After The Urban Rangers is done, I plan to do a few stories about certain characters that will have their own stories but also a background story leading up to the events of The Urban Rangers 2. I won't reveal much but the first story after The Urban Rangers will be about Double Dee and his struggles of his time as a Super and trying to balance his relationship with Marie and being a Hero.

3.) Why hasn't Eddy developed any noticible powers except very high intelligence.

Well, I know I should have worded it better, but the reason why some of our beloved characters developed powers faster than others is due to genetics. When the characters got bombarded with the cosmic rays, they got powers based on their genetic make up and their thoughts during the impact. For some people their genetics caused their body to try and reject the changes but would be overrided slowly. For Eddy, his genetics had been best suited for the situation and helped to stave off the changes, now yes he did get a vastly higher intelect but thats due to the fact that his brain succumbed faster than his body
