Scarlie was in trouble with her father, but she's been given a chance to redeem herself. Scarlie has trapped the other rangers and has separated Valerie from the others. Without them, Valerie doesn't have much confidence in herself. At that moment, Zultro and Gamma have been working as hard as they could to find them.

"I keep searching, but I can't find the rangers anywhere." Gamma said.

"Keep trying, Gamma." Zultro said. "We need to find them or else Angel Grove and everywhere else could be in a lot of trouble." The two of them kept searching and can only hope they find the rangers before it's too late.

The Rangers

The other rangers are trapped inside Scarlie's barrier. They can't morph and they can't teleport out of there. On top of that, they're worried on what might be happening to Valerie.

"How does it feel knowing you've been bested this time, rangers?" Scarlie mocked.

"You haven't won yet, Scarlie." Travis said.

"There's got to be some way out of here." Joey said.

"Don't count on it. Once Zabaro is done with your friend, the rest of you are next." Vyla said.

"Why wait? Just finish them now." Dragight said as he aimed his spear right at them with the intent to destroy them.

"Not yet." Scarlie said. "We have to handle this carefully. If the barrier drops, the they could escape in an instant. We have to figure out how to destroy them all at once. Besides, once Earth sees their precious rangers are no more, they'll lose all hope. We just need to think this through."

"Just hurry." Dragight said. As they were talking way to finish the rangers, the rangers were trying to think of what they can do.

"Stay tough, guys. I'm sure Zultro and Gamma will find us and get us out of here." Travis said.

"What about Valerie?" David said.

"I'm sure she's okay." Abby said.

"Yeah. She's a ranger. She can handle herself." Robby said.

"I wouldn't bet on it." Vyla said as she heard them. "Valerie is a coward. We made sure she can't morph and that you can help her. Without either of those to help her, she doesn't have the courage to fight. It's only a matter of time." None of them liked the sound of that, but they still believe in Valerie.

Valerie

Valerie was in a dangerous situation. She faced Zabaro alone and he has her morpher and communicator. Scarlie and her minions have fully exploited her weakness.

"Just come out and accept your fate, Valerie." Zabaro said as he searched around for her. Valerie hid in the tall grass and she just wasn't sure what to do. "How long do you think you can hide?"

"Long enough for me to come up with a plan to get out of here." Valerie said. She crawled through the grass and was doing her best to stay out of Zabaro's sight.

"Nice try." Zabaro said as he spotted her. He fired energy blasts near her and got her to come out of hiding. Valerie tried to stand back up, but Zabaro kicked her back down. "Do you really think you can run and hide from me?"

"Stay back." Valerie said as she stood back, but backed away.

"Typical." Zabaro said. "You've always been a coward. You hide behind your brother and let him do all the fighting."

"That's not true." Valerie said.

"It isn't? Really think about it." Zabaro said. Valerie looked back at all that she's been through and how David was always willing to fight while she always avoided it because she was afraid. "The other rangers won't be coming to help you. Your brother and your friends are being held prisoner by Lady Scarlie. No one is coming to help a coward like you. You might have gained some slight courage, but that's only because you can morph. You felt power, but since you can't morph, you believe you have nothing. It's a mystery why you were chosen to be a ranger."

"No..." Valerie said, but she knew Zabaro was right.

"You know I'm right." Zabaro said. "If it weren't for your intellect, you wouldn't be a ranger at all. You have no courage. You have no will to fight. You're a disgrace as a ranger." Zabaro was hitting Valerie pretty hard because she knew everything Zabaro was saying was true. "You always relied on your brother and he's done all your fighting for you. What kind of ranger hides behind others? Your brother isn't here now. He isn't going to be around all the time, but it's too late for you. Your friends aren't here and you're not able to morph. You are helpless! You're hopeless!" Valerie couldn't take all of it anymore. She dropped to her knees and it was like her will and spirit were completely crushed. "Now surrender to me. I want to hear you say it. Say that I'm your superior and submit."

"Zabaro, you're..." Valerie said. Valerie appears to really have lost the will to continue as she never felt so low about herself. However, before she could say anymore she spotted her necklace, the necklace she shares with her brother.

"Yes! Say it!" Zabaro said as he believes she is going to surrender. Valerie held her necklace and she also remembered all the times that David was there for her. Always there to save her. Always there to help her. She also remembered that the necklace means that her brother has the other half and that he's always with her. It's also not just David. She knows her friends would do the same. Thinking of all that had her grip the necklace and the ground. She was chosen as a ranger for a reason and it's time she proves it.

"Out of your mind!" Valerie said as she jumped in the air and surprised Zabaro. She kicked him back and kicked his sword out of his hand.

"What?!" Zabaro said as he wasn't expecting this at all. Valerie fought back as she attacked Zabaro and pushed him back, but Zabaro grabbed her and flipped her to the ground. "I'll destroy you for that!" He grabbed her again and tossed her, but Valerie rolled against the ground and regained her balance. "I'm done playing around with you." He was going to keep fighting, but Valerie outmaneuvered him and kicked her morpher and her communicator out of his hand and kicked him right in the gut to knock him down. Valerie reached out and was able to get her stuff back.

"Yes!" Valerie said.

"How? Where did this courage come from?" Zabaro said.

"You almost made me gave up on myself, Zabaro." Valerie said. "You did had me see that my brother has always been there for me. Now it's my turn to be there for him."

"Enough. You're not getting away." Zabaro said as he stood back up, but Valerie kicked him multiple times and gave him a strong kick to push him back again. With that, Valerie ran off and put some distance between them.

"Now to get out of here." Valerie said as she used her communicator and teleported out of there.

"No!" Zabaro shouted as the key factor in their plan is gone.

...

The Command Center

Zultro and Gamma kept trying to find the rangers, but they weren't having any luck. It wasn't looking good for them until Valerie teleported right in.

"Valerie!" Gamma said with much joy that he actually went over and hugged her. "You're okay."

"Yeah. Barely." Valerie said. "Where are the others?"

"We believe Scarlie has done something to them. We can't seem to locate them." Zultro said.

"So Zabaro was telling the truth." Valerie said. "Scarlie has them all prisoned somewhere, but I think I might know a way we can find them. What if we used my communicator? We could use the signal it gives off and locate any similar signals."

"You mean trace the signal of communicator through another? Brilliant!" Zultro said as they took Valerie's communicator and hooked it up to the computer.

...

The Rangers

"Any moment now Zabaro is going to get over here and tell us that little Valerie is no more." Scarlie taunted. The rangers had to believe Valerie was going to pull through, but they weren't liking this at all. All of them looked and saw Zabaro appeared. "Right on the time! Zabaro, what happened with Valerie?"

"Uh... Well..." Zabaro wasn't sure how to say it.

"Spill it out!" Vyla said.

"I'm sorry, milady." Zabaro said and Scarlie knew what that meant.

"No! What happened?! You said she would be a coward!" Scarlie shouted.

"I don't know what happened." Zabaro said. "I had her right where I wanted her, but she somehow got the courage to fight back and left."

"You dummy!" Scarlie said as she knocked him on the head again.

"Sounds like Valerie managed to escape." Robby said as they were all glad to hear that.

"I knew you couldn't take my sister down!" David said.

"And I knew you would fail." Dragight said.

"Shut up! I still have the other six rangers!" Scarlie said. "This isn't over yet."

...

The Command Center

"Got it!" Gamma said. "Your idea worked, Valerie! I was able to get the location of the other rangers! They seems safe, but I'm not sure for how much longer."

"I better get going." Valerie said.

"Valerie, you'll be going in alone. Are you sure you're up for this?" Zultro asked.

"After going through what I just did, I feel like I can do anything." Valerie said as she was feeling good about herself for the first time in a long time. "It's morphin time!"

"Green Plesiosaur!"

...

The Rangers

Valerie morphed and teleported to where the rangers were being held. She landed on the rocks and could see the others in the barrier with Scarlie and her minions.

"Looking for me!" Valerie called out and got their attention.

"Val!" David said as the other rangers were glad to see her.

"So you came for your friends? None of you will be leaving!" Scarlie said as she launched an energy blast from her scepter, but Valerie jumped off the rocks and avoided her attack. She landed on the ground, but Zabaro and Scarlie went to stop her. Both of them swung their weapons at her, but she avoided both of them and hit Zabaro and gave Vyla a good kick.

"Time to go!" Valerie said as she took out her flute and tossed it as the blade end smashed against Scarlie's staff and that caused the barrier to go down.

"Nice moves, Val!" Sierra said.

"Go, Green Ranger! Go!" Joey cheered.

"Come on! Let's get out of here while we can!" Valerie said. All of them agreed and teleported out of there.

"No! My plan was perfect! What went wrong?!" Scarlie said.

"Simple. It was your plan." Dragight said. Scarlie could not let the rangers beat her this time.

"I'm not beaten yet! I'll send the biggest monster I have to crush the rangers!" Scarlie said. "The rangers use dinos? I'll send in one of my own! Time to call in Destructosaur!"

...

The Command Center

All of them teleported out of there and when the rangers arrived, Zultro and Gamma were glad to see they were all safe and unharmed.

"Thanks goodness. You're all safe." Gamma said.

"Thanks to Valerie." Joey said.

"Yeah. You really saved us back there." Abby said.

"I knew you could do it." Valerie said as she felt proud of herself as well. "Looks like we're not done yet." All of them looked to the computer and saw Scarlie has sent a giant purple like monster that wore dinosaur bones like armor. "Scarlie isn't through with us yet."

"So let's show her what happens when you mess with just one ranger." Travis said and all of them agreed to that. "It's morphin time!"

"White Spinosaur!"

"Black Ankylosaur!"

"Pink Pterodactyl!"

"Blue Triceratops!"

"Yellow Parasaur!"

"Red Tyrannosaurus!"

...

Angel Grove

As soon as the rangers morphed, they headed for Angel Grove and called their zords. Their zords arrived and charged right at Destructosaur, but it unleashed a mighty roar with energy blasts and tried to destroy them.

"Oh man. This one is big, bad, and ugly." Robby said.

"In that case, let's make this dinosaur extinct." Valerie said.

"Val, I like this new fighting spirit of yours. I've never seen you like this." David said.

"Let's put our zords together and bring this guy down." Travis said. The zords combined together and formed both of their megazords. Destructosaur charged right at the two of them. He smashed against the Neo Megazord, but they held their ground and punched him back. Destructosaur swung his tail around and smashed it against them. The Grand Megazord stepped in and tried to attack him, but the monster smashed against them as well.

"I've heard of a hardhead, but this is nuts." David said.

"The problem seems to be the bones he is wearing as armor. We've got to push through that." Valerie said.

"We're open to ideas." David said.

"Travis, are you there?" Valerie asked.

"Yeah. We're here." Travis said.

"Listen. We're going to blast the armor this monster is weaken it. Once we do that, slash down with that sword." Valerie said.

"Got it. You take the lead, Valerie. We'll follow." Travis said.

"Got it." Valerie said.

"Watch out! Here he comes!" David said. Destructosaur unleashed powerful energy blasts and both megazords took a hard hit.

"Here we go!" Valerie said as she had her megazord fired energy blasts from the cannons and blasted Destructosaur with it and kept the attacks going. Destructosaur did breathe fire and tried to fry the Grand Megazord. "Travis, now!"

"Got it!" Travis said. The other rangers build power in the megazord's sword and slashed down against Destructosaur. It caused some damage and it appeared to have weakened the armor. "Valerie, go for the finish!"

"Right! Twin Cannons! Fire!" Valerie said. The Grand Megazord fired both cannons and blasted Destructosaur and this one ended up being destroyed just like all the rest.

The Command Center

Once that battle was over, the rangers headed back to base and were real proud of this victory. None were more proud than Valerie for what she's done. She's made a big step in what happened today.

"Nicely done, rangers. Especially you, Valerie." Zultro said. "You overcame your personal obstacles and have become a stronger person because of it."

"Yeah. I'm actually amazed myself with what I did today." Valerie said.

"You should be real proud of yourself." Abby said.

"Yeah. We owe our win today because of you." Sierra said.

"I always knew you could do it." David said. All of them were real happy for Valerie

"I guess it's all because I have you, David, and the rest of you to help me out." Valerie said. Valerie felt great knowing all her friends are with her and give her the strength she really needs. That's good because things are about to change around.

...

Scarlie's Palace

"No! Wait!" Scarlie said as she was being dragged back into her place by Dragight to face the punishment from her father for failing.

"Get over there!" Dragight said as he tossed her to her father's feet. She looked up and just knew he wasn't happy at all.

"Daddy, I'm sorry!" Scarlie said as she was pleading for forgiveness.

"You failed, Scarlie." Locore said. "It would seem I have to clean up your mess. I will have to deal with these Power Rangers myself.
