Chapter 11- The Mountain

The flight was long, and they were all getting tired and frustrated, they just wanted to find the next dragon ball and rest for the night, they were so close and it was only a matter of time until they had found all 7 of them. Eventually they had arrived at where the radar told them to go, the reached a very big and dark mountain, the top could not be seen as it was covered in thunderclouds and lightning, the others looked a tad nervous as they knew this mountain well.

'The dragon ball is up there?' Marron asked

'Yep, on Bolt Mountain' Trunks gulped as Paris looked confused

'What's Bolt mountain? it's just a mountain' Paris huffed

'Its not though, this mountain does not like trespasses anywhere near it, if it does, it sends the thunder clouds and begins striking lightning on the victims to get them off the mountain before they can reach the top.' Pan Explained

'That sounds Ridiculous!' Paris laughed

'You think? Apparently, there's a Snow mountain that doesn't like women going anywhere near it' Goten chuckled

'And that is where we're going' Trunks said

'I don't wanna get struck by lightning baby! It's gonna ruin my hair!' Paris huffed

'Yeah cause that's the big issue' Bulla said sarcastically as Paris huffed

'Well we gotta get up there, its where the dragon ball is, and I say we gotta at least try and find it, who knows, maybe the mountain is in a good mood' Uub said as they all began to float up when all of a sudden they could hear the rumblings of thunder above them, and soon it began to rain down hard

'So, it begins' Trunks sighed hard

Meanwhile, somewhere in deep space, on the dark ship that held the adult's captive, Goku, Vegeta and the others were still help in their imprisonments and were getting slowly frustrated and demanded an audience with their captor.

'Hey show yourself before I turn your ship into a pile of ash!'

'Great idea! Destroy the ship, kill us in the process, that'll show him' Tien said sarcastically

'Well at least I'm trying! What have you been doing!?' Vegeta answered back as they both began to argue.

'Oh shut up the two of you! None of this is helping our situation!' 18 huffed

'Oh I can't stand this, why do I feel like we are never gonna see earth again' Launch began to cry

'Hey come on Launch, we'll be okay, don't forget our kids will be here soon' Bulma assured her

'Just hope it'll be soon; I'm getting cramps just being chained here' Krillen huffed

'Even if they do arrive, I wouldn't get my hopes up' Piccolo frowned

'Why do you say that Piccolo?' Yamcha asked

'whoever has us captive, want the dragon balls for some purpose or other. And I won't be surprised if it had anything to do with destruction' Piccolo answered

'you are correct to think that' A voice called from the shadows and it was the small little alien who called himself Kado.

'You again!' Gohan gasped

'I have been ordered to clean the floors here.' He said as he began to scrub the floors as chichi looked down at him and gasped

'What happened to your back? You're bleeding' she asked as he lowered his head in shame

'I disrespected the master, I was late with bring his food, I received 8 lashes for being 8 seconds late

'Seconds! That's insane!' Yamcha gasped

'He's an awful master, why don't you just leave here, run away?' Bulma asked

'I wish I could, but I have nothing waiting for me in the outside world, I am the last of my kind. My only purpose now is to serve my master, until the day I die'

'But you don't deserve this' Videl said

'Perhaps not, but what more can I do?'

'Look when our children get here, and this master of yours is defeated, you can return to earth with us, you can start again there, no one will ever hurt you there' Krillen suggested

'That is kind of you, but it will not bring my family and friends home.' Kado sighed sadly

'well we will ensure you're no longer treated the way you are' Goku promised

'If that is possible, I would be forever in your debt' Kado smiled softly

'KADO! REPORT TO ME!' The dark figure yelled from the shadows as he sighed

'I must go, until the next time' Kado quivered and left as the others looked each other.

'I do hope the kids get here soon Gohan' Videl sighed hard

They will Videl, we gotta have faith in Pan and Goten and the others' Gohan assured his wife 'Hey dad, do you think they will find us?'

'I'm sure they will Gohan, we gotta have hope they'll find us soon'

'Yeah! But when?' Vegeta asked as the others lowered their heads, soon, they hoped soon.

Back on earth, the rain began to fall hard as the kids searched for the next dragon ball, but the wind and rain were so rough it was impossible to keep their eyes open. Suddenly lighting struck on the mountain top as the rocks shattered and began to fall towards them

'AHHHHHHH WE'RE GONNA DIE!' Paris ducked in fear as Trunks appeared and punched the rock into a thousand pieces

'Guys! We gotta hurry up! This storm is not gonna stop until it blows us off the mountain!' Trunks yelled

'We just need to stay together!' Marron yelled

'It'll take too long if we do! Scatter out! And Be careful!' Goten said as they all nodded, Uub looked up a little higher than the others and saw something shining just below the peak, he made his way passed the wind and rain as Pan noticed

'UUB! YOUR GOING TOO HIGH! GET BACK HERE!' She yelled

'UUB SERIOUSLY YOU ARE GONNA HURT YOURSELF!' Bulla shouted as Uub fought his way passed the terrible weather and reached the glowing object, he gave a smile and saw that the dragon ball shining in a little hole in the mountain, he reached in and grabbed it. He smiled as he had found the 5th star Ball!

'HEY GUYS! IT'S THE 5TH STAR BALL I FOUND IT!' He yelled as the lightning struck again at the mountain as more rocks fell, as one big boulder landed down on Uub, crushing and trapping his leg in the process! 'AHHHHHHHH!' He screamed out!

'UUB!' Pan screamed in fear of her love and flew up to help him

'Pan wait!' Trunks went after her as they tried to move the boulder off of Uub, but the wind and rain was making it hard to catch a grip and push!

'Marron! Give us a hand!' Pan yelled as Marron flew up to help, as did Bulla and Goten, until….

'GOTEN! DON'T LEAVE ME HERE! COME AND PROTECT ME!' Paris screamed as Goten looked at her then at Bulla, who gave a huff and went to help her friends as Goten stayed with his girlfriend. They all tried to move the boulder, but lightning struck as more rocks began to fall, this time all of them were heading towards the kids!

'OH CRAP!' Trunks panicked as Bulla flew in front of her friends and began to hold the rocks back from hurting them! Trunks, Pan and Marron finally managed to push the Boulder off Uub's wounded leg as Trunks held him up but he was still weak! The Wind and the rain were too much! Bulla was holding the rocks back as much as she could as She looked at Goten who just stood there, it was pissing her off! He could help!

'GOTEN!' She yelled as he looked up 'GET THEM OFF THE MOUNTAIN! THEIR GONNA GET HURT! I CAN'T HOLD THE ROCKS BACK FOR LONG!' She yelled as Goten nodded in agreement and flew up to Grab Pan and Marron and brought them further down the mountain and went back for Trunks and Uub, he flew them down just below the peak and went back for Bulla

'Bulla Come on!' He yelled as she maintained her position.

'Goten…Get…. them…...off…..of the mountain' Bulla Yelled as she pushed the rocks back from hurting her friends

'But what about you?!' He asked as she looked at him, there was that moment again, she shook it off and huffed

'I'll be fine! Just get them off the mountain and then I'll let go! Make sure they're all safe!'

'But I gotta make sure your safe too! I couldn't bear it if anything happened to you!'

'I don't matter!' She yelled as he yelled back

'OF COURSE, YOU MATTER! AND YOU MATTER TO ME!' He shouted, as she gasped and looked at him, his eyes, his stern face, it was serious. She hadn't felt the feeling she was getting in a long time, she began to wonder if she was still in love with him and was he possibly still…. In love with her? These questions could be for later, right now she was getting impatient!

'GOTEN! PLEASE JUST LEAVE THE MOUNTAIN WITH THE OTHERS! MAKE SURE THEIR SAFE FROM AND DANGER!

'And what about you?!'

'I'll be fine! Just Go Goten Please!'

'I can't leave you Bulla! You'll get hurt!' Goten answered, he didn't want to leave her!

'Goten! Get us out of here!' Paris screamed

'But what about Bulla!'

'She can get crushed by the rocks for all I care!' Paris yelled as Bulla huffed

'It wouldn't be so difficult to let their rocks fall on you' Bulla yelled trying to hold back the tumbling rocks but they were getting to heavy as she felt her strength beginning to decrease!

'Oh yeah you'd love that wouldn't you, then you could get you're nasty claws into my man! Well let me tell you something you'll never get him!'

'Shut up Paris!' Bulla said trying to ignore her words,

'Why should I?! your just so jealous Bulla, and you know you'll never have him back, and you won't get him, or anyone for that matter!'

'I mean it shut up!' Bulla yelled again, Bulla felt her eyes water, for once she was feeling hurt from the words, her guard was being put down. She just wanted it to stop.

'So sad and alone, and you can't do anything right to please anyone, I mean your own boyfriend who you loved didn't even want you and he got into bed with me! ME! And you got left behind! And a good thing to! Because you got nothing I have and can give him! YOUR HAVE NOTHING AND YOU ARE NOTHING!' Paris Screamed, and that was it!

'I SAID SHUT UUUUUP! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!' Bulla screamed at the top of her lungs making the mountain around them shake as if an earthquake was erupting! Her screams were loud and powerful! She used all her strength to push the rocks away and watch them crash into the mountain into small pieces as she continued to scream out of anger, but mostly pain! She felt her pain of losing someone she loved to consume her! For a moment, her heartbreak repeated itself and as a result, She felt herself change! Suddenly a blast of energy emerged out of her! Trunks, Goten and the others looked upon her and they all let their jaws drop! Her hair had turned gold, her eyes were a lighter teal and her power level increased immensely! She had done it!

'I don't believe it!' Trunks gasped

'Did she just…..' Marron gasped

'She's a…..a…..' Pan stuttered

'A super Sayien' Goten finished. Yes Bulla Briefs, Daughter of Vegeta, had become A Super sayian.
