The moment you've been waiting for. You'll see what I mean.
Eda was on the couch, holding what had to be her sixth elixir today. She was getting worried; it keeps taking more and more elixir to keep the curse at bay. She heard a knock on the door and opened it.
"Good morning, Edalyn."
"Hello, Lily."
"The Emperor has been impressed with the Princess' training. He's decided that you'll be cured today." Lilith looked at Eda's gem, "Edalyn, why didn't you mention that the curse is getting worse? I would've had the Emperor cure you sooner!"
"I didn't realize it was getting worse. It just started happening today." Eda said.
Eda grabbed her staff, King, and a secret package and flew to the Emperor's Castle with Lilith. At Hexside, students were getting on the 'bus' (What is that thing called) looking forward to seeing the Emperor's Castle.
"So, Luz decided she didn't want to come?" Amity asked, sadly.
"She said her parents needed her help today." Willow lied.
Amity sat next to Amelia, Skara, Gus, and Willow. She watched as they flew towards the castle.
'I wish Luz was here.' Amity thought.
Luz was combing her hair at her vanity.
"Who knew that short hair gets just as knotted as long hair." She said, struggling to get the comb through her hair, "Come on."
She eventually got her hair into her typical Pixie cut style. She was all done getting ready and decided to try and finish her project.
"Okay, almost done with this."
After almost twenty minutes she was finally finished.
"Finally! I finally finished it!"
While she was happily celebrating about finishing the project that she spent a couple of weeks working on, there was a knock on the door.
"Princess, the Emperor has requested your presence."
"I'm coming Kikimora, just putting the finishing touches on my project."
Luz leaned it against her bed and ran to the throne room. Inside was her parents, Lilith, Eda, and King.
"Hey there, Owl Lady. Is today the day?" Luz asked.
"Yep, after today I'll be curse free." Eda said.
"Yes, today I'll fulfill my promise to you. It may take a few hours to build the power needed; this is a powerful curse. In the meantime, Lilith the tour will be here soon. Can I trust you to guide them?" Belos asked.
"You have my word." Lilith said.
Lilith walked towards the entrance just as the bus landed. Bump led the students off and Lilith greeted them.
"Greetings, welcome to the Emperor's Castle! You know me as Lilith Clawthorne, I will be your guide for today's tour. You're lucky, today you get to see a special room."
Elsewhere, the final preparations were being made.
"With this machine, I will end the reign of the Emperor. Then, I will kill that human and their pathetic hybrid." The man said.
"If I may, my Lord. What do we do after that?" A henchman asked.
"I've thought about that for some time. I've decided to make sure that no human can ever come to the Boiling Isles again."
"H-how do you plan on doing that?"
"Rumor has that the Owl Lady has a portal to the Human Realm. Once I have control over the Coven, I will take the portal and lead an assault on the Human Realm. Humanity's time has come to an end. It is time for Witches to spread their reach to another realm."
Back at the castle Lilith stood in front of a large, fancy, expensive looking door.
"This is the special room I was talking about. Not many people know this but..." Lilith starts to talk quietly, "Emperor Belos has a daughter."
Whispers of 'He has a kid?' and 'There's a Princess?' could be heard in the group.
"We've been given special permission from the Princess herself to enter her room. That being said, it was much harder to get the Emperor's approval. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL. I cannot guarantee your safety if you damage something." Lilith said.
She opened the door and students filed in. They marveled at the size of the room. Amity had to admit, she's jealous. This room was over twice the size of her room. Was that door made of gold? Is that a wall of weapons and trophies? These questions went through Amity's mind, who knew the Princess was such an athlete? The weapons surrounded a large red curtain.
'Probably an expensive painting. The curtain must have been put there to prevent anyone from damaging it while in the room.' Amity thought to herself.
Amity looked at the other wall and noticed it had a small frame on it. It was high up so most people probably wouldn't notice it, but she wasn't most people. She was Amity Blight and she knew how to spot things that people didn't. Inside the frame was a note. Amity thought it looked familiar and decided to read it to herself.
'I know we might be young, but I can't get you out of my head. I love you, like really love you. I hope you don't think weird of me, but would you like to go to dinner with me on Friday?'
Amity couldn't see the signature but it felt like she heard those words before. That's when a memory from when she was twelve popped up.
Amity watched as Luz reads the note. She was fully expecting to be turned down. She could see Luz reread the note again before looking back at her.
"Amity, do you have a crush on me?" Luz asked.
Amity nodded her head. Here it comes, rejection. After this Luz will never want to hang out with her again. Why would anyone want to be friends with a Lesbian like her? Like her parents said, 'it was wrong' (Sorry if this offends anyone, but I feel like that's something they would say). Amity looked down and was waiting for it. To her surprise Luz grabbed her hand.
"I would love to have dinner with you. How about that new restaurant by the part?" Luz said.
"S-sure! I would love that." Amity said.
"Great!" Luz placed a small kiss on Amity's cheek, "I'll see you at 8 on Friday."
Amity stood there, looking at the note. Her note. If that's here then that could only mean on thing. The Princess is...
"Luz." She whispered, "She's the Princess."
Willow shook Amity's shoulder to get her attention.
"Amity, are you okay?" Willow asked.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine."
"Okay, well, the group is moving."
"I-I'm coming."
Luz sat on her father's throne, swinging her legs like a pendulum. She was waiting for the tour to leave so she doesn't need to hide in here.
"Ugh, I hate this. I wish I could leave this room." Luz said.
Luz didn't know what happened, but a glass bottle was tossed into the room. When it shattered it released a blue cloud. Luz started coughing and her vision started getting dark.
"Don't worry, it won't kill you but it will knock you out." The man said.
"Who... are you? How... did you get... in here?" Luz asked before passing out.
"What? You mean your father hasn't said anything about me? I'm hurt that my older brother never told you about your dear uncle Nathaniel."
He picked her up and teleported out.
