Author's note:
While my focus has been divided amongst all my writing projects, I haven't forgotten about my various fanfictions. So here's the next one for this one. As usual, let's answer some questions before we get to the credits and the show.
Fantasy Lord 77: To answer your question, if Rita had not been amongst your OCs, Hunter probably would've been the main villain. Either him or Malik.
Tempokeep: I was shocked too to see so much reaction to Sarah going home so early. Just goes to show that there can be surprise fan favorite characters.
Squirtysong: On the Road with Quincy is honestly my favorite part of writing the Aftermath episodes. Who knows where he'll end up next?
AnnoyingAlarmClock: Yves was definitely one of the big surprise eliminations this season. And as for if Quincy will get a normal elimination, well...this is Total Drama. Nuff said.
Candela Monsoon: Another season you say? Hmmm...

Now...on to the drama!
EPISODE TWELVE: TUESDAY THE 17TH
This episode of Total Drama contains scenes of extreme stunts performed by animated teens. Do not try anything you see here at home. Seriously, you could get really messed up.
Chris stood in front of Chef's restaurant with a sunset behind him. "Last time on Total Drama," he began, "Our campers were turned into painters as they rushed to paint an entire district in the city (clip of the Slickers painting). Hunter and Charlie clashed about each other's motives and styles of competing on the show (clip of Hunter and Charlie arguing), while Sara began plotting her own takedown of Desmond (clip of Sara taking charge of the Rats). Kaia attempted to get the goods on Rita but was thwarted by a mysterious assailant (clip of Kaia getting attacked in the alley). But, in the end, it was Rita's scientific genius (clip of Rita bringing out her painting bot) that brought the Pandas victory. And after a surprise betrayal from Hunter, it was pool girl Sarah taking the long ride out of the city (clip of Sarah's elimination). Which works for me, because having to keep track of two people named Sarah was really starting to get annoying."
The scene returned to Chris. "Tonight, we have a very special challenge for our campers." His voice then took on a dramatic, spooky tone. "Who will survive the night? And who will sacrifice others to save themselves? Find out here on Total! Drama! City!"
*Intro*
(As the intro music begins to play, cameras are seen popping out of a skyscraper window, a manhole, a streetlamp, and a trashcan. The clapper claps.)
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine
(Chris is seen driving by in a sports car as the camera goes down a runway)
You guys are on my mind
(the camera pans into a building and off a diving board into an indoor swimming pool)
You asked me what I wanted to be, now I think the answer's plain to see
(In the water, Sarah is swimming gracefully as spikes are shooting past her. The camera pans to the surface, where Jared is sitting in a rubber raft with Maeve. The spikes puncture the raft and the two begin to sink. The camera quickly moves outside, where Otis and Tara are working on a generator together.)
I wanna be famous
(The camera pans over to the side, where Todd and Rita are working on an experiment. Todd pours a liquid into a beaker, which explodes and coats both him and Rita in ash, while Yves watches disapprovingly from a shadowy room in a nearby building)
I wanna live close to the sun
(Harmony is seen in a park meditating, unaware of Zander performing a magic trick right in front of her, though his trick is interrupted when a raccoon jumps out of his magic had and latches onto his face)
Well pack your bags cause I've already won
(Charlie and Lana are side by side practicing the same ninja fighting moves as William and Nicole kiss next to them)
Everything to prove nothing in my way
(Malik is running at top speed away from a flamethrower wielding Deedee. As he is running, he is caught in a trap that yanks him up to the top of a small building, where Hunter is waiting with a knife. Kaia stands disapprovingly behind him)
I'll get there one day
(The scene pans into a kitchen, where Logan is photographing a pot of mysterious food. Clover appears behind him, shocking him, but Chef then appears behind Clover and chases the two out of the kitchen)
Cause I wanna be famous
(At a table just outside the kitchen, Theresa is focused on her writing while Tim is next to her typing on a laptop. A spotlight drops on the table, causing both to jump in surprise)
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah
(In an alley, Hannah battles back against Sara, who is trying to pummel here with fists covered with boxing gloves)
I wanna be. I wanna be. I wanna be famous.
(On a street, Desmond and Moira are both in go karts, trying to knock each other off the road. Alex skates in between them both while Lance tries to catch up to her on a motorcycle)
I wanna be. I wanna be. I wanna be famous.
(The scene pans to a stage, where Sonya is playing her electric guitar and singing along to the lyrics into a microphone. The scene pans back to show it was on a monitor)
*whistling the main theme*
(The scene pans down, where Nigel is seen showing a clearly impressed Erin a collection of watches under his jacket. The scene zooms out to show the rest of the cast, with Chris off to the side. Sonya plays the last guitar rift of the theme song on her electric guitar)
As the sun was setting, the Slickers were meeting in the park.
"I called this meeting because we need to get things in line," Charlie began. "After that last challenge, I think we've got some issues to work out."
"No kidding," Alex said, casually picking at her fingernails.
"We've had some issues of people going off the rails." Charlie went on. "And people betraying each other."
Hunter snorted. "I'm just playing the game. Sarah was useless to me, so she had to go. Pure and simple."
"There's going to be no more of that," Charlie declared. "We've got to work together or the other teams will pick us off one by one."
"How do we work together when we don't have a team player still on the team?" Alex asked, glancing at Hunter.
"Simple," Charlie said. "We get rid of the problem on our team."
"Oh, I'm the problem then?!" Hunter snapped, standing up suddenly. "You haven't been acting right since your girlfriend got kicked off."
"But at least I'm willing to work with the team," Charlie countered. "Your solo hunter act is going to lead us all to destruction."
"It's how I play the game, ninja boy!"
Sonya strummed a loud chord on her guitar, getting them quiet. "Both your bad vibes are hurting the team," she told them. "So make up and work together."
CONFESSIONAL
"I've had my share of band fights," Sonya commented. "And we always make up in the end. Those two boys better learn to work together or we're going to lose more challenges."
END CONFESSIONAL
"Forget this," Hunter said, standing up and walking away.
Alex watched him go. "So…we're agreed that we kick out Hunter next, right?"
"I'm game," Otis decided. "Sure, he's strong, but he's also too dangerous if he's allowed to linger."
"Agreed," Maeve said. "Next time we lose, Hunter's gone."
CONFESSIONAL
"I'm pretty much for whatever the others are for," Maeve decided. "Now that Sarah's gone, I'm starting to look like the weak link. But if I can keep them focused on others, then hopefully I can sneak by until the merge. And once the merge comes, all the strong players will be targeted."
END CONFESSIONAL
Hunter walked alone down the street as the sun sank lower in the sky. "Stupid teammates," he grumbled. "All I'm doing is playing the game. Is that so hard to comprehend."
As he walked, the streetlamps around him began to flicker. He paused suddenly, as if hearing something.
"I know you're there," he said. "Come out before I hunt you down."
There was no answer. Hunter moved cautiously down the street, now tuning his senses into his surroundings. However, despite this, he clearly didn't detect the person in the alley, who quickly pulled him into it as he passed.
In the gym, Sara was busy using a punching bag when Desmond appeared.
"I know what you're trying to do," he said.
"Oh?"
"You're trying to take control of the team away from me."
"Am I?"
"Quit playing games, Sara. We have an alliance, after all."
"Oh, don't be ridiculous, Des," Sara told him, stopping her workout and facing him. "Don't pretend like you haven't already come up with three different strategies to betray me first. Don't forget, I saw last season. I know exactly what kind of a player you are."
It was then that the lights went out.
"Was that you?" Sara asked.
"Why would I want to turn the lights—" Desmond started to say, but then there was a loud bang, some scuffling noises, and then silence.
"Desmond?" Sara questioned. "What's going on?"
The lights suddenly flipped back on, and Sara realized she was alone.
"Des?"
As the sky began turning black, William and Nicole were lying on their backs, looking up as the stars began to come out.
"This is nice," Nicole said.
"Yeah," William agreed. "I'm glad we were able to sneak away to do this."
CONFESSIONAL
"It's been torture not having William on my team," Nicole said. "We have to resort to sneaking away from our teams just to have a date. If you call lying on a rooftop in the middle of a city run by a sadistic host trying to kill us with crazy challenges a date."
END CONFESSIONAL
Nicole snuggled up closer to William, putting a hand on his chest. "I miss this," she said.
"You and me both," William agreed, pulling her up into an embrace. The two kissed on the ground. But as they did, William's eyes widened in horror at something behind them.
"What is it—" Nicole started to ask, turning around. But then she saw it too.
William and Nicole's screams echoed throughout the city.
"What was that?" Nigel asked, looking up from his game of cards with Otis.
"Trouble," Charlie said, standing up. "Let's move, team!"
The Slickers, minus both Hunter and Sonya, ran in the direction of the screams. When they got to the roof they had been on, they found both Logan and Clover already there. Logan was examining a note that was there.
"What happened?" Charlie asked.
"I don't know," Clover said. "We heard screams and came to investigate."
Logan showed them the note. "We may have a problem," he said.
Charlie took the note from him. "It begins," he read. "What begins?"
"Nothing good I imagine," Nigel replied. "Especially since there's no sign of William or Nicole."
Charlie then realized something. "Where's Sonya?"
Sonya was busy rocking out on her guitar in the recording studio, headphones blaring in her ears. As such, she didn't notice as a mysterious figure slipping into the room and slinking towards her. The figure stopped behind her and raised something up, ready to swing it at Sonya's head.
However, at the last second, just as the figure was swinging it, the teenage rock star bent over to pick up her dropped guitar pick. The club whooshed over her head, missing by mere inches.
Sonya felt the wind from the swing brush by her head. She turned around to see what had happened and screamed. Standing behind her was a creepy looking figure in a dark plague doctor mask wielding a club. The figure raised the club and swung again. Sonya dove to the ground and picked up her guitar. She started running for the door, pursued by the attacker.
Outside, near the recording studio, Kaia and Deedee were meeting.
"So, let's recap," Kaia said. "We know Rita's the bad guy here, and she's got all sorts of bad experiments—"
"Do you think I can burn this tree down in less than a minute?" Deedee asked.
"I'm sure you can," Kaia said. "But anyway, we also know that Todd is also working for Rita, probably to get his own revenge against Charlie for causing his elimination last season—"
"How about that building?"
"Yes, I'm sure you can," Kaia repeated, getting annoyed. "However, I don't think it was either of them that attacked me in that alley. So that means—"
"How about—"
"Can you just be quiet for two seconds!" Kaia snapped.
CONFESSIONAL
"I'm starting to rethink this whole alliance with Deedee," Kaia said. "She has the attention span of a homicidal squirrel. But I need allies, and she's the only one crazy enough to work with me."
END CONFESSIONAL
"What I'm trying to say is that I think Rita's got—"
The recording studio doors burst open and Sonya sprinted from it. "Run!" she yelled. "There's a crazy guy after me!"
"There's a what?!" Kaia asked. That's when the attacker burst through the doors too with a growl.
"Nevermind!" Kaia yelled, following Sonya's lead. Deedee, however, brought out a can of bug spray and a lighter.
"Bring it on, psycho!" she yelled. But before she could do anything, Kaia grabbed the back of her shirt and pulled her along.
The intercom systems began to blare. "Greetings campers," Chris said. "I hope you're ready for the most terrifying night of your life."
"What do you mean, McLean?" Alex growled.
"In tonight's epic night challenge, your task is to survive the night while the dreaded psycho killed Plague Mask Paul hunts you down and drags you away to your probable deaths."
"You got to be kidding me!" Logan exclaimed.
"Nope!" Chris replied. "Assuming you survive, the team with the most remaining members left will get invincibility and spend the next night in the Hotel. The team with the least members left will send someone home."
"Seriously?" Maeve asked.
"Yep! We'll be keeping track of how many people are still alive on this overhead scoreboard." A large projection suddenly lit up the sky with pictures of all the campers. Currently, Hunter, Desmond, William, and Nicole had x's over their pictures.
"Looks like the killer already has some kills," Chris said. "Better start running. Good luck, and happy dying!"
"I think we lost him," Kaia panted, leaning against the side of the alley.
"That probably means the killer's going to appear behind us and slash us," Sonya said. The other two girls looked at her, looking confused.
"What? It happens all the time."
"I could've burned him up," Deedee said.
"Best not to chance that," Kaia replied, standing back up. "I'm going back to the Hotel."
"Alone?"
"Last time I checked, neither of you are on my team," Kaia said.
"Sure, go ahead," Sonya said. "Break the rules."
"What rules?"
"Do you seriously not know the rules of horror movies?"
"Well—"
"Rule number one in horror movies: never go out alone," Sonya began. "Rule number two: never go out alone at night. Rule number three—"
"I get it, I get it," Kaia said. "Have fun dying." She turned and walked off.
"And she seals her fate," Deedee commented.
"Let's just try and find the others," Sonya said. "Rule number three: stick together. The larger the group, the more likely you are to survive."
CONFESSIONAL
"If Kaia wants to go out on her own and die a gruesome death, that's her choice," Sonya commented.
END CONFESSIONAL
In the lab, Rita was busy mixing vials of liquid together.
"Shouldn't we, you know, get out of here?" Todd asked in concern. "I think we'll be much safer in the Hotel with the others."
"Feel free to go back there if you want," Rita said, "I for one will not let a so-called killer ruin my plans for the evening."
CONFESSIONAL
"There's no way that even someone as sadistic as McLean would hire someone to kill us, even for ratings," Rita said. "This "killer" is probably just dragging us all to some bunker to wait out the rest of the challenge. Nothing to be afraid of."
END CONFESSIONAL
"Fine. Hope you survive the night." Todd headed out the door, vanishing into the night.
Rita shook her head, pouring more chemicals together. After a minute, she set the beakers down and walked to a small cabinet to get more chemicals. But when she turned around, Plague Mask Paul was right behind her. She didn't even have time to scream before she was taken.
"We need to barricade ourselves in someplace," Charlie decided, taking charge of the group. "Hold out until morning."
"But where do we go?" Maeve asked.
"Someplace that can be easily boarded up with as few entrances as possible," Charlie said. "I suggest Chef's Restaurant."
"Then let's go," Clover said.
"Why should we you come with us?" Nigel asked. "You're not on our team."
"It's not like we can tie them up and leave them," Alex said.
"Agreed. Let's go."
The group arrived at Chef's Restaurant to find it abandoned.
"Start boarding up the doors and windows," Charlie ordered. "I'll make sure the place is secure. He disappeared deeper into the restaurant as the others began dragging the tables to block the door.
"Hello?!" Sara called to the empty streets as she walked. "Anybody out there?"
She had been alone since Desmond got caught and was now trying to find others. Based on the sky image above, along with Desmond, Hunter, Nicole, William, and Rita had also been taken down.
This set her on edge. The killer could be anywhere now. As she walked, she began to feel like someone was creeping up behind her. She turned around and saw that, indeed, someone was behind her.
She screamed, but the scream was paused as the scene paused and switched to Chris in an unknown location. "Now that's what I call a scream queen," he commented. "Will anyone survive this cat and mouse challenge? Or will this season be cut short? Find out when we come back."
Sara screamed as she saw the figure behind her. She threw a punch directly into his face. The figure bellowed in pain and stumbled back into the light, revealing a familiar face.
"Lance?!" Sara asked.
"Yes, it's me," Lance said.
"Don't scare me like that!" Sara exclaimed. "There's a killer on the loose!"
"Apologies, my lady. I was just searching for the rest of the team."
"Well, they're not with me."
"Then let us quest for them together!"
Sara groaned. "Fine. Fine. Just don't slow me down."
In the Hotel, Erin was pacing the floor. "Where are they?" she wondered.
"Calm down, lass," Moira told her. "Kaia and Todd will be back soon."
"As long as they don't get murdered by this killer," Hannah added.
"No need to get her more riled up than she already is," Moira said to Hannah.
There was a knock on the locked door to the outside. Erin quickly went to open it, but Hannah said, "Wait." Erin paused as the blind girl got up and found her way to the door. She tapped the cane on the floor twice, thinking for a minute. She then opened the door, letting Kaia in.
"It's about time," she said, entering. "I could've been grabbed in the time it took for you to open the door."
"Had to be sure it was you," Hannah told her. "You could've been the killer."
"Did you see any of the others?" Erin asked.
"Just Sonya and Deedee," Kaia replied. "Who knows where any of the others are."
There was a loud banging at the door. "Let me in, let me in, let me in!" Todd screeched. But as Erin moved to open the door, Todd screamed in fear, which was cut off seconds later.
Hannah stuck her cane out to block Erin. "He's gone," she told her.
"But—"
"He's gone," Hannah repeated.
Charlie returned to the rest of the group to find the doors and windows all sealed. "The restaurant's clear," he reported. "No sign of the killer."
"And everything here is locked up tight," Clover told him. "That killer isn't breaking in here anytime soon."
"Don't be so sure," Alex spoke up. "These kinds of killers always have a habit of pulling off supernatural feats."
CONFESSIONAL
"I've seen enough horror movies to know that no matter what we do, the killer is going to get in here," Alex said. "But I'm still staying with everyone. After all, the more people you're with, the better your chances are that the killer grabs one of them instead of you."
END CONFESSIONAL
"What's the food status?" Otis asked.
"Otis, we're not going to need a whole lot of food," Maeve told him. "We just need to stay here until the challenge is over."
"Unless Chris loses control of his serial killer monster," Otis reminded her. "Which he probably will."
"Just keep an eye on that window, Otis," Charlie ordered. "Warn us if anyone comes."
"On it."
The group sat down in the room and waited. As the minutes ticked by, the tension in the room only increased.
"I don't like this," Maeve said. "It's too quiet."
"It's always too quiet in horror movies like this one," Alex told her. "Which means the killer's probably almost ready to attack."
"Why attack us first?" Logan wondered. "We're in a much bigger group. If I were him, I'd go after the others."
Something creaked in the wall, making Erin yelp in fear.
"Just the pipes," Hannah told her.
"Stop being scared with all this," Kaia told her. "We all know that this whole "killer" part of the challenge is a fake. It's probably just Chef in a costume capturing people like in Season One."
"Ease off, lass," Moira told her.
CONFESSIONAL
"I don't know why we haven't kicked Kaia off yet," Moira said. "Not only is she definitely plotting something, but now that we all know how she operates, she's even more unbearable than last season."
END CONFESSIONAL
"I'm just saying that there's nothing to be scared of," Kaia said. That was when a rope wrapped around her waist and pulled her out of sight.
"Kaia!" Moira yelled. But then the power went out.
Erin screamed.
"Quiet," Hannah hissed. In the darkness, she raised her cane. "You two get out of here," she ordered. "I'll hold him off."
"Lass, we're not—"
"Go," Hannah repeated.
Moira nodded, and grabbed Erin's arm, pulling her towards the door.
"…and thus, the battle was won," Lance finished.
Sara rolled her eyes. "No offense, Lance, but I really don't care about your medieval fantasies."
"Fantasy? Ha! This tale was true!"
Sara was about to comment when she heard the sound of footsteps coming towards them from a nearby alley. She pushed Lance and herself up against the wall. She took a deep breath and, right as the footsteps were coming around, leaped out and threw a punch.
Sonya barely had time to duck under the punch. "It's just me and Deedee!" she yelled. "Chill!"
"Oh. Sorry," Sara said.
"Seen anyone else?" Sonya asked.
"Nope. But it looks like both Kaia and Hannah got taken out," Sara said, pointing up at the sky.
"Guess that means that the killer is near the Hotel," Sonya said. "So we head the other way."
"You can head that way if you want," Sara said. "But we're going this way."
"Hold on," Lance said. "It would be wiser if we stick together. Strength in numbers."
"This is still a challenge," Sara reminded them.
"And, in case you haven't noticed, you have three of your team here, and only me from my team," Sonya said. "Making it so that if it comes down to us that your team will still win."
Sara thought about it for a moment, then nodded. "I guess that makes sense."
CONFESSIONAL
"Sonya's got some serious game going on," Sara noted. "I may have to hope her team gets rid of her before the merge. Who knows how unstoppable she'd be after that."
END CONFESSIONAL
Back at the restaurant, Otis was peering out the window, looking for any sign of trouble. "Still quiet out there," he reported.
"How much longer is this challenge going to be?" Clover wondered.
"Not too much longer," Charlie said. "By my estimates, we only have an hour left until dawn."
Otis suddenly heard a scratching sound at the boarded-up window he was at. "There!" he yelled, throwing a punch that broke through the boards and the glass. But unfortunately, there was nothing outside.
"Nice work, genius," Alex said. "Now you just created an opening for the killer to get in with."
"He won't be able to get in with all of us watching that opening," Otis pointed out. As he spoke, a grappling line shot from the window and wrapped around him. Before he could react, he was yanked through the wall, leaving a large hole in it, and was lost.
"Run!" Charlie yelled. But the killer now stood in the hole, brandishing a large club.
"Why run when you can fight?" Alex countered, putting up her fists.
The killer, in response, threw some sort of bomb into the restaurant, which emitted a green smoke that knocked everyone else out.
"Someone's coming," Sonya said. "Someone running fast."
"I got this," Sara said, cracking her knuckles. She waited and then leaped out to punch who was coming—which, in this case, was Moira and Erin. Moira was just barely able to duck the punch in time.
"Okay, you really have to start looking before you punch," Sonya told Sara.
"The killer was just at the Hotel," Moira panted. "He got Kaia and Hannah."
"And now he's getting the others," Sonya noted, pointing up. Everyone looked up to see X's appearing over more faces, leaving them the last people left.
"We're all that's left," Erin realized, her voice shaky.
"Yep," Sara said.
"Now what?" Sonya asked.
"I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm done running," Sara said. "I say we fight back. Get the killer to fight us on our terms. And if we go down, we go down swinging."
"Aye, lass," Moira agreed. "Let's show this plague mask weirdo what we're capable of."
"What's the plan, then?" Sonya asked.
Sara looked at their surroundings. "I think I got an idea."
The killer was slinking through the streets, looking for the remaining six contestants. Suddenly, loud guitar chords starting blaring in the distance. The killer turned towards the sound, paused for a minute, and then started heading towards the sound.
In the middle of the street, Sonya was playing her electric guitar, seemingly oblivious to the killer lurking in the shadows.
The killer raised his club, but then something dropped next to him from above.
"Hello there," Moira said, knocking the killer out of the alley and into the street. The killer tried to collect himself, but Lance now charged him with a large stick and a trash can lid as a shield.
"Have at thee!" Lance yelled, engaging the killer. The disoriented killer was forced back, nearly tripping until Lance knocked his club out from his hand.
"Flame on!" Deedee cackled, lighting the surrounding area around the killer on fire. The killer moved to avoid the flames, but this only brought him closer to Sonya.
"Let's crank up the volume!" Sonya yelled, playing a loud chord that shook the area. The killer clutched his ears, allowing Sara to move in and start engaging him hand to hand.
Despite his disorientation, the killer was still extremely talented against Sara, blocking many of her strikes. But he was starting to wear himself down, falling back against a building, which allowed Erin to finally swing his retrieved club, knocking him to the ground, where he lay unmoving.
"Did we get him?" Sonya asked.
Sara pinned the killer to the ground. "Yeah, we got him," she said, reaching for his mask. "Now let's see who he really is."
She took off the mask and gasped. For the person laying on the ground wasn't a killer. The person wasn't even a guy. It was actually…
"Izzy?!" Everyone exclaimed.
"My favorite classic contestant!" Deedee exclaimed.
A helicopter flew in overhead, with Chris standing in the door. "Congratulations on surviving the killer!" he yelled through his megaphone. "Go back to the park to reunite with your "killed" teammates."
At the park, everyone had gathered, with the people that had been "killed" by Izzy looking beat up and disheveled, Chris made his announcement.
"At the end of the night, tonight's big winners, with three people alive, are the Rats!"
The Rats all cheered, most of that cheering directed towards Sara.
"And, with Sonya being the sole survivor, the Slickers have wound up in elimination yet again," Chris continued.
The Slickers all looked annoyed.
"Regardless, I'm going to need everyone at elimination tonight," Chris finished.
CONFESSIONAL
"You know what that means," Desmond said. "A team change."
END CONFESSIONAL
That night, all the teams met at the elimination ceremony.
"Slickers, you know the drill by now," Chris said. "The votes have been cast. When I call your name, come up and claim your ticket. The camper that doesn't receive a ticket will take the Tram Car of Shame and leave Total Drama City forever."
CONFESSIONAL
"We all know who's going home tonight," Charlie said.
END CONFESSIONAL
CONFESSIONAL
"It's obvious," Alex said.
END CONFESSIONAL
CONFESSIONAL
"It's about time we get rid of him," Sonya said.
END CONFESSIONAL
"The following people are safe," Chris said.
"Sonya…
"Alex…
"Maeve…
"Nigel…
"And…Charlie."
Chris held up the final ticket as Otis looked concerned while Hunter remained expressionless. "The final ticket goes to…Hunter."
"What?" nearly the entire Slickers team asked at once as Hunter got his ticket.
"Up bup bup," Chris silenced. "No complaints. Otis, the Tram Car of Shame awaits."
Otis sighed. "Very well. See you, guys." He stood up and got on the car, and it whisked him away.
CONFESSIONAL
"We've got a traitor on the team," Charlie said. "We agreed to vote Hunter out. Someone switched their vote. But who?"
END CONFESSIONAL
CONFESSIONAL
"No one switched their vote," Hunter said. "I would've been eliminated. Now, I could've switched all the votes, but that would give the game away. Switching only the votes needed will cause mistrust in the team. And mistrust is something I can control. As for why to take out Otis and not Charlie, well…he's still a strong player. I need him to keep doing his ninja thing and win challenges. When the merge rolls around…I'll crush him. No one out hunts the Hunter."
END CONFESSIONAL
Once Otis was gone, Chris addressed the remaining campers. "As you've probably guessed, the reason everyone is here tonight is because there's going to be a team change," he said. "One person from each team will be moving to another team. So, pack your bags and say hello to your new teams…
…
…
…
…
"Nicole, Erin, and Alex!"
CONFESSIONAL
"Crap," Alex said.
END CONFESSIONAL
"Erin, you'll be moving to the Slickers. Alex, you'll be going to the Rats. And Nicole, you're joining the Pandas."
CONFESSIONAL
"Yes!" Nicole cheered. "I'm coming home, William!"
END CONFESSIONAL
"How will these new teams play out?" Chris asked, beginning his outro once the teams were gone. "And will Hunter's plan to split the Slickers apart continue? Find out next time on Total! Drama! City!"
Bonus Clip:
Otis slumped dejectedly in his seat. "Clearly, I underestimated my teammates," he said. "Especially Hunter. He must have had something to do with this elimination. I just hope that they get rid of him next. He's going down."

And there goes Otis. Honestly, I didn't really have too many plot ideas for him. But shoutout to his creator, Fantasy Lord 77!
This challenge/episode has several tributes. One is to the main thing it's based off of, clearly the Friday the 13th series. The other relates to a tv series that spoofed Friday the 13th in an episode (which was also called "Tuesday the 17th"). Shoutout to the first person to name the series I'm referencing. Another tribute goes to the scene where Sonya is briefly describing "rules of surviving horror movies." This is a nod to Scream and the character Randy.
As it turns out, it's Tuesday the 17th right now. This was totally not planned whatsoever. *wink*
We're starting to see some stress between the alliances of Sara and Desmond and Kaia and Deedee. How much longer will those alliances last?
I hope you guys enjoyed the cameo from Izzy in the episode. She's one of my favorite characters in TD, and having her be the "killer" here is a nod to the time she dressed as a spider in ROTI.
Oh, and a final question to ponder: what was Kaia trying to tell Deedee about Rita?
That's about it from me. Make sure to hit that favorite/follow button to stay informed on updates, and don't forget to drop a review to let me know how I'm doing. Until next time, this is Guest 1138, reminding you to always follow the rules of horror movies if you want to survive one. Ciao!
