While Tony went to Norway to track down someone who was fighting Ultron and Thor was who knows where the rest of the Avengers flew to Seoul.
Hermione and Steve made their way through the medical lab where Helen worked.
"Over here," Hermione announced when she found Dr. Cho.
"He's uploading himself into the body," Helen told them. Her shoulder was bleeding heavily. Hermione cast a simple healing charm that would quicken Helen's healing.
"Where?" Steve asked.
"The real power is inside the Cradle," Helen responded. "The gem, its power is uncontainable. You can't just blow it up. You have to get the Cradle to Stark."
"Well, we have to find it first," Hermione replied.
"Go," Helen ordered.
"Did you guys copy that?" Steve asked Clint and Natasha who were on the quinjet.
"We did," Clint confirmed.
"I got a private jet taking off, across town, no manifest. That could be him," Natasha reported.
"There, it's the truck from the lab," Clint said. "Right above you. On the loop by the bridge. It's them. I got three with the Cradle, one in the cab. I could take out the driver."
"Negative," Steve replied. "If that truck crashes that gem could level the city. We need to draw out Ultron."
"Leave me alone," Ultron snapped angrily when Steve and Hermione attacked him.
"Well, he's definitely unhappy," Hermione remarked.
"We're going to try to keep him that way," Steve replied.
"You know what's in that Cradle?" Ultron asked. "The power to make real change and that terrifies you." During the fight, Steve's brightly colored shield fell into traffic. Natasha retrieved it and threw it at Ultron who was knocked into a train. Steve and Hermione followed. Soon, the Maximoff twins joined the fight against the evil android. Afterward, the superheroes realized that the breaks on the train had broken, but fortunately, Wanda and Hermione were able to stop it in time. Unfortunately, Ultron had captured Natasha.

When the Avengers arrived back at the tower, Hermione and Clint began searching for Natasha. Clint was trying to contact her outside of the internet, while Hermione looked for a spell to find her aunt. When Clint noticed that the twins were in the lab and that Pietro was breaking machinery, he shot the glass floor, causing the speedster to plummet to the previous level.
"What, you didn't see that coming?" Clint asked.
Suddenly, Thor came crashing into the tower. Using Milnor, he sent a surge of white-hot energy into the cradle. A red humanoid robot flew out, stopping just in time to avoid crashing into a window.
"I'm sorry," it said, in Jarvis's voice." "That was odd. Thank you."
"Thor, you helped create this thing?" Steve asked.
"I've had a vision," Thor replied. "A whirlpool that sucks in all hope of life and at its center is that." The Asgardian indicated the dandelion colored stone on the robot's forehead.
"The gem?" Bruce asked.
"It's the Mind Stone," Thor explained. "It's one of the six Infinity Stones, the greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities."
"Then why would you bring it to Stark?" Steve asked.
"Because he is right."
"Oh, It's definitely the end of times," Bruce replied.
"The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron," Thor stated.
"Not alone," the robot interjected.
"Why does your 'vision' sound like Jarvis?" Hermione noticed."We reconfigured his matrix to create something new," answered Tony.

"I think I've had my fill of new," remarked Steve.

"You think I'm a child of Ultron," Vision realized.

"You're not?"

"I'm not Ultron, I'm not Jarvis. I am… I am."

"I looked in your head and saw annihilation," Wanda recalled.

"Look again."

"Her seal of approval means jack to me," said Clint.

"Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone and they're nothing compared to what it can unleash," Thor reported. "But with it on our side…"

"Is it?" Steve asked. "Are you on our side?"

"I don't think it's that simple," Vision replied.

"Well, it better get real simple real soon," Clint threatened. He had never really gotten over the time Loki used the Stone to mind control him.

"I'm on the side of life. Ultron isn't, he will end it all."

"What's he waiting for?" Tony asked.

"You."

"Where?" inquired Bruce.

"Sokovia," Clint replied. "He's got Nat there too."

"If we're wrong about you, if you're the monster Ultron made you to be," Bruce cautioned.

"I don't want to kill Ultron," Vision told them. "He's unique, and he's in pain. But that pain will roll over the earth, so he must be destroyed. Every form he's built, every trace of his presence on the net, we have to act now. And not one of us can do it without the others. Maybe I am a monster. I don't think I'd know if I were one. I'm not what you are, and not what you intended. So there may be no way to make you trust me. But we need to go." The android handed Thor Mjlnior, much to everyone's surprise.

"Right, well done," Thor told Tony.

"Three minutes, get what you need," Steve ordered.

"I get first crack at the big guy," Tony said. Ironman's the one he's waiting for."

"That's true," Vision replied. "He hates you the most."

"Ultron knows we're coming," Steve stated "Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire, and that's what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia, they didn't. So our priority is getting them out."
