"What are you looking at?" She asked, putting her hands on her hips.

"Nothing," he said winking at her.

Miranda began smiling. "Well, if it's nothing, your friend is waiting for you."

"He can wait." She licked her lips a little. "Please don't act like you're not shocked that we have your brother in common."

"It is..." she said rolling her eyes, "... weird."

Ben turned toward the door. "Why'd you make me leave that night, Miranda?"

"It was—" She took a deep breath unsure of how to finish her statement. A lie would surely fall out. Her one-night stand with Ben had been really good, but it had left her confused and wanting more. And she couldn't have more... could she?

"Yo, Warren!" Kenny said startling them both.

Miranda put her hands on her head, raising an eyebrow. "Get out," she laughed.

Option 1: "Okay, okay. I'm leaving," Ben said tapping the doorway twice before leaving. (Chapter 32)
