Chapter 12
Hello readers hope you like the new Phoebe and if you don't, well too bad she is staying.
Finn and Phoebe are gonna do something about the assassin and Phoebe's father, but they're gonna need help.
Now on with the story.

It has been a week since The Lich defeated everything in ooo has been normal. Except in the Fire kingdom and in Flame King quarters. FK is punching the wall and making a hole into it as he has retrieved news about his daughter. That she is no longer a Flame elemental and no longer a Princess of the fire kingdom as her powers were no longer with her. The Flame King was now Pissed. Now her daughter was no longer part of the royalties no more and Thank to that Human boy. FK walked out of his quarters and made his way to his throne room to form a battle plan.
Then we go to Eldur inside his Estate inside his room smashing everything as he also retrieved the news about the Princess on becoming Human. That his plan on becoming the future King. Ruin. Now Eldur is preparing the way to kill Finn the Human. Eldur walk out of his quarters and headed to the fire Palace to get the approval to assassnation for the Human
The scene cut to the grassland where Finn and Phoebe were still sleeping in bed together as they never wanted to get up as they both still wanted to be in bed together. It's been weeks since Phoebe turned into Human and the news spread like wildfire and every princess in ooo grew more jealous of the new Human girl.
Finn opened his eyes as he looked at Phoebe. Finn smiles as he well never gets tired enjoying the sight of Phoebe's new Human form.
Of course Finn had to teach Pheeb how to be a Human and things how Humans do their business. Of course he didn't teach her those things that had to be Marceline and Bonnie's job to teach her those things how to use a bathroom.
Finn was too embarrassed to teach her about how to use a bathroom, But Marcy and Bonnie were glad to help Phoebe.
Finn then smiled as he slowly removed Phoebe's arm off his shoulder without waking her up and slowly got off the bed and headed to the kitchen to make Phoebe breakfast when she woke up.
The last time Phoebe ate normal food for the first time. She enjoyed it as she said ' It tasted better than coal' Phoebe stated.
Finn walks into the kitchen. He walks up to the fridge and opens it up and sees eggs and bacon, so he decides to cook bacon and eggs for Phoebe. Finn cooks up the eggs and bacon as the bacon sizzles and the eggs cook.
In the Bedroom, Phoebe woke up from the smell of food. She took the blanket off her and got off the bed and followed the smell to the kitchen as she reached the kitchen and she saw Finn cooking and she looked at the table and saw two plates.
Finn turns his head and sees Phoebe awake, he smiles" Morning Pheeb, you slept well?" Finn asked as he was cooking the bacon.
Phoebe smiles" Yep, I slept pretty good" Phoebe said as she smells Breakfast cooking." Mmmm, what's cooking?" Phoebe asked as she sat down at the table.
Finn looked back at Phoebe" Well I'm cooking Eggs and bacon for breakfast" Finn said, making Phoebe smile as she liked the sound of that.
Phoebe's smiles faded as she and Finn hadn't told their friends about the assassnation on Finn, and Finn just smiles like danger meant nothing to him.
" Finn'' Phoebe called out as Finn turned towards her to hear what she wanted to say." How are you so calm?" Phoebe asked as she wanted to know why was he so calm about the whole assassnation." about the whole part where my father and this Eldur guy try to murder you" Phoebe said as she talked about her father and Eldur.
Finn just shrugged it off" Well like I said to Flambo. I had plenty of bad guys and Evil Dude coming after me since I started this hero gig with Jake, and ever since me and Jake have been fighting them without failure" Finn stated and looked back at the food on the pan." The Flame King and this Eldur are no different from the other Evil dude and that I face." Finn said as a hero would say.
Phoebe's eyes widened in surprise as Finn said that. Phoebe never knew that Finn had to face many other Evil that he had to fight and survive. Finn brought the food to the table and put the food on the plate as they ate breakfast.
They finished eating breakfast as Phoebe enjoyed the bacon and the Eggs. Finn put the dishes in the sink to wash later.
Finn looked at Phoebe and spoke." Pheeb, it's been a week since you turn yourself into a Human. It's your fire power still with you or is it gone?" Finn asked his girlfriend as he was curious.
Phoebe looks at her hands as she hasn't felt the heat in her hand since she used her wish to become Human, her fire power stopped working. Phoebe put her ruby gems in the bedroom as they were still in the drewer left there.
Phoebe shook her head" No, I haven't felt the fire in me since I became Human, maybe it's gone for good. But it's a good thing being Human, not so bad." Phoebe said.
Finn then smiled at Phoebe's comment as he walked to her side and patted her shoulder." Yeah, Being Human is great." Finn said as he went back to the bedroom.
Phoebe smiles, but then she smells something bad and it smells close, she smells her arm and makes a disguing look. Phoebe walks to the Bedroom and tells Finn about the smell, but as she walks in, she sees Finn changing into his adventuring clothing.
Phoebe blushed at the sight of Finn's body as she could see all the scar and his well toned body thanks to adventuring. Finn and Phoebe stood there in silence as they both blush madly as Finn quickly covers his upper body with his blue shirt and Phoebe quickly turns away.
" S-sorry!" Phoebe exclaimed as she ran out of the bedroom blushing.
Finn just stood there shocked as Phoebe just walked in on him changing. Finn shook it off and fully got dressed in his normal attire and headed to see Phoebe sitting on the couch and still blushing as the color of her hair.
Phoebe jumped a little as she saw Finn coming into the living room. Finn and Phoebe are still blushing as they made eye contact with each other as Phoebe spoke up." S-sorry for barging in without knocking" Phoebe apologizes to Finn as she couldn't stop blushing.
Finn just waves it off" It's okay, I should've told you that I was changing, So it is not your fault" Finn told Phoebe." But you came in the room to tell me something?" Finn asked Phoebe as she shook out of her blushing state.
" Oh Yeah"Phoebe remembered as she was trying to tell Finn about the awful smell on her. " I was going to ask you about this smell on me?" Phoebe asked as she stuck her arm out to Finn to smell it.
Finn then leaned in for a sniff and his face almost turned into disguing but he held it back and put his hand to his chin and spoke." Yeah, I forgot to tell you about keeping yourself clean." Finn said, making Phoebe coufuse.
" Umm, I have been keeping myself clean see look" Phoebe opening her mouth as she pointed at her teeth as she thought that what Finn meant.
Finn shook his head" Oh No, no, no, no. I mean you're the rest of you. Like your whole body it gotta be clean once in a while, like taking...a...shower" Finn just realized that he never taught Phoebe about being clean or never even teaching her how to take a shower. It took Phoebe days to get use of water, since she used to be a Fire Elemental she was always afraid of water, But Finn taught her that the water is nothing to be afraid of. But the only water that Finn is afraid of is the ocean.
Finn just stood there still thinking and Phoebe just looked at him confusingly and spoke." Umm, Finn, what do you mean a shower?" Phoebe asked as she didn't know what a shower is.
Finn cleared his throat" Yeah the shower is where you stand in a tub and let water pour all over you" Finn said, making Phoebe eyes widen as she heard water being involved.
Phoebe then jumped behind the couch in fear. 'Water was okay to drink and it was refreshing, but letting water get all over me. NO WAY!' Phoebe thought in her head as she still hid behind the couch as she was not going to take a shower.
Finn sighs as he sees Phoebe hiding behind the couch as she is still afraid of water. Finn then pinch his nose and think of something, he grabs his phone from his backpack and looks through all his contacts and sees Marceline's name and press called the hear a ringing.
In Marceline's house a little bug like octopus crawls on Marceline's arm as she grasps it. As It turns into a full size phone as Marceline is hovering over her couch as she answers her phone and puts it closer to her ear" Hello?" Marceline spoke to the phone waiting for a reply.
" Hey Marcy, it's Finn" Finn replied on the phone as Marcy smiled.
" Sup weenie, what do you need help on?" Marceline asked as she and Phoebe were hanging out for a week and the two became friends.
" Y-yeah, I need your help on a…certain somebody" Finn said looking at Phoebe still hiding behind the couch as she glared at Finn.
Marceline eyebrow lifted." Let me guess, you're too embarrassed to teach Phoebe about something, and you call me or Bonnie to help you, that you're too afraid to talk about or too shy to talk about. Am i correct?" Marceline asked.
Finn just turned red as she got it right" Yes" Finn said as he could hear Marceline sigh.
" Ok, what is it that you're too embarrassed to talk about with Pheeb?" Marceline asked as she was putting on her protective sun gear and putting her axe-bass onto her back.
" Well Pheeb is not a big fan of the shower and she refuses to take a shower" Finn said looking at Phoebe as she was still glaring at him.
Marceline closed her door behind as she exited her house and floated out of her cave and headed towards the treehouse." Yeah, I'll be there in a moment" Marceline said as she hung up the phone as she floated her way towards the treehouse.
Finn put his Phone back into his backpack and sat on the couch where Phoebe is still hiding behind. Phoebe peeps her over the couch and sees Finn sitting down. Phoebe then hopped out of her hiding spot and sat next to Finn.
Phoebe looked at him and frowned" Did you have to call Marceline to teach me about showers? But why can you just show me how shower works? Could it be better that you just do it?" Phoebe asked Finn as she made him blush like mad.
Finn is having some dirty thought about her and him in the shower together, but Finn just shook it off." No! No! I don't think I shouldn't,"Finn said as he looked away from her, but then he heard a window opening and looked and saw Marceline coming through the window wearing her sun gear.
Marceline closed the window behind her and took off her big hat" Sup weenie, sup Pheeb, how have you been?" Marceline asked as she took off her sun gear and set it on it's table.
Phoebe waves at her with a smile" Hey Marcy, me and Finn are just talking about this shower" Phoebe said as she didn't like the idea of water going all over her, she was okay drinking it water, but she was not okay letting going all over her, Phoebe was not going to do it.
Marceline just floated next to her and patted her shoulder to confront her" Hey, I can't tell you're not a fan of the water yet. But we all take baby steps to get used to the thing we're afraid of." Marceline said as she tried to help Phoebe to confront her fear of water.
Phoebe thought about this and closed her eyes for a bit. Phoebe took a deep breath and opened up her eyes again" Okay, let's do this" Phoebe said with confidence, making Marceline and Finn smile.
Phoebe sat up from the couch and Marceline led her to the bathroom and Finn stayed behind because he didn't want to see another girl get undressed like he did at Marceline's house. Finn then blush as he still couldn't get the naked Marceline out of his head, he blamed Jake for sending him out to scope the scene and he still couldn't be in the same room with her.
The scene goes in the bathroom with Marceline and Phoebe standing in front of the tub and Phoebe gives a look that looks like she was having second but then Marceline rubbed Phoebe's shoulder giving her a look that it was okay as she supported Phoebe.
Phoebe smiles as she spoke" so how does this work?" Phoebe asked marceline.
" Okay, your first step is take off your clothing and step into the tub" Marceline said, making Phoebe's eyes widened as her face reddened.
" T-take off my clothes?" Phoebe said with a stutter and covered the top of her body in embarrassment as she was not down with the plan.
Marceline rubbed both of Phoebe's shoulders and to assure her that is okay" Hey, we're both girls here. So there is no to be embarrassed about" Marceline told Phoebe, but Phoebe was not comfortable yet. Marceline can see this, but then an idea pops into her head that might work." if this makes you feel better? What if I join you into the shower" Marceline said, making Phoebe blushed.
" W-what!?" Phoebe gave a shocked expression as she heard Marceline suggesting about taking a shower together then she blushed again as she started to let out a few sweat from her forehead and then Pheeb spoke up" A-are you serious?" Phoebe asked if she was serious.
Marceline nodded" Yep! I'm serious." Marceline grabbed the bottom of her shirt and took off her shirt and showed her wearing black lace bra.(Not going into further detail with Marcy and Phoebe's body figure until the later chapters. So don't worry about it.)
Meanwhile in the living room. Finn is still sitting in on the couch where he waited for Marceline and Phoebe to get out of the bathroom. Finn sat up from the couch and decided to head outside for fresh air. As Finn walked outside and walked around the treehouse to pass the time, as he was walking around the treehouse he heard noise and they sounded like someone running. Finn looks towards the sound of the running and he sees Flambo running towards him.
Flambo stopped in front of Finn as he panted as ran so much again. Finn then spoke" Flambo? What is the news in the fire kingdom?" Finn asked as he paid Flambo in coal to bring any info from the Fire Kingdom if it's about Phoebe and him.
Flambo nodded" Yeah, and it's not good." Flambo telling Finn the news." I manage to eavesdrop onto The Flame King and Eldur meeting with the other counselors" Flambo said, getting Finn's attention as he wanted to hear this.
" What was the meeting about?" Finn asked the little flambit as this meeting must be important to bring in the Fire Kingdom's counselors into this.
(Flashback) in the Fire Kingdom palace in the war room where you see the Flame king sitting in his personal chair at the round table. Eldur is just sitting against the wall staring just listening to the counselor 'civil insurrection' as they were discussing to the flame king's daughter about the Flame princess giving up her form and power to be human and to be with that human hero.
Half of the counselors were suggesting killing the Human boy, but the other half were not along with the plan to kill the Human body as they knew if they did, it would risk a war with the other Kingdom. they were rejecting the idea as they argued among themselves.
" SILENT!"Flame King shouted as he slammed his fist onto the round table to silent the counselors in the room, he got off his chair and looked at all of the counselors with an angry look" we gather here to talk about my daughter and the Human boy, Finn" the Flame King stated as he continue to talk." Finn the Human has committed serious crimes against the Fire Kingdom" the Flame King told his counselors in the room." This crime he had committed and his punishment is death" the Flame King said, costing half the counselors gasp in shock and the other half nodded in agreement.
One of the counselors tried to reason with the flame king" but my king! If we do manage to kill Finn the Human. The other kingdoms would want revenge for their hero death. We would not win the upcoming war if he dies" Counselor 1 said as half of the other counselors agree with him.
Then other counselors disagreed with him and one of them spoke up" Why are you defending this Human?!"one of them asked." He clearly has corrupted the Princess of the fire kingdom, he should be punished for his crime and to the line of the royal family." counselor 2 said as the counselor started to argue once again.
Then the Flame King slammed his fist again, silenting the counselors again" I have made up my mind. The Human must pay the price for what he did to my daughter. Everybody is dismissed" the Flame King said as he walked out the war room as Eldur followed the king.
But outside of the window as a familiar flambit known as Flambo is sitting outside eavesdropping onto the meeting." This is bad. I have to warn Finn and Phoebe" Flambo said as he started to run away from the palace and headed straight to the border to warn his friends.
(Present) back at the treehouse as Finn was sitting on a stump as he listened to Flambo warning as this was serious. Phoebe's father really wanted to kill him.
Finn sighed in frustration as he has no clue what to do with Phoebe's father" This is bad, this is really bad" Finn spoke in a worry tone knowing all the danger that he face, he was never worried when a bad dude wanted to kill him or fight him and he always shrugged it off as he laughed at the face of danger, but right now this is serious. An entire kingdom of fire is coming for him.
Finn looked down at Flambo" Is the Flame king sending anybody to kill me?" Finn asked the little flambit.
Flambo shook his head as he didn't stick around for that part" Nope, I don't know what he will send." Flambo said as he had no idea what the Flame King would send.
Finn was thinking things through," Hey! Finn!" but then he heard Marceline's voice calling out from the treehouse. Finn looks back and sees Marceline waving her hand out from the window getting Finn's attention." Phoebe done taking shower!" Marcy shouted from the window.
" Alright, thanks Marcy!" Finn shouted back, but Finn thought 'I gotta tell my Friends later about The Flame King' Finn said in his head as he looked back at Flambo, waved him goodbye as Flambo waved back and made his way back to the Fire Kingdom.
Finn walked back inside the treehouse and headed to the living room, as he got there he saw Phoebe all dressed and her red hair looking so shiny and wearing a dress similar to her old dress that Bonnie made for her.
Finn smiles at this" You look beautiful as ever Pheeb" Finn said, making her blushed and smile back at Finn.
" Thanks, you look good yourself" Phoebe said as Marceline was hovering over the couch and seeing the two human compliment each other, so Marcy rolled her eyes as she continue to hear them flirting with each other, But then Marceline realized that she saw Finn talking to Flambo.
So Marceline decided to ask Finn" Hey, Finn, I saw you talking to Flambo earlier. What were you two talking about?" Marceline asked as she was curious.
" Wait, Flambo was here?" Phoebe asked as she also wanted to know why he was here. This brought up more questions.
Finn hesitated a bit, but he told them, so he took a deep breath" Flambo gave me some info as he was eavesdropping onto the meeting at the Fire Kingdom." Finn stated as Phoebe grew worried and Marceline looked confused as why would Flambo eavesdrop onto a meeting." Flambo has also told me that they said 'I have committed a crime against the fire kingdom and I should be executed for this crime' and the flame king agreed with this" Finn said, shocking the two the two girls.
" WHAT!?" Phoebe and Marceline both exclaimed in anger as Phoebe couldn't believe that her father would do such a thing.
Marceline's eyes turn red in anger, knowing that her friend is in trouble from an angry King.
" Okay, as I was saying, not every counselor agreed to this idea" Finn telling the two" Half of them said, If they do manage to kill me, it'll cause a war between the other kingdom and they do not want that" Finn said as Phoebe thought about this.
Then she spoke" was my brother flint there?" Phoebe asked as there may be a way to dethrone her father.
Finn thought about this and shook his head" No, Flambo only mentioned your dad, Eldur and the counselors being in the war room, but he didn't mention your brother being there. Why? Does he have something to do with the situation?" Finn asked as he wondered what was Phoebe getting at.
Marceline then spoke up too" Yeah, what would your brother do against your dad?" Marceline wanted to know.
" Because, I am no longer the rightful ruler to the fire kingdom, but my brother has the right to take the throne and rule the fire kingdom, and he is not evil like my father. He hated father, flint did everything to please father, but he never did" Phoebe explain to them." Flint could be the potainal ally, all we need to find a way to contact him" phoebe said as she and flint never talk to each other before. Phoebe was just in that lamp as she could never talk to nobody.
Finn thought about this and Phoebe may be on to something, if they get his help and the other to help them, it may just work.
Marceline doesn't know much about royalties or how to rule a kingdom, but she knows who could help them." Hey!" Marceline getting their attention" If we're gonna try to overthrow your father, we're gonna need Bonnie help." Marceline said.
Phoebe thought about this and she was right they're gonna need Bonnie help with the whole rule and stuff. Phoebe looked at Finn and he looked back at her as they needed her help.
Finn spoke" Alright, I'll pack up what I need for this politics mission" Finn said as he walked to his armory and Phoebe getting her fire sword and Marcy putting her sun gear on. Everything faded as the gang got ready to face the threat.
