Life killers chapter 14: Prejudice of malice.
GG-35: Observation-It seems that the Pearl recognizes me.
Pearl: You slaughtered countless gems in the war.
GG-35: Statement-That could have been avoided if pink diamond didn't turn. Humorous observation-It's funny that in trying to free the gems of tyranny she just led them to their deaths. 98% of the crystal gem rebels were shattered.
Rose Quartz: I-I.
GG-35: Query-You did realize the consequences if you lost the war right?
Rose Quartz: Did I lead the crystal gems to their deaths?
GG-35: Analysis-All crystal gem forces that have fought in the war have been identified as shattered or missing.
Peridot: Surrender droid you are outnumbered.
GG-35: Tactical analysis-You may have numbers on your side but I have skills and skills have been proven to win battles by 80%.
He then materialized a rifle.
GG-35: Prejudice protocol set to level 1.
Pearl fired some blasts at the droid but the droid literally matrix dodged the droids and he began to fire a massive barrage of lasers at the gems at which rose blocked with her shield. The droid was then lifted up my Peridot but the droid was smart enough to shoot the peridot causing him to drop to the ground. Lars Sadie and Connie then charged at the droid.
GG-35: Warning-Listen organics my first shot will inflict paralysis and blindness on you and the next shot will cause your stomachs to open and spill out your intestines and kidneys onto the floor and my final shot will liquidate your heads.
Lars: OH OKAY I'M DONE.
Lars retreated to hide behind Rose.
Connie: Listen we are no-
The droid ignored her and fired the weapon and hit a certain spot on her neck causing paralysis and blindness.
Connie: I-I cant move, I can't see!
Pearl quickly got to her and tried to defend her. Sadie on the other hand ran away.
GG-35: Commentary-The organic female named Sadie was both wise and foolish to retreat because she heeded my warning but at the same time the other droids will find them.
Lars then ran away as well.
GG-35: Humorous statement-Wow Rose you could always inspire loyalty in gems but humans do not seem to share that same concept.
Peridot: You talk to much.
Peridot lifted a billboard off the building above them and threw it at the droid.
Pearl: Okay we need to get to the hospital and fast.
Rose healed Connie and the group began to run towards the hospital.
*Hospital*
Wave after wave of droids were entering the hospital and the gems couldn't really do anything because Ruby still refused to fuse with Sapphire and Bismuth and Lapis were having trouble fending off the endless horde of droids.
Bismuth: How many of these guys are there?
Lapis: I don't know!
Sapphire: Ruby we need to fuse!
Ruby: NO!
Sapphire: Listen Steven is in danger so please don't do this for me do this for Steven. Please he needs our help we can't lose him.
Ruby then thought about it. Maybe she was right Steven can not be allowed to fall further.
Ruby: Fine.
They then fused into Garnet.
Garnet: Good now let's knock these droids back to the assembly line.
She charged and knocked five droids out of a hole in the wall and she punched an incinerator droid knocking him into the wall and causing his flame backpack to explode taking seven more droids with it. She then threw a hospital bed destroying three droids. The group then entered the room.
Rose Quartz: Good to see you back Garnet.
Garnet: Yeah I miss being me.
Pearl: Now tha-
Corrosive barged through the wall.
Corrosive: DIE!
Corrosive charged at Garnet and stabbed her in the chest with his jamadhar. He then used his jamadhar's kunai feature to pierce Peridot's face and he then reeled her in and punched her face driving the jamadhar deeper inwards. Amethyst used her whip to strike the zombie but he dodged and instead pierced one of her eyes.
Amethyst: AAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY EYE!
Rose Quartz: We need to get out of here!
The gems did and Rose barricaded the door.
They then got to the top floor where Steven was and he was still unconscious.
Connie: We got him now how do we get out of here.
Pearl: I saw a helicopter on the top floor.
Peridot: I guess I can fly it.
Amethyst: Well what are we waiting for let's go!
They group managed to get into the helicopter and they successfully managed to escape.
Peridot: Finally we're out of there.
Amethyst: Yeah but I have literally only one eye.
Connie: I guess that gem whatever he is won't stop.
Pearl: In that case we-
Peridot: OH CLOD NO!
Peridot saw an Inquisitor ship and before she could react the ship fired upon them. Fortunately they weren't far above land and they crashed into the road near the car wash.
Rose: Is everyone okay?
Bismuth: Yeah.
The gems got out and they saw the ship land. The doors to the ship opened and Strawberry quartz, a Pearl inquisitor, an Amethyst inquisitor, a Sapphire inquisitor, a Ruby inquisitor and Jasper exited the ship. he gems got a bit of fear seeing these gems donned in black armor and masks that resembled Japanese demons.
Strawberry Quartz: Did you have a nice trip?
Amethyst: Could have gone better.
Ruby Inquisitor: So these are the heretics that we were sent to deal with.
Jasper: Yeah.
Sapphire inquisitor: I remember a crystal gem saying that they'd rather die then submit to the diamonds.
Pearl Inquisitor: Then lets give these heretics the death they desire!
Rose Quartz: Listen the diamo-
Amethyst Inquisitor: We won't turn, you may have gotten the warrior dogs to turn but you won't turn us.
Strawberry Quartz: You may now show them your surprise.
The ruby inquisitor and the sapphire inquisitor fused into a garnet inquisitor.
Garnet inquisitor: YOU'LL DIE LIKE THE INSECTS YOU ARE!
Peridot: Wait gems aren't allowed to fuse!
Strawberry Quartz: The homeworld inquisitorius organization are permitted to use it.
Lapis: Now that's unfair!
Pearl Inquisitor: Yeah it is, we use fusion to help us do assassinations'.
Jasper: SHATTER!
Strawberry Quartz: No, take then alive the diamonds want to question them personally
Pearl, Garnet, and Amethyst charged an the inquisitor versions of them and Jasper and Strawberry walked towards the others. The pearl inquisitor sent a barrage of strikes that pearl did manage to block she then sent strikes of her own which the pearl inquisitor also blocked and basically they were an evenly matched and many strikes were sent from both pearls of which were all intercepted. Meanwhile Garnet was having trouble with the inquisitor Garnet because whenever Garnet attempted to punch the inquisitor Garnet she dodged and countered with many punches of her own but Garnet was holding her ground with the inquisitor. Amethyst however was getting the tar beat out of her by the Inquisitor Amethyst even though the inquisitor was a defect like her but the inquisitor utilized her small stature to use acrobatics and strike at Amethyst from all sides and eventually poofed her. Unfortunately for Pearl and Garnet the moment Amethyst was poofed they got distracted which allowed the rest of the inquisitors to poof them.
Rose and the other three gems began to back away from the two gems in front of them.
Jasper: You caused us some considerable inconvenience.
Strawberry Quartz: On that we agree.
Rose materialized her sword and shield.
Strawberry Quartz: Oh yes your sword. Antimatter has your original one in his collection.
Jasper: But we are not in this for trinkets.
Strawberry Quartz: And you aren't worth our time.
Jasper and Strawberry Quartz: So we'll end this swiftly!
Strawberry summoned her scythe and began to strike at rose while jasper charged at the other three. Jasper punched lapis and slammed her into a nearby car. Peridot then used her telekinesis to throw various metal objects at her and they hit Jasper but it only angered her further and she just charged tanking the metal and slamming into Peridot poofing her. Lapis weakly got up but was met with Strawberry Quartz's scythe-staff cutting her head off and poofing Lapis. Bismuth and Jasper got into a fist fight with both sides striking each other many times but Bismuth made a mistake when she went to punch jasper's gem she dodged and slammed bismuth's face and then threw her into the car wash poofing bismuth.
They then turned their attention to Rose Quartz.
Amethyst Inquisitor: Rose Quartz surrender your son now!
A group of droids then brought a captured Sadie and Lars and threw them to the ground.
Pearl Inquisitor: Or they die!
Rose Quartz: I-
They then heard a scream.
Connie then backed away from the helicopter and a malice red Steven emerged.
Connie: Steven?
An irritated Steven shot a torrent of lightning knocking her backwards.
Lars: Steven what are you doing?
Malice Diamond: Getting revenge on those who left me to die in that madhouse!
Lars: Don't hurt me!
Malice Diamond: I won't because you two had jobs so you couldn't visit me if you wanted to but the others have no excuse.
Rose Quartz: Steven enough!
Malice Diamond: ...
Corrosive then entered the area.
Corrosive: You failed to kill the gems and was captured. I couldn't be more disappointed!
Malice Diamond: Let these two go.
Corrosive: No. Execute them!
The droids attempted to fire but the two evaded them and Lars and Sadie ran away.
Corrosive: I'll kill them myself later.
Corrosive then used his powers to make all the gems rematerialize at once.
Amethyst: Hey my eye is back.
Corrosive: I'll take out both when I'm done!
The gems noticed the zombie male gem and immediately materialized their weapons.
Rose Quartz: Steven.
Malice Diamond: I won't get drawn into another conversation to be blasted by all your power combined.
Rose Quartz: This isn't you!
Malice Diamond: It is!
Garnet: Steven you know this isn't what you want.
Corrosive: Betray me and I'll make those visions look like heaven!
Steven felt conflicted at what he could do because he knew the words of his friends held some truth but if he betrayed Corrosive he'll do a lot of damage. His choices were that he could either side with his friends or shatter them. Steven raised his sword and made his choice.
Malice Diamond: Go to hell!
Steven turned the blade on Corrosive but the undead warrior caught the blade.
Corrosive: OH NOW YOU'RE GONNA GET IT!
Malice Diamond: I am the embodiment of betrayal!
Corrosive: And I am the embodiment of bloodlust. Which is more dangerous?
Malice Diamond: The one you don't see coming.
Corrosive: You think me a fool you brain dead clod! I knew what you were going to do.
Malice Diamond: Does my betrayal really not phase you.
Corrosive: It doesn't because you share your mother's jealousy.
Steven swung the sword many times at corrosive and he retaliated and Steven managed to shatter him once but Corrosive came back and he punched Steven in the stomach knocking him backwards.
Pearl: Steven you came back.
Malice Diamond: I was wrong to turn on you.
Rose then began to disappear.
Malice Diamond: Mom?
Rose: I was only here to help you find the right path again.
Malice Diamond: No please stay.
Rose disappeared into thin air.
Pearl: I guess Rose succeeded.
Malice Diamond: Well we have bigger problems.
Corrosive: GET OVER HERE BOY!
Steven walked up to Corrosive
Malice Diamond: I got over here.
Corrosive: Good, do us all a favor and DIE!
Corrosive quickly grabbed Steven's head and threw him into a car knocking him unconscious.
Corrosive: I'll deal with the crystal gems myself!
The gems knew they couldn't shatter corrosive so they just had to try and poof him.
Corrosive charged at Garnet who blocked his jamadhar with her gauntlets amethyst tied his legs with he whip but in response Corrosive jumped into the air and sliced the whip off his legs and shot lightning at a damaged car causing it to explode and shrapnel piercing and poofing all the gems. As much as he wanted to shatter the gems right then and there he knew the diamonds wanted prisoners.
Corrosive: Take him to my brother's ship.
Droid commander: Acknowledgement-Right away.

I want to let you guys know that I Rose's purpose was to set Steven on the right path again so since Steven came back that means Rose has nothing left to do. Also next chapter will probably surprise you. I do not own Steven Universe this is just a fanfic.
