Chapter 11:- Underwater Shipment

The sight of two underwater sailors were seen standing on the border with two massive hydro cannons as one of them was holding onto two bright green blades while the other had a rifle and a sword on his waist. The two were chatting peacefully until something would swim past the two with great speed and they would panic and look behind them to see what it was as they saw a Frilled Shark along with a rider on the shark that was holding onto a trident.
Tidal: This is Tidal Assault. Captain of the Guard, we've got an intruder. *He said as he spoke through the communicator*
It was then revealed that it was Gura with a pair of earbuds was seen riding on the frilled shark as the two were dodging projectile attacks from the guards. Back in Britain, Paul and James along with Ina and Calli were watching what Gura was doing as they could see from her perspective and were communicating with her.
Paul: Alright, sweetie, if you make a swift right on your next turn, you'll see a large round green building that looks like an egg but is made out of glass.
Calli: How come Pauls knows so much about Artemis?
James: Well, two years ago, he went to Artemis for a visit but he didn't have a permit so he couldn't enter. An hour after not being able to enter the city, he snuck into the city for two days and was then banished after they caught him.
Calli: You didn't have a permit?!
Paul: They cost like 200 dollars, what am I supposed to do?
Calli: Follow the law and pay them the money so that you could enter the city without any issues?
Paul: Nah, I like the Solid Snake way of doing things.
Calli: Solid Snake?
James: It's a character from a game called Metal Gear Solid.
Calli: Oh..
Ina: What did you get from the city anyway, Paul?
Paul: All of the equipment that was used to pick you up from the deep sea and the tech that Gura is using now. Underwater technology ain't easy to come by on the surface and it costs three times the price than it is in Artemis.
James: He offered dirt cheap prices for those equipment too.
Paul: Saved me more than three months of food and bills! Wha- Gura! What the hell are you doing?!
The sight of Gura was seen heading down to the cage of sharks as she was being chased by two aqua riders as they were firing bolts of plasma at her but Gura would use her trident to deflect the attacks as she would free the sharks that were in cages.
Gura: I ain't going to let them swim down in those cages and die! Shaarrrkkk! *She shouted loudly as she gave the command to all of the sharks nearby as they would begin attacking the guards and soldiers within the city*
Guard: This is Coral Assault, heading in now, switching weapons to stu- Agh! What the?! *His vehicle was attacked by a hammerhead shark and a great white shark as the man panicked and got away as the sharks would chase him down*
Paul: This isn't the plan, Gura! Why are you attacking them?! You might cause a war!
Gura: They've already started a war against me locking up the sharks!
In the room that Aqua and her friends were locked up in, the door would open up as one of the guards would enter the room with Tokoyami Towa.
Guard: She is here from the province of Sendai from Japan. She came here to pick you up under the orders of the great Guardian Deity named Homura.
Aqua: Towa-chan?!
Kanata: You came to pick us up!
Towa: Yup, now let's go~ *The girls would leave excitedly and happily as the guards would escort the girls to the transport ships and when the girls left the room, the sight of a massive battle could be seen right outside as there were thousands of sharks attacking the soldiers and guards of the cities*
Galleas: This is Lieutenant Galleas! Activate Hydro cannons! Destroy those damn predators!
Tidal: You idiot! Don't fire the cannons! You'll destroy the city!
Galleas: Then what the hell are we supposed to do?!
Tidal: Contact the Admiral, we need his assistance!
Galleas: The admiral?! I just hope you know what you're doing, man… *He said as he spoke through the communicator on his wrist* Admiral, there is a massive shark invasion within the city and our men are being assaulted from all sides, we could use your assistance! *Tidal Assault would lightly tap on Galleas' shoulder as he pointed outside of the border as Galleas turned his attention to the outside as he gasped and his eyes widened to the sight of millions of different species of sharks were seen swimming towards the city as they were led by a group of five massive Megalodons* ….We're screwed, aren't we?
Tidal: FOCUS ALL CANNON FIRE ON THOSE THINGS! *The massive three cannon turrets would take aim and fire massive blaster beams at the sharks as the sharks would dodge the attacks slowly but would attack everyone and everything in the city as the Megalodons would attack the turrets and destroy them*
Paul: Uh...Gura, I'm picking up a large lifeform right beneath the city, it ain't looking too good.
Gura: Whatever the heck it is, I'll beat it to a pulp! *As she said loudly. Right outside of the city, the sight of a massive sea dragon was seen rising from the ground as it towered over the entire city of Artemis. The dragon had two massive missile launchers on its shoulders and was armed with four fin-like legs and glowing red eyes* A..
Paul along with James gasped at the sight as Ina was also surprised to see the dragon while Calli was lost for words.
Calli: W-What the fuck is that?!
Paul: The Admiral, the Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom…
James: Gura! You need to get out of there, once Maelstrom is out, you will not see the end of it.
Gura: Yeah, I think it's time to go, but what about the girls?
Paul: The plan is gone, we'll come back next time! Now go! *Gura panicked as she along with her army of sharks would flee from the city as Maelstrom roared loudly and powerfully as he watched the army of sharks fleeing from the city* Ugh...If she had not attacked, none of this would have happened…
James: Well, they don't know Gura but I'm sure the next time we try to get the girls, it's going to be a lot tougher..
Paul: Ugh, what are we going to do?
Calli: Is it really that bad?
Paul: If Maelstrom pops up, it becomes very bad. Because that salamander giant only comes out from his rest when he really thinks that the city is in trouble!
Calli: Oh that sounds really bad then.
Paul: Ye think?! Now we gotta find a way to get back into the city and get those girls out without causing any problems!
Ina: Why don't you just pay the money for the permit and head over there yourself and pick them up personally?
Paul:...There HAS to be another way! *He quickly turned his attention back to Calli and James as Ina pouted and would lightly hit the man's head with her book*
Towa: Guys?
Paul: Not now, we're thinking of a devious plan to retrieve the girls.
Calli: Stealth?
Paul: That didn't work when Gura went there.
James: Send Ina there and cause havoc?
Paul:...That could work…?
Ina: What? No! I don't wanna go!
Towa: Guys! The girls are here.
Paul: What? *He turned his head as he along with Ina, Calli and James noticed the sight of Subaru, Aqua, Kanata and Choco together*
Subaru: H-Hello!
Aqua: Kon-Aqua!
Kanata: Hi there!
Roboco: Harobo~
James: Well look we got here, where did they come from?
Towa: I went to Artemis to pick them up.
Paul: HOW?!
Towa: Homura got me a permit.
…
Calli: Maybe we could have asked him too.
Paul: Now I wonder why I didn't think of that?
Ina: Maybe it's because you only care about your underwater tech.
Paul: I guess that's true!
After everyone had gotten to know each other and the guys introduced themselves to the girls, James and Paul were inside the house as the two were discussing about the city of Artemis as Calli along with Kiara were in the room with the two while Ina went for a nap and Gura had just returned.
Gura: I'm baccckkk!
Paul: Welcome back, pipsqueak! Let's dry you up. *He said as he would head upstairs with Gura while James was relaxing with a can of beer while Kiara and Calli were sitting beside of him on the couch as Subaru would then enter the living room*
Subaru: Ah! Hi!
James: No need to be so formal, we're all friends and family here. Now please, sit.
Subaru: Okay? *She would take a seat on the chair that is next to the couch*
James: So tell me, how did a cute girl like you end up in the underwater city?
Subaru: Eh? C-Cute? I'm cute?
James: Am I wrong..? *He turned to Calli and Kiara* She's quite cute isn't she?
Calli: Y-Yes she is.
Kiara: Very!
James: You're both equally adorable and beautiful too by the way.
Kiara: Kyaa~
Calli: Y-You idiot.. You're already drunk… *She blushed as she looked away from James*
James: Anyway, how is the city?
Subaru: Kinda racist if you ask me. They don't like us Humans.
James: Well, I can't blame them. Most Humans would eat fish more often than birds and other animals.
Subaru: What is this world anyway?
James: I'm not sure what sort of universe you would call this but from your perspective, definitely a different timeline and universe from yours.
Subaru: Eh? So you know our story?
James: Polka along with Amelia were the first ones I met and they explained the situation to me.
Subaru: Wait, what? Polka-chan is here?
James: Mm-hmm~ But she's at work right now. She's in a circus that's not far from here and I think Amelia is out somewhere in town, trying to get more information and history of this world and find the location of any other individuals that get transported to this world.
Subaru: So are you close to anyone here?
Kiara: He's close to Calli and me!
Calli: Oh my, God! You dumb bird! Why would you say that?!
Kiara: It's the truth!
Calli: Ugh..
James: I can't say that we're that close but we do share our problems together and every now and then, we joke around and have our fun.
Subaru: Mind if I ask who are you closest with?
James: If I say that I am closer to Calli out of everyone, she just might slit my throat.
Calli: What makes you say that?
James: You tsunderes have a lot of issues.
Calli: Wha-?!
Kiara: He's right, you know?
Calli: Yeah but still..
James: Now if I had to say who. It would be… -
"I'm home! Jamesssss!" The sound of a girl shouted as Subaru looked behind and saw the sight of Polka without her makeup and with normal clothes on as Polka would enter the living room and dropped her bag down and run up to James and hugged the man tightly and happily as she would give him a light peck on the cheek as James hugged her back. Subaru gasped at the sight of the two as she got embarrassed at looking at both James and Polka acting like a couple as she would point and panic as she turned to look at Calli and Kiara as the two girls nodded slowly.
Polka: Did you play with any of the girls?
James: Just a few drinks and we picked up a few friends. *He said as he pointed behind Polka as she would look back and smile happily as she would hug Subaru happily*
Kiara: Is James, Polka's first boyfriend..? *She whispered and asked Calli*
Calli: Maybe? But if he isn't, I feel sorry for the last guy, she might have killed him in his sleep or something.
Kiara: Now you're just being ridiculous, what makes you say that?
Calli: The chick is always on a lookout, making sure he doesn't cheat on her.
Kiara: Maybe the last boyfriend cheated on her?
Calli: Maybe? Who knows? Nobody dares to ask.
In the treehouse that is above the workshop, the sight of Aki and Suisei were seen together with Argos as the man was resting on the bed while Aki and Suisei were playing monopoly together until a portal would open up above Argos and a girl would fall from the portal and hit Argos' body as the girls panicked and saw the sight of a girl with long pink hair and was wearing a shrine maiden's outfit as it was none other than Sakura Miko.
Aki: Mikochi?
Suisei: Miko!
Miko: Ah! It's you guys! Yay!
Argos:...A warning would be great, you know…?
Miko: Ahhh! I'm so sorry!
Aki: Argos! Are you alright?
Argos: Oh yeah...Peachy..
Miko: I'm so sorry! I didn't know that I would warp in above someone!
Suisei: Would have been funny if your butt was on his face or your lips. *Aki would then stare at Suisei with an upset look on her face* What? It's a joke! It's funny!
Aki: Well I'm not laughing.
Suisei: Well, sorry~ Didn't think you'd fall in love with him that soon after we met him like three days ago.
Aki: Stop it, just help me.
Suisei: Okay~
In the docks, the sight of Marine's ship was seen as Marine, Aqua, Pekora and Ryuuji were seen together as Marine and Aqua were happily chatting while Ryuuji and Pekora were thinking of a weapon to create in the storage inside of the ship.
Marine: So you were stuck in that underwater city for a few hours, huh? But I bet it was beautiful!
Aqua: Oh it was! It was really pretty! Makes it feel like you should live there but they somehow don't really like us Humans.
Marine: Hehe! With me, they'll surely love me!
"They would love you if you ain't always asking for dick!" The sound of Ryuuji was heard yelling from below as Marine blushed madly and would ignore him as Ryuuji and Pekora were laughing together as they were creating the blueprints together and were thinking of creating a weapon as Pekora would create it while Ryuuji thinks of the design.
Ryuuji: What should it look like?
Pekora: Something like a Gundam, peko!
Ryuuji: What's a Gundam?
Pekora: Oh right, you guys don't have many robots here, huh?
Ryuuji: We do have robots but they're not the sort you'd expect, they're very biological.
Pekora: Maybe we should have asked James and Paul, peko..
Ryuuji: Nah, they're too busy with their own thing.
Pekora: They weren't doing anything when I was there this morning, peko!
Ryuuji: Wanna call them now?
Pekora: Nah, I'm scared that Polka-chan might kill me for taking away her boyfriend, peko.
Ryuuji: Is she really that obsessive?
Pekora: On a certain level, yes, she's kinda insane, peko. But I guess that's her charm.
Ryuuji: Then how about Paul?
Pekora: He's an engineer too, I guess we can ask him. But don't you think that we rely on him way too much, peko?
Ryuuji: Does it matter?
Pekora: This is why I like you! Honest and bad! That's great, call him, peko!
Ryuuji: Will do. Actually calling Paul might not be a good idea either…
Pekora: Why not?
Ryuuji: Because when Polka is around the house, she tends to hog James all for herself and then Paul would have to be the man in charge, even that new guy Argos is still recovering from that battle he had in Alaska.
Pekora: Then what should we do?
Ryuuji: Bring it back to the house and figure it out over there or you wanna head over to Japan and see what we got?
Pekora: Oh that sounds nice! Wait, what does Japan in this world have, peko?
Ryuuji: We're the ones who started with the playstation and the computer first in mankind.
Pekora: Eh, not that far off from my world anyway, peko. But how should we get there?
Ryuuji: Senchou?
Pekora:...MARINE! MARINE! HEY MARINE! *She shouted loudly*
Marine: WHAT?!
Pekora: Let's go to Japan!
Marine: Why?
Pekora: I wanna get some stuff there.
Aqua: Oh, I was thinking the same thing! I wanna have some Takoyaki and Ramen.
Marine: Ryuuji? What about you?
Ryuuji: I'm fine with anything. But maybe we should let the others know.
Marine: I agree. Let's head back to the house first then come back to the ship and leave in the morning.
Pekora: Fair enough. Let's go play some video games, peko!
