Hi guys KrazyK here. Yes it has been a very long time since I last wrote and published something. I have been mega mega mega busy with college and life. So here is another chapter for Eternal Life. I have started it and I am feckin finishing it even if it takes me years to do so. Also considering a name change as well.

Well read on you have waited a long time for this lmao.

"Stay alert! It's regaining consciousness!" an unfamiliar voice commanded. It was male, strange and he sounded very afraid.

April's eyes opened slightly, weary from what happened… She couldn't even tell if it happened earlier , yesterday or even last month! But April remembered what took place. She remembered what happened. The fight, the screaming , the blood , the men hitting the ground. Whatever happened has happened but now April wants to know where she is now.

Her eyes snapped open and examined the walls and ceiling were a dark grey metallic colour but it had a tint of blue from the computer monitors around the room on desks. The floor was the same colour but dirtier and with an infinite amount of cables lying around. April's eyes followed the cables which led to a big machine which looked like a massive sewing machine but dark grey like the walls and the needle wasn't stitching, it was testing something.

April tried to sit up but her body was being pulled back by leather straps that restricted her movement. She was aching all over as if she walked 20 miles the day before. She felt something on her head… is it… stuck on? She was too focused on what was attached to her head that she didn't acknowledge the five scientists in the room bracing themselves.

"Is she stable?... N.. Nothing out of the ordinary?" One of them stuttered gripping onto one of the desks.

"Nothing sir, wave lengths seem perfectly normal" Another replied.

April was confused. Wavelengths? Could the thing on her head be measuring what was going on up there?

" Good everyone relax, the hybrid is calm" The main scientist declared ." Back to work we need results"

"Hybrid? Calm? Results? What?" April thought. She cleared her throat since there are gonna be a lot of questions.

" Where am I?" She demanded. Not only was she scared, she wanted to find her Mum and Dad.

" That's none of your business you little shit! Keep your yap shut!" one of the suited men who stood by her metal bed grimaced at her. It was one of those cipher peons that stormed the house when this mess happened.

"Where.. Am … I?" April's tone was more angry and more demanding than her first question.

" Right kid that's it" The peon yelled angrily at her and he started to throw his fist aiming for her abdomen.

"SIR! INCOMING!" A scientist shouted in urgency.

"WHERE AM I!" She screamed at the top of her voice.

Suddenly before the punch connected with the teenager. A sudden jolt ,of what felt like electricity, shot through her body and caused the peon to be pushed back as if he had been shoved by an invisible force. There was no stopping him hitting his head on the floor knocking him clean out. The scientists scrambled about but the jolt of electricity that surged through April uncliped the buckles of the belt holding her captive.

The scientists paused in awe. There she stood causing surges throughout the electrical cables, monitors and lights. Her steel claws shining on her hands like her fathers. Wings that are as black as night like her mothers.

The scientists cowered in fear, wondering what is going to happen next.

April leaped into action when she noticed an extra leather strap that was longer than the rest on the bed just next to the scientists and before any of them could move an inch they were tied up near the leg of the desk.

"She's only a kid they said this will be easy they said… I don't think they know what they are up against" A scientist whispered in fear as April ran out the door to search for Wes and Rui.

In a separate pitch black room. Rui was chained up like she was on the cross of Jesus Christ. Tears streaming from her face, petrified to say the least, her nightmare reawakened. The face she wanted to forget.

"Rui, darling, you have grown quite a bit since we last met." A sinister voice heckled from the shadows.

"Ein…You … Bastard!"
