'DING DONG!'
It was inside the Tower, all of the Titans sitting in the main area, watching TV and playing GameStation. When they heard the doorbell.
"I'll get it," Raven said. She placed down her book and went out to answer the door.
It took 5 mins for Raven to get to the bottom floor since the Tower was HUGE.
Raven did the passcode and the door automatically opened. Blinding Raven's eyes because of the sun.
Raven held her hand over her eyes and closed them shut. Then her eyes adjusted and she saw a dark figure at the door.
Raven was confused. Who was it... "Hello?" Raven said.
Soon, Raven's eyes fixed and she couldn't believe it. It was Starfire! Raven gasped and her face brightened up with happiness.
"Starfire!" Raven happily said.
"Hello, friend Raven," Starfire replied.
Raven was a bit surprised that Starfire grew a bit. And noticed that she was a bit stronger, due to the muscles that were showing. Raven out of nowhere hugged Starfire.
Starfire was shocked. Raven never EVER liked hugs. Starfire was a bit nervous, but once she felt Raven's grip tightened a bit, she hugged back.
"I missed you so much..." Raven whispered.
"I missed you too, Raven."
"Come on, the others will be super happy."
Raven then pulled Starfire's wrist. But Starfire stopped her and she had an idea. Once she told the Idea to Raven, Raven smiled.
Raven came back to the top floor. Robin was acting a bit bored so he asked her a question. "Hey, Rae. Who was at the door?" He asked without turning his head around.
"See for yourself," Raven said in a calm voice and then moved to the side.
Robin turned his head and waited. Cyborg and Beast Boy were still playing GameStation.
Suddenly, without a warning, Starfire came out of the corner and smiled. Robin was in shock. He started to tear up already. He quickly jolted from the couch.
"Starfire!" He said happily.
It made Beast Boy pause the game and he and Cyborg turned around. It was Starfire, for real.
"Star!" Beast Boy said.
Starfire came down from the steps and opened her arms, waiting for Robin. Robin happily hugged her tightly. Starfire hugged him back. It was like never before. But since Starfire was gone for so long, She started to cry a bit.
"I have missed you so much, Robin..."
"I know, I missed you too."
"Aw, man! I am getting emotional right here!"
"Who says 'boys don't get emotional'? Raven asked.
"Not helping Raven." Beast Boy said.
The two boys came over. Starfire gave Cyborg a strong high five. And Beast Boy gave her a gentle hug.
"Dudes! Group hug!"
"Pass." Raven quickly answered. "I already got one from Star, already."
Cyborg ignored her and grabbed the back of her cloak and made her hug in too.
"I am so glad to be home friends!"
"It wasn't home without you." Beast Boy said.
"I agree with him," Robin said.
Later on the same day, it was evening. Starfire already unpacked and went to the rooftop.
She sat down and brought her legs to her chest. And sighed.
She was excited to get back to crime-fighting again, seeing her favorite places again and others. Her days are now back and every single day for her, it's a good day.
Suddenly, the door to the rooftop opened. And this time, Starfire didn't even turn around.
"Hey, Star?" A voice called out.
"Yes, Robin?" Starfire called back, already recognizing the voice.
"I have Ummm... Something to tell you. Do you mind?" He asked.
"Of course not. What is it that you wanted to ask me?" She said while Robin sat right next to her.
She faced him, giving him full eye contact.
Robin got all nervous. He put his hand on the back of his neck and then got himself together.
"So... there's this girl." he began. "And I just recently found we hold mutual feelings for each other..."
"Yes?" Starfire said, keeping her attention focused.
"And I was... umm... I was going to ask if she wanted to be my girlfriend." His voice sounded nervous and afraid kind of. Starfire knew what he was getting though and so she placed her hand on the side of his face for a bit.
"Robin..."
"I just don't know how..."
"Don't be nervous. Just ask her, she will say yes."
He gulped. "Wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked, turning red.
Starfire gave out a grin, more like a nervous one. Robin looked away and bit his lower lip.
"Robin, I think you are perfect for me. And for me not to say no."
"I'm not--"
It was a quick as a flash, Starfire pulled him in for a kiss. Robin got shocked but then relaxed and took the kiss a real one.
Then they let go, Robin and Starfire both blushed real hard. Then they both started into the sky. Starfire creply crawled her hand to Robin's hand. Then they both held hands.
Once they were done, they got up and headed back inside.
"Starfire, how about we use the rest of the day spending time with you. And then you can spend time with us individually."
"That sounds like a great idea, Robin!" Starfire was overjoyed.
The rest of the Titans were spending time with Starfire. Starfire was really happy to be back. And so were her friends. But the only thing that is keeping Starfire a hold was her new friends.
Whenever Starfire and the rest were done playing a game of cards, Starfire would go by the window and see the San Francisco bridge.
She would place a hand on the window and sigh.
"Something the matter?" Raven said from behind.
Starfire saw her reflection through the glass.
"I am the alright, friend Raven." Starfire lied.
Raven then came up to her and placed a hand on her shoulder.
"It is your friends, isn't it?" She guessed.
"Yeah... I just wish they were out like me."
"They will be out soon, Star. You'll never know."
"I believe so."
"Come on, wanna get pizza to cheer you up?"
"Will the others be joining us?"
"Well, of course!"
"Then I accept."
