Spider-Man/Doctor Strange The Midnight Sons Chapter 11
Doctor Strange and Blade arrived via a sling ring portal as the others come face to face with Mephisto as Wanda and Satana arrive as well.
"Dad!" said Satana. "Ah. Daughter. I should be thankful for your job well done. You have helped set me free" said Mephisto. "You chose the wrong night of all nights" Satana said. "No matter. My goal remains unchanged. I shall usher in the new era of darkness and no one shall stand in my way." Mephisto said with confidence.
"Not if The Sorcerer Supreme has anything to say about that. You are hereby trespassing not only this city but on this planet. This is your one chance to leave without conflict. Or you'll face this Earth's greatest defenders" said Doctor Strange as he conjured Tao Mandalas from his hands.
"Defenders. You?" asked Mephisto as he simply waved his hand causing all the heroes to be sent backwards with little to no effort.
Wanda comes to as she and Strange use their magic to try to hurt the dark lord as Mephisto uses his hands to block their magic. John Constantine and the rest of the Legends did everything they could to help. Even Zari fired the guns from the Waverider as Mephisto finally countered by sending Wanda and Strange back towards the ground. He then turned his attention to the Waverider as he holds it in place with his hand. "I'll crush you like the insects you are" Mephisto explained as he looks at Zari right in her eyes.
"Uh guys? A little help here!" said Gary as Mephisto began to crush the ship as it took damage.
"Johnny! Get his attention for me!" said Spider-Man as Ghost Rider threw his chain at Mephisto's arm pulling and yanking with all his strength.
Spider-Man quickly slingshots himself up to nearby buildings as he was planning to sneak attack Mephisto.
"Oh Johnathan...after everything I did for your father" said Mephisto. That only causes Johnny to pull harder as he screams "BACK TO HELL!"
Spider-Man then web swings feet first into Mephisto with a hard impact as he frees his grips on Ghost Rider and the Waverider. Spider-Man then web strikes by slingshoting himself towards Mephisto as he again goes feet first kicking the ruler of hell. As Spider-Man goes for another attack he's ultimately caught by the throat as he's choked.
"Peter Benjamin Parker. The Spider-Man. Very valiant of you to fight against a being far more powerful than you. But that's just you isn't it? Always fighting for the little guy as you put it. No matter the cost." said Mephisto as Spider-Man squirms, and fights himself free. You see I know what all of people fear. I know their desires. You I'll make an example of don't you worry. Perhaps maybe, your precious aunt and girlfriend?" offered Mephisto as Spider-Man found his second wind as he fires a web ball as Mephisto's face and backflip kicks off of him as he falls.
Mephisto quickly ripped off the webbing and dives into Spider-Man and slams him to the ground with a force of an earthquake.
"I'll be seeing your loved ones very soon" Mephisto said as he crushes Peter's head.
The Legends and the rest of the heroes come to the aid of Spider-Man as then Mephisto slams his fist on the ground creating a Shockwave that had everyone flying and landing hard on the ground.
Spider-Man weakly gets up as he's suckerpunched by Mephisto onto a streetlight as it is broken in half.
The ruler of hell takes his leave as the heroes are left in a pile of destruction.
