Bohman pointed to Ai and challenged him.

Ai smiled when he saw the card the just had drawn.
"I normal summon Pikari @Ignister ( 1200 ATK - 600 DEF ). Pikari's effect: I add 1 A.I. spell/trap card from my deck to my hand. I add and activiate spell card When A.I. First Met You. I reveal a Cyberse Extra Deck monster then I add to my hand a @Ignister monster has the same Attribute. I reveal Earth Golem @Ignister to add Gatchiri @Ignister to my hand. Circuit that guides the Dark, condition is 1 non-link @Ignister. Link Summon, Dark Infant @Ignister ( 500 ATK - Link 1 ). Dark Infant's effect: I add Ignister A.I. Land to my hand. Bohman chuckled while seeing Ai's monster.
"Of course ! You are based on Playmaker after all. Your monster is like a twin brother of Decode Talker."
Bohman said amusingly.
"Glad you notice. I special summon Buyuru @Ignister ( 600 ATK - 1000 DEF ). Dark Templar's effect: I can special summon as many lv 4 or lower @Ignister in my graveyard to its link markers if a monster is special summoned to its link markers. Come back, Achichi and Pikari."
Ai declared.
"Trident Hydradrive Lord's effects: Your Buyuru is negated, then I can make all of your monsters have the same Attribute as Buyuru. It means your Dark Templar is negated, too."
Bohman smirked, but he was surprised to see Pikari and Achichi were summoned.
"I told you. I will beat you up one-sidely. When Gatchiri is sent from the field to the graveyard, I can make 1 of my monsters be unaffected by opponent's effects. Now, I tune lv 3 Buyuru and lv 4 Pikari."
Ai said smugly. It was easier and he expected.
"Tuning ? You are going to summon a Synchro monster!"
Bohman said surprisingly. He should expect this, Playmaker is his originator after all.
"Chaos that roams the dark road! The gale that soars the blue sky will bring the path! Synchro Summon! Appear, Level 7, Wind Pegasus @Ignister ( 2300 ATK - 1700 DEF ). Your defeat is near, Bohman."
Ai pointed to Bohman and said with determination.
"How can you do that ? Your monsters are nothing compared to mine with Jugdment Arrows. And your newly summoned monster is negated because it is Wind Attribute."
Bohman said. A white smoke covered Wind Pegasus.
"Is that so ? Then you are doom when you underestimate me. Buyuru's effect: I can special summon back the monster beside itself is used for the Synchro Summon. Come back, Pikari."
Ai said smugly.
"What can you do when you summon that weak monster ?"
Bohman pointed at Pikari and asked.
"Oh, Bohman. I cannot believe you are pathetic like this."
Ai was shaking his head in annoyance.
"Maybe I will show you this last time. Pikari's effect: I can change the level of a @Ignister on the field become 4. I change Achichi to lv 4. With this 2 monsters, I build the Overlay Network."
"This time is XYZ Summon, huh."
Bohman chuckled.
"The supernatural! Earth-shattering! Awaken that power from eternal lamentation! Xyz Summon! Come! Rank 4! Light Dragon @Ignister ( 2300 ATK - 1500 DEF ). Light Dragon's effect: By detaching 1 Overlay Unit, I can destroy face-up monsters opponent controls up to the number of @Ignister monsters on the field. There are 3 @Ignister monsters and there are...let's see, one monster on your field. I guess I am a bit overkill this time."
Ai said smugly when he saw Trident Hydradrive Lord was destroyed.
"H...how ? I have Hydradrive Protection on the field ?"
Bohman questioned in shock.
"My monster's effect doesn't say anything about 'target'. So does Wind Pegasus, I can destroy spell/trap cards my opponent controls up to the number of @Ignister monsters on the field. Once again, it isn't targetting. 1,2,3,4 Captain Teemo on duty..."
Ai mockingly counted in a sing song voice.
"Oh, you have 3 cards in your spell/trap zones. How perfect. Bye bye, Judgment Arrows."
Ai said in fake tears when he saw all three cards were destroyed. But suddenly, he realized something.
"Oh, I forgot. There is an old friend wants to meet you very badly. You know him actually. Ultimate circuit leads us to the future. Condition is 3 or more effect monsters."
Ai took a deep breath.
"From the dawn of creation comes the fire that ignites life throughout the universe! Link Summon! Firewall Dragon Darkfluid ( 3000 ATK - Link 5 )."
Ai didn't know which words to describe Bohman's expression. Was that anger, humilation, scared, or surprised ? He couldn't tell.
"Darkfluid gains only 2 counters, not 4 counters like last time. Sorry for this preparation, Bohman."
Ai scrated his head in fake embarassment. Finally, he could avenge for everyone.
"Battle, Darkfluid attacks directly. It gains 2500 ATK for each counters. Neo Tempest."
Ai let out a victorious scream. Finally, Bohman was gone forever.
Firewall Dragon Darkfluid ( 3000 - 8000 ATK )
"I...I lose again."
Bohman muttered. He closed his eyes when the attack from Darkfluid was targetting him.
"BROTHER"
Haru shouted in agony when he saw Bohman was vanishing before his eyes.
"Next is you, Haru. You don't have chance to look down upon me again. Battle, Appliancer Laundry Dragon attacks Twin Knight Hydradrive. When Laundry Dragon isn't co-linked battles an opponent's monster, I can destroy that monster and inflict damage equal to that monster's ATK after damage calculation. Vanish with your brother, Haru."
Roboppy said in maniacal tone. Haru's LP was dropped down to 0.
Two of them were vanished.
"That's a lot of data."
Roboppy squealed when he received the data from the fallen brothers.
"Yes, yes it is."
Ai said in sadness when he saw the data he just had received. Most of them were his fallen Ignis friends, but they couldn't comeback like him anymore in this timeline.
Ai leaked the tears he had been holding. He defeated Bohman but...
Windy was gone forever.
But all of his other friends, especially Flame and Aqua, were still alive.
Finally, he won't become a threat anymore. He won't see his first and last human friend, Yusaku Fujiki, was dead because of him anymore.
He had been freed.

"Are you ok, Ryoken, all of you ?"
Hiro asked in concern when he saw Ryoken suddenly fall to the ground and hugged his head painfully. Not only him, the other Knights of Hanoi were in the same condition.
After a few seconds, people regained their conciousness and looked at each others.
"Ryoken, did you...?"
Spectre asked uncertainly. He still felt dizzy.
"Yes, I do. There are 2 odd people. And 1 of them is a certain person."
Ryoken answered.
"Then who really is she ? How does she have those cards and knowledge ?"
Genome questioned.
"That is her secret, a very big one. I have promised her not to reveal them. But you can be rest assured that she is loyal to us."
Ryoken answered. He promised that to her.
But not the others.
...
"We must confront her."
Yusaku said with a determined tone. Takeru looked at him with uncertainty.
"You know her abilities, don't you ? She just has casually defeated a Zoodiac duelist. Zoodiac is super powerful and that is even not her main deck. How can we do that ? She is always dominating us in our duels and doesn't leave any weaknesses to counter attack, not to mention she has vast knowledge about dueling which I couldn't understand."
Takeru shook his head. The pressure in the duels he received from Revolver or Bohman were nothing compared to the pressure she could make with her deck.
"Look. Somehow Ai is gone and with Roboppy too. The Roboppy I have at home was just a backup. Definitely Ai has involved in this. Are you ok, Flame ?"
Yusaku asked in concern when he saw the eyeball of Flame was still spinning.
Flame was still very dizzy from the shockwave of data he just had received. It still took him an amount of time to recover.
"Just leave him, he will be alright soon."
Takeru shrugged.
"There is nothing perfect in this world. We must find a way to corner and defeat her. Definitely she is the main reason."
Yusaku said while he looked at his Accesscode Talker. His deck was upgrade too but he didn't have Firewall Dragon Darkfluid. Maybe because he gave Firewall Dragon to her.
When Yusaku and Takeru woke up the memories from a distant reality, Yusaku's deck was shining. He checked it and he was extremly surprised to see he had cards hadn't been collected from Data Storm yet like Cyberse Quantum Dragon, Firewall eXceed Dragon and especially Accesscode Talker, the card he obtained from dueling Ai's clone.
"The morning class is finish and she hasn't returned to class once. I think she avoids us."
Takeru said frustratedly. He became boyfriend of Kiku in his memory. But that Kiku is a total different Kiku.
He didn't know what to think about this version of her.
"Do you know where she lives ?"
Yusaku asked.
"Unfortunately, no. She has become a whole new person since I left my hometown to go to this city. Before that, she was still the person I knew."
Takeru sighed.
Two of them were walking in silence to the Kusanagi's truck.
But suddenly, Takeru stopped his track.
"What happened ?"
Yusaku questioned.
"Look."
Takeru pointed at a navy blue hair girl who just had received a plastic coffee cup. She gave Shoichi some cash then went away.
"We should follow her."
Takeru said.
"She will notice us."
Yusaku said uncertainly. He pointed at the hair color of both him and Takeru.
"Yeah, right."
Takeru sighed, Yusaku's phone was ringing.
"Hello, Shoichi."
Yusaku answered the phone.
After a brief discussion, Yusaku closed the phone.
"Any ideas ?"
Takeru asked.
"Shoichi said he manages to hack into her phone successfully. There are nothing valuable for us. Only some messages and calls for somebody called Hana, Grandma, Grandpa, Mom and Dad. Strangely there is nothing from Hanoi."
Yusaku answered. Takeru's mood was dropped when he heard that.
"But luckily, her GPS is opened. We can track her."
Yusaku said.
"That's enough. Let's find her place."
Takeru said with determination.
Two of them went to the Shoichi's truck first.
"Hey, did 2 of you have...you know, images ?"
Shoichi asked them uncertainly.
"Yes, we do. We don't know how. But definitely Kamishirakawa is the key. We must find some explainations from her."
Yusaku said.
"Where is she now ?"
Takeru questioned.
"She is walking down the road and it's likely she returns to her apartment. There is only an apartment building on that road. But the thing is..."
Shoichi said uncertainly when he saw the dot on screen.
"What happened ?"
Takeru questioned.
"The rent of the apartments in that building is 7 times higher than a regular apartment. And that is just the regular one in that building. I find there is a high school girl rents the most luxurious apartment of that building."
Shoichi answered as he hacked into the apartment building.
"Does it have names or pictures ?"
Yusaku questioned.
"No, the renter's identity is heavily guarded. I can only manage to hack the occupation and gender. A student who is alone can just only be university student or high school student. But the nearest university is 4 km away and Den City High School is only 500 meters away and it is the nearest school."
Shoichi continued his analysis.
"She can be anyone. How does Kamishirakawa have enough money for that place ? Even with Hanoi's weath, does Revolver willingly pay her salary that high ?"
Yusaku questioned.
"There is no doubt. She goes into that building. The cameras show us that girl is going into the most luxurious apartment in that building."
Shoichi said and he showed to two of them a girl in the elevator.
"That's Kiku. Does Revolver really pay her that much ?"
Takeru gritted his teeth when he saw the familiar face and hair of the girl in the camera.
She got out the elevator and went into her apartment.
"What should we do now ? We have her address now."
Yusaku looked at Takeru.
"Your deck is upgraded, right ?"
Takeru asked.
"Yeah, I have many new cards for my deck."
Yusaku answered.
"Flame. Can you force her log in ?"
Takeru asked the eyeball on his arm.
"I don't know. Definitely she would be equipped with Anti-Ignis programme."
Flame replied uncertainly.
"The best way is coming to her place then ask her directly. Like I have done with Revolver."
Yusaku said.
"I will help you to find a way to force her log in my private network."
A voice said out of nowhere.
...Kiku's POV...
After I was dragged into the headmaster office. I expected to be punished heavily. But why did you have so many relationships, Ryoken ?
The old headmaster was an old friend of Dr Kogami. He said Ryoken asked him to keep an eye on me. And as expected, I got myself into trouble.
The headmaster decided not to punish me but he warned he couldn't cover me 2 times.
I didn't want to get myself into trouble either.
He said I should rest at home until my period was over.
He was the best teacher ever, the GOAT. That was my most wanted desire. I didn't need to meet Takeru in this condition.
While I was walking outside, Ryoken called me. He said he awoke some memories from another reality, where he was really defeated by Lightning.
In another word, anime's memories.
Oh, dear. My head was spinning too.
I had new memories, that was the sweet memories of Takeru returned home for me, returned home for the Kiku in the anime.
He confessed to me, I accepted.
He taught me how to duel. I did my best to catch up with his lessons.
And the first time I logged in Vrains and he carried me the bridal style and many more.
Those were the happiest moments of my life.
But all those memories were just illusions. I wasn't that Kiku anymore. I had merged with her. As Playmaker once said, if he merged with Ai, they would be a total different person.
I wasn't Kiku Kamishirakawa or the person who was dead in the traffic accident anymore.
Would he accept me ?
Definitely the protagonist and tritagonist would have their memories awaken too.
After the lunch, I went to Cafe Nagi to buy a cup of coffee. Kusanagi's coffee was the best around the school. His coffee made me feel nostalgic of my past life.
Brewed coffee by filter with some condensed milk was the BEST thing ever.
How should I deal with 2 certain main characters ?
Well, I should have rest for the rest of my period first. I felt so tired.
I drifted to sleep, but the next thing I knew was...
I was at somewhere like my hometown. I checked my appearance.
This was my avatar.
"Where is it ? Who are you ? Show yourself."
I shouted. Definitely I was in the network and someone trapped me in this.
"You are here now, Kisara."
A young man materialized before my eyes.
The young man himself had yellow eyes that had rectangular pupils, black shoulder length, spiky hair with yellow tips, along with purple bangs with pink highlights.
"Ai."
I growled. I just wanted a peaceful sleep. Was it that hard ?
"Oh, you know me. That is strange, very strange."
Ai hummed in surprised by the voice of Merlin aka Free Dick Wizard.
"Why do you have that avatar ? Did you suicide unsuccessfully ?"
I asked him curiously.
"That's is a very touching subject, Kisara. In the last time I suicided, you didn't involve. So why now ?"
Ai questioned me with interest. Talking to him like this was quite interesting. I felt like he could turn me into a futanari if I became the Camelot king after I took out a sword in the stone.
"That's my very big secret. I don't intend to reveal it to you."
I smirked. I only intended to reveal it to the selective people.
"So I guess we will resolve it by the tradition."
Ai sighed and prepared his Duel Disk.
"You think you can win me, Ai ?"
I mocked him.
"Well, at least I had advantages. I know your deck but you don't know mine."
Ai shrugged.
Actually I did. The new supports of @Ignister made me research very carefully the deck and how it could affect meta before my death.
"What if I win ? I don't want to capture or delete you."
I questioned.
"Tell your condition. Let's see I can fullfill it or not."
Ai asked with curiousity.
"Find for me some cards and a deck I ask for. I will send you the list after the duel. Don't worry, they won't be hard to find."
I smirked. If I negated the choke point of his deck, he would be lost.
I set my deck into my duel disk.
"That's ok. Now it's time. First or second ?"
Ai asked, he was the challenger.
"It would be unfair to you if a going second deck go first. I will go first."
I smirked.
"You are very arrogant. Now, prepare your defeat."
Ai taunted. I just smiled.
"Prepare to find me those cards I ask, I have Accesscode Talker in the list."
I replied back.
"DUEL."
Both of us shouted.
"My turn, I activiate Terraforming to add a field spell card to my hand. I add The Hidden City then activiate it. When The Hidden City is activiated, I can add a Subterror monster to my hand. I add Subterror Guru."
I declared, Ai's eyes were a little wider.
"Not Orcust ? What a surprise !"
Ai chuckled.
"Well, I'm not an one-trick pony. Many cards and decks could shutdown my deck completely and they are easy to find. Necrovalley or System Down are examples."
I shrugged.
"You have so much knowledge, I'm impressed."
Ai praised.
"Enough chit chat. I set 1 monster. The Hidden City's effect: I can flip face-up a set monster on my field. I flip Subterror Guru ( 1600 ATK - 1800 DEF ). Guru's effect: I add Subterror Behemoth Umastryx to my hand if it is flipped face-up. I set 2 cards and end my turn."
I declared.
"My turn, draw. I normal summon Achichi @Ignister ( 800 ATK - 800 DEF ). It let me..."
Ai didn't have chance to finish his line.
"I discard Ash Blossom and Joyous Spring. That card allows you searching your archetypal monsters, I know that."
I smirked.
"Maybe I underestimate you, you know quite well about my deck. I should have a different approach. Circuit that guides the dark. Link Summon, Dark Infant @Ignister ( 500 ATK - Link 1 ). I add Ignister A.I.Land to my hand."
Ai revealed to me Ignister A.I.Land. I had wait for this.
"I activiate trap card There Can Be Only One. Each players can only control 1 monster of each Type. It means you can only control 1 Cyberse monster. Sounds fun, right ?"
I smirked. This trap card could shut down a whole archetype.
Not many decks could use this floodgate. This world was lacked of staple spell/trap removals. MST ( Mystical Space Typhoon ) was very expensive, not many people could afford to have 3 copies.
It wasn't a surprise when I saw Ryoken's deck. His deck has 3 MST, 3 Cosmic Cyclone, 1 Imperial Order. He built his deck to specifically counter Judgment Arrows.
Not to mention many old school cards, he used his combo deck to play control style.
I was very surprised to see he did his combo flawlessly to create an explosive opening against Windy.
People in this world loved using backrows.
Luckily I had many spell/trap removals because of a certain field spell card. People who played Mystic Mine Burn should be burned in hell.
Except Jeff Leonard.
"What an annoying trap card."
Ai said in irritation.
You knew nothing about hell, Ai.
"I set 2 cards and end my turn."
Ai frustratedly said.
"Before your turn ends, I activiate Subterror Final Battle. I change Guru to face-down defense position. Then I special summon Subterror Behemoth Umastryx in defense position if a face-up monster I control is flipped face-down and I control no other face-up monsters. My turn, draw."
Good, an extender.
"I activiate Pot of Extravagance to draw 2 cards by banishing 6 monsters in my Extra Deck face-down. Behemoth Umastryx's effect: I can change it to face-down position once per turn. Then I change Behemoth Umastryx to attack position. Behemoth Umastryx's effect: I can banish an opponent's monster when it is flipped face-up."
Ai looked his Dark Infant was banished helplessly.
"Now I can feel Playmaker's frustrations when he played against you. Your playing style makes your opponents very irritated."
Ai said.
"The best way to win is making your opponents aren't allowed to play the game. I just fulfill that condition."
I shrugged.
"That condition is quite toxic, like Bohman. No, it's worse than Bohman. He still allows his opponents make their moves."
Ai groaned. He couldn't believe he fall in the same situation as Windy against Revolver.
"Well, I guess it is over now. Today is a very unlucky day to you. I activiate Harpie's Feather Duster."
His set cards were sucked into the cyclone. His field was empty.
"I surrender."
Ai sighed.
"What ?"
My eyes were widen when I saw his LP was dropped down to 0.
His set cards were TA. I Strike and A. I. idle Reborn. He could still make a counter attack if his set card wasn't destroyed. But he just delayed his demise. No way he could win as long as There Can Be Only One was still on the field.
"Tell your conditions."
Ai said in a lifeless tone.
"An Infernoid deck and these cards."
I sent him a mail listed the card I needed.
"3 Lair of Darkness, 3 Monster Gate, 3 Lava Golem, 3 That Grass Looks Greener, 3 Psy-Frame Gamma 1 Driver 1 Omega, 3 Elder Entity N'tss, 2 Denko Sekka, 3 Dinowrestler Pankratops, 3 Reasoning, 2 Lost Wind, 3 Infinite Impermanence and even 1 Accesscode Talker. What is your plan ?"
Ai asked me incredulously after seeing the list.
"Every cards I ask you is for Takeru. Can you do it or not ?"
I asked him impatiently.
"All the cards are easy except Accesscode. I will try but I do not promise."
Ai replied.
"Accesscode is the final key card of Salamangreat deck. Is it enough motivation ? And tell him I will be absent from school some days. Girl's problems"
I said. I intended to make him play Lair Infernoid first. He must know how to play control deck. Salamangreat is a control deck, not the aggro beatdown style he played. And the way his deck was built made me depressing.
I really wanted to sleep at time now.
"You really care to him, even it's not the usual way. I will do it."
Ai said and flicked his finger.
I woke up in my room.
Fucking finally I had a good sleep.
Author's note: Bohman is gone, reduced to atom. Writing duels involve him makes me lazy and headache.
Everyone except Jeff should be in hell. Playing Mystic Mine Cauldron is the crime against humanity.
