Hill Valley Payroll Station
11:00 PM
(In front of the payroll station where Griff and his gang meet Marty Jr. for the robbery)
Griff: You made it McFly. Ready to rob this station?
Marty Jr.: Ready whenever you guys are.
Whitey: Let's do it!
(Once they enter the payroll station Marty Jr. accidently hits the alarm button)
Griff: Uh oh we're busted!
Data: It's McFly's fault! He pushed the button by not paying attention to what he was doing!
Spike: Let's attack McFly!
(As the police sirens approach near the door, Griff and the gang run and hide while Marty Jr. stays standing there.)
Marty Jr.: Hey! Where are you all going? You guys aren't gonna leave me here are you?
Officer Foley: Freeze sucker!
Marty Jr.: What are you doing to me?
Officer Reese: Sending you to jail!
Marty Jr.: It wasn't my fault. Griff and his gang made me do it!
Griff: No we didn't. We were gonna call the police about you trespassing into the payroll station until you all of a sudden accidently set the alarm off.
Officer Foley: I don't believe you Mr. McFly. You were the only one in there.
Marty Jr.: But…
Officer Reese: Try explaining this to the judge, DA, and your parents!
(Griff and his gang leave and the police send Marty Jr. to jail. He gets sentenced to 15 years in prison)

McFly Residence

Marlene had been missing her brother for a week and wanted to break him out so her depression would go away. Jennifer was at work and it was Marlene's day off from both jobs. Since last Wednesday when Marty Sr. and Jennifer said they were going to get divorced and Marty Jr. end sup in jail, her life has been severely depressed.
Marlene: My life is going to be very rotten! But you know what I'll try and break Jr. out of jail.
(She makes it to the Hill Valley Jail and visits Marty Jr.)
Police officer at desk: Here to see anyone today?
Marlene: Yes my brother Marty Jr.
Police officer: You're gonna have to wait another 15 minutes. He's doing his duties right now.
(15 minutes pass and she is able to visit him)
Marty Jr.: Marlene! (hugs her) It's good to see you again!
Marlene: You have no idea how much I've miss you!
Marty Jr.: Anything you want to talk about?
Marlene: We are going to get yourself out of jail today.
Marty Jr.: How are we gonna do that without getting caught.
Marlene: No worries. I gotta plan.
(As she tries to break him out of jail by heading out the front door with nobody around they get caught by a police officer who saw them as he left the bathroom as they opened the front door)
Police officer: Halt! Don't think you're trying to break your friend out of jail!
Marlene: He's my brother and he is going to leave jail today!
Police officer: Not on our watch. (handcuffs her and sends her to a different cell)
Marlene: Great! Now our family is going to be destroyed for good!
