Ever since Scarlie's release form her seal, she's tried and failed to take over Earth thanks to the rangers. However, her father, Locore, has arrived and he's decided to take action himself.
"Father, please give me one more chance." Scarlie said.
"You've had plenty of chances and you've failed." Locore said. "You are simple unable to conquer this world."
"It's not my fault. You saw how those rangers are. How am I suppose to take over a planet when they keep foiling everyone of my plans?" Scarlie said.
"They're not ruining your plans. They're just stronger than you and that's not saying much." Dragight mocked.
"Sir, we can defeat the rangers. Don't give up on your daughter." Zabaro said.
"He's right. We'll destroy them for sure." Vyla said.
"You will...because I'm taking control." Locore said. "Dragight, get my failure of a daughter out of my sight! Lock her up so she can't interfere with my plans."
"What?!" Scarlie said. Neither her or her minions liked this. Dragight took pleasure in it as he took Scarlie and dragged her away. Locore is locking up his own daughter. He certainly is more vicious than Scarlie. With Locore in command, the rangers could be in real trouble.
"Master Locore, you can't do this. She's your own daughter." Zabaro said, but Vyla kept him from doing anything. "Vyla, we can't allow this to happen. We swore our loyalty to Lady Scarlie."
"I know, but there's nothing we can really do." Vyla said. "Locore is far more powerful than Scarlie. Going against him like this would be foolish."
"Very smart of you, Vyla." Locore said. "The only reason I'm keeping you two around is because you know these rangers. My daughter may have failed to destroy them, but I won't." It would seem that those two have no choice in the matter. They just went along with the fact that Locore is taking over Scarlie's position.
"Very well. Shall I get Scarlie's book, filled with her monsters, for you?" Zabaro asked.
"No need." Locore said as a different book appeared in his hands. "I have my own. I already know what monster I want to use." He opened the book and turned to a black-knight monster with a jagged-edge sword with steel horns coming form his head and shoulders. "Nebulose, my evil knight. He'll do quite nicely." Locore used his own power and brought the knight to life.
"How may I be of service?" Nebulose said.
"Nebulose, I want you to destroy a set of warriors known as the Power Rangers." Locore said. "With your power, they'll meet their doom in no time."

Angel Grove
The rangers are unaware of the danger that's coming their way. They were just hanging out in the park as they tossed a frisbee around. Travis gave it a good toss and it headed for Valerie.
"I got it!" Valerie said as she raced to catch it. She jumped in and was able to do just that.
"Nice catch, sis!" David called out.
"You know, I'm real proud of her." Sierra said. "Ever since Scarlie tried to trap us, Valerie's become more confident in herself and in her abilities."
"Ditto. That's just what we need." Travis said. Valerie was going to toss the frisbee, but she stopped as she noticed something strange in the distance.
"Guys, look!" Valerie said as she pointed in the distance. All of them looked and they saw lightning shooting up into the sky.
"I don't think lightning's suppose to shoot in the air, right?" Joey asked.
"No, it's not. This can't be good." Travis said. With them wondering what's going on, that was when their communicators went off. "We read you, Zultro."
"Rangers, there appears to be trouble happening in the city." Zultro said.
"What's Scarlie up to this time?" Abby said.
"Only one way to find out." Travis said. Since they have to put their game on hold, the seven of them hurried to where that lightning came from, but they have no idea what they were walking into.

The Command Center
"This is strange." Gamma said as he was doing scans of the city.
"What is it, Gamma?" Zultro asked.
"The energy readings I'm getting are much stronger than anything Scarlie has set before." Gamma said. "I'm detecting two monsters down there and one's energy is much higher than anything we've seen before." Zultro took a look himself and he could see what Gamma was talking about. This wasn't looking good at all.
"Gamma, keep an eye on the rangers. I've got a bad feeling about this." Zultro said and he has every right to be concerned.

Angel Grove
The rangers hurried into the city. When they got there, they spotted Nebulose there and he looked like he was ready for them.
"Are you the rangers I've been hearing about?" Nebulose asked.
"We are, but you won't be around long enough to know us." Travis said. All the rangers were getting ready to morph, but that was when lightning shot down around them and threw them off balance. "What was that?" All of them looked around, but didn't see a thing.
"So you're the mighty rangers I've heard about." All of them looked up and spotted Locore at the top of a building. "From up here, you don't look that impressive."
"Who's that?" Joey asked.
"No clue." Robby said.
"My name is Locore. You might be familiar with my daughter: Scarlie."
"Scarlie is your daughter?!" Abby said. All of them were shocked to be meeting Scarlie's father.
"I'm shameful to admit that she is." Locore said.
"Shameful? Even if it is Scarlie, how could you say that about your own daughter?" Sierra said.
"My daughter might be incapable of destroying you and taking this world, but you'll find I'm a different story." Locore said. "I'm not going to waste time like my daughter did. I'll make sure you're destroyed. Grow!" Locore used some of his power on Nebulose and it was just like he said. He didn't waste any time and Nebulose already became a giant. Nebulose raised his leg and tried to stomp down on them, but they all moved out of the way.
"He really isn't wasting time." Joey said.
"Neither are we. Let's do it, guys!" Travis said with all of them ready. "It's morphin time!"
"White Spinosaur!"
"Green Plesiosaur!"
"Black Ankylosaur!"
"Pink Pteradactyle!"
"Blue Triceratops!"
"Yellow Parasaur!"
"Red Tyrannosaurus!"
"You want to see what we can do, Locore?! You're in for a real show!" Travis called out. "We need the Neo Zords! Now!" They called on their zords and brought them together to form the Neo Megazord and Grand Megazord.
"Do you really think those hunks of junk can really beat me?" Nebulose said.
"Let's find out!" Travis said as both megazords marched right at him. Both of them tried to hit him, but he blocked each of their attacks. He used his sword and slashed it against both megazords and did some serious damage on both of them. The Grand Megazord grabbed a hold of him, but Nebulos broke free and slashed his sword against them.
"This guy has got some serious power behind those attacks." David said.
"I don't think we can fight him without a weapon." Valerie said.
"No worries, guys! We got you!" Travis called. They pulled out the megazord's sword and tried to fight back with it. The megazord and the monster clashed swords against each other. Their weapons kept colliding against each other, but Nebulos kicked them back.
"Take this, rangers!" Nebulos said as he unleashed blasts of purple lightning at them and blasted them pretty hard. The rangers are doing their best to hold on, but this monster has proven to be a challenging one.
"Oh man. I'm not sure how much more of this we can take." Joey said.
"Joey's right. We're taking too much damage." Abby said.
"We've got to try and hang in there. We've never backed away before and I don't plan on us starting now." Travis said. They're doing their best to keep the fight going, but Nebulos has proven to be a real challenge. They tried attacking again, but Nebulos blocked their sword. He moved their sword out of the way and slashed them so hard that the megazord fell on its back.
"Is that really all you got?" Nebulos said as he stomped down on the megazord. He was all set to finish them, but he felt something smash against his back. He looked back and saw the blade of the Grand Megazord placed back on it.
"Forgot about us?" David said.
"Fire!" Valerie said as they had their megazord fire their cannons and blasted Nebulos away from the others. The Grand Megazord hurried to the Neo Megazord and helped it get back on it's feet. "Are you guys okay?"
"We're fine, but we've got to put an end to this." Travis said.
"He's coming back!" Robby said. They saw Nebulos coming back for more and it seemed like it was nowhere near over.
"Come on! Hit me with your best shot! I want to see what you rangers can really do!" Nebulos dared.
"You asked for it. Let's give him what he wants!" Travis said. Both megazords filled their weapons with power and were aiming to deal the final blow. Both megazords unleashed their attacks and Nebulos got caught in both attacks with an explosion going off. They thought that the two attacks together would have been the end for him, but it didn't feel like it.
"I can't see anything. Did we get him?" Joey asked.
"I'm not sure." Sierra said.
"Keep your guard up. Something doesn't feel right." Travis said. Travis was right to worry as lightning came from the smoke and blasted both megazords. Nebulos emerged from the smoke and was laughing.
"I don't know what everyone was talking about. You rangers can't beat me if that's all you got." Nebulos said.
"No way! He survived?!" David said.
"This isn't looking good." Valerie said.
"Now, I'll finish you!" Nebulos said as he drew upon dark power into his blade. His blade extended and slashed against both megazords with them taking a lot of damage. Nebulos went at them again as he gave the Grand Megazord a powerful slash. David and Valerie couldn't hold on as they were ejected out of their megazord and were forced to demorph as they hit the ground and their megazord went down.
"David! Val!" Travis called as he can't believe they were taken down.
"That's it! He's going to pay for that one!" Joey said. They kept the fight going as they tried to attack him again, but when the two swords collide, the megazord's sword broke in two.
"He cut right through the sword!" Abby said.
"What do we do now?" Sierra said. Nebulos didn't give them a chance to figure that out as he gave them a powerful slash as well. The rangers were getting shaken around and it wasn't looking good at all.
"Hang on, guys!" Travis said. Nebulos gave them another powerful slash and their megazord went down as well. The five of them were ejected out of their megazord as well and were forced to demorph as they hit the ground.
"Guys! Are you all right?!" David called as he and Valerie hurried to help them.
"Barely." Joey said.
"That could have gone better." Robby said.
"This isn't looking good at all." Abby said. They heard Nebulos laughing as he towered over them.
"Is that really all you rangers can do? I've expected more, but you rangers are nothing." Nebulos said. "Oh well. Time to end this." He raised his foot and it seemed like this would be it for the rangers. He brought his foot down and the rangers braced themselves for the worse, but they were teleported out of there at the last moment. Nebulos saw that and was wondering where they went.
"So they fled?" Locore said. "Well, if they're the warriors they claim to be, they'll be back and they'll meet their demise." The rangers megazords have actually been defeated and they narrowly escaped their demise. How are they going to recover after this?

The Command Center
The rangers were teleported back to their base thanks to Zultro and Gamma. They had a rough landing, a little shaken up, but they're unharmed.
"Rangers! You're safe!" Gamma said as he was glad to see them like that.
"That was too close." Sierra said.
"Thanks for saving us. We were almost history." Abby said.
"I'm just glad you're all still safe." Zultro said. "That monster truly was far more powerful than what you've faced so far. Gamma and I've been watching. I also saw you met Locore."
"We sure did. He even looked like bad news." David said.
"Who is he, Zultro?" Valerie asked.
"Locore really is Scarlie's father, but he is far more powerful and more evil than she is." Zultro said. "This isn't good. If Locore is here, our troubles are far greater than they were before."
"Aye. This is really not good at all." Gamma said.
"Well, we got to get back in the fight." Travis said.
"That's easier said than done. The zords have taken great damage." Gamma said. "Even if they were up and running, they don't have enough power to go against that behemoth again."
"Gamma's right. Our regular arsenal might not be enough anymore." Zultro said.
"Zultro, what are we going to do?" Travis said. "We were lucky to get out of there, but we might not be so lucky next time. There's got to be something." Zultro was trying to think of a way they can do that. Nothing they have could come close to what Locore is capable of.
"There might be one way, but it's very dangerous." Zultro said.
"What is it?" Joey asked.
"In a special are on your planet lies a great power." Zultro said. "That power might be what we need, but it's very dangerous. Many have tried to obtain this power, none have returned." That didn't sound great with any of them, but if they wish to stand against Locore, it might be what they need.
"If this power can help us, we'll take the challenge. Just tell us where this power is." Travis said. Zultro looked to see all the rangers felt the same way as Travis. They'll take the challenge to get that power.
"Gamma and I can teleport you there." Zultro said as he got it ready. "However, I'm afraid you're on your own from there. That land produces a special energy that will prevent you from morphing or communicate with us. So you won't be able to teleport back."
"So how do we get back?" David asked.
"We'll just have to hope the power can help us." Sierra said. "If we're going to go, we need to go now. We can't wait when they could attack at any moment."
"Sierra's right. We need to go now." Travis said. The other rangers felt the same and were ready.
"Very well." Zultro said.
"Do be careful, rangers." Gamma said. Zultro and Gamma got the teleport system ready. With it set, the rangers were teleported. There might be danger awaiting them, but they need this power if they want to have a chance against Locore's.
