RENEWALL

We had just rang.

Alex stood up to see who could ring the bell, and when she opened the door she saw Goren, soaking everything.

She knew he was not well since his mother died.

But to see him in this state, broke his heart.

She grabbed his hand, pulling him in.

She went to get a towel, drying his hair.

- What are you doing here ?

They both knew they shouldn't see each other at her house.

He shouldn't take any chances.

When they had Jamie, they had decided as a deal that she would come and spend the days with him. At least he was the one who suggested it.

Because he knew there was less chance of him bumping into someone in the office.

But tonight he was there.

She remembered the night he had come because he was not well.

That night or for the first time, she had given herself to him and that nine months later Jamie was born.

She hadn't forgotten anything from that night.

She took his hand, making him sit up.

He took his head in his hands, bursting into tears.

- I couldn't even get Jamie to come to his grandmother's funeral!

So that was it.

She knew how Goren loved his mother and that out of respect for her, he would have wanted his son to be present.

But he knew he couldn't.

How would he have explained the presence of Eames' supposed nephew?

And above all, he looked more and more like his father and therefore everyone would have suspected something.

She came to put her hand on his shoulder.

He put his hand on hers, looking at her, his face bathed in tears.

- I asked too much of you to hide our relationship, our son! Her voice broke, weeping more beautifully. And now the good Lord is punishing me for it! How ej hates me!

Alex shook his head in negation, walked over to him and crouched down beside him.

Putting both hands on his.

- Bobby it's not your fault!

He threw himself into Eames' arms, his body shaking with sobs.

Alex hugged him gently, whispering sweet words to him.

It hurt so much to see him like that.

And nothing she could do, could say, could ease his pain.

He looked up, his eyes red with tears.

How he loved her.

She had never hated him for the situation he was putting her through. On the contrary, she was always present, always near him.

He made her live such a hard life.

Not only in private life, but at work too!

Because of him, she put up with the mockery of her other colleagues.

He had no right to make her go through this.

Alex put his hand to his cheek, stroking it.

- Stop Bobby, you are not responsible for what I am going through, I am suffering!

As always, she read him like an open book.

Why was she so nice to him?

He grabbed her hand, kissing it.

He gazed into Eames' hazel eyes.

She ran her tongue over her lips, a gesture that did not go unnoticed by Goren's gaze.

He grabbed her by the waist, hugging her, bringing her face closer to hers, kissing her lips passionately.

He needed her, needed to feel her.

It had been too long since he had been able to.

Jamie was there and each time they interrupted them.

And tonight they were alone.

And especially tonight, he needed her strength.

Alex wrapped his arms around Goren's neck, deepening Goren's kiss.

He pulled away from her lips, trying to catch his breath.

Eames clung to him.

- Alex..Is ...

He didn't dare ask her, blushing.

Alex blushed, understanding what he wanted, nodding.

He lifted her off the ground, keeping her preciously in his arms, carrying her into the bedroom, where he laid her gently on the bed.

Alex pulled her closer, taking possession of her lips.

They both surrendered to passion.
