So I took a writing course for my other credits and the book said to 'let your writing surprise you' and boi did this one surprise me. I did not know that Boscha would take such a hard ass turn.

After challenging Amity to take shots and after a crippling defeat Luz was feeling amazing.

She giggled to herself and leaned against the wall of long hallway. Amity had straight up vanished after mopping the floor with the human and said human was trying to find her.

Amity is pretty. She thought and pushed herself to stand up straight. Luz wondered aimlessly through the house. She blinked and found herself in the backyard filled with people chanting.

"CHUG, CHUG, CHUG!"

She squinted and noticed Amity standing on a stool balanced on one leg chugging whatever was in a red cup. A random boy stood on the stood across from her. He wobbled, hurriedly drinking the liquid in his cup. He grimaced but threw his cup to the side after he was finished.

"Ha! Take that Blight!" He taunted. He paused and started to wobble uncontrollably.

Amity smirked and waited. Sure enough the boy fell off the stool. The crowd was split between cheers of excitement and groans of disappointment.

"Come on Matt!" They shouted. Two boys grabbed the witch and dragged him into the house. Another witch rushed to fix the stool before running into house after his friends.

Amity puffed out her chest in victory and bare her fangs proudly. "Who's next?!"

Luz blushed. She would have been turned on by Amity's ability to hold her liquor if she wasn't so terrified. That's my kind of girl.

Shocked gasps broke out among the crowd. Luz swung around, her arms swinging. She clenched her teeth when she spotted a familiar pink haired witch.

"I'll go." She growled.

The witch had a bandage over her nose and sported a dark bruise on the side of her jaw. She licked her fangs, her tongue missing a piece.

Amity returned the growl but nodded towards the demons that stood near the table of liquor.

Boscha crawled onto the stool and glared at her ex. The two locked in a heated stare off trying to intimidate the other.

Luz rolled eyes. She noticed the kid from the cafeteria from the first fight with the same notebook. She stumbled over.

"Hey!" She yelled louder than necessary. "Can you change my bet?"

The boy shrugged and nodded. "Sure, Who were you thinking? Noceda right?"

The brunette nodded. "Yeah! That's me. Listen, listen, I want to put my money on something totally unexpected happening. Third party or something."

The boy scoffed and rolled his eyes. "Sure you're crazy but sure."

"Thanks!" She shouted before she stumbled away leaving the boy to scribble something in his book.

Luz cackled and cheered when she seen Amity chugging cup after cup. Boscha lagging behind slightly. The human was thrown to the ground when two boys started fighting and knocked into her. She flopped on the ground and just laid there.

Amity grimaced slightly, all the drinks finally catching up to her but she refused to lost to Boscha. She chugged the last bit of the drink and held her cup up in the air.

Then she everything shift to the right and suddenly she was falling. The boys who were fighting crashed into the stools knocking both girls off. Boscha yelped when she fell on top of the stool, the hard wood digging into her already bruised ribs.

Amity laid on the ground, her limbs spread eagle. Her ear twitched when she heard shuffling. She turned her head and was face to face with Luz who was crawling towards her.

"Hi." Luz whispered.

Amity smiled and giggled. "Hi."

Wether the bright red blush was from the alcohol or nerves she didn't know. The punk leaned forward and closed the distance giving the human a loving kiss on the cheek.

Luz gasped softly and held her cheek. She blushed hard. A dopey smile broke out on her face.

Their moment was ruined when Boscha screamed and punched the ground. She stood up on wobbly legs. "I will not lose to you Blight!"

Amity struggled to sit up. She got about halfway before her head started swimming forcing her to lay back down. She groaned and lazily flipped off Boscha. "Eat me."

Boscha was seething. She roared and charged, her feet stomping towards the two on the ground. She crossed the backyard in seconds before she slammed into something solid and fell backwards on her ass. She shook her head and looked up to see what she ran into.

It was Willow. And she looked pissed. Her ears were folded back and her fangs in display. Boscha gulped when they made eye contact.

"Boscha." Willow seethed. "I will not allow you to hurt my friends."

Gus ran towards the girls and made sure they weren't seriously injured. He sighed in relief and joined Willow's side, his fangs also bared and ready.

Boscha knew she couldn't win against the plant witch. She's solid I'll give her that. Felt like I ran into a damn wall.

Begrudgingly, Boscha lowered her eyes and her ears. She submitted.

Willow relaxed instantly. She turned and helped the girls on the ground. "Come on guys, both of you need water."

Luz giggled when Willow pulled her up with ease. "Willow you so strronngg."

Amity wasn't as bad as Luz but she wobbled a bit. Gus gently grabbed her arm and lead her inside. Willow following close behind.

The plant witch dumped the two on the couch and went with Gus into the kitchen for some water. Luz sprawled out on cushions with Amity leaning into her side. The latina idly ran her hand through unruly green hair with a permanent smile on her face.

Amity's stomach growled, the punk looked around the room and spotted Pizza on the counter. She sprung up and stumbled towards the food disappearing into the crowd.

Luz chuckled when something caught her nose. She inhaled and got up to follow the smell. The music blasted through the speakers, lights shone bright bathing everything in neon colors. The latina found herself in a dark room filled with smoke.

She plopped down next to a random girl who took a puff of something before handing it to her. She shrugged, took the blunt and took a long drag.

The latina giggled as she watched the smoke drift out of her mouth. She passed it back to the girl and got comfortable.

Willow was never one to curse. But right now it was so ridiculous she couldn't help it. "Where the fuck are they!?"

Gus scanned the room. "We were gone for five minutes!"

Willow rubbed her temples, her eye twitching like crazy. "I'm going to look outside near the pool. You stay here incase one of them comes back."

Gus gave a salute as Willow walked away. She grumbled and silently cursed under her breath. She made it to the pool and looked around. Dozens of drunk teens filled the space.

Willow wondered around searching for a beanie or bright green hair. Instead she found bright pink.

Boscha was sitting on one of the pool chairs. Her jacket was strewn over the chair leaving her in a black tanktop. Her back was slouched and sad. She nursed a cup of gin. The redness in her cheeks showed she had been at it for awhile.

Willow whimpered and looked back towards the house. She could leave and forget about it, Boscha hadn't seen her so she could still escape. She looked back the three-eyed girl. She looked so sad. Her dads had always taught her to be kind to people. The plant witch thought back to Amity. The punk was mean and bullied her but she changed for the better. Maybe Boscha could change too?

Willow took a deep breath and walked over to the pink haired girl. "Uh hey Boscha."

Boscha flinched and didn't turn to look at her right away. She eyes were glazed. Finally, after a tense moment she laughed bitterly. "Hey."

"Have you seen Amity or Luz? We sort of.. lost them."

Boscha said nothing. She brought the cup to her lips and threw her head back swallowing her drink in one gulp. "No I haven't seen them."

Boscha tried to stand up but staggered. Willow reached her hands out to steady her. "Boscha you're drunk. Take it easy."

Boscha slapped her hand away. Willow ignored it and gently moved the girl onto a blanket nearby. The pink witch crumbled to the ground. Willow rushed to catch her and gently sat her down. Willow's ears twitched when she heard soft sobbing.

Boscha was crying. The plant witch hovered uncertainly. "Um, is there someone you want to call? Skara?"

Boscha shook her head. "No, Skara is busy. There's no one. Amity left me. Everyone leaves me."

"That's not tru-" Willow was cut off when Boscha looked at her. Her eyes were bloodshot and red.

"Yes it is! Everyone leaves me. Amity was my rock, my best friend. Then that human came in and she started hanging out with you guys! I tried to make her jealous by making it look like I was sleeping around but nothing worked and now she hates me!"

Boscha buried her face in her hands, her body shook with silent sobs. "I knew I lost her when she challenged me. That look in her eyes. My mom always told me to take what I wanted, that I would end up alone if I didn't do anything. Because of her I lost my best friend."

Willow held her arms out infront of her, instantly Boscha latched onto her. Willow shushed her and rubbed her back. They sat there for a moment. Hidden away behind a pool chair while drunk teenagers stumbled around. Boscha was just glad she wasn't alone. Willow's ears drooped when she felt Boscha hold her just a bit tighter.
