Taboo Tuesday: 19/10/2004
WWE Taboo Tuesday was live at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In the arena, the first match was for the Intercontinental Championship and the vote results for Bladewolf's challenger were revealed to be...SHELTON BENJAMIN!
Benjamin's theme hits and out he comes to the ring, heading down to the ring and rolls in a his theme dies down and he waits for the Bladewolf to show up.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
The Devil's Wolf plays and out comes the Bladewolf with the WWE Intercontinental Championship around his waist. he walks down the ramp and enters the ring over the top rope, staring down Benjamin who was trying to not look intimidated.
Bladewolf's theme dies down as the Demon Wolf takes his coat and metallic mask off then shoves his title into the referee's hands. The referee shows the title is on the line then hands it to someone at ringside before he calls for the bell.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Benjamin goes on the attack right away with a fury of lefts and rights until Bladewolf shoves him away and Benjamin gets to his feet, runs but comes into into a big boot to the face that drops him. Bladewolf grabs Benjamin and lifts him up before slamming him to the mat hard, causing Benjamin to clutch the back of his head before Bladewolf stomps away on him then grabs him, lifts him onto his shoulders when Benjamin slides off and hits a high kick to the head, sending Bladewolf to a knee.
Benjamin rebounds off the ropes and hits a low dropkick to Bladewolf's chest and goes for the cover but Bladeowlf kicks out at two. Benjamin gets to his feet and looks around before he goes to the top rope...WHEN BLADEWOLF SITS UP!
Bladewolf gets to his feet, runs over and grabs Benjamin by the throat before lifts him off...AND HITS A CHOKESLAM OFF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Bladewolf flips his hair back before he does the throat slit taunt and grabs Benjamin, scoops him up and holds him upside down in front of him...THEN NAILS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER! HE HOOKS THE LEGS! ONE! TWO! THREE! THE BLADEWOLF RETAINS THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP!
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
The Devil's Wolf plays as Bladewolf gets to his feet. "Here is your winner and STILL WWE Intercontinental Champion...THE BLADEWOLF!" Lillian Garcia announced as Bladewolf is handed his title which he snatches and leaves the ring but not before doing his turnbuckle celebration with the lightning and fire...
Sorry for the incredibly short chapter, but Bladewolf's match was first so it had to be short. But hey, it's Taboo Tuesday, that PPV was kinda shit before it was replaced by Cyber Sunday.
