11. Barriss and Luminara
The 41st Elite Corps had been assigned a mission to Hoth, so the Republic could verify if the Separatists had placed an outpost or not. Barriss didn't like the cold. Or snow. Except for that one time where Ahsoka and her went sledding...but that was when they were younglings. They had a war to fight, they had to move along.(:3 meet him inside…)
When they arrived on the very chilly planet, there was no outpost. Barriss stood by her master as they surveyed the landscape. There were just scraps of metal, metal perfect for a makeshift sled…
Focus, Barriss!she told herself.
Master Unduli went into a tent, probably reporting to the Council that this mission amounted to nothing. Those pieces of metal were just sitting there, and that hill was covered in snow…
Barriss decided that today, she needed to have fun. She grabbed one of the pieces of metal, and climbed to the top of the hill. Barris slid down, clinging to the makeshift sled and having the best time of her life, as she cut through the snow. When she came to the bottom, she lay on the sled, laughing.
Barriss suddenly heard footsteps. If it was her master, she was in big trouble…
It was, in fact, her master. Barriss was prepared for the worst.
Luminara stood over her and said playfully "Did you think only you could have all the fun?" as she showed her that she also had a piece of scrap metal to sled on.
They spent all the time they had sledding up and down that hill. Barriss and Luminara had the best time of their lives, together.
Sorry if they seemed both OOC, I needed some warm fuzzies after watching The Breadwinner :'( (Cartoon Saloon can do no wrong, but my feels be ded)
