Six months had passed. Kacey was getting married in two days. John and Randy were in a bar drinking and playing pool. John wasn't doing a very good job. He'd just missed another shot.

"Damn it!" He said irritated.

"What the hell's wrong with you?"

"Nothing."

"Does this have anything to do with Kacey getting married?"

"No."

"You're lying."

"No I'm not."

"Bullshit you're not."

"Shut up."

"You don't want Kacey to get married, admit it."

"I'm happy for her."

"It's not to late."

"For what?"

"To tell her you love her."

"I don't."

"Yes you do." "I don't know why you're doing this to yourself."

"You don't know what you're talking about." "Let's just get back to the game."

"Ok but if you don't say something, you'll regret it."

"The only thing I'll be saying is congratulations."

Two days later John was at the church. The music for Kacey came on. She and Max were at the altar.

"If anyone has any reason why these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace." The priest said. No one said anything.

At the reception John went up to the head table where Kacey and Max were sitting.

"Congratulations you guys." John said.

"Thanks." Kacey said.

"We're glad you could make it." Max said.

John looked at Kacey. "Wanna dance?"

"Sure."

They went out of the dancefloor and started slow dancing.

"It was a beautiful ceremony." John said.

"I'm just glad you were here." "I can't wait to come to your wedding someday."
