Hello gals, guys and non-binary pals. Today is the last day and I'm sorry for posting a late chapter. Happy Halloween though. Belatedly. Today's story is starring Dionysus, who is a pretty chill god.

Here are today's facts about Ace week. Today is also the last week of Ace Week too, but Ace Pride! I guess. Is that a thing?

Random question of the day: have you watched/listened to Mean Girls: the musical? It's amazing. It was written by Tina Fey, so obviously, it's going to be good. The songs are catchy and nice. Plus, it's starring Barrett Wilbert Weed as Janus, which is a plus. Renee Rapp, Taylor Louderman and Mariah Rose Faith have been Reginas.

Fun fact: Renee Rapp is 19, and her Broadway debut was as Regina George. She also hits a G5 during World Burn.

Today's story is about Dionysus, one of the more chill gods. He's pretty great because he defies Zeus, duh! Not only that though. He doesn't randomly curse humans to get his anger out and he is actually a nice guy most of the time even though he acts otherwise.

He also is the god of doubting your gender/sexuality? I don't know exactly what you would call that, but he is the god of that because he grew up with his aunt and uncle telling him that he's a girl when he was well, a boy. He's the god of madness as well, so you can pray to him for guidance for your mental health and/or your gender and/or sexuality. Huh. Perhaps I should pray to him regarding my poor mental health.

He also gave Nico therapy and anyone who helps Nico is immediately in my good books, so I'm totally good with him. He roasts Lester as well, so he's cool.

Anyways, FestusGirl, you gave me a small idea which sparked this, so thank you, babe. Love you 3❤️

Now, the story.

It was a hot day. Dionysus was walking around Camp Half-Blood when he hit his head on something. It was an arrow. Embedded in the side of the Alexander Cabin. Which had a can on it with which a note was attached. It was a can of beer?

He took it and decided to drink it because it had been nearly a century since he had last drunk any alcoholic beverage. He drank it and then spat it out because it was too bitter.

He read the note. It said, "go to the poop pile." He decided to follow it because, why not?

Five minutes later, he was at the poop pile. Sorry, Zonko's fist. Not sorry. There, there was a sunflower which definitely wasn't there before. As he walked near it, it opened and inside, there was another note. It read, "Go to THE lake."

He obviously knew what lake they were talking about because the campers all referred to the lake where Prince and Annabel, Pieroll as the Amanda cabin and some overexcited fan girls liked to call it, had their first kiss and finally got together.

He, surprisingly for others, was elated when they got together because their mutual pining, longing stares and obliviousness to each other's feelings and their own (in Perry's case) was annoying. It was hilarious and quality entertainment at first, of course, but it soon became annoying and exasperating. The other campers' reaction was amazing though, so he had lots of free and quality entertainment. He suspected that Christopher shipped them too.

He went to the lake and there, a naiad, named Agamemnon he guessed, floated towards him and gave him a note. She winked flirtatiously at him but he ignored her.

This note read, "Go to the dining pavilion". The sun was beginning to set by then but he wanted to know who this person was and what he wanted from him, or if this was a prank, he obviously would punish them.

He went to the dining pavilion and there, another note was there on his cabin's table. It read, "Go to the Big House. This is the last one , I swear." He sighed and headed in the direction of the Big House. There, all the lights were off but the door was unlocked. He opened the door and went in.

"Surprise!" a bunch of voices yelled. They were the campers.

"Happy Birthday, Mr. D!" said Clarinet.

"Since it was your birthday, we decided to throw you a surprise party," said Penelope.

He was speechless. This was the nicest thing anyone had ever done for him, ever.

"Thank you," he said, smiling and, for once, he genuinely meant it.

So, that's done. Once again, I apologize for the late update. This story is officially done and I'm going to miss it. I made friends along the way and I'm glad that I wrote it. Okay. Enough sappy stuff. :)
