Dawn of Injustice: Return of the Mavericks Secret Report 3 (Songs of innocence/Experience 1)

This secret report may occurred after or before the events of Return of the Mavericks. Somewhat short but compiled into bulks.

As the retired High Councilor of the Regime, Lincoln aka. The Phoenix (The Kings is removed, formerly Firecracker) had finally relinquish from his duties in leading humans, mutants and others in peace and order. There will be other threats that may arise but that is up to the future generation to deal with. His duties of leadership had come to an end since he saw that the Hatchling and the students are ready to leave their nests. All he can do is perform small acts of heroics, no longer relying on brute and strict force. Surely there are blood on his hands, all necessary evils in creating a batter good. Yet somewhere he still feels the guilt of the casualties he made on the coup and war against the injustice formed from the meta-human ban. Those casualties involved his deceased lover, Paige… and a few of his very good friends.
In a graveyard we can imagine, the Pyrokinetic Ex-Councilor is at the gravestones of his friends and peers.
Paige Loud: born 2004, died 20XX. Loving Mother, Faithful Wife, a daughter and friend.
Next to those are the following (from the Dawn of Injustice Prime Universe Earth-D015)
Tabitha Honeycutt: born 2005, died 20XX. Loving Wife, Talented Musician, a daughter and friend.
Liam Honeycutt: born 2005, died 20XX. Faithful Husband, Honorable Merchant, a son and friend.
Rusty Spokes: born 2004, died 20XX. A Loving Husband, A Good Brother, Brave Soldier, a son and friend
Polina Pain-Spokes: born 2005, died 20XX. A Strong Woman, Faithful Wife, a daughter and friend
Kody Kent: born 2000, died 20XX. A Faithful Lover, A Good Brother, a son and friend.
There are many more to be found and Lincoln couldn't resist his tears from wallowing and bursting. After he gave his prayers and sentiments, there are others that came to him.
Female Voice: So this is where you've been. You really did took the scenic route.
Lincoln: Tabby… Polly… what are you doing here?
Alter-Tabby [Earth-T014]: I was about to ask the same thing. Ronnie and Jordan are waiting at the bistro.
Alter-Polly [Earth-P026]: So this is where our versions lay down? Heh, Rusty, now that was a good friend and sparring partner. Unfortunately, he's just too sloppy to ever make a move. No offence to this version though.
Lincoln: Heh, funny. So it was the same from here to the alternative world too. Such a shame, you both could have been great friends.
Tabitha and Polina Loud… alternative counterparts (Doppelgangers) from a different Loud-Verse that are coupled with their Lincoln. If one can remember from that specific chapter (ROTM Ch. 4) is that they originally belonged somewhere else until the became widows since their versions of Lincoln ended up being deceased. Their despair was enough for them to leave behind the memories of their worlds and move to the next.

Alter-Tabby: It's still odd for me that the two Haikus met and somehow I forget to tell the difference between the two.
Alter-Polly: One of them is crippled and McBride's mistress, remember? The other one is our dear Lincoln's doxy like us.
Alter-Tabby: Oh right… he Lincoln and the current High Councilors permits and consented this.

Even after Irate's defeat from the L-Crew long ago, the demon vowed to return and reclaim destruction and terror on the surface of the world. Lincoln now knew what must be done. He needed to control his emotions. Not suppression for it was the cause of this, nor outburst for it will be the wake of ruination. But control and channeling of emotions into proper energies. Soothsayer, before he was betrayed and sealed, had a hand on dealing with such and with Dark Slayer: Gilver Bluehide, it was a task meager to be a challenge.
Dark Slayer's sword can draw out and sever Lincoln's ties with the inner demon of wrath but doing so would make Lincoln experience another round of powerlessness since it was just like when the katana-wielding Cambion (human/demon hybrid) split himself into the Demon King Urizen and V the Umbral Summoner. Caine the Soothsayer then suggested a supplemental method but this can only be done when in a Sanctum. That would be implanting esoteric essence or "Arcana Energy".
Arcana Energy or Esoteric Essence is most commonly called "Magical Energy" that is found everywhere but access is limited except for Sanctums or Mages/Wizards. Meta-Energy is found directly at the DNA and can be accessed through proper physical/natural sciences. Arcana Energy can only be done in spiritual sciences or magecraft through the ability to harness magicule (Esoteric Molecules found in everything in creation or converted from natural Protons or Electrons). These energies can be used by regular humans to have insight on spiritual/esoteric entities, mediums and/or partial clairvoyance. But to Meta-Humans, this thing will inevitably amplify their aspects (Meta-genes and physical capabilities) that can't even be compared to Meta-Humans who have no knowledge of this whatsoever.
[AN: You can treat this as Natural Energy and Senjutsu/Sage Chakra from the Naruto-Verse. The same with the training regimen, a meta-human just needed to have it's body soaked in this kind of "energy" to be able to access it's power boost by adapting the body to the Sanctum's environment through meditation and balancing the meta-energy/physical energy with the arcane/esoteric energy.]
Lincoln, along with Soothsayer and Gilver (Dark Slayer) travelled back to India where the pyrokinetic hero will soon learn of the existence of other Sanctums such as:
Israel/Sinai sanctum - Scala Ad Caelum (Afterlife of the Virtuous)
Greece - Olympia (mount Olympus)
Iceland/Atlantic - Atlantis (lost and sealed)
Egypt - Surima
Somewhere north of Greece and in an African country - Amazonian (Themyscira Warrior Tribe and Wild Serpent Hunting Tribe)
Anglo-Saxon (Somewhere in England or New Mexico) - Asgard (sealed/lost)
Japan/China - Forbidden Jade Kingdoms, Shangri-la and Kotoamatsukami (forgotten)
And many more.
Travel was way easier that it was before since Lincoln, Gilver and Soothsayer are the only ones that knew of this endeavour. Once they had arrived and entered the Sanctum, Lincoln had Dark Slayer remove traces of Irate and banish him to the Underworld before it could consume the boy.
Dark Slayer & Lincoln/Firecracker: Heavy chains that does freeze my bones around… [The katana pierces Lincoln through and took out the Irate phantom, the manifestation of wrath. Then pulling the sword away, Gilver opened a portal and sent the Wrath-incarnate swirling into the Underworld]
The katana did its purpose, now it was Soothsayer's turn to help Lincoln in this training. With this, Lincoln will learn to counteract any Irate-related problems and be able to become even stronger than before with the boost of this "Arcana Energy".

AN: I guess Lori and Lynn's secret report will have to wait for a while. For now, we have these secret reports related to William Blake poetry. This secret report may explain how the heroes had access to Esoteric/Arcane variants of their powers. While Luna, Luan, Lucy, Lily, and some other characters required mediums (such as Raiden's thunder-drum, Nevermeltingice of Lake Cocytus, Staff of Eden, etc.), here Lincoln was already ahead of his prime and learned Arcana-based upgrades that helped him in his soon to be coup d'etat and establishing the "Order of the Phoenix".
It's up to you guys whether this one is Canon to the story or not. In fact, I even wanted to know if you guys think this happened before or after Lincoln (with Lucy's reluctant/unwilling approval) stole Helios's Sun-powered Meta-Gene (Solarokinesis/Heliokinesis) which left her and Xander powerless to stop the Revolution.
Lynn's secret report involves Lana and will soon disclose what happened to Dale (the Bakugo carbon-copy) in this timeline/AU, along with some other recently added character in Smoking Wrecker's (and Zachlor16) version of Loud Heroes.
