Thank you to all the new followers and thank you for the reviews left on the last chapter! You all are amazing!

I've decided to pick up the pace of this story as it seems to be going a bit too slow, So in this chapter I'm finally bringing pack business into the mix as I do have a good amount planned for the pack in this story. Enjoy!

Out of all the times that Embry was successfully able to take a hint, it was just Jacob's luck that he couldn't take one now. Considering Jacob had already mentioned at least five times how hungry he was and had to turn down Maya once when she offered to go grab something for him, Embry could not have been more clueless currently. What Jacob was trying to do was to get his annoying best friend out of the shop for at least half an hour so he could enjoy what little alone time he could find with Maya before another inevitably long night.

With a hint of underlying frustration, Jacob finally lost his patience and instead resorted to shoving a handful of cash into Embry's chest. "Go get us something to eat."

Embry raised his full brows, finally catching the hint that he was certain was only just put before him now. Jacob rolled his eyes, fighting the desire to tell him what an idiot he truly was.

"I don't need anything." Maya said quickly, refusing to let Jacob spend his hard earned money on her.

Embry chuckled. "When someone offers you free food, you take it." Jacob gave him a quick shove toward the door before Maya could object anymore. He didn't even care if she didn't take the food, though if she didn't eat the entire day he wouldn't be pleased in the slightest, he was just dying for that alone time with her.

But it was Maya who was suddenly doubled over in nerves as soon as Embry was out of sight. The thoughts of last night that danced happily through her mind, wildly thrilling ideas of Jacob being hers, it all seemed so perfect and so easy now that Bella was out of the picture. Being in front of him now didn't feel as effortless as it did in her mind. How could it be? He was so much more beautiful and intimidating in person, the image of Jacob in Maya's mind never could quite do him justice. The idea of saying all the things she wished to say, like some well planned out romantic comedy, was deathly frightening now.

Jacob didn't say no in Maya's mind, everything was yes, everything she said was perfect and everything he said back was her own idea. But ultimately Maya didn't know him well enough to even know what he might say next now that they were alone.

And as he walked over toward Maya confidently with that playfully lopsided grin on his face, she wondered how the hell she could ever match that confidence for even a moment. Impressing Jacob seemed like a long shot and instead of smirking back the way she might have thought up in her mind, Maya unknowingly stared at him with wide nervous eyes. Trembling fingers gripping at the pen she had been fiddling with before Embry had left.

For a moment, Jacob inhaled deeply, fully embracing the comfort that came from Maya's deliciously sweet scent. Jacob couldn't help but think about yesterday, he swore Maya wanted to lean in just as much as he had wanted to. Now the only thing he wanted to do was to figure out if he was right.

Although she hated herself for it, because deep down she had the same idea as Jacob, Maya chose to speak about something that didn't have a single thing to do with a kiss between the two of them. "You know, I don't think you really need my help here." Something about talking to Jacob in itself calmed Maya's racing heart and trembling fingers. Perhaps it was just because she could get out of her wandering mind for a moment.

"Oh, I wouldn't say that." Jacob said playfully, sitting himself onto the desk and looking down at Maya with that grin that had yet to leave his face.

Maya stifled the shiver that crept up her spine after feeling Jacob's warmth radiating from his body onto her own. Instead, she rolled her eyes at his playful remark. At this point, after working no more than a few hours behind the desk, Maya realized that Jacob's offer to work here was just exactly as she had suspected. Since Leah left without her car only one other person had come in for an oil change that had him in and out in no time, it was plain to see that Jacob and Embry didn't need any extra help, Jacob was just far too kind for his own good.

Jacob shrugged before continuing. "It's just a slow day."

"I imagine in La Push there are many slow days." Maya raised an accusing eyebrow to Jacob that he couldn't help but chuckle at. If he could, he would freeze every expression Maya threw his way into his mind, a mental photo album that he could go back to every time she was out of his sight.

"What if I told you that I just wanted you around more?" Biting his lip in a manner that nearly drove Maya insane, she went through the motions yet again of wondering how on earth someone so perfect would flirt with her and desperately searched for the perfect way to flirt back without embarrassing herself entirely.

But everything she could have said back all seemed too scary to say before she realized that she had been silent too long. "I would say that's a poor business move." Maya chuckled and stood up to stretch her legs after sitting for so long. Jacob followed, that magnetic pull he felt wasn't worth pushing against anymore, Maya fought back her grin that came from knowing he trailed behind her. "You and Embry could use that money, instead of paying me to sit around."

Maya looked so damn beautiful sitting around here that he'd gladly pay to have her sit around and do nothing all day. Whatever kept her by his side was worth every last dollar he could find. "I don't need the money."

With a scoff, Maya turned to Jacob with an incredulous look on her face in reaction to such a silly remark that Jacob couldn't help but grin widely at. In his fantasy world, he meant exactly what he said, now that he had Maya in his life that was the only thing he ever wanted or needed. If he could just rid himself of all responsibility and live off the land with her by his side that would be more than enough to keep him happy.

It was near impossible to explain the feeling that coursed through Maya's veins staring at Jacob now, talking to him about anything so long as she could hear him speak. In such a short amount of time Maya found herself wanting to be around him whenever possible and despite how nervous she often felt in his presence, it all still felt so right. She swore she had known him for far longer than a few weeks. The most thrilling part of it all was that Maya was beginning to really see it, that look in Jacob's eye whenever he looked her way, a look that she wasn't so sure she deserved.

"You're a fool then." Maya smirked up at him, flirtation in her stunning green eyes that sent a shock straight through Jacob.

No choice but to step in front of Maya again when she tried to walk back toward the desk because Jacob needed this girl to stay in front of him so he could take in those eyes for just a moment longer. "Let this fool take you out sometime."

Taken back by what Jacob had just said, Maya's stomach filled with butterflies and she quickly looked down because staring into Jacob's certain eyes was almost too nerve-wracking to bear. "Oh gosh, stop playing around." It was Maya's insecurities, despite everything Jacob or anyone could possibly tell her to convince her otherwise, that refused to believe that Jacob really meant what he just said. Those insecurities that almost made her believe that she would be doing Jacob some sort of favor by stopping him from wasting his time on her as if she had any idea how Jacob's time would be best spent.

The strong finger tucking under her chin, lifting slightly so she had no choice but to look back up into those dark eyes that stared at her with so much intensity, it was all too much to possibly take in without having her knees go weak. "Please?" Jacob pleaded, barely a whisper. Touching her like this, Maya's full lips parted ever so slightly, it took every ounce of willpower to stop himself from pulling her in right then and there.

Although the part of her that made her knees weak as she stared at Jacob's pleading eyes, when she swore she should be the one begging him, was so prominent, Maya still felt a twinge of fear and uncertainty. A perfectly justifiable feeling for most, because jumping into something that felt so exciting was such a thrill. Until it wasn't anymore. All her previous instances of having her heartbroken, what happened with Logan, leaving La Push one day, all ran through her mind trying to tell her to slow down and step back.

But underneath all her worry and objections she felt herself being pulled into Jacob by some invisible force that she swore was even stronger than just the day before. Gently grabbing Jacob's hand to pull it away from her chin, which nearly caused him to let out a groan, she held a finger up to him and smirked ever so slightly. "Under one condition."

Biting his lip, Jacob was completely infatuated with Maya and the way her mind worked. "And what's that?"

She let out a devilish chuckle, knowing he wouldn't be too pleased. "You can't let me work here anymore." The chuckle instantly grew into a full-on laugh when Jacob glared down at her, crossing his strong arms across his chest. "I don't want to take money from you and Embry anymore. So?" Maya brought her hands out to her sides, tottering them up and down, giving Jacob his options.

"You're evil, you know?" Jacob poked at her far too ticklish stomach, grinning from ear to ear as she laughed and quickly wrapped her arm around herself to be shielded from getting tickled again. "You're going to drive me nuts."

What was meant to be a kind gesture, left Jacob feeling like he had more work to do because Maya would be silly to believe that he wouldn't be asking every last person in La Push if they knew about a job for Maya. Jacob was still completely set on keeping her out of Forks for work if he had anything to do with it. At first, it was just Logan that had him on edge, but now that these disappearances were happening Jacob just couldn't stand the thought of having Maya anywhere but here in La Push where she would be safest.

Ultimately, Maya was sure that Jacob would be unhappy with her continuing her search for work. But the logical side of herself was telling her that she couldn't take their money, nor should be spending all her time cooped up with Jacob. It was a just in case sort of thing, you know, just in case things went sour. Just in case she ended up looking like a fool. Maya wasn't a fifteen year old hopeless romantic anymore, there had to be some sort of level-headedness in a situation like this, or she'd definitely need no help looking like a fool.

"Is that a yes to the date or what?" Maya asked in a playful tone, hoping he was still wanting the date more than worrying about her own need for money, which in her opinion was something that he didn't need to worry about anyway.

Jacob sent a mischievous grin Maya's way before gripping the excess fabric of her shirt at her hips and pulling her ever so slightly in toward him. "Yes please." His gruff voice nearly made her tremble with satisfaction.

Those feelings from the day before blossomed within her, that instinctive desire to inch in closer to him. It was almost troubling to think about how reckless this might be to feel this way so quickly, but that thought alone just couldn't stop her for some reason.

The unfamiliar clearing of a throat sure as hell would though. Jacob and Maya quickly pushed away from each other and turned toward the sound, faces flushed with embarrassment. Jacob reached out to stop Maya when she rushed back to the desk with a smile on her face ready to greet the unknown woman. "I'll handle this one, you just hang out here." He left her with an unconvincing smile before heading over to the woman.

Although Maya didn't know the woman, she could see by the look on Jacob's face that something was off and although it wasn't the easiest task, she tried her best not to listen in.

"Leah wanted me to pick up the car for her." Although Jacob was slightly apprehensive, Sue Clearwater wasn't at all in the slightest. "She seemed a little off today."

Jacob knew Leah well enough to know that she never would be an open book to anyone, not even her own mom. Leah lived in this closed off world, only revealing what she wanted precisely when she wanted to and with whom she chose. Leah was so closed off in fact that she had become so skilled at hiding her thoughts during patrol, which was something Jacob had always been fine with, what she had going on in her head was of no benefit to him.

The friendship they had was one that he had worked diligently at for many years, someone on the outside might see it as nothing more than two people who grew up together, but Jacob did really see Leah as a sister of sorts. A god awful, annoying one at times, but a sister no less. So Jacob took this newfound knowledge of Tate and kept it to himself because more than anything he valued his limbs being intact and fully functioning.

Jacob rubbed at the back of his neck awkwardly. "Yeah well, happens to the best of us, right?"

Whenever Jacob found himself around Sue there was always a lingering tension, one that came from Jacob more than Sue. It all started when she started dating Charlie Swan and this being the first time he had been around Sue since ending things with Bella, that tension almost made his stomach turn. Though Jacob had no regrets from his decision, that didn't stop the natural human instincts he felt. Charlie and even more so Sue wanted nothing more than for Bella to be with Jacob, which just made him feel guilty standing here in front of her, knowing that Sue was probably just dying to ask him why he did it. Why he had to give up on Bella. What they would never see is that in reality, Bella is the one who gave up on Jacob.

"I know she misses you, Jacob." Sue lowered her voice so as to not be heard.

Jacob tensed up instantly, not because of the fact that Sue was making him aware of the fact that Bella missed him, but because his imprint was in earshot. "Listen Sue, I know that Leah and Seth have probably made you very well aware of my current situation. So I would hope that you would recognize that you saying that to me right now is completely insensitive."

The dry laugh that escaped Sue's lips sent a rush of anger through Jacob's system. "I can't believe you would leave her in a situation like that. Jacob, she won't listen to Charlie. She definitely won't listen to me."

The fact that Sue wouldn't drop it was enough to send a fit of rage through Jacob, he was so damn fed up with everyone associated with the pack and their pushy ways. When he wanted Bella nearly everyone in the pack told him what a fool he was and now that he was done with her there were still people who wouldn't leave it alone. He'd fucking imprinted, what was so hard for Sue to understand? Was she really about ready to tell Jacob to deny that? If she was then she was just as much an idiot as the family she had entangled herself with. He wasn't about to let himself feel guilty if this is how he would be treated.

"Well that's her own damn issue, isn't it Sue? You of all people should know that." Speaking to Sue almost as if she was a child, it was surprising to Jacob that so many of the older generation in La Push acted in such an immature manner.

"You have people to protect Jacob."

It was a remark like that felt like the last straw for Jacob, though he knew better than to let his anger take over with Maya around. "You know damn well that I protect my people, don't give me that shit."

Sue's eyes shot open in shock at Jacob's crude words but he didn't care, not even a little bit. If Maya wasn't here he would have loved nothing more than to tell Sue that she had some nerve associating herself with those leeches in any way. Though he had to cut Charlie some slack, it wasn't his fault that he had no idea what was going on. Still, for someone whose safety essentially fell into Jacob's hands, Sue had an awfully horrible way of showing her gratitude.

Perfect timing, Embry bolted in nearly shoving all the food into Maya's arms, already able to make out the conversation that Sue and Jacob were having the moment he stepped out of his car. "Hey, Sue!" Embry always found a way to ease the tension with his overly animated personality. "Let me guess, you were ordered to pick up the car?" With a grin, he pushed past Jacob to gain Sue's attention entirely.

Help that Jacob was more than willing to accept, he made his way back to Maya without even taking a last look at Sue.

"It's that obvious, huh?" Sue said with a chuckle as Embry brought the car down from the lift.

The glare on Jacob's face only confirmed Maya's idea that something was off between him and that woman. It was too easy to take an instant dislike to someone you didn't know when they brought that sort of reaction out of a friend, which is exactly what Maya began to feel for Sue. She tried to tell herself to let it go considering she didn't know this woman at all, but she still hated the idea of anyone causing Jacob to be upset. "You alright?" Maya whispered as soon as Jacob was in earshot.

Relief settled over Maya quickly when Jacob let out a chuckle and grinned at her. "I'm not finished talking about that date." He anxiously opened the bags of food, more than ready to dig in. Maya laughed as she watched him pull everything out with excitement.

Watching the pack all gathered together laughing and stuffing their faces with all the food Emily had so lovingly prepared for them was bittersweet for Jacob. This wasn't anything new, they all got together like this at least once a week, but under different circumstances by far.

The last year or so things had slowed down drastically, which quite frankly was such a relief to most of them, especially those who had been phasing for ten years at this point, like Sam. It was no secret that this was not the kind of life the pack all wished for in the end, they all anticipated that day when La Push wouldn't need their protection any longer. There was a reason their fathers hadn't transitioned, because vampires weren't around or a threat at that point. It was those fucking Cullens who showed up and brought trouble with them, Jacob wished more than anything for them to leave. Most especially now. La Push being free from danger again the way it had been for so long was something Jacob swore wasn't that far out of reach.

But things had suddenly changed the last few weeks, ever since those disappearances started in Forks, Jacob knew something was off. That disgusting scent in La Push recently was nearly enough to leave Jacob feeling defeated and although he didn't let the pack in on his thoughts, there were a few who could see beyond Jacob's facade. When you begin slowing down on patrols, phasing less and less each day, something like this happening made Jacob wonder if his pack would ever be able to have a chance at a life free from this the way he imagined. No one really knew that Jacob was going to have to tell them all that things were getting worse and because Jacob was well aware of that fact he stalled as much as he could, allowing everyone to carry on with enjoying their time together.

When Leah finally walked in, the last person they were waiting for, Jacob took that opportunity to stall even longer. He caught eyes with Leah who wore a harsh look on her face, someone who didn't know Leah all that well would've figured she was upset but Jacob knew better. He was definitely about to upset her though because he couldn't just push his new found knowledge aside. Raising a telling eyebrow, Leah instantly rolled her eyes at Jacob, not surprised in the slightest when he made his way over to her.

"You didn't think I would find out, did you?" Jacob asked with a smirk on his face that Leah was more than ready to slap right off.

She resorted instead to gripping the collar of his shirt and dragging him as quickly as she could out of the front door she had just come in from. "Are you fucking brainless?" Although she spoke in a hushed tone, even still Leah sounded like she was just about ready to kill if Jacob said the wrong thing.

Laughing at her was definitely not the right call, because without a second thought Leah threw her fist into his stomach, causing Jacob to double over. "Shit." Jacob groaned, always forgetting how damn strong Leah was, sure as hell was one of the strongest in the pack.

"I see your dumbass imprint can't mind her own fucking business." Leah spit at Jacob but he took her words with a grain of salt, he knew she was trying to get under his skin.

God, how it reminded him of so much of Sue. Like mother, like daughter. "I could say the same for your mom." Jacob rolled his eyes as he said it.

Leah's angry demeanor instantly broke and a guilty look washed over her angled face, this was the Leah that Jacob had been fortunate enough to get to know over the years. "Did she say something when she picked up the car?"

"What do you think?" Jacob didn't even need to ask for Leah to already assume her mom had a thing or two to say at Bella's defense. That in itself was the most frustrating part about her mom and Charlie together, especially after they got engaged earlier that year, Bella the overly obsessed leech lover becoming her stepsister. Her mom lived in some fantasy world where she thought that the Cullens would leave them alone, even though it was beginning to seem like there was no end in sight so long as Bella had anything to do with it.

"Listen, I told her that she needs to leave it alone. I swear, I really did, but you know how she is." Leah still wore a guilty look on her face.

A humorless chuckle escaped Jacob's lips, he knew exactly what Leah meant and he knew that the chances of Sue letting this go were slim to none. She'd always been the type of woman who believed the best was yet to come and would hold onto that until her dying days. "Yeah, I know. Funny that you got your mom's bad attitude and not so much her optimism."

"Ha ha." Leah responded sarcastically.

Jacob sat on the worn wooden steps at the front of the house, patting beside him, signaling for Leah to join. "So Tate, huh?"

Rejecting his invitation to sit, Leah stood firmly in place, crossing her arms across her chest. "You're the last person I want to talk to about this."

"Am I though?" Jacob didn't believe her. He was certain she was dying to tell someone and Jacob was probably one of the only pack members outside of her family that she knew wouldn't spread this news like wildfire.

The fact of the matter was, Jacob could tell that Tate wasn't an imprint. That wasn't something easy to hide from the pack and Leah had known Tate for so long since her transition at this point it would've been near impossible to keep to herself for that long. None of them really even knew if Leah would ever be able to imprint, she was a unique class of her own.

Leah let out a groan and plopped herself down beside Jacob looking at him with a look that screamed confusion. Her own personal confusion with the entire situation. "Yeah, we're together. We've been together for a while now. Is that what you wanted to hear?" She absolutely hated answering to anyone, at times she hated it most with Jacob solely because he was Alpha. She hated being stuck following the guy she watched grow up, watched waste his time on Bella, and now had to worry if he might see Tate the same way they had all seen Bella.

"Hey," Jacob instantly sensed the defensive tone in her demeanor. "I'm not here to judge you. Remember, this is the guy who had to deal with all of you hating on Bella for years on end. It's just, uh, surprising I guess is the best way to put it. Wouldn't have pictured you being into someone like him."

She laughed in response because Leah knew exactly what Jacob meant when he said someone like him. "Tate isn't the guy you all see. You're all so far up your own asses with this pack shit that not one of you has taken the time to get to know Tate outside of the guy you all feel sorry for because he can't phase."

"Hey, that's not true!" Jacob said defensively, no matter how true Leah might have thought it was, he hated being called out.

Leah laughed even harder this time at how blind Jacob could be to something so obvious. "It is absolutely true. I was in the same boat too, you know? Everything changed when I actually took the time to get to know him."

Looking out at the greenery around them, Leah inhaled deeply, it was relieving to finally tell someone. There was so much she wished she could say about Tate, that she could share with the world. But she was so damn scared to mess everything up, the fearless girl was actually scared of something.

"Jacob?" Leah asked in a softened tone.

When he looked over to find Leah with a solemn look on her face, he wondered what she could possibly want to say.

"I might sound like some stupid girl, but I don't even know what I am to Tate. No one was supposed to know about us. In reality, it just started out as us having fun, that's all it was really supposed to be. I don't feel that way anymore though. I'm falling for him and I'm scared to death to tell him."

Rubbing at his chin, Jacob tried to search for the perfect response. He tried to put himself in Leah's shoes, tried his best to imagine what it would feel like being the only female amongst the pack. Never knowing if she might imprint or not. Jacob was certain that more often than not she felt alone, like the odd one out. Leah had friends among the imprintees, most especially with Emily, but Jacob knew very well that there was still that part of Leah that didn't confide in Emily as much as she could because of her previous ties to Sam. Even with that being a complete thing of the past, Leah still had her tendencies.

"I'd be lying if I told you that I knew exactly what you should do, but I don't think you should give up just because you're scared. I know I wouldn't." Jacob said with a shrug.

And he was right, Leah knew that much, Jacob had always been a very committed person to those around him. Something Leah often struggled with. Hell, she struggled with most human interactions and Leah needed to remind herself of that especially now, that maybe all of this was her and not Tate.

Leaning in to give her a soft nudge with his shoulder, Jacob gave his friend a warm smile. "If you ever need to talk, I'm here."

"Yeah, no thanks." They both laughed together before Jacob stood up, reaching out to help her up so they could go back inside.

Jacob was dreading it, but he knew that he needed to address the pack sooner rather than later, especially if he wanted to send out more than he usually would on patrol tonight. The idea of giving everyone the week off was much more appealing to him.

They all still sat around happily, mostly unsuspecting. The pack had been aware of the scent in La Push, but only a couple of them were on patrol last night. Even with linking those three women to a vampire, Jacob hadn't revealed how serious he feared this could potentially become. Heavy conversations like this were his least favorite task as Alpha, something about having any danger nearby left him feeling at fault. Standing there silently at the front of the room, staring everyone down, it wasn't long before they all began nudging and shushing each other to turn their focus to Jacob.

"For those of you who weren't on patrol last night, we found three of the missing women from Forks, and their scent was all over them. These girls were sucked completely dry. We really can't know for certain if there is more than one vampire and what the motive is but the fact remains that we've never seen something like this so close to home." Before Jacob could continue the glances and whispers already started to spread around the room.

Seth Clearwater who, much like his mother, still had a soft spot for Bella was the first to speak up. "We'll go to the Cullens, they've got to know something or be able to help in some way."

"Why the fuck would we do that? The only reason we put up with those bloodsuckers was for Jacob's sake. They're no asset to us." Embry spit back at Seth.

Naturally, Leah came to the defense of her brother no matter how much she disagreed with him. "He has a point, asshole! You're the one who's not an asset to us." She shoved his head roughly.

"Enough," Jacob commanded. It was hard to get together in this setting and just expect a bunch of hotheads to listen to him without trying to interject. "I don't want to treat this situation lightly. Especially when the motives and numbers are unclear. Their scent has been all over our borders and we found it near our homes last night. Women in Forks are being targeted, so we need to start thinking about our women. Until we can drive them away, we need to strengthen our numbers."

The groans were expected but no less unacceptable in Jacob's eyes, how any of them could groan at more work when there was a potential threat like this was beyond frustrating to Jacob. Maybe he was overthinking things, the pack didn't want to deal with all the extra work being forced up them from the Alpha, but he had that gut feeling that they needed to take action regardless.

"I know it's a lot to ask of everyone but instead of designated nights for patrol, everyone will be out every night, swapping out halfway through the night so we can accommodate for sleep. I need at least two wolves patrolling throughout the day, I hope I can count on you all to do that much on a voluntary basis." Jacob looked on for a moment trying to read everyone's emotions. There was mostly frustration and he knew why, they all were starting to finally relax without the worry of the enemy showing up and this was an inconvenient setback.

"We're seeing that women are being abducted, so why aren't we going out there right now and stopping it? There are still several more women from Forks missing, why would we let the same thing happen? I just don't think we should let this continue and more than anything leave our own women at risk. It's not right for us to just stand by." The words came from Jared who had his arms tightly wound around his imprint, Kim's, waist. Jared had always had eyes set to kill, especially if it meant that he was keeping the person he loved safe.

Jacob shook his head steadily looking for the right words to help them understand. "We don't know what we're dealing with here. There could be multiple bloodsuckers, they could be messing with us entirely. Spreading the scent in La Push could be a ploy to draw us out. I don't understand how their sick minds work, none of us do. There is far too much uncertainty. We are absolutely strong in numbers, but it would be nothing short of irresponsible to just attack without any strategy or insight on what we are up against."

"They can't fucking touch us. As Jared said, let's just go tonight and end it now." Paul threw out the irrational thought and Jacob once again found himself embarrassed to have him as his brother in law.

"Forks is unknown territory for us and a much bigger population than La Push. We also have the confusion that comes from the Cullens scent. If you all would just fucking listen, we aren't jumping into anything. But don't for a second take that as us just standing by. I will make my way out to Forks tonight and see if there are any trails that we can follow. Sam, if you'd join me?"

Sam sent a silent nod Jacob's way and did his best not to glance over at Emily who he was certain would be apprehensive of all this. Even though Sam knew that he and Jacob were the strongest of the pack he agreed with Jacob, they didn't know what they were dealing with. In the best-case scenario, it was just one sick in the head leech that they could take out tonight, that's what Sam hoped for.

It was something that the entire pack could agree upon.

Leave a review and let me know what you think. I do plan on sharing more of Tate and Leah's story but I don't know to what extent. Would love your opinion :)
