Dominic's dorm, day

Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang walked over to Dominic's dorm so he could help with their plan. When Yang knocked on the door, she could hear a clicking noise.

Dominic opened the door with an 8-inch creature beside him. The creature was wearing a beige/yellow rag over it's body, the rag appeared like it was meant to look like some sort of small animal.

"What is that thing?" Weiss asked. She had no idea what kind of animal it was.

The creature jumped into Dominic's arms with joy. "This is my partner, Mimikyu." He said with a smile. "Mimikyu's been with me for years, I trust him with my life. What did you come here for?"

Blake told him about their plan to find out more about the Fang. Dominic knew how to pass as faunus, so he and Mimikyu went with Blake. "Why is Mimikyu coming with us?" Blake asked when Dominic said he'd bring his partner.

"Because there's a special attack only me and Mimikyu can use. Besides, strength in numbers." Dominic was not going to leave Mimikyu behind and that was final. Before leaving, Dominic got his Z-Ring and Mimikum Z.

Cut to White Fang rally

You may be asking "how would Dominic pass as faunus?", well he just filled his eyes with tar to simulate spider eyes. It was odd to witness. The man at the entrance gave Blake, Sun, and Dominic matching masks. They entered and saw Roman of all people giving a speech. Mimikyu was resting in Dominic's arms, almost looking like a plush toy. "That deerie joke was just terrible." Eventually, Roman's assistant noticed the three huntsman in training. Blake shot the lights, blinding all the humans. They, pardon the pun, highTAILED it out of there.

After calling the others, Dominic removed the tar from his eyes and started running. Blurs of black, gold, and crimson were speeding through Vale, they were being chased by the mech that Roman showcased. Mimikyu was running as well.

They eventually made it to the highway and leapfrogged from car to car. The mech just pushed the cars out of the way. "I have an idea. Mimikyu, use Thunder!" Mimikyu's body started to surge with electricity as it created a lightning bolt to hit the mech from above.

"How did you do that?!" Sun asked.

"Thunder is one of Mimikyu's attacks. It summons a lightning bolt to hit it's target. It works better when it's raining." Dominic explained before picking up Mimikyu from the street.

Yang and Neptune arrived on Yang's motorcycle. Neptune and Sun attacked the mech before getting knocking off the highway. "They're fine, they have plot armor. Just like Pyrrha." Dominic said, foreshadowing something.

Weiss arrived soon after, using an ice attack to throw the mech away from the street.

Ruby was there at the bottom, finally making Team RWHBY whole.

(fight continues as canon until Yang gets attacked)

Dominic and Mimikyu saw Yang get punched through the pillar. "Seems like the perfect time to use our trump card, wouldn't you say?" Dominic asked the Ghost/Fairy type. It nodded it's fake head in response. "Everyone, get back! Time for our team attack." He said, igniting his eye.

He stood behind Mimikyu, striking an "arms crossed" pose. "Light and dark, mixing in perfect harmony."

He then thrust his arms forward. "Two sides of the same coin."

He created a miniature heart with his hands and got up on one foot, arms in a dainty position. Mimikyu received Z-Power from Dominic.

"NOW MIMIKYU! LET'S SHOW THEM THE TRUE MEANING OF NERAIDAPHOBIA! USE LET'S SNUGGLE FOREVER!" Dominic shouted, commanding Mimikyu.

Mimikyu started to run around the mech, confusing Roman. It then jumped up, enveloping the mech in it's disguise. Dominic gave it a thumbs up, and it let loose on the mech.

Roman couldn't defend himself in any way. Ruby and the others were glad that they brought Mimikyu with them. After a few seconds, Mimikyu went back to Dominic. As a finisher move, Dominic had Mimikyu use Hyper Beam. It hit, but Roman's lackey bailed him out. Dominic fell to the ground, exhausted. Mimikyu rushed to him with worry. "I'm fine buddy, just overexerted myself today."

Vale ocean, night

A beam of light crashed into the water. Grimm were attracted to the negativity it gave off. When they got too close, they were blasted with showers of pure light.

The beast that caused it roared into the night before flying off.
