- Chapter 10: The Justice of Lightning that Rings. -
鳴る稲妻の正義。
In the mysterious room with the canvas, as the robotic arm began to whir to life, much to the interest of the three mysterious individuals who seemed to watch the arm begin writing on the third page of the book with sheer interest that felt unrivaled to everything else going on in the world around them. As the figure who had made the Ookami Megid stepped up, he would walk towards the painting on one of the walls, as unsurprisingly, it would once again unfold open, revealing what appeared to be a mostly-empty bookshelf, with the exception of three books, two of which were ones they had used previously.
Taking out the third book, he would comment on it, as he chuckled, "The Swordsman of Fire… fighting these Megid will only further our plan even more, and he and his friends will be none the wiser…" Walking out of the room, a human-sized book would form in front of him, as it would open, the pages of the book flipping open in a manner similar to the portals that Homura had used to walk between the real world and the Wonder World, as he would step into it, before walking out into the streets of the city. Looking upwards, he would hold the book in his pocket, as he looked up to observe the giant tower looming over him.
Simply chuckling, amidst the empty courtyards of Beacon Academy, he would gaze at the book, as it showed the illustration of what appeared to be the figure of a male, and a rabbit, with the engravings of the phrase, "Inaba no Shirousagi", etched onto the front page of the book, before the unidentified individual would only open it, as it would then echo in a voice that screamed of darkness, as with the previous two Alter Ride Books before it.
[INABA NO SHIROUSAGI!]

From the book, multiple books would fly from the small book in the individual's hand, before enlarging, landing on the ground with a loud thud, before an outline would form, dark blue lines burning and etching into the books, before it would cause the books to shatter, revealing what appeared to be a maroon and cornsilk-coloured rabbit, as it would hold its claws up, the metallic sheen of the blades reflecting the light of the afternoon skies. As it would stare at him with an-almost murderous intent, the individual could only chuckle, before giving it one instruction. Attack.
As afternoon loomed after the lunch with the rest of Teams RWBY and JNPR, Homura would assist Velvet to the infirmary, as he decided to wait around for her whilst her ears were being treated by the resident doctor, as he would then ask her, "How's things been, Velvet? Considering you're one of the second-year students now…" Velvet would only laugh awkwardly, replying with, "It's been… okay. I suppose…" Homura softly could only chuckle, before he could only sigh, lamenting on what had just happened.
"You know… I don't really want to say this, to be frank, but… I honestly thought you'd be able to stand up for yourself…" "I… am not much of a combatant… and… I don't really like hurting people at all…" He could softly sigh again, before commenting, "A pacifist, huh…? I suppose I should have expected that from somebody as you. I mean… your weapon is a camera, isn't it?" She chuckled, nodding, before taking out what appeared to be an antique camera of some kind. "Mhmm, I've been working on Anesidora for quite some time now." She simply grinned, as he would then comment, "Ya know, I think your weapon is the first name I've actually heard regarding a weapon. I'm pretty sure everyone elses' weapons have names too… but admittedly, I've forgotten to ask, or I've never heard them say it…"
And he paused for a moment, as if realizing something, before simply commenting, "Never mind… I think I've heard Ruby swoon over Crescent Rose before, so I think that's her weapon name or something…" There was a brief pause for what felt like a long moment, before the two could only chuckle, as he could only sigh in joy. "This is nice… being in Beacon, even if just for two or so weeks, feels like I've lost my marbles ever so slightly…" "I can understand, as a second-year myself." The conversation would then go on for what felt like a few minutes, before suddenly, they would hear an explosion from outside, much to Homura's own shock, as he would then rush out of the infirmary, leaving a very worried Velvet behind.
And as he rushed outside, he would find himself once again at the Beacon Academy courtyard, coming face-to-face with what appeared to be another Megid. However, this time, as Homura noted from the outlines and design of the Megid, it seemed to resemble a crimson and pale golden-colored rabbit, as the rabbit would then take notice of him, charging at the Swordsman of Flame, as he was barely able to dodge in time, though he would manage to be swiped at by the rabbit demon, sending him tumbling as he flinched in pain.
[SEIKEN SWORDRIVER!]
聖剣ソードライバー！
Getting off the ground as quickly, dodging another one of the Megid's attacks as he rolled to the side, he would unsheathe the Kaenken Rekka, as it would glow, brimming into activation, as he he would then rush the Megid, rapidly attacking it with his sword, and barely parrying the claw attacks the rabbit-like Megid would send out at him, finding himself constantly being pushed back by the sheer power, almost as if the winds were pushing him backwards as well. Deciding that there was no choice but to transform, he would equip the Seiken Swordriver, taking out the Brave Dragon and Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Books, deciding, "It's best I try this out."
[BRAVE DRAGON! Katsute, subete o horobosu hodo no idaina chikara o te ni shita shinjuu ga ita…]
ブレイブドラゴン！かつて全てを滅ぼすほどの偉大な力を手にした神獣がいた…
[LAMP DO ALANGINA! Toaru ikoku no ji ni inishie kara tsutawaru fushigi na chikara o motsu ranpu ga atta…]
ランプドアランジーナ！とある異国の地に古から伝わる不思議な力を持つランプがあった…
As he would take out the red and yellow Wonder Ride Books, they would then echo with their activation announcements, before Homura would then flip them to the second pages, as they would then echo out their story announcement page, before he would then insert the Kaenken Rekka into the Swordriver, before inserting the two books into the left and right slots of the Driver. And as he commited to the action, inserting the books, two holographic projections of the book would form, before dissipating, as giant projections of the two Wonder Ride Books formed behind her, crashing into the floor with a loud noise.
And as the Books landed, the members of Teams RWBY and JNPR, having overheard the commotion, would appear on the scene, as they then noticed Homura preparing to transform. And immediately, Homura would then grip the hilt of the red blade inserted into the Driver, before then pulling it out, with a flurry of flames.
[REKKA~ BATTŌ!]

And as he would twirl around the sword, he would extend out his left hand, before both of the giant books behind him would open. And as the gargantuan projection of the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book would then open, a genie would then materialize, circling around the future Swordsman of Flame, almost as if dancing around him, before a flurry of storms would then form around him, sending the now-attacking Megid flying, before circling around him alongside the Brave Dragon, which emerged from the gargantuan projection of the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book, the Driver echoing the transformation announcement.
[Ni-satsu no hon o kasaneshi toki, seinaru tsurugi ni chikara ga yadoru! Wandā Raidā! Dragon! Alangina! Futatsu no zokusei o sonaeshi yaiba ga togi sumasa reru!]

The two gargantuan book projections would then dissipate, leaving what was basically Saber's third form, and second Wonder Rider, as he could only look downwards at his suit, seeing what appeared to be a lamp on his left shoulder, as he could only chuckle, finally seeing the Wonder Ride Book in use, though he was sure that this wasn't going to be his most optimal use. And as Ruby and Nora could only stare on in awe, Saber would then rush towards the Megid, as it would then charge at him, getting up almost instantly, before the winds would suddenly pick up, going against the direction that Saber was charging towards as he found himself caught by surprise.
"What the hell…?" Homura asked himself confusedly, as he would continue rushing at the Megid, though his train of thought would be interrupted when the Megid would suddenly send out rays of flame towards Saber, sending him backwards as he used the Kaenken Rekka to shield him from the rays of fire that were sent his way, the blade absorbing the flames the Megid was sending out, though it was seemingly almost-overloaded by the Megid's attacks, as Saber continued to push himself forwards.
It was also at the same time that Weiss would charge in, holding out her rapier as the revolver barrel on the cross-guard area would then glow a light blue, before she would fire what appeared to be a circle of ice crystals on the ground around the Megid, as the crystals would suddenly erupt, trapping the Megid's lower body region in a slab of ice, as Saber could only comment, "Thank you, Weiss!" Immediately, he would charge at the Megid, attacking it, before it would suddenly break free, much to his and Weiss' shock, as it would then suddenly send out multiple small killer bunnies, roughly ten or twenty in total, as the two fighters would then suddenly find themselves overwhelmed by the killer bunnies, much to their and the rest of their teammates' concerns.
Immediately, they too would charge into battle, assisting Saber in dispatching off the killer bunnies to the best of their ability, whilst the Megid would continue to summon. And as Saber looked at his left arm, suddenly seeing sparks of lightning emerge from the fingertips of the armor, he found himself coming up with a new idea, as he would then send his left arm forward, suddenly lightning at the killer bunnies, killing a good chunk of them and sending the Megid backwards, as it would then suddenly send a torrent of water at the Swordsman of Flame, cancelling out his flames and turning them to steam, and electrocuting himself as he was caught in his own attack.
And sent tumbling to the ground, he would grit his teeth in pain underneath the mask, as both Nora and Ren would then rush towards the Megid as well, as Nora would fire her hammer, preparing to attack the Megid from above, whilst Ren would aggressively send hails of bullets upon the enemy. However, it would blindside the two, sending out a sort-of fog that was more cattail fluff in nature, that would distract the duo as it continued to send more killer bunnies at the nine huntsmen-in-training, as Homura would finally manage to land a fire and electricity-enhanced slash on the Megid, sending it flying.
He would groan in pain, as he would jump backwards near Ruby and Jaune, only being able to comment, "This Megid is such a pain in the a-" His words were cut off when the Megid would launch itself towards the trio, as Ruby and Jaune would unsheathe their weapons, as the three would then block the blow from the Megid, as it would then suddenly send out torrents towards them, as they would get hit, before they would dodge the attacks, the water burning off Rekka's flames, much to Homura's disdain.
"Motherfucker." Homura commented to himself, before taking out the Peter Fantasista Wonder Ride Book, as he would take out the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book from the right slot of the Seiken Swordriver, the yellow armor dissipating into thin air and turning back into the normal left half of the armor, as he would then activate the book's opening announcement, before he would open it, revealing the illustration, as the story's announcement would then echo.
[PETER FANTASISTA! Toaru otona no naranai shōnen ga kurihirogeru yume to kibō no sutōrī…]

As Homura would then close the book, he would put the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book on the Book Holders of his Driver after a second or two of fidgeting it around, before he would then close the page of his Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book, which was inserted into the Driver, before inserting the Wonder Ride Book, the Peter Fantasista Wonder Ride Book glowing, as a holographic book projection would then form, before a giant manifestation of the two Wonder Ride Books manifested, forming behind him in a burst of flames, before Homura would grip onto the Kaenken Rekka, inserting the sword and pulling it back out.
[REKKA~ BATTŌ!]

And as he would twirl around the sword, he would extend out his left hand, before both of the giant books behind him would open, as a fairy would emerge from the gigantic Peter Fantasista Wonder Ride Book, before it would spin around his hand, as it would then form into more armor, a light blue arm with a hook attachment emerging.

And as the two giant books would dissipate, Saber, now in Dragon Peter form, would then rush towards the Megid, as he would send the hook flying towards it, trapping it within the hook, before he would suddenly find his hook being unwound, as the Megid would then erupt from it, charging and honing in on Saber only, as he would then suddenly take to the skies, sending his hook upwards and suddenly flying up, even though he was pretty sure that there was nothing to even hook onto. And as he looked up, he would find himself being hooked upwards by the fairy that formed his armor, as he would only chuckle.
And as he took himself in the skies, it would send up multiple balls of what appeared to be cattail fluff, as he would hold the sword in front of him, blocking the attack, as the Megid would then jump towards Saber, dashing at him above through the power of its increased jump height, before it would then suddenly open its jaws widely, almost as if similar to a Lovecraftian monster of horrifying proportions, much to Homura's horror, as it would then execute a powerful attack, sending him flying into the forest.
And as the Megid would chase after him, the nine huntsmen-in-training would then chase after Homura and the Megid, as they would land in the middle of the Emerald Forest, as Saber found himself crashing into the trees, hitting quite a good number of the branches on the way down, as he landed on the ground, heavily groaning and forcefully de-transforming as the red and blue Wonder Rider armor he donned would dissipate, leaving a coughing wielder, who would barely get up, as he struggled to hold his footing, clinging onto a nearby tree. As he would manage to pick up the two Wonder Ride Books he had on him, he would look at the yellow one in his hand, noticing the illustration resembling a yellow lamp with a pair of glowing blue eyes almost staring back at him.
Deciding that he had no choice but to get up, he would hold the Wonder Ride Book in his left hand, before he would grip the Kaenken Rekka in his hands, as he would then scan the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book, or at least, try to. However, the Megid would then close the distance between them almost instantly, slashing him multiple time as he would then be sent flying even more, crashing into another tree, coughing for his own life. And as the other eight would then land, looking at Homura's state in horror, they would then rush into battle, attacking the Megid.
And as Homura got up, clinging onto a tree, he would take out what appeared to be the second Seiken Swordriver, as he would then call out to Nora, screaming out to the other as she landed another hit on the Megid, turning to Homura, as he would then toss the second Seiken Swordriver and the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book to the other, "Catch!" And Nora would then catch it, as she would send the Megid flying with her weapon, as she looked at it confusedly, before the book would turn on, activating on its own, the voice echoing for the people around them to hear.
[LAMP DO ALANGINA!]

As she took a deep breath, she would copy the movements that Saber had once done when he activated his books, before she would flip it onto the second page, as she would see the yellow illustration of a lamp, the title of the Wonder Ride Book almost as if echoing, or rather, resonating with her in a sense. The book would then activate its story announcement, as it would echo in a deep voice, while sending out lightning in what felt like random directions.

Equipping the Seiken Swordriver on her waist, she would close the book, before holding it out, as everybody would look at her confusedly, with the exception of the de-transformed Saber, who was simply looking at her with a small smile on his face. He would comment, "And so this story takes a new page," as she would then look down to her Driver, figuring out which slot to utilize the Ride Book in, as she would then insert it into the aforementioned slot, as the Driver's tune would play.
As the book was inserted, a holographic projection of a book opening would form in front of the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book, as it would flip open before dissipating, as a giant projection of the yellow Wonder Ride Book would form behind her, much to her surprise, as her voice seemed to be very giddy, almost as if in nothing but utter disbelief for the situation going on. And as the giant Book landed, hitting the ground with a powerful crash, she would then hold her weapon, slamming the head of the hammer into the ground as she would then grip the hilt of the yellow blade inserted into the Driver, before then pulling it out, with a flurry of thunder.
[IKAZUCHI~ BATTŌ! LAMP DO ALANGINA~!]

And as she pulled out the yellow blade from the Driver, the gargantuan projection of the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book would then open, as a genie would then materialize, circling around the future Swordswoman of Lightning, almost as if dancing around her, before a flurry of storms would then form around her, sending the now-attacking Megid flying. All the while, the book in the Seiken Swordriver would also open, revealing the third page, an illustration of a yellow arm, as the genie would then attack the Megid for what felt like a few seconds.
Then, said genie would then swirl in a very tight circle around the Rider, as she would then twirl around her sword almost as if spinning a hammer around, before holding the yellow blade in front of her, screaming out a very hyper, "Henshin!", in a manner as if she were trying to copy Saber's movements herself. She would then send out an upwards slash, before holding her sword up high, as the genie would then separate into pieces, forming her armor, as the yellow Rider would then form amidst the storms.
[Ikazuchi~ Issatsu! Ranpu no sei to Raimeiken Ikazuchi ga majiwaru toki, inadzuma no ken ga hikari kagayaku!]
黄雷一冊！ランプの精と雷鳴剣雷が交わる時稲妻の剣が光り輝く！
And as the complete transformation theme would then place, the Swordswoman of Lightning would then twirl her sword around, albeit a little clumsily, as lightning continued to form around her, emanating from the yellow and white plates that formed her armor, as it would be sent in almost every direction, attacking the Megid, and even the Grimm that seemed to be emerging from the depths of the bushes, and the shadows of the forest. Continuing to play with her sword as the full jingle continued playing, her blade would then grow a very bright yellow, channeling the lightning all around her, as it would then flicker, the runes on the blade glowing as it awakened to life.
[RAIMEIKEN IKAZUCHI!]

And as she readied herself, the projection of a yellow lamp, similar to that told in the story of Aladdin would appear, before it would then dissipate, revealing the armor form in its pure glory, the white and yellow plates of her armor gleaming against the sunlight from high above, and her yellow visor glowing ever-so-slightly, as she wielded the sword in her right hand. "Now, I'm feeling pumped up!" She would scream, as the lightning would all but dissipate, as she prepared to attack the Grimm. Immediately, as the Megid would get up, charging at her at full power, she would only ready herself. "Oi, Homura! Get yourself back into the fray!"
And Saber could only chuckle, as he got up somewhat, equipping the Seiken Swordriver and taking out the Brave Dragon and Peter Fantasista Wonder Ride Books, activating them, whilst commenting on the situation at hand, "Heh. You haven't even been given a name yet, after all, Nora! The Swordsman of Lightning… Kamen Rider Espada!"
