Ava P.O.V

I slowly open my eyes and frown when I feel someone's arm around my waist, I look to my right and see Draco fast asleep with his mouth wide out, which makes me laugh quitely to myself.

I can't believe we are together, I definitely didn't think that would happen when we first walked into this room. And we kissed. I thought it was going to feel weird, not because I don't like him, but because we have known each other for years, so I just thought that it was going to be awkward, but it wasn't. I felt butterflies in my stomach the second our lips touched.

I didn't mean to whisper it after we pulled apart, but I just happy that I felt them. I didn't want Draco to know that I kissed Krum because I didn't want him to be jealous, but he seemed ok with it. I was a little jealous when he said that he kissed his date at the Yule Ball, but we wasn't together then, so I can't really say anything.

I look at the clock on the wall and see that it's half 7, better get up before we are late for breakfast. I look at Draco, even when he's asleep he's good looking. "Sleeping beauty" I say, shaking him a little, "it's time to get up."

He groans. "I don't want to wake up."

"How about if I give you a kiss? Would you wake up then?"

"No, but I'll still have the kiss."

"Sorry, but it doesn't work th -" I stop talking when Draco grabs the back of my head and pushes my lips to his. He smirks as I pull away.

"I should have known you would do something like that" I mutter.

"Yeah, you really should have."

"Right, now that you have got your kiss, it's time to get up" he groans. "Come on, it's Umbridge lesson first and we don't want to be late for that" I say, which makes him groan more.

"Come on, we can sit at the back and hold hands under the table."

He smiles at me. "That sounds nice" he says, sitting up. "Ok, I'm up."

We grab our things, leave the room and walk back to the common room hand in hand.

Draco says the password once we reach the portrait which makes it open and we can walk inside. I look around and see Crabbe, Goyle and Blaise sitting in front of the fire. They look at us, then our hands.

"Finally" Goyle says grinning.

"Looks like I win the bet" Crabbe says smirking.

"What bet?" I ask frowning, as we walk over and sit down next to them.

"They were betting on us and when we would end up together" Draco says.

"Yeah, and I won" Crabbe says smugly. "I said you would get together within the first week back at school."

"What do you win?" I ask.

"Goyle and Blaise have to do my homework for the next month" he smirks at them.

Blaise rolls his eyes, then looks at us. "You couldn't have just waited until next month, could you? I would have won the bet then."

"Sorry mate" Draco says, "but last night was the perfect time to ask her" I smile at him. "Anyway, we should get ready for the day."

We nod and I rush off upstairs, take a quick shower and get changed into my school clothes. I get all my books for the day and put them into my bag, then head back downstairs.

Oh, I've just realised that I need to tell dad about me and Draco. I wonder how he's going to take it?

I walk back into the common room and see them stood there waiting for me. I smile at them, then we leave the common room and head to the Great Hall. When we talk in I see my dad sitting at the teachers table. He's the only teacher there so this is the perfect time to talk to him.

I look at the boys. "I will be back in a minute" they just nod and I walk over to my dad, he looks at me and smiles, I smile back. I sit next to him since there's no other teachers here yet.

Ok, here it goes. "Dad, I need to tell you something" he looks at me "I just wanted to let you know that me and Draco are - thatwearetogether."

He rises his eyebrow at me. "Sorry, got a little nervous. Me and Draco are together."

"I see" he says with a straight face. I hate when he does this because I can never tell what he's thinking.

"How do you feel about that?"

"I don't like the idea of my daughter dating, but I approve of your relationship with Mr Malfoy, and I couldn't think of anyone better for my little girl" I smile at him. "When did this happen?"

"Last night."

"I'm happy for the both of you, but I will be having a word with Malfoy at some point today."

"Why?"

"To give him a waring."

"A warning" I frown. "A warning about what?"

He was about to say something but gets cut off "hem hem" we look and see Umbridge standing there. "Excuse me Professor Snape, but why is this student sitting at the teachers table?"

"Because she's my daughter and needed to speak with me."

"Oh, I didn't know this lovely young lady was your daughter."

"And now you do" I say and dad nudges me. I look at him and he gives me a warning look.

Umbridge looks at me. "And what is your name dear?"

"Ava Snape."

"It's nice to meet you Miss Snape."

"You too Professor. Anyway, I better leave since the other teachers are turning up" I look at dad. "I will see you later."

"Good bye, Ava."

I stand up and go to walk off but Umbridge stops me. "Miss Snape, it's rude not to say good bye when you're leaving."

I frown. "I've just said good bye" she rises her eyebrow at me. "Oh, you meant say good bye to you" I look at her. "Good bye, Professor."

"Good bye, Miss Snape" she giggles. Giggles. I look at dad, who shakes his head a little, telling me not to say anything. I give Umbridge a little smile and walk off.

I'm walking back to my table when I see Harry walking into the Great Hall. I sigh, he's another person I need to tell about me and Draco. I walk over to him and he smiles, I smile back.

"Hey baby cousin" he whispers as he gives me a hug.

"By one day" I whisper, hugging him back.

"And don't you forget it."

"Like you would let me."

"Well, I've always been the younger cousin, haven't I? So it feels nice being older."

"Why, because you think you're the boss?"

"Exactly."

I roll my eyes and pull away from him. "You do remember me saying that you can't boss me around?"

"I can try" he says grinning.

I look at him. "I need to tell you something."

"Good or bad?"

"Good is for me, bad for you."

"I don't like the sound of that."

"And you're not going to like the sound of this, me and Draco are together."

"You're what?" he asks a little too loud.

"Shh" I say as I put my hand over his mouth. I can see Draco and the boys looking at us with a frown on their face. I move my hand. "I told you you wouldn't like the sound of it."

"Since when?"

"Since last night" I look at him. "How do you feel about it?"

"I'm not happy about it, and I don't trust him at all, but it's your life and you can date whoever you want, but I swear to god, if he hurts you, then I'll kill him."

"You won't need to because dad will kill him first."

"Ok, good" he says nodding.

"Anyway, I better go before Crabbe and Goyle eats everything."

He laughs a little. "Bye Ava."

"See ya later Harry" I say smiling. I look and see Ron and Hermione walking into the Great Hall. I walk over to them. "Good morning. Me and Draco are together, ok, bye" I say before walking off.

"You're what?" they both asks, which makes me laugh a little. I turn around and shrug with a smile. I walk over to the Slytherin table and sit down with to Draco.

"What was all that about?" he asks.

"I was just telling them about us."

"Why?"

"Because they are my friends" I look at him. "I also told my dad" he looks at me worriedly, which makes me laugh. "Don't look so worried, he's ok with it. He approves."

Draco sighs in relief. "Ok good. I'm glad he approves."

"But he did say that he wants to talk to you at some point today. Something about giving you a warning."

"A warning? What kind of warning?"

"I dunno, Umbridge came over before he could tell me, but I'm sure it's nothing bad."

"Are you kidding me? This is Snape we are talking about, it's going to be bad."

"It's probably just warning about Ava" Crabbe says.

"About me?" I frown.

"Yeah, you know how protective he is over you. He probably just wants to warn him not to hurt you or something."

"He doesn't need to warn me about that because I'm not going to hurt Ava!" Draco says a little offended.

"Dad knows that, but you know what he's like when his mind goes into overdrive."

"Yeah" Blaise says, taking a bite of his toast. "I mean look what he did with Krum."

"Dad isn't going to make Draco drink Veritaserum."

"Can he if he wants" Draco huffs. "I will pass with flying colours anyway."

I was about to say something, but stop when I hear the bell go off. We all grab our things and leave the Great Hall.

We walk into the Defence Against the Dark Arts and it's a lot different from when the fake Moody was teacher. The room is bear, there's no spell books or other books on the bookshelf. I frown, what's all that about? There should be books on the shelf.

Me and the boys sit at the back of the room and start talking as we wait for the rest of the class to turn up. Once everyone was here, Umbridge walks in and slowly walks to the front of the room. She turns around and smiles at everyone.

"Good morning" she says, but no one says it back, making her smile fade. "Tut, tut, that won't do now, will it? I would like you all to say good morning, Professor Umbridge."

"Good morning, Professor Umbridge" we all mutter back, which makes her smile again. A rather smug smile actually. "There, that wasn't so hard, was it? Now, I would like you all to put your wands away, and replace them with your quills."

Me, Harry, Ron and Hermione all looked at each other with raised eyebrow. We almost started laughing when we realised that we were pulling the same face, but we manged to keep it under control.

Umbridge flicked her wand at a pile of books on her desk and the books began floating over to us and started passing themselves out. I pick up the book and read the title to myself Dark Art Defence Spells, basic for beginners.

Wait, for beginners? I look around and see that everyone is as confused as me.

"I would like you to turn to page five and read, Chapter One, Basics for Beginners, there will be on need to talk" Umbridge says. Read? Why are we only reading?

"Yes, Miss -?" Umbridge says. I look around to see who she's talking to, and I see Hermione with her hand in the air.

"Granger."

"Miss Granger, what seems to be the problem?"

"There's nothing in here about using defensive spells" Hermione says. I quick look through the book and see that she's right.

"Using spells? Why, I can't imagine why you would need to use spells in my classroom."

"We're not going to use magic?" Ron asks.

"Students will raise their hands when they wish to speak in my class" Umbridge snaps, whilst smiling. Hermione's hand went back in the air. "Yes, Miss Granger, you wanted to something else?"

"Yes, surely the whole point of Defence Against the Dark Arts is to practise defensive spells."

"You will be learning about Defensive spells in a secure risk free way."

"What use is that? If we are going to be attacked it won't be risk free, will it?" Harry asks.

"Hand Mr Potter" she says. Harry puts his hand up but Umbridge ignores him, so I put my hand up. "Yes, Miss Snape" everyone looks at me.

"Well, it's like what Harry said, isn't it? If we are going to be attacked, then it won't be risk free."

"Do you expect to be attacked during my classes?" she asks.

"No, but -"

"I do not wish to criticise the way things have been run in this school, but you have been exposed to some very irresponsible wizards in this class, not to mention extremely dangerous half-breeds" Umbridge says.

"If you're talking about Lupin, then he was the best teacher they had" I say angrily.

"And how would you know Miss Snape? You wasn't even at the school when he was a teacher."

"Because I've heard what he did teach them when he was here, at least he knew what he was doing, unlike you."

She gives me a little giggle, then looks away. "You have been introduced to spells that have been complex, inappropriate to your age group and potentially lethal. You have been frightened into believing that you are likely to meet dark attacks every other day" Umbridge says

"No, we haven't" me and Hermione say annoyed.

"Your hand is not up Miss Granger, and either is yours Miss Snape" we put our hands up but Umbridge turns her back on us. Me and Hermione look at each other with 'what the fuck' look.

"It is my understanding that my predecessor not only performed illegal curses in front of you, he actually performed them on you" she says.

"Well, he was a Death Eater, wasn't he?" I ask. "Mind you, we did learn a lot, and it's also thanks to him that Harry could fight off the Imperius Cures when Voldemort tried to use it on him."

Harry smiled at me, which makes Draco glare at him. I jump when Draco suddenly pinches my leg. I look at him and he shakes his head.

Umbridge looks at me, then starts to walk over to our table. "I've heard very good things about you Miss Snape, your father speaks very highly of you, so -"

"He does?" I cut her off, unable to stop the smile appearing on my face.

"Yes, so just for today, I will let you off with a warning" she says, before walking back to the front of the class.

"It is the view of the Ministry that a theoretical knowledge will be sufficient enough to get you through your examinations, which after all is what school is all about."

"And how's theory supposed to prepare us for what's out there?" Harry asks.

"There is nothing out there dear. Who do you think would attack children such as yourselves?"

"Oh, I dunno" Harry says, pretending to think, "maybe Lord Voldemort."

"Now, let me make this quite plain, you have been told that a certain Dark Wizard is at large once again" she looks at everyone, before slowly saying. "This is a lie."

"It's not a lie" Harry says angrily. "I saw him. I fought him."

"Detention, Mr Potter."

"So according to you Cedric Diggory dropped dead of his own accord?"

"Cedric Diggory's death was a tragic accident."

"No, it was murder" Harry shouts. "Voldemort killed him and you know it."

"Enough" Umbridge shouts. "Detention, tonight, my office, 5 o'clock" she looked at everyone. "I do not want to hear another word out of any of you, if I do, then I will take 100 points from your house and give you detention for the rest of the year. Now, turn to page five and read, Chapter One, Basics for Beginners."

Nobody said anything else and sit there reading, well everyone but Harry, who sat there and glared at Umbridge. She pretended that she couldn't see him and sat behind her desk, smirking. After an hour of reading, the bell finally went off and we were allowed to leave.

I picked up my bag and turned to talk to Draco only to find him gone. "Where did Draco go?" I ask the boys.

"Dunno" Crabbe shrugged. "He just rushed out of the room."

"He didn't like that you talked back to Umbridge and stuck up for Potter" Blaise says.

"That little grass" I say angrily, when I realise why he rushed out of the room. "He's gone to tell my dad."

"Grass?" Goyle frowns.

"Yeah, it just means to tell on someone" I look at my watch and see that we have 20 minutes before our next lesson, which just so happens to be potions. I don't want to go back to the common room just in case Draco is there, because I know that it would turn into an argument. I'll see if Harry is in his common room.

I look at the boys. "I'll see ya later" they just nod. I walk out of the room and rush to the Gryffindor common room. I was almost there when I hear, "Don't you dare take another step, Ava Snape."

I'm going to kill Draco the next time I see him. I turn around and see dad walking over to me. "Hey dad."

"Don't you hey dad me young lady. What's this I hear about you talking back to Umbridge."

"I couldn't help it, she's calling Harry a liar, and you should have heard what she said about Lupin."

"That does not give you the rights to talk back to a teacher."

"But she's -"

"I don't care" he harshly cuts me off. "I want you on your best behaviour from now on, do you understand me?"

"But -"

"No buts Ava. Best behaviour or no Hogsmeade visits this year, do you understand?"

"Yes dad, I understand you."

"Good, now go apologize to Professor Umbridge for your behaviour today."

"What, n -" I start but stop when dad gives me a warning look. "Fine" I groan. We walk all the way back to Umbridge's classroom, well, I was kind of dragging my feet because I don't want to say sorry to her.

"I will wait here, but I will be able to hear everything, so be nice" dad says, as soon as we reach her door. I nod and knock on the door.

"Come in" I push out the door and walk into her classroom, which makes her look at me. "Miss Snape, to what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?"

"I've come to say sorry for my behaviour today, I'm just tired and I tend to get a little moody when I'm tired, so, I'm sorry for today and I promise that I will be on my best behaviour from now on" I say, crossing my fingers behind my back, since I lied about being on my best behaviour.

"Thank you for apologizing, Miss Snape" she says smiling. "Just make sure that you get enough sleep from now on because if this happens again, then I will not let you off lightly next time."

"It won't happen again, Professor."

"Good, glad to hear it. Now, off you go, you don't want to be late for your next lesson."

"Of course, good bye, Professor."

"Good bye, Miss Snape" she says, before adding a little giggle. I don't say anything else and rush out of the room.

"Stupid toad" I mutter, as I close the door.

"Ava!" dad snaps, which makes me jump.

"Sorry dad, I forgot you were there."

He rises his eyebrow at me, then sighs. "I have to prepare for my lesson which starts in 15 minutes, so don't go far, I don't want you late for my lesson."

"I won't be late dad" he nods and walks off. I run all the way to the Gryffindor common room. I quickly turn my robes into Gryffindor ones and say the password as soon as I reached the Fat Lady before she could get a proper look at me. She smiles and the portrait opens and I walk inside.

I look around and see Harry, Ron and Hermione sitting on the chairs in front of the unlit fire. I smile and walk over to them. "Ava" Harry says, "what are you doing here?"

"Didn't want to go to my common room just in case Draco was there" I say, sitting down next to him.

"Why not?" Ron frowned. "I thought you and him were a thing?"

"We are, but he grassed me up to my dad about Umbridge's lesson so I don't want to see him at the minute."

"He didn't?" Hermione sighed.

"He did. Dad just cornered me and made me say sorry to that toad and promise to be on my best behaviour from now on, or it's bye bye Hogsmeade visits."

"That sucks" Ron says, shaking his head.

"Tell me about it" I mutter.

"But you're still allowed into Hogsmeade though, aren't you?" Hermione asks.

I look at him her. "Yeah, and even if I wasn't, I would still go."

"But your father?"

"He wouldn't find out, my dad doesn't know half of the things I've been up to lately."

"Yeah, like you trying to being an Animagus" Harry says smirking.

"You are?" Ron and Hermione ask together.

"Yeah, I've just got to 'lend' the potion ingredients from dad." I say, using air quotes as I said lend, since I've got to rob them instead of lend. I mean, I will replace them as soon as I can.

"You're really going to 'lend' off your father?" Ron asks, using the same air quotes for lend.

"Yes, but I will buy more soon and replace them, hopefully without him finding out" I look at Harry. "I've just thought of something."

"What's that?"

"Well, my mom and your were sister, right? So that would make your dad my uncle, it would also mean, that my dad is your uncle."

"Oh my god, I never even thought of that."

"I didn't either until just now."

Harry shivers. "Eww, I have Snape as an uncle."

I glare at him, which makes him hold his hands up in defence. "I still can't believe that I had another auntie and cousin that I didn't know about" he says, putting his hands down. "I wonder why Petunia never told me about her other sister, or you for that matter."

"I asked Sirius why Petunia hated our moms, and he said that she didn't like that fact that they got their Hogwarts letter and she didn't."

"But that's still no reason to hate your sister and treat her son like shit."

"I know, but jealously is a nasty trait to have. It clouds your judgement on everything around you."

"No one can be jealous for god knows how many years" Harry huffs.

"They can" I say nodding. "Especially if they have someone dripping poison into their ear reminding them of their jealously."

"Poison?" Ron gasps.

"I don't mean real poison" I say laugh a little. "It's just a saying. It just means to manipulate someone, and I don't know about you, Harry, but Vernon seems the very sort of person to do something like that."

"Don't try and justify Petunia's behaviour on Vernon's poison, she has her own mind" Harry says.

"I'm not, but a manipulative person knows how to twist words, play on emotions, and manage a situation in a sneaky fashion to get what they want. And if Petunia was still hurt about Lily coming to Hogwarts, then it would have been very easy to play on her emotions. After all, there's only a certain amount of times you can hear something before you start believing it's true."

I look at them. "I mean, look what's happening now, loads of people believing he's not back because that's all they have heard over and over again. It's so easy to believe a lie when you don't know the truth."

"And how do you get people to believe the truth when no one wants to hear it?" Harry asks.

I look at him. "You don't. You will only be wasting your time if you did. People won't listen to you if they don't want to hear the truth. And anyway, everyone will know the truth soon."

"How can you be so sure?"

"Because secrets don't stay secrets for long, they always have a habit of coming out one way or another."

"You're very wise, do that?" Ron asks, looking at me.

"I have my moments, because 9 times out of 10, I come out with utter shit."

Harry and Ron laugh, but Hermione shakes her head.

"You don't" she says. "I love hearing some of the stuff you come out with, it's always amazes me."

"Really?"

"Yes, you have a very good judgement on things."

"I've always been like that" I shrug.

Harry looks at the wall and sighs. "Come one, it's almost time for potions" we nod and leave the common room.

We make it to potions and I see Draco stood there with the boys and a few other people. I march over to him. "Hey Ava" Draco says, as soon as he sees me.

"Don't you hey Ava me!" Jeez, I sound like my dad. I look at him. "You just couldn't help yourself, could you? You just had to go running off to my dad."

He grabs my hand and drags me around the corner. "You left me with no choice Ava!" he snaps. "You can't just go running your mouth to people like Umbridge."

"And why not? We need to learn defensive spells. Draco. And we are not going to do that by reading a sodding book!"

"I don't care about learning spells, I -"

"Are you for real? We need defensive spells to survive. We will have no hope against him if all we do is read from a fucking book!"

I gasp when he suddenly pushes me up the wall and puts his hands on the wall next to my head. I look up at him and he smirks. "You have no idea how hot you are when you're angry" he kisses me before I could say anything.

He pulls away and puts his forehead on mine. "I am forgiven?" he whispers.

"No, but I might consider it if you kiss me like that again."

"Not here" he moves away and looks at me. "We will go to the room of requirement later" he smirks.

Draco P.O.V

The day is over so me and Ava are on our way to the room of requirement. We reach the wall and I close my eyes and think about turning it into a normal bedroom. "Draco" Ava says loudly, which makes me jump. I open my eyes and glare at her.

"Pay back" she smirks. I roll my eyes and open the door. We walk inside and I frown when I see a piano. I didn't think of a piano. I close the door behind me. "Why is there a piano in here?" Ava asks.

"I have no idea, I just thought about a normal room."

She walks over to it and slowly runs her finger over the keys without letting them make a sound. "I haven't played the piano in for so long."

"Give us a tune then."

"I don't know what to play."

"Anything. Play the first thing that comes to mind."

Ava doesn't say anything and just stands there, then I see her smile. "I've got one" she sits down and I sit next to her.

"What you going to play?"

"It's a song called all of me" she pulls out her wand and waves it and a piece of paper appears. Ava takes it and hands it to me. "They're the lyric, just so you know what the song is about."

I take it from her and she starts playing. I look at the paper and read the lyric and smile to myself. I look at Ava when she starts singing, then look at the paper again and follow along with her.

Ava stops and I look at her. "That was very beautiful, A. I could listen to you sing that all day."

She looks at me. "Don't tell dad I said this, but that always brings a tear to his eye."

"It does?"

She nods. "Yeah, my mom played it for dad at their wedding, it's their song. It took me ages to learn it on the piano, I was so excited when I finally did. I played it for dad, I couldn't tell what he was thinking though. He had a straight face the whole time, then he felt the room and locked himself in his room for half an hour."

"What do you think he was doing in there?"

"Nothing, he just needed time on his own because he said it was like watching a younger version of mom. He was ok later and asked me to play it again."

She looks at me. "Dad doesn't like talking about that night. He's still hurting, I can see it in his eyes. I mean, I don't blame him, it must have been so horrible, to have everything you have ever wanted just for it to be ripped away in a blink of an eye" she looks at me and I see the tears. "Makes you realise just how short life really is, and with Voldemort back, life, family, friends are more important now more than ever."

I wipe away her tears. "They really are."

"Do you ever think about what your life would be like if he wasn't in the world?"

"Not really, you?"

"All the time. My mom would still be alive, she would still be here with me and dad. I probably would have had a brother or sister, and Harry's mom and dad would still be alive."

"Why do you care about Potter all of a sudden?" I ask a little harsher than I meant.

She looks at me. "Because he's my friends, and he also lost his parents. I know how hard it is growing up without a mom, I can't imagine what it must have feel like to grow up without a dad as well. I really hope that I never have to find that out."

"You won't" I say, tucking her hair behind her ear. "Your father loves you, he's not going anywhere."

She gives me a little, then points her wand at the piano and it starts playing the song on its own. She looks at me and holds her hand, I smile and take me. We stand up and start dancing. I spin her around, then put my hand on her chin and lift her head up so that she's looking at me.

I smile at her, then kiss her passionately. I gentle push her backwards and she hits her back off the wall. She gasps when I suddenly pick her up, leaving her no choice but to wrap her legs around my waist.

I lower her down a little so that she's resting on my hips and kiss her harder than before. Ava runs her fingers through my hair, pulling it slightly, which makes me groan against her mouth. I trail my kisses from her mouth, down her jawline and to her neck.

"Draco" she gasps as I roughly leave my mark. I was about to say sorry for being rough, but stop when I hear her moan. I smirk to myself and carry on. I go to kiss her again once I'm finished leaving my mark, but she moves her head and start kissing my neck.

"Harder" I whisper. I feel her hesitate before kissing my neck more roughly than she was before, which makes me let out an involuntary moan and push up against her.

I grab the bottom of her jumper and start pulling up. Ava doesn't stop me so I take it off, leaving her in a bra and leggings. I slowly kiss her chest and I hear her breath get caught in her throat. She moans when I start to leave love bits anywhere I could reach.

"Draco" she whispers breathlessly. "Kiss me" she orders. So hot. I obey and kiss her hard on the mouth. Ava squeezes my shoulder and makes a noise like she's in pain.

I pull away and look at her. "What's wrong? Did I hurt you?"

"No, I just had a sharp pain on the back of my hand, that's all."

"You're having pains in your hand now?"

"No, it was just a random pain" I grab her hand off my shoulder and see that there's nothing. Ava moves her hand out of my grip. "It was just a random pain, nothing to worry about."

I look at her chest and smirk. Ava looks down and gasps when she sees all the love bites. "Fucking hell, Draco! You little leech!"

I laugh and lower her down on the floor. "That was fun" I smirk.

"Yeah, I could tell you were enjoying it."

"How?"

"He was poking me" she says, rubbing her hand up and down my - Oh shit!

I look at her, and she gives me a sweet innocent smile.

"Why didn't you say anything?" I ask. She opens her mouth, but quickly closes it. "Were you enjoyed it" she doesn't say anything and goes red in the face.

I was about to say something but stop when I see Ava grab the same hand that hurt her earlier. "It's hurting you again, isn't it?"

She nods, then looks at me. "Would it be ok if we called it a night?"

"Yeah sure" I say, a little disappointed that we aren't carrying on.

She picks her jumper off the floor and goes to put it on, but I stop her. "Wait" she looks at me confused. I look at her chest one last time. "Ok, now you can put it on."

She rolls her eyes and calls me a perv, which makes me laugh. We get into bed and I can hear Ava whimpering next to me. I don't like hearing her in pain. I look at her and see that she's holding her hand. "Is your hand still hurting?"

She nods and looks at me and I can see the tears in her eyes. I pull her closer to me and she rests her head on my chest and I gently rub the back of her hand.

"Is that helping?" I whisper and she nods. After a few minutes, Ava falls asleep. I smile to myself and hug her tighter, then fall asleep myself.
