[Sword art online] Akihiko Kayaba]

The alerts had started coming in and he had lost control of everything, like it or not he was forced to return control of the game to the other moderators but they had all said the same thing.

There was nothing they could do.

If any other human being could see what they were seeing they would have called it the end of the world.

Aincrad their game world was somehow connecting itself with some sort of tower.

Invisible bridges were being created and were already transporting people or 's into their game, but that wasn't the worst of it.

Their floor bosses the creatures that the players had to beat to be able to pass each floor, were becoming nothing more than miniature versions of creatures that no human could have ever come up with.

So when a boss was beaten, then it simply returned to its real body and sent back out again.

They watched as creatures that called themselves guardians and gods stood on guard watching the floor bosses of their game, it was as if both sides were waiting for either side to show some sort of weakness.

This had gone too far and so he tried to release all of the players at once, unfortunately, something had taken that power away from him.

That was fine if he couldn't spare the players this fate, then he would end it, so he pressed the kill switch and nothing happened, they were trapped here, wherever here was.

His fellow moderators left one by one, none of them said anything to him, there was no point in them doing so

In all honesty, he expected them to kill themselves, but none of them did, they just acted as if they hadn't seen anything.

"Is this not what you wanted, a castle floating in the sky?"

"Was your wish not granted?" something said to him

"I didn't want this" he answered it, whatever it was

"My dear Akihiko Kayaba, when do any of us get exactly what we want," a woman who was completely white said to him

"...Finish it, I said that the only thing they had to do was finish the game and they would all get to go home free"

"Finish the game," he said to the woman who just looked at him with a confused expression before she smiled at him

"Yes, yes, you did say that. That rule would apply to even those that didn't bother to go up the castle" she said before floating next to him

"Tell you what, I'll keep your end of the bargain."

"I'll let them go if they can finish the game, hell I'll even throw them a bone or two, something to even out the odds"

"You just have to do one thing for me."

"You see there is a key that was broken, I don't need the key fixed, I need a way into the room it locked away, if you can do that I'll keep your end of the bargain"

She said to him before she kissed him on the cheek

"Recreate the key, break the door or open a hole into that room you decide just get passed that door," she said to him, and all of a sudden he found himself inside the second floor again

He quickly checked his help screen and found that nothing had been changed, he could manipulate the weather, summon creatures that shouldn't be on that floor, hell he could even teleport himself to the last floor.

That was the good news he still had control over the castle, so that meant he needed to get into the tower, and to do that he was going to need some help, so he sent a video of the woman to the other moderators.

He immediately sent them a message.

"None of you like me, but if we all want to get out of this alive create your own teams- guilds or do what you have to do to prepare yourselves."

Along with that message was the image of every bridge or tunnel he had seen that lead into the tower.

None of the other moderators answered his message, but he knew that they had all seen it.

He would need help and that meant that even if the players hated him, he knew that they would do anything to escape, so he sent them the image of the bridges that led into the tower.

If the key for their escape from Aincrad was inside that tower, then he needed to force the players to invade that tower, even if that meant that his side would be split into three groups, those invading, those climbing the castle, and those that didn't have what it took to climb.

It was anyone's guess what happened next, but for now, he would start a guild.

So he chose a single drop of blood as the insignia, alongside the red cross, to keep up with the knight theme and he sent a new message into the message board.

The knights of the Blood Oath are seeking new members.

He had to admit, he couldn't help but smile as he watched a couple of more messages immediately come up after his.

The Army is seeking new members- the Imperial Fist is seeking new members- Black Templars- Blue ravens- Cresent moon Alliance- Hospitalers are seeking new members.

Now with that out of the ay, they were going to need an army, so he released the restraints on his N.P.C's, they would now behave and answer as if they were regular people.

In all honesty, he knew h had already lost control of this but, he liked feeling as if he was in control of something.

His final act would be his most difficult one this Shinsu substance as going to be a problem, they needed a way to either neutralize it or be able to use it.

The answer came in the same way everything else did, a crystal, more specifically a conversion crystal.

Something the players could use to switch from Mana to Shinsu and back to Mana again, it wasn't perfect but it would have to do.
