Hello! I might not update my story tomorrow because it's Thanksgiving! And I'm so excited! But anyways here is the next chapter! Hope you like it!
Previously
"Close the cage!" Fury shouted
"No!" Clint shouted "Natasha get out!"
But it was to late. The door closed on Natasha who was now stuck in the cage with the Hulk.
Now
"Natasha! Clint screamed pounding against the glass
The Hulk grunted and turned to Clint, and then to Natasha who was slowly backing away
"Fury open the door!" Clint said
"I'm afraid that I can't do that" Nick Fury replied
"She'll die!" Clint exclaimed "The Hulk will kill her!"
"Open the door!" Tony said
"If we open the cage he will get out and the rest of us can die." Fury stated
"Yeah and if we keep it closed with her trapped in there with him she might die!" Tony said
"Please. Can't we do anything?" Clint said and turned to the other Avengers
"Fury can't you hit the Hulk with a sedative or something." Tony said
"No." Fury replied "We don't have any sedatives strong enough."
"Maybe we could hit him with multiple of these sedatives." Thor suggested
"Yeah" Steve said
The Hulk growled at Natasha
"Natasha!" Clint said turning quickly and running over to the cage "Natasha just hang on."
"Clint." Natasha said as the Hulk started to walk towards her
"Hey!" Clint shouted pounding against the glass "Leave her alone!"
The Hulk roared and banged on the glass cage
"Aahhh!" Natasha said as the cage shook and she lost her balance and fell
The Hulk looked at her
"Natasha!" Clint shouted and then the Hulk started to walk towards her
"Bruce?" Natasha said and then the Hulk stopped "It's me Natasha. Remember."
The Hulk shook his head and growled at her
"Clint?" Natasha said as the Hulk raised his arm
"Natasha move!" Clint said
The Hulk swinged his arm but Natasha quickly jumped out of the way
"Can't we open the cage just a little?!" Tony asked
"No." Fury said
"We have to do something." Steve said
"Yes." Thor said "Maybe I can strike him with lighting like I did in the city."
"How?" Tony said "He's in a cage."
"Oh." Thor replied "Then I do not know."
The Hulk roared and jumped at Natasha
"Natasha!" Clint yelled and banged his arm on the glass cage
The Hulk tried to punch Natasha but she moved and he punched the glass instead
"Oh no." Tony said as the glass cracked
"He could break the glass." Steve said and turned to Fury "He could break the glass."
"He could get out." Clint said
"Then we'll drop the cage." Fury said
"We're over a town." Tony said
"No we're not." Nick Fury replied "We moved seven miles east over the ocean."
"If the cage drops Natasha dies!" Clint said
"If he gets out we die." Fury said
"You don't know that!" Clint yelled
"Yeah!" Tony said "Bruce is still in there!"
"Clint!" Natasha said as Hulk punched the glass again and it cracked even more
"He's going to break it!" Agent Hill said
"Drop the cage on my mark." Fury said and waited a few seconds "Now."
"No!" Clint yelled and pushed Agent Hill to the ground
"Stop." Steve said and blocked the button
"Listen." Tony said walking up to Fury "If you drop it she will die. Do you get that. Natasha will die. And the Hulk won't, so dropping the cage won't help anyone."
"This is for all of our safety." Fury said
"Clint!" Natasha shouted as the Hulk grabbed her
"Natasha!" Clint screamed and ran toward the cage and the other Avengers followed
"Clint." Natasha gasped as the Hulk grabbed and then he squeezed her "Aahhhh!"
"Natasha!" Clint yelled and then ran over to the controls
"I am afraid you can't do that Agent Barton." Fury said and stepped in the way
"Move." Clint yelled "He's going to kill her."
The Hulk looked at Natasha and growled at her
"Clint." Natasha gasped as he squeezed her harder and then she fainted
"Natasha!" Clint shouted and then the Hulk dropped her
"Enough we are going in there." Tony said as he pressed the button behind Fury and then the door opened
Tony shot the Hulk and distracted him while Clint and Steve ran to Natasha and started to drag her out of the cage.
"No wait!" Steve said as Agent Hill went to press the button to drop the cage
Agent Hill pressed the first button and the bottom opened
"Get out Steve!" Tony shouted
Steve and Clint jumped out with Natasha and then Agent Hill pressed the other button and the cage dropped
"Hold on!" Tony said as he pressed the button and the bottom closed
"What about Bruce?" Steve said "What do we do?"
"I don't know." Tony replied
"We'll find Bruce later. Right now we need to focus on Natasha" Clint said looking at the unconscious Natasha
