3 Years Later

"Mama look, it's Daddy!" Sakiko squealed, while sitting next to Sakura and pointing at the large TV. "That's right honey, Daddy is about to start his game. But do you remember what we said about yelling when Satoya is sleeping?" Sakura quietly asked, trying to calm her son and discipline her daughter. Sakiko thought for a moment before bringing her index finger over her lips, and whispering "shhh" with a mischievous smile. To this Sakura smiled and nodded her head, which was enough to satisfy Sakiko who turned back to the game.

Not too many things had changed for the Uchiha family in the last three years. Sasuke was still on the same team, and was still the same reserved superstar he had always been. And after Sakiko turned one, they enrolled her in a part time day school which allowed Sakura to go back to work as a physical therapist. This had been the routine for a little over a year, until Sakura found out she was pregnant again.

They were so excited to be growing their family, and Sakiko was happy to be a big sister. Even though she was a bit disappointed when she found out that she would be getting a little brother and not a little sister.

Sakura's pregnancy went much smoother the second time, her doctor told her that it was likely due to her body remembering what it was like to be pregnant. Labor even went better and didn't last as long and by the end of it, Satoya Uchiha was born. He was a mirror image of Sasuke, he had the same onyx eyes and ebony hair, but had a similar facial shape to Sakura.

He was a very relaxed baby, he spent most of his time sleeping and only crying when he needed the necessities. And he loved cuddling with his parents, always falling asleep when he's in their arms or on their chests.

He was now two months old and Sasuke had reluctantly agreed to leave Sakura alone with their two children. It took a lot of convincing on Sakura's part, knowing how protective Sasuke can be of them. But nevertheless, she managed to do it and now they were watching his game together on TV.

Sakiko loved to cheer Sasuke on while she watched him, her pink hair tied up in pigtails with bows that matched his team's colors. It was currently the fourth quarter of Sasuke's game, and it looked like his team was going to get the win.

At this point in the game, Sakiko and Satoya had both fallen asleep in Sakura's lap. So with all the gentleness she could muster, Sakura stood up and went to Sakiko's room and laid her in bed.

She tucked her daughter in and placed a kiss on her forehead, before turning off the light and heading to the nursery.

Once there she sat in the rocking chair by the window, waiting for Satoya to stir awake since she knew he would be hungry. And of course a little while later, Satoya awoke and began squirming around in her arms. But was quickly pacified, when he realized where he was and began to eat quietly.

After he was done, Sakura burped, changed, and then dressed him in a soft blue onesie before swaddling him and laying him in the bassinet on her side of the bed. She then got herself ready for bed, knowing that Sasuke would be home sometime soon.

About an hour later whenever Sakura was on the verge of sleep, she heard the bedroom door open. She then heard some shuffling and bags being sat down, then she felt the bed dip and two strong arms wrapping around her waist.

"I hope that's you Sasuke-kun" Sakura said tiredly, as she turned around in his arms. "Tch of course it's me, did everything go okay with the kids?" Sasuke asked her, running his hand up and down her side.

"It did, Sakiko is still as loud as ever and almost woke Satoya up as usual" Sakura muttered, while nuzzling her face into his neck. "She gets that from you, but I'm glad it went well. I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't necessary" Sasuke murmured, feeling bad for leaving his wife with their newborn and toddler. "I'm their Mama, it's nothing I can't handle. But let's sleep, Satoya will need to be fed in an hour or two" Sakura mumbled, before succumbing to her exhaustion.

Sasuke followed shortly after, but a little over an hour later, Satoya began crying loudly. The couple snapped awake and Sasuke felt Sakura sigh deeply as she went to sit up, "I'll bring him to you" he said to stop her movements. Sasuke grabbed the crescent shaped nursing pillow and tucked it next to Sakura's side. He then got out of bed and unwrapped Satoya from the swaddle, and then placed him between Sakura and the pillow. Satoya immediately latched on, ceasing his cries and causing relief to wash over the couple.

Sasuke settled back in bed, and started watching his son nurse but turned when he heard the door open. "Daddy" Sakiko said, long and drawn out with a pout. She then climbed into their bed and onto Sasuke's lap, "What's wrong sweetheart?" Sasuke asked gently, as he wrapped his arms around her small body.

Sakiko said nothing but pointed at Satoya with a frown, and Sasuke had to hold back a laugh at her antics. "Satoya can't talk like you, so he has to cry to let us know when he needs something" Sasuke tried to explain to her as simply as possible. But Sakiko wasn't convinced as she turned away from her baby brother and buried her face in Sasuke's shoulder.

Sasuke then locked eyes with Sakura, both of them amused but understanding of her actions. Soon after, Sakiko had fallen asleep on Sasuke and he pulled the covers over them both. So Sakura finished feeding Satoya and then took him to the nursery to burp and change him. After that she brought him back to the bedroom and wrapped him back in the swaddle and placed him back in the bassinet.

She then got back in bed and cuddled into Sasuke's side, "This is the life isn't it Sasuke-kun?" Sakura remarked sleepily, but genuinely.

"Ah, it is" Sasuke agreed, tightening his hold around the girls. And as he listened to the sounds of Sakura's quiet breaths, and his children's soft snores, Sasuke thought that he really couldn't have asked for a better life.

Fin.
