Chapter 14: Three Strange Assassins, Part 4

Katsuma and Ashley were then quietly walking in the main hallway.

"If I can sense one of them, then they might be entering from the kitchen." Katsuma said. Not too long until the basement."

"This is a mess… There's 3 enemy Stand Users, right?" Ashley asked.

"Correct." Katsuma replied.

"Where would the other two be if one of them is in the kitchen?"

"Maybe in the basement. However, we have to deal with one of them in the kitchen."

When Katsuma and Ashley entered the kitchen, Zachary Versace was looking out the window. Then he turned his attention to them.

"So, you two are here, and still surviving, huh?" Zachary said. "Well, no matters… Demon Days will handle you two anyways."

Demon Days then started to appear next to Zachary, making a pose.

"I won't go easy on you, kid." Katsuma said as he brings out I Write Sins Not Tragedies. "You're going down!"

"I'll keep my eye on you, Katsuma! Just don't kill him." Ashley said.

"I'm not! My kill will be on that guy that stole Joshua and Lady's souls." Katsuma said. "This kid right here will be out with one punch, trust me!"

Zachary then uses Demon Days to perform it's rush by punching I Write Sins Not Tragedies while making a light roar. I Write Sins Not Tragedies then perform it's rush as well, but it was more faster and more powerful than Demon Days.

"Aaaah! Your Stand… It's faster!" Zachary said as he tried to recall his Stand.

"A-ha! You're wide open!" Katsuma said as he ordered his Stand to attack Zachary.

"DORA!" I Write Sins Not Tragedies shouted as he punched Zachary in the stomach, pushing him back to the door.

"Let's head to the basement." Katsuma said. 'We won't be dealing with him for now."

"Alright…" Ashley said. "(Sighs) Katsuma… You're something else."

While Katsuma and Ashley want to the basement, Zachary was slowly getting up.

"Damn it all… Macy… Lincoln…" Zachary said. "Please be careful, you two…"

Down at the basement, Macy and Lincoln were getting ready to face their opponents.

"(Sniffs around the basement) Ah, there's that foulest stench in the air!" Lincoln said. "Just like how we drag that Morgana girl down to hell when we first enter the house! Your Disturbia was like a thief in night to drag that journalist down there! As for myself to those fools that tried to stop us, almost none of them cannot resist the power of my Thriller!"

"(Looks at the door leading to the hallway) Zachary…" Macy said.

"Hey, Macy. We'll get Zachary back up once we are done with those jerks! You know the plan, right?"

"I do, Lincoln."

"Excellent…"

Then they saw Katsuma and Ashley.

"(Gulps) Macy, stick to the plan we've made, got it?" Lincoln asked.

"I will do that." Macy replied.

Katsuma and Ashley then slowly walked to the bottom of the stairwell.

"Now!" Lincoln shouted.

Then, Ashley felt something on her back, which was Disturbia.

"Ack! One of the Stands is on my back!" Ashley shouted.

"Ha! My Stand will drain your blood now!" Macy said. "Do it, Disturbia!"

Ashley then called her Stand, As The Dragonfly Flies to attack Disturbia. Disturbia then crawled over to Katsuma's back, but As The Dragonfly Flies still kept attacking the Stand.

"What the hell? Her Stand is still tryna attack your Disturbia huh?" Lincoln said. "Hmm… I was a former horror attraction employee… What would I do? Pfft, give them a fright! Macy! Don't let your guard down!"

"I'm… Trying…" Macy said.

"Ok, this is getting on my nerves." Katsuma said. "I Write Sins Not Tragedies!"

Both I Write Sins Not Tragedies and As The Dragonfly Flies then caught Disturbia in an endless loop after it tried to go on either backs. Lincoln was watching, shocked.

"I'm impressed! Ha ha ha! This is what entertaining feels like!" Lincoln shouted. "(Brings out Thriller) I'm afraid this might not be long, but it was worth my time!"

Thriller then zoomed over to Katsuma, but As The Dragonfly Flies then flies over to punch it away from Katsuma.

"Gah!" Lincoln shouted.

"Thanks." Katsuma said.

"(Sees a soul coming out of Thriller) Huh… Looks like punching makes a soul come out of it, which weakens it…" Ashley said. "Interesting…"

At the living room, the soul then returned to Lady Auntie Bellum's body. Lady then woke up.

"(Gasped) Where am I?!" Lady shouted as she took a look around and saw Joshua's lifeless body on the floor. "GAH! Joshua!"

Lady then picks up Joshua.

"Please be there…" Lady said. "Please be there…"

Meanwhile, Katsuma and Ashley saw Lincoln on the ground after a hit from As The Dragonfly Flies. While they had their attention on Lincoln, Macy quietly escaped, successfully.

"Hey! Listen, I know we only did this just to do what Diana told us to do, but-" Lincoln said.

I Write Sins Not Tragedies then picks up Lincoln by his shirt.

"(Gulps) Woah! Please! Show some mercy! I'm sorry?!" Lincoln shouted.

"Cut the crap, idiot." Katsuma said. "Tell me how did you and your little friends get those Stands? There has to be a secret, right?"

"(Sighs) Ok! Just put me down! I'll tell you!"

Katsuma's Stand then dropped Lincoln down.

"(Sighs) Ok… Me and my allies got our Stands from a painful process." Lincoln said. "It was all from an arrow that Diana, no, Davion, pierced us with. We were chosen enough to get those Stands. Then, I saw Diana with another arrow an archeologist had. They both did research on it, and I don't know what else happened because Diana showed up to order me and my pals to get your asses."

"Arrows… Stand Arrows?" Katsuma said.

"Exactly."

Katsuma and Ashley then turned away from Lincoln.

"Did you get your Stand from one of those arrows, Ashley?" Katsuma asked.

"Now… I may or may not because I don't remember how I got my Stand." Ashley replied. "It just appeared next to me."

"Hmm… This is a pickle." Katsuma said. "When we get the others back with us, we might as well talk more about it…"

While Katsuma and Ashley were chatting, Lincoln slowly got up and smiled.

"It looks like you two have made a great mistake!" Lincoln shouted as he brings out Thriller.

"(Turned around) You've got to be kidding…" Katsuma said. "I thought that you would go easy after all of that…"

"(Turned around) What the? I thought we spared him?!" Ashley said. "(Sighs) Alright, he's not gonna stop until we give him what's coming."

"Thriller! Snatch their souls!" Lincoln shouted and his Stand went after Katsuma and Ashley. "THIS IS THE END OF YOUR LIVES!"

Katsuma then used I Write Sins Not Tragedies to punch Thriller again, knocking itself and Lincoln back. Then, it's last soul returned back to the living room, which was Joshua's soul.

"Hey! You've got a soul out of that Stand!" Ashley said.

At the living room, Joshua's soul went back to Joshua's body.

"(Gasped) Oh God!" Joshua shouted.

"Joshua! You're back!" Lady said as she hugged Joshua.

"The heck happened?" Joshua wonders.

"Don't know." Lady replied. "At least we're still alive!"

Back at the basement, Lincoln was on the ground, looking at Katsuma and Ashley.

"Urgh… You really hurt my face… Real bad…" Lincoln said. "Fine, just get out of here!"

"We're not done with you, pal." Katsuma said as his Stand raised Lincoln up again. "So, your Stand can steal souls, huh? That's a nice little ability, for such a defenseless Stand. Let me show you what my Stand can do!"

I Write Sins Not Tragedies then raised its fist. Its fist then conducted a deadly aura around it.

"What the hell?" Lincoln said.

"This will give you more damage, but its punching speed will be slower, but who cares. I'll use that to send you to hell!" Katsuma said. "Nice knowing you."

I Write Sins Not Tragedies then punched Lincoln in the stomach.

"Ack!" Lincoln shouted. "Please! I beg of you, stop!"

"Too late, it's already starting!" Katsuma shouted.

I Write Sins Not Tragedies then continued to punch Lincoln in the stomach, while shouting, "DORA!" Then, after one last punch, the fist went through Lincoln's stomach, creating a hole. I Write Sins Not Tragedies then dropped Lincoln to the ground, lifeless.

"(Sighs) Right, I'll go get Joshua and Lady. You get Santona." Katsuma said as he headed upstairs.

"Got it." Ashley said as she looked at Lincoln's corpse. "Hmm… Stand Arrows…"

Meanwhile, outside of the abandoned house, Zachary and Macy were hiding behind the fence.

"Ugh… We're in dead meat…" Zachary said. "Diana is gonna kill us, like LITERALLY!"

"Hey! We'll calmly tell them that Lincoln was dead and we failed the mission. Maybe we'll be spared." Macy said.

"(Sighs) Ok, babe… Let's go back to Diana and see if she can understand…"
