"Do what you must," Agnarr told Grand Pabbie, willing to do anything to save his young daughter's life.
"I recommend we remove all magic; even memories of magic, to be safe," Grand Pabbie replied as he changed Anna's memories. Then he drew them back together and returned them to her head. "She will be okay," he assured the frightened family.
"Are you sure?" Iduna asked worriedly.
"Of course!" a troll from behind Grand Pabbie cried. "After all, she's just a bit of a fixer upper!" And with that, all the trolls-with the exception of Grand Pabbie-began to sing.
Elson facepalmed in annoyed disbelief at the trolls. "Do you want to call it?" he whispered to Kristina, who was staring at the rock creatures as if they all had grown an extra head. Then again, knowing them, it wouldn't be the most surprising thing to happen.
"I'll do it," Kristina offered, watching Honeymaren and Aeson-who looked as though they might run for the hills, and Annelise and Annabelle-who were giggling at the crazy trolls. "Cut!" Kristina called. With a whistle from Kristoff, who happened to be standing nearby, the trolls stopped singing, and Cliff gave the ice harvester a grateful expression.
"What's the matter?" Bulda asked with a smile.
"Don't even get me started," Cliff mumbled.
"Why'd you start singing?" Kristina asked.
"We thought it was a good time to do so," Bulda explained.
"Yeah, but you're not supposed to sing that song until later," Elson replied in exasperation. "Much later."
"Do they have to sing it at all?" Kristoff muttered.
"Unfortunately, yes," Anna-who was standing beside him-answered. "The kids won't have it any other way." Kristoff groaned.
"Alright, I think we're ready to start again," Elson announced after finally succeeding in explaining to the trolls that they needed to be quiet during that particular scene and let Cliff do all the talking. "By the way, Auntie Elsa, you're doing a really great job with those ice memories." Elsa-who had been creating ice pictures in the air reminiscent of Anna's memories-smiled and nodded gratefully. "Okay, people, back to the beginning of the scene!" Elson called out. "Trolls, you need to roll back up into boulders, Auntie Honeymaren and Uncle Aeson, you need to step off the stage and be ready to come in. Annabelle, stop smiling and pretend to be unconscious again. Annelise, you need to look sad and scared, not happy, so please forget about the trolls' singing for now. Got it?"
Annelise and Annabelle instantly put on straight faces…and then burst into laughter a moment later. "Getting them to be serious after laughing is a lot easier said than done, Elson," Anna told her eldest son with a smile.
Elson groaned. "Yeah, I kind of have that figured out. Lisa, Annie, please just try your best. Now, everyone, get back to their places. We're kind of on a time limit, since that frosted streak in Annie's hair won't stay unmelted forever."
"And there's no way I'm going to freeze her hair in frost that won't melt," Elsa added firmly. "The thought of that is a bit too much like real events for comfort."
"Exactly," Elson agreed. "From the top! Action!"
