Chapter 14: Infiltration

"At that time they were commanders but their rank has risen with the passage of time, they are now the Vice-Admiral of the Navy Donquixote Rocinante and his adopted son also Vice-Admiral, Trafalgar Law."
Silence invaded the Sunny again.
"Trafal…" began the revolutionary.
"EHHHH, TRAFFY?!" Luffy yelled.
"Fufufu who would have said it," Nico Robin commented amusedly.
"Shishishi so Traffy great! We haven't seen it in a long time, I wonder what ours is doing."
"He's probably freaking out from not being able to contact us while his hide is being chased by an Emperor," Sanji commented casually.
"Wait, did you say Traffy?" When the Straw Hat nodded, Sabo continued, "so the guy who got you into the fight with Kaido was Trafalgar," again he received an affirmative answer.
After a few minutes in silence Ace's flames began to burn.
"I'll kill him." He looked very upset.
"I'll help you." Sabo looked the same "do we burn him or use bullets?"
"The burns are very obvious and the bullets are boring."
"A bomb."
"Nah, just as boring."
The brothers just kept talking and at one point Robin joins and contributes by giving them some options that nearly made Chopper and Usopp swoon.
Ace and Sabo had not recognized the name when Luffy named him in the beginning because their Luffy used another nickname, he did not say "Traffy" but "Lawy" in addition to that in their world he was a marine, so now the two overprotective brothers planned their revenge against the dumbfounded crew.
"Shishishi I'm glad Traffy is strong," Luffy commented happily.
"Me too," Sabo the revolutionary agreed, although he also secretly wanted revenge on the pirate who got Luffy into even bigger trouble than he could cause alone.
The Straw Hats could only keep their mouth shut wondering if Ace and Sabo would ever to know that even before the appearance of the Heart Pirates Captain, Luffy had already challenged another Emperor on his own.
They all decided to keep it a secret, no one wanted to die so young (Brook included).
Rocinante was not sure of anything at all, on the one hand he was a marine and his loyalty belonged to his father, the current Fleet Admiral of the Marines, Sengoku, but on the other hand there was Law whom he had raised as a son and also Luffy, the boy who had saved his boy in more ways than anyone could have ever done.
Since they managed to escape from Doffy, a part of Law had been saved, over time he had managed to convince him to give up the idea of being a pirate and the boy ended up in the navy but despite everything he could never socialize with anyone, Law remained lonely all the time and Rocinante did not take long to notice the reason, the same cadets ignored him because of the spots that still remained on his skin and also because of the boy's already strange personality.
Rocinante had no recollection of wanting to hit someone so badly since the incident with the doctors while searching for a cure for his boy.
It was then that an assault occurred on an island in paradise and they had to act, by then Law had already reached his position and Rocinante was so proud that he set himself on fire more times than he normally did.
There they met Luffy, and there Law's half smile turned into a full smile and Rocinante have wanted to cry, that boy accepted Law completely, gave him his sincere friendship and saved his boy.
And now they planned to execute Luffy and Rocinante was in the middle of a crossroads.
Sengoku-san had already called to warn him, not many people in the barracks knew about it yet, in fact they hadn't even told Garp-san 'how the hell are they going to tell Vice-Admiral Garp that they plan to execute his grandson to finish with his son?' Rocinante thought, the reason for the extreme care was the fear of Whitebeard's reaction so they would wait until the end to make the news public.
"Cora-san," 'Oh no' he said to himself, there was Law, looking at him with that face that told him that he was going to do something that he would not like at all "I can't stay without doing anything, not when they plan to kill Luffy-ya."
"It's crazy, Law" he sighed 'to hell' he thought, he already did it once, why would it matter if he did it again "I suppose we will have to be extremely careful, Sengoku-san will not doubt us but for whatever reason we will have to go over the plan many times and...why are you looking at me like that?"
"We will…Cora-san…will you help me?" He was looking at him as if he had never really seen him, if it weren't because Rocinante knew how hard it was for Law to trust someone completely, he would have been offended for even putting it on doubt.
"He is important to you Law, we will not let him die."
Since they received the news from Sengoku-san and then Sabo's call was the first real smile Law gave him all day and that was all Rocinante needed to know that he was doing the right thing.
"TRAFFY!" Luffy yelled before crashing into Law and knocking down the confused marine at the smile of Rocinante and his most faithful subordinates, the Straw Hats, the two Sabos, and Ace's jealous expression.
"Luffy-ya" 'he just called me Traffy' thought Law, it was already difficult for him to get used to someone calling him Lawy to have to get used to a new nickname 'well, I suppose it's something typical of him even in another world' he said to himself and sighed "I've missed you too, even if you're not the Luffy that I usually see."
"Shishishi."
All Luffy's crew tilted their heads in confusion, it was Trafalgar without a doubt, they thought, but he looked different and it was not only because in this world he was a marine, but also because he called their captain 'Luffy-ya instead of Mugiwara-ya' was one of the most repeated thoughts among them.
'He looks more relaxed' observed Robin, she noticed that he did not have so many dark circles and although he was still somewhat reserved he was much more open than his pirate version. The brunette turned her gaze to the other marine, 'adoptive father huh...it seems you've had a much better life here Trafalgar-san' she thought, unable to avoid feeling some sadness at the thought of the version she knew.
"Well," Rocinante began, "all the people present here are completely trusted by me, so we should start with the plan but first of all the best thing would be to catch up."

"..."
"Waaaa bring water!" Chopper shouted scared. "Fire!" It catches fire! Someone!
"SUPER!" Franky yelled as he shot a huge amount of water at the marine who crashed into the wall due to the force.
"Damn Cora-san! You shouldn't smoke at times like this," Law expressed frustrated.
"Cough, cough, sorry cough," he cleared his throat as he stood with all the dignity he possessed "the stress, I mean we're about to put a bunch of pirates into Impel Down, give me some credit Law."
"That's no excuse!"
After Rocinante's nonsense the two Sabos explained the situation again to the marines even though they had already done it before but at that time it was only a summarized version, to the bewilderment of many the two blondes managed to speak in perfect synchronicity and they used almost the same terms to express themselves.
Ace flinched at the sight of them.
"Shishishi I was very surprised when I learned that Traffy is a marine here."
That surprised Rocinante.
"Law isn't a marine?"
"No, Trafalgar-san is a pirate," Nami replied.
Everyone continued talking as if nothing was happening except Rocinante, the older marine began to think, he remembered everything that had happened with his boy since he "kidnapped" him to free him from the clutches of his brother 'he became a marine for me, if he is a pirate there then I...' he wanted to cry at the conclusion but he knew it, as much as he wanted to deny it the only possible option was his death 'oh Law...you must have suffered a lot' he regretted 'I left you alone too young...sorry Law.'
While the others were still planning Rocinante walked away, surprisingly someone had noticed his state of mind. He must have known, Luffy had always been someone special.
"Traffy told me that Mingo's younger brother had saved him," he began after a moment, "and he was his dearest person."
By then the blonde didn't know how he was holding back tears.
"Tell me Luffy...do you have a Tone Dial on your ship?"
"Of course." he took the marine with him and watched Rocinante take it and then move away and start talking, after a while the tall blond came back.
"Please give this to Law when you see it."
"Shishishi don't worry I'll make sure it gets to him."
And so they both returned to the dining room with the others.
"We are about to arrive, Chief," reported one of Rocinante's men, "the Gates Of Justice is now in sight."
The Vice-Admiral nodded to quickly approach his new friends, without falling the miracle path.
"Are you ready?" He asked once he was in front of them.
"Well we're as smart as we can with these ridiculous things," muttered a grumpy Zoro.
"Zoro, I know you don't like this but it's necessary."
"Tsk," the green-haired man hissed.
Sanji reluctantly agreed with the marimo for once in his life, well everyone was except Luffy and Chopper who were vibrating with excitement and Robin, Franky and Brook who just seemed amused by the idea.
With Rocinante's fruit he would remove the sound and Nami would make them invisible with her Clima Tact but the problem was that Law had insisted that no one should identify them either because some were pirates from another world and the other two important members of the crew of an Emperor.
And that's why they all had code names and masks as extravagant as ugly very similar to Luffy's drawings but that at least covered them well, Ace and Sabo covered their marks as well.
"Again, repeat your names," Law insisted, making sure they memorized it well.
"Luffytarou."
"O-Robi."
"O-Nami."
"Chopperemon."
"Sangorou."
"Zorojuro."
"Usohachi."
"Franosuke."
"Honekichi."
"Acelino."
"Sabomore." (Revolutionary).
"Saborini" (Pirate).
Law nodded in agreement and finally gave Cora-san room to start.
"CALM..."
Then Nami did her thing and finally their entry into the great underwater prison began.
Both Law and Rocinante walked with a totally different countenance than the relaxed one they had in the Sunny, a ship that they left at a safe and hidden distance while they entered with Rocinante's personal ship, in front of them the Door of Justice opened to give way to the Creepiest place any of them had ever seen, of course except for Luffy.
Once there, Vice-Warden Hannyabal did not take long to attend to them.
"Vice-Admiral Donquixote and Vice-Admiral Trafalgar welcome to my prison, I mean to prison," the man gave them a smile as creepy as the place itself.
"Hannyabal-ya," Law began using the typical cheeky and authoritarian tone with which he handled himself between people he disliked. "We have no time to lose, take us away."
"Where's the Warden?" Rocinante asked as he followed the Vice Warden who was clearly annoyed by Law's tone.
"He's on Level Four, he only works 4 hours a day, I'll change that when I'm Warden, I say this way please."
"Gentlemen, welcome," Domino greeted once she introduced herself to them.
If it weren't for Cora-san's barrier of silence, they would have all been discovered there with Sanji's disturbing dance and Brook's question regarding the panties, fortunately they were able to move on without inconvenience.
After performing all the procedures they finally headed for the elevator.
"It'll get hot later," Domino warned once they entered.
"Sure, we already guessed that," Rocinante commented.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"VICE-ADMIRAL DONQUIXOTE!" Domino yelled worriedly.
"CORA-SAN, WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT SMOKING DAMN?!"
"DO NOT BURN MY PRISON!"
"STOP YELLING AND HELP ME PUT OUT THE FIRE BASTARDS!"
And the elevator doors closed.
In the room designated for security, the guard who was left in charge by orders of the Chief of Guards Domino, observed through a Visual Den Den Mushi one of the many corridors of the prison, where the Blugoris were beginning to return.
"We have located him, the prisoner who escaped from cell 6 of Level 1 "Franky"!" One of the guards who had just entered the place informed him.
"How could that guy escape? Are you sure his not a devil fruit user?"
"No! We do not know in fact, his body is too strange" the same guard responded somewhat frightened.
"It's your damn job to know!" The man yelled in frustration.
"Yes sir!" The poor man disappeared from the site as fast as he could.
"Where to O-Nami?" Usopp asked as everyone began to sneak up.
"For now we just have to keep going down," she replied looking at the map that Trafalgar had given her earlier, "we have to get to Level 1"The Crimson Hell" first."
Some (Brook, Usopp and Chopper) winced at this.
The further they went through the creepy place the more they felt their skin shudder (bones in Brook's case), soon they began to hear the sounds; Screams of pain, begging for help or mercy, the blows and the smell of blood and dirt, even rottenness that flooded everything.
Chopper only wanted to run and heal those people, he did not understand why people had to suffer in that way, is it because it was necessary to subject human beings to so much pain?, but no matter how many crimes someone had committed, the little doctor found no valid reason to torture another living being.
"Chopperemon you must be strong," Robin pressed her hand on his shoulder to give him strength as she noticed the state of her nakama "we cannot save those people."
"I know, O-Robi…it's just too difficult." He squeezed his little hooves in frustration.
Franky felt sick 'Tom-san…' he thought, just imagining his mentor there could break him but the cyborg swallowed his pain and moved on, all for his friend.
Ace and Sabo had blank expressions as they thought about their brother and Sabo the Revolutionary was just like Franky 'Ace, Luffy...' he thought, his brothers had gone through this and Luffy now had to repeat the experience but he would not regret his actions he had promised it to Ace's memory and now he was here to take care of his little brother.
Everyone was keeping perfect stealth.
"Hey," Usopp started, "where's Zorojuro?"
And then they heard him,
"SANTORYU: SENHACHIJU POUND HO..."
Secret infiltration mission: Failed.

Wow I must say that this chapter was a monster to write with so many characters, I hope I was able to capture the different personalities well.
Little by little we are approaching the end.
Leave me your criticisms, whether positive or negative, because they always help me to grow.
Rocinante: Oda wrote his name with "s" but I already got used to doing it with "c" so I decided to leave it that way.
Traffy: well depending on the translation that one reads in some Luffy says to Law Torao and in others Traffy, so I decided to insert them, that is why in my other story they say Torao and here Traffy.
The key names I got from a video about the Mugiwara being members of the Mafia, look it up like this "Jinginai Time (Spanish sub)" on YouTube if you want to see it, it's very funny. Of course, those of Franky, Brook, Ace and the two Sabos I invented them.
