To most of the people on the street they will see an old man dragging around a kid with the enthusiasm of a sugar high child. How someone so old is able to do something like that they will never know. The man visits store after store clearing anything on interest and dumping them onto the kid using an simmelay unlimited supply of cash.

" kid? Can you tell me what this does?" ask the old man as they looked at a hand size silver brick that is displayed behind a glass window.

"I know what a phone is, I'm asking about why it cost so much more than the other phones we found and why is it so… bricky?" ask the confused old man and they stared at the incredibly inflated price of the phone.

"What! That is extremely expensive? Is this a scam? It's not possible for a regular phone to.. Oh! Is that why!" excam Eita as he found the tag next to the phone staring at the tag with the words Generalize C.A.D phone on it. "That's a C.A.D phone hybrid, that phone allows the user to use magics." explain Eita to the old man.

Another Elderly man in a black suit and white short hair walking toward them.

"I see that you're interested in these tools" spoke the suited man in a clear booming voice that didn't fit his age.

"Yes, it's not everyday that I see a mobile phone that can cast magic."

"Oh? Are you interested in magic? I must confess that I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable in magic. The name Retsu, pleasure to make your acquaintances." introduce Retsu as he pulled out a hand toward them.

"The pleasure is all mine Retsu-san, you may call me Keisen." said Keisen as he took the hand and shook it. Retsu's eyes seemed to widen for a bit the moment his hand came into contact with Keisen's.

"This is a generalized tenmerinal phone hybrid that is more talor of civilian uses, valuing accessibility and spell diversity over casting speed and power." explain Retsu with a hint of fondness in his voice.

"It appears that the people are finally treating the magician more like humans then weapons. I was waiting for that." muse Keisen.

"Oh? What do you mean by that?" ask Retsu with interest and anticipation.

"All the magicians I know are treated differently than other humans, most are feared as monsters or treated as weapons of mass destruction that must be regulated." stated Keisen with disappointment in his tone.

"Pu-hahahahaha!" suddenly laugh out Retsu like a mad man, all while Eita and Retsu took a cautious step back.

"Funny, I almost thought of you to be a military magician," said Kenzo amusedly with a slight smirk on his face.

"Perhaps I am? Does that make a difference?" ask Retsu slowly.

"No no no, is just that I simply find your response, unorthodox for your supposed career. I was half expecting you to stab me for disagreeing with you. " answer kenzo carefully.

"Why?"

"American influence, too much trigger-happy."

Hold on how does the spirit know that hollywood is? Is it possible that he was alive or whent of the human worlds before? Better ask him later. Oh no, he's spacing out again.
