"You sure I didn't interrupt you?" Beca asks the young brunette in front of her.

"I'm sure. Anyway, what's up?" The tall brunette asks the blonde. "You look good in your hair, by the way." She added. Beca chuckles at her statement.

"Oh thanks, I'm just trying something new. Uhm so yeah, I made you come here because I would like to offer you something which is I don't know if you're going to take it. But it's fine if you-" Beca explains which was interrupted by Emily.

"Okay okay, let's get to the point. No need to explain Beca." Emily laughed.

"Okay so, I would like you to be my artist. Now that I left the hospital in the meantime, I will return to being a music producer and I am so bored in my life right now, I used to work day and night but now, ugh. So... Is it a deal or-" for the second time, she was cut off by the excited Emily Junk.

"OH YES! MAN! I WOULD LOVE TO! You know I always dream about being a singer, singing confidently in a studio! With a large headphone-"

"Okay, chill girl. So how many songs did you wrote? Many?" The blonde girl asked confused, 'cause the last time she knew, she was working on this one song entitled flashlight.

"Uh, just two," the other girl replied with a hint of embarrassment. "'C-cause you know, I focused on my studies and set aside my passion in music. But I can make another too... Anyway, the first one I wrote was flashlight and I know you know it and the second one is Most Girls which I wrote two months ago. I have a copy of it on my phone." Emily rapidly says and pulls out her phone from her pocket quickly.

"Okay, show me. Maybe we can work these out." She smiles at her friend.

The two continued to chit chat, laugh about some things, eat, and catching up. For the first in a while, Beca felt relieved 'cause she have someone to talk to.

But! There's always a but. Their chitchat doesn't last long when a blonde with a pair of green eyes tall man came into them wearing an innocent smile. Beca's eyeballs almost popped out of her eyes.

"W-who are you..." Emily asked silently.

"CHICAGO?!" Beca asks, at the same time, yelling.

"BECA!" Chicago yelled back.

Emily looked at the two perplexed. She observes how the two greet each other and she could tell, Beca was surprised to see the guy.

"Oh, who's this chick?" Chicago asks while looking at Emily.

Beca rolled her eyes at his statement. "Oh Emily, this guy over here is Chicago. Chicago, this is my friend Emily Junk." Beca smiled awkwardly at them.

"Oh hi! She's right, I'm Emily. Nice to meet you." she shakes hands with the good looking guy.

"Uh, Beca, are you not going to invite me to sit with you?" Chicago asks.

"Nope!" The blonde girl said popping the P and shook her head.

"I'll take that as a yes." He said, pointing at Beca and winked at her. Gross, Beca thought.

Chicago shamelessly sits beside Beca and puts his hand on Beca's back. Emily couldn't utter a word at the sudden shock and Beca cursed internally to Chicago. And then Emily snapped out of her little world when Chicago cleared his throat.

"Uh, are you guys a thing... Or no?" Emily asks hesitantly, still looked shocked.

"No," Beca said.

"Yep!" Chicago said which made Beca look at him in shock.

Beca throws a glance at a tall brunette and back to Chicago, she sharpened her eyes at him.

"What? We're friends, right?" Chicago said innocently breaking the long silence.

On the other hand, Beca sighed deeply.

"You both thought I meant we're a boyfriend and girlfriend thing? Nah. But we can do that too if you like." He added, smiling playfully at Beca.

"Okay, shut up..." Beca said, dismissing the guy.

The taller blonde is walking confidently on the grocery store with a sunglass on, pushing a cart.

"Okay, what should I buy?" She murmured to herself. She stopped when something caught her eyes and walk backward to see that thing she saw just earlier but then stopped when she bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry." Both women said.

They were surprised when they saw each other.

"Chloe?"

"Aubrey?"

They both asked at the same time.

"What are you doing here?" Chloe asked, roaming her eyes to both sides, supposing she's with someone but found no one.

"I have no idea why I am here. I forgot what I was going to buy. Signs of aging, huh?" Aubrey replied with a little chuckle. "You?"

"Buy food..." Chloe paused for a while and was about to say something but Aubrey speak first.

"Hey... Wanna grab lunch?" Aubrey says, a bit hesitant.

Chloe looked at her in surprise.

There was a long silence before Aubrey planned to speak 'cause it seems like Chloe will not talk.

"But if you don't like, I understand." Aubrey smiles.

And that was the moment Chloe snapped out of her other world. "I'm sorry. Okay, I would like to." Chloe smiles back and the two women went to a fine restaurant.

Emily, Chicago, and Beca were still in that restaurant, chitchatting. They are full of laughs because of Chicago's corny jokes. Beca and Chicago are being so close since then.

"Okay okay so, I courted this girl when I was fifteen years old, I took her into our balcony 'cause I was thinking that would be romantic and so we could star gaze but it rained... We then stood up but in an unexpected moment, she slipped and hang on my leg but in the end, we both fell." Chicago explains.

Emily laughed as well as Beca.

"Dude, that's hilarious but a bit sad," Beca says, wiping a single tear fell from her eye.

Emily is still laughing and was about to drink her juice when she saw Chloe and Aubrey, not far away from them. She ended up coughing the juice out.

"Oh my God! Emily, what happened to you?" Beca asks worriedly.

Chicago ordered water immediately.

"I'm fine. I'm fine. Thank you." She responds and drinks the water Chicago has given to her.
