The Enemy Of My Enemy Is My Friend Part 2
Yes my friends and family of Fanfiction! We are now ready for chapter 12! In this chapter, we are going to go straight from when our friends arrive in São Psulo. The reason for this is because on the way there they don't exactly do much except for just travel in a group! So better keep the good times rolling for this chapter! Enough talk? So let's walk!
"São Paulo…one of the finest populous cities in Brazil! Beautiful for its numerous cultural institutions and has a rich architectural tradition!" Blu beamed as his friends as they overlooked the gorgeous city. He looked at it with stars in his eyes.
Jewel giggled at how nerdy her husband was being and everyone but Martin and Jewel rolled their eyes at him and groaned. Especially Sergio and Pedro.
"Enough with the bloody history lessons Blu! We are here to save Helena and Bia!" Sergio bellowed from the front of the group as they started making their way towards the beach.
"Who is Helena?" Jewel asked as she flew alongside Tanya and Blu near the middle of the group. This of course caused the Spanish dove to groan in annoyance.
"She's my wife!" The dove responded rather irritated by all these sudden questions. "Look, no more questions that aren't needed! We need to meet Sandro at the place he normally goes to!"
"The place he normally goes to? Does he know that we are coming?" Jewel responded rather surprised that they are going to basically take him by surprise.
"Oh, and how am I supposed to let him know that we were coming? Doing a war cry into a shell? Oh…call him by using a signal? Or…"
"Yeah yeah I get the sarcasm Sergio! Let's just find that creep, and get the info we need from him!" The female blue spix's macaw responded rather irritably.
"Well look no further ladies and gentlemen! The bar that's just below us, is his regular spot! I know that because when I came here with Douglas he was always drinking! Speaking of which…I believe that's him!" The Spanish dove announced to the party birds as they approached the…old enemy. "Just play it…cool!"
Meanwhile at the bar, the familiar military macaw that was indeed Sandro was downing another vodka. To his right he had about six empty glasses, but for some reason he still didn't look like he was drunk.
"Yo! Leona babe! One more!" The military macaw demanded while calling over the girl serving the drinks.
She was another hyacinth macaw just like Tanya, except that she has a more curvy body and had three head feathers. Her beak and talons were like a light greyish colour with blue eyes that were a darker shade than Jewel's turquoise eyes.
"Sandro…please don't call me that! We are not dating! We won't ever date! Plus, haven't you had seven already? How are you still sober?" She responded rather irritated as she leaned on the bar with one wing.
"I'm sober because I'm used to it! I'm sorry for calling you that…just hate the single life! Get what I mean?"
"It's ok I forgive you. Just take your time Sandro! The right girl for you is out there somewhere! She could literally at any moment fall from the sky and tackle you to the ground!"
"Yeah…right! Like that is going to…" The military macaw nearly finished his sentence, but to his surprise a female macaw tackled him to the ground and pinned him on the floor. "No! Stop! I don't have any family! Just…No…Flipping…Way!"
"Hello Sandro!" Jewel angrily glared at the military macaw male as he laid there completely speechless from seeing the one bird who he hoped he wouldn't see again. Everyone else just hovered in mid-air feeling kind of unsure on what to do.
"L-L-Look! I did what you said ok? I didn't come back as you asked me to! So why are you here? Decided to finally reunite me with my family?" Sandro stuttered as he raised his wings up in defence.
Before Jewel could say anything else, Sergio landed besides her and raised his wings up in a defensive pose.
"JEWEL! What part of 'Play it cool' did you not understand?" Sergio stood in front of her while trying to pull Sandro up to his feet.
"I'm sorry! I just saw him and it kind of…happened! Especially after he treated me like I was a slut!" Jewel responded rudely and crossed her wings while leaning on Blu. Who in return wrapped a wing around her with affection.
"Wouldn't be the first time someone thought you were a slut!" Pedro whispered to Malcom while smirking at him. He immediately went pale and slapped the cardinal across the face. "OWWWW! THAT REALLY HURT!"
"Thank you, Malcom!" Jewel quickly spoke while shooting slight daggers at Pedro.
"Listen here Samba Club! I did what you asked me to do! I flew away and never returned! What more do you want from me?" Sandro blurted out while raising both of his wings up in a threatening stance.
"We want you to help us get my daughter and Ellie back from your father!" Blu pointed out, stepping forward to give him a threatening glare. However, the military macaw male narrowed his eyes at him and took one step towards him.
"Haha Very funny! My dad and brother are dead! I'm the last one if you remember?" Sandro laughed sarcastically feeling a bit angry that they would bring his family up who he thought were dead.
"Okay, first of all Blu…it's Helena! Not Ellie! Helena! Secondly…I'm afraid to say it, but your dad is still alive amigo!" Sergio glared at Blu in an irritated way before trying to calm Sandro down. But this only made him start to piece things together.
"Wait…so this is…you are telling…" Sandro was at a loss for words for the time being. Could the dove really be telling him the truth? He had never lied to him or his brother before.
"Yes…your father is alive!" Sergio confirmed with the military macaw who leaned up against the bar and slid down onto the floor.
"That's…that's…wow. I…I don't know what to say right now? If my dad survived…why didn't he tell me?" The military macaw placed both wings on his face and he sighed deeply.
Jewel felt quite annoyed to see him face to face again, but at the same time she knew that they had to convince him to help them.
"Sandro…your father probably didn't tell you because he doesn't care! He is a rotten heartless old bird, who is the reason why your brother is dead!" Jewel responded quite seriously, placing a wing on his shoulder. Sergio then put like a wing gesture on his throat saying to stop talking, but that didn't exactly help.
"But…Jewel, what I don't understand is why would he just cut me out of his life like that? I mean…I am his flesh and blood! Now he just tosses me aside like I've done nothing for him? That piece of shit!" The male military macaw banged his wing on the floor with so much force that he nearly broke a wingtip. "Owww! Now my wing is bleeding!"
"Ok, ok listen Sandro! I know you must be feeling a lot of pain right now! But we could really use your help in finding my daughter! Please…you are our only hope in finding her!" The female spix's macaw sweetly spoke to him while rubbing his shoulder.
He looked up at her with tears in his eyes, and the kind bird that Jewel was she wiped them away with her wing.
"Well…I suppose I do owe you guys for letting me go rather than killing me a few months back! Alright, I'll do it! But on one condition!" Sandro smiled as he stood up on his talons. Suddenly, Jewel went pale and Blu immediately stood next to her holding his wife's wing.
"Name it! As long as it's got nothing to do with doing stuff to me! That's Blu's job!" Jewel replied to him quickly, which made Blu blush a slight red as he had some dirty thoughts.
"No no it's got nothing to do with you! I mean…you see that bar girl Leona?" Jewel looked over her right shoulder to see the hyacinth macaw female serving another girl at the bar. She nodded her head slightly. "I really like her, but every time I talk to her I say something stupid! I'll help you find your daughter, if you help me try and win her heart? Deal?"
Jewel thought about it for a moment, placing a wingtip on her chin to think. Then she stuck out her wing for him to shake, which he accepted and shook her wing. "Deal!"
"Great! So? How are we going to do this?" The male asked with anxiety as he rubbed his wings together.
"First…we need to put her in a life threatening position, or in a situation where she feels uncomfortable! Then when she's begging for her life or begging for her to be left alone, you step in and save the day! What do you think?" Blu suggested as he watched the pretty macaw waving goodbye to her last customer of the day.
Sandro thought for a little while and nodded his head in agreement. "I like it! But how do we put her in a life threatening situation, or uncomfortable situation?"
"Leave that to me, gents!" Malcom beamed from behind Sergio and prepared to walk over there, only to be stopped by Alex who tugged his wing.
"Woah woah! What's the plan here?" The snowy owl wondered if the scarlet macaw was about to do something stupid.
"Relax dude! I'm gonna go and flirt with her, with the same moves I used on Jewel! It's full proof because they didn't work!" Malcom responded confidently as he walked over there while flexing his muscles. Jewel liked this idea because she thought that Malcom was a creep back then, so maybe this could work.
Blu and Sergio stood next to Sandro and their eyes just widened in horror. They knew deep down that this could either go really well, or really badly.
"Imagine if those words actually worked on her? What will he tell Lexi?" Blu wondered while looking over to the group of birds who shrugged their shoulders in uncertainty.
"Then we go with plan B!" Alex spoke up as he pulled a pair of nunchucks from the bag that Michael brought.
"What the bloody hell? How did you get nunchucks?" Rafael commented while joining in on the conversation.
"I found them buried under a pile of trash! If things don't go as planned with Malcom's idea, then we use these bad boys to cause a bit of mischief!" Alex laughed nervously while staring at the dangerous weapon.
"Fine! But just as long as you don't do anything stupid!" Blu responded with a nervous expression. However, Siax looked at him seductively which made him blush.
Meanwhile, Malcom leaned on the bar and stuck out his tongue at the female who looked at him curiously. But not in the way that he expected.
"Can I help you, handsome?" Leona asked while cleaning a cup from behind the bar.
"Yeah you can actually…I got my eyes tested recently and I'm checking to see if they are any good at chest examinations? Can I try it on you?" Malcom seductively spoke while biting his beak and looking the female up and down.
While Leona opened up her eyes in a surprising manner, Blu wingpalmed himself in frustration. Whereas Jewel looked quite impressed by how she hasn't either gagged or slapped him.
"This is not going to work is it?" Blu softly spoke to Nightfly who quickly cut him off, so the others couldn't hear what they were saying.
"Shut up! Want them to hear you?" Nightfly softly moaned at him while covering his beak with his right wing. Causing Blu to lick his wing to get it off of him. "Eww! That's gross!"
Leona then suddenly narrowed her eyes at him, and instead of looking at him in an annoyed or disgusted way, she looked at him seductively. Making Malcom and the others gulp nervously.
"Well now…I've never heard that one before? Tell me…do your eyes also need to do any…cloaca examinations?" Leona giggled while pulling him towards her, grabbing his wing and moving it down to her…sensitive spot. Malcom immediately went wide eyed and looked over at the others as a sign for them to help him.
This made Sandro shake really angrily and he pulled Blu towards his beak. "What are we supposed to do now?!"
"Alex! Plan B!" Blu whispered to the owl who nodded his head and started swinging the nunchucks around. Then much to the blue macaw's surprise, the owl started destroying the bar. Blu groaned in frustration and started cursing to himself as Siax crawled up besides him.
"Oh for fuck sake! I thought he was going to threaten her with the weapon! Not destroy her bar! That's vandalism!" The blue male cursed while continuously slapping his forehead. "Damnit! Damnit! Damnit!"
"Look, my boyfriend knows what he's doing! Would you relax Blu?" Siax spoke up while placing a comforting wing on his shoulder. Luckily that did the trick and he managed to calm down immediately.
Back to the bar, Alex continued smashing glasses with the nunchucks and knocking over stools like he was a crazy person.
"HAHAHAHA WOOOO!" He screamed in a high pitch screech, destroying pretty much every glass on the shelf.
"HEY! STOP THAT! THAT'S MY BAR!" Leona shouted as she turned away from Malcom who quickly flew away and landed behind Sandro and Sergio. "DID YOU HEAR ME?!"
The scarlet macaw was panting in relief as he hid behind Peter. "Woah! Not going to lie to you, I didn't think that was going to work as well as it did!"
"I thought those were some sweet moves!" Violet remarked, while rubbing Nico's wing softly.
"They worked on Lexi, maybe it's just…" Malcom immediately got cut off by Jewel who decided to try and focus on the task at hand.
"Well, let's hope Sandro can fix what is about to happen…Wait, what the hell is he doing?" Jewel paused as she saw the military macaw trying to talk Alex into stopping.
"Hey! Owl…guy! Stop that right now!" Sandro screamed at the snowy owl who turned to face him with a weird snarl on his face.
"Make me! Make me! MAKE ME!" Alex chanted while throwing bottles at them at a rapid rate. Making himself and Leona dodge them every now and then.
"Guys! What do I do here?" Sandro mouthed the words to Jewel as he started to panic on what to do next.
"For the love of god! Is this really worth it? I'm gonna say it how it is!" Tanya got up from her hiding place and walked over to Leona who was still in shock from Alex's actions. Nightfly stared at her in awe, while the others just tried to keep their heads down.
"Hey! Alex! You can stop that now!" The hyacinth macaw female beamed to her friend who suddenly stopped what he was doing and blushed in embarrassment.
"You could have told me to stop earlier!" Alex groaned before flying over to his girlfriend.
"What is going on here?!" Leona growled while crossing her wings, feeling rather pissed off that these birds came in and wrecked her bar.
"Look…Leona, is it? The truth is…Sandro here just told me a story. He told me that he walked into a bar, and the most beautiful girl he has ever seen in his whole life stood behind that bar. With eyes as blue as the most gleaming sapphires! With feathers as light and fluffy as the clouds in the sky. And a voice as sweet as a sugar cane! Every time he hears the name Leona, he feels lighter than air…I mean isn't that romantic?" Tanya lied while looking at the other female.
All of a sudden, Leona placed a wing on her heart and she started breathing deeply in and then out. Tearing up slightly and smiling so deeply. She felt extremely touched by those words of beauty.
"Sandro? Do you really mean that?" The female asked as she approached the male who closed his beak and looked deeply into her blue eyes.
"Of course I do Leona! I know I always say the wrong things, but in my heart I knew the right things to say! I just had a difficult time showing my feelings to you!" Sandro responded while wiping away a few of her tears.
"Oh Sandro…why didn't I see this side of you before? It's so…poetic!" Leona whispered seductively while batting her eyelashes.
"I know…but I'm going to try and be this side of me more often. The real me!" Sandro beamed happily as he kissed her on the forehead. Of course when he says this, Leona giggled in delight and Jewel rolled her eyes in annoyance.
"Well…if you and your friends tidy up the…mess! Then I am free this Saturday if you still wanted that date?" The hyacinth female soothingly spoke while brushing a wing against his cheek.
"Alright…shall we say, seven o'clock? At your bar?" Sandro beamed in response as he kissed her wingtip.
"It's a date! I'll see you then…Sandro! Muah!" She blew a kiss at him and took off in a certain direction away from the group of birds.
Jewel walked up to Tanya with a look of admiration. "Tanya…that was beautiful! How did you do that?"
"Well, it was actually what Nightfly said to me before we…you know!" Tanya whispered and blushed softly. Pedro all of a sudden started laughing for no particular reason, which made both females look at him strangely. "What's so funny?"
"I'm just thinking back to that night when Nightfly…"
"PEDRO! SHUT UP!" Nightfly rudely cut him off as he bellowed, shoving him backwards. "Tanya…that was amazing! Great job honey!"
"Thank you baby! At least now we can focus on why we are here!"
Sandro walked over to the group of party birds and got down on one knee as a sign of respect. "I am now in your debt! Thank you for helping me get the girl of my dreams! I'll tell you anything you want to know!"
Blu and Jewel smiled at the military macaw male and pulled him up to his feet. Then out of nowhere, Sandro hugged the both of them which took both spix's macaws by surprise.
"Thank you guys so much! I promise…when this is all over, me and Leona will have to meet up with all of you on Saturday night for drinks! Sound good?" Sandro offered before pulling away from the hug.
"You're welcome and yes of course! But first…we need to know exactly where your father might have taken Bia and Ellie!" Blu said seriously. Before getting a slap from Sergio.
"HELENA! H.E.L.E.N.A! How hard is that to say?!" The Spanish dove groaned while standing next to Sandro.
"Whatever! We don't have a lot of time! And we'd really appreciate all the help we can get!"
"Well don't worry Blu! Come back to my place and I will tell you everything I know and where he possibly could have taken them! It's not too far from here!"
"Great! Lead the way!" Blu beamed before Sandro took the lead, and everyone else followed suit. But for some reason, Zara felt like they were being watched as she kept looking over her shoulder.
"You okay there babe?" Pedro asked his girlfriend in concern. But she immediately looked back towards him in a loving way.
"Don't worry Peddy! It's all good!" The blue jay responded happily, before catching up to the others.
Meanwhile…A Few Minutes Later…
Leona returned to her hollow with the biggest smile on her face. She was shrieking and giggling like a school girl in love.
She was dancing around her hollow with beauty and elegance, completely lost in her own thoughts. But this was a bad thing, because she didn't even notice a certain military macaw standing at the hollow entrance.
Leona stopped dancing and noticed the bird that had entered her home and sighed deeply. "Oh Sandro, it's just you! I thought for a second there you were an intruder!"
The bird evilly cackled as he entered the hollow…and it wasn't Sandro at all. In fact, it was his father who invaded her home.
"Sadly not sweetheart! But…you're going to have to come with me!" Julio grinned evilly while he approached the scared female.
"What? What have you done with him?!"
"Nothing…yet! Take her away gentlemen!"
"Wha…" Leona immediately got cut off, because Alexander smacked her round the back of her head with a metal pipe. Then himself and Dylan carried her out of the hollow, and flew off into the night. Leaving Julio alone in the hollow.
"So…both my sons have decided to rebel against me, eh? Well…I guess I'm just going to have to up the ante, won't I?" The military macaw whispered to himself, before he too disappeared into the night.
Oh dear! I mean…the meeting with Sandro again was a bit of a weird start. Then Alex and Malcom's plans on how to make him look like a hero to impress a girl didn't work out. Tanya eventually got the two of them together with a heartfelt message. Sandro is going to spill the beans, and now his date is in danger? I mean how much more interesting can this story get? (XD) The fun is only beginning my friends! Chapter 13 is coming…and it will not disappoint! I'll see you all then my friends!
