We brought Sadie (our okapi friend) back to the hotel and got her settled in. She was still a bit shaken up, but we knew she'd be safer in the hotel than anywhere else right now.

The next morning I woke up. I was shocked to see my skin and fur glowing like some sort of neon light with sparkles everywhere. I went down to the lobby to look for Charlie and went up to her to ask what was going on.

"Charlie, why am I all sparkly glowy?"

Charlie's eyes widened.

"Cat, I think you're being redeemed."

"What?!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, I guess you helping Sadie out might've helped." said Charlie, "Looks like you don't have much time left in Hell."

"SHIT!" I said, "What about Sadie? She's going to have a hard time down here."

"I'll look after her." said Charlie, "Just give some advice to me so I know what to do."

"Okay." I said, trying to think of what to say, "I guess the best advice I can give is tell everyone to treat Sadie like everyone else... actually, maybe a bit better than the way they treat everyone else. Basically, tell them if what they're about to say or do would piss them off if they were said or done to them, then don't say or do it."

"Okay, I'll be sure to tell them that." said Charlie.

"Also, tell Angel that I-"

Before I could finish my sentence, A beam of light came down and Charlie disappeared from my sight. DAMNIT!

Don't worry, folks. Cat's arc may be over, but the story has just begun. Stay tuned for the sequel An Okapi in Hell.
