A/N
Fluff, set in New Rome University.
perlia all the way.
"I hate college."
Thalia grumbled in reply. "Tell me about it."
Her boyfriend was slumped on the couch, his tall frame extending past the armrests by a large amount, leaving them dangling in the air. Thalia couldn't help but smile; Percy looked cute like that.
"I mean, Marine Biology is cool, but the amount of homework is disgusting."
The Daughter of Zeus rolled her eyes, making her way to her idiot boyfriend, lifting his legs up and sitting down in the free space. Percy whined until Thalia set his legs back down, now resting on her lap.
"Yeah. At least you don't have to do Feminist Literature."
Percy attempted to look back at Thalia, stretching his neck in a way that made the Daughter of Zeus question his flexibility. His eyes were narrowed. "Weren't you a Hunter?"
"Yeah. No shit. But still, it's Lit."
"You're good at it, though. You're a straight A student."
"So are you. I could say the same, Kelp-Head."
The two shared a chuckle. Then, Percy cocked his head and turned around, now lying on his back and facing upwards. "You know, I always expected Annabeth to be the one studying for university. Funny how things work out, huh?"
His girlfriend rolled her eyes. "With everything she's doing on Olympus, I doubt she needs a college education."
Percy shrugged in reply. A comfortable silence descended upon them as the two demigods basked in their exhaustion.
"Hey. Percy."
"Hmmm?"
"You're making dinner."
The Son of Poseidon scrunched up his nose, hearing Thalia's order. Yes, order, because any other way of describing it was probably wrong.
"Fine." Percy put on his best seal-eyes and pouty lips, staring up at his girlfriend. "But you're going to get me ice cream tomorrow."
Despite attempting to resist, physically restraining herself from just attacking those pouty lips of his with hers, Thalia had to give in to his request.
"Fine. What is it with you and ice-cream?"
"I like it when I boop your nose then lick it off. Your face goes red as fuck and-"
"Percy!"
The Son of Poseidon giggled childishly before pecking Thalia on the lips, somewhat apologetically, though it seemed more mischeivous than anything. She relaxed in his arms, accepting the silent peace offering.
"Better?"
"Better."
Fin.
